I had an Amazing Birthday staycation at the Chicago location. I felt PAMPERED the entire time. The Massage was thee Best EVER! The staff was Very welcoming and attentive I will stay at the Four Seasons again!

The have maids and room service LIKE ALL HOTELS SHOULD But don’t I appreciate them not using FAKE DEMOCRAT COVID SCAM to rip off their guest by not providing basic hotel services. great location.

It’s been great we are staying here for a week and got a suite with a lake view. Great staff and amenities. The only thing is the mini bar doesn’t unlock even with the help of the engineers. They should have at least a fridge for long staying guests. Other than that, perfect area and comfortable beds.

Wonderful, fabulous experience — from the decor, to small thoughtful touches by staff at both the hotel and the spa. I only went for an overnight stay for my birthday and all the staff at front desk, room service, the spa, adorn the restaurant, etc. Were warm, friendly and helpful. I plan on more staycations there.

Beautiful hotel w stunning views of the lake and city. Customer service is amazing. Restaurant was exquisite and the food and service over the top. Spa was rejuvenating. Rooms are large and we’ll appointed!

We are locals who recently stayed over a weekend for a birthday staycation for our daughter. This review is from someone who is very familiar with the higher end hotels in the city. The staff in all aspects are absolutely amazing and personable. The thoughtfulness of how to make families feel welcome was second to none! Ranging from the many pool toys/pfd’s, to the in room ice cream sundae cart (hallway due to COVID). All of the details down to the welcome gifts for the kids were just an example of how families are not only welcomed but celebrated. During brunch the new (and very busy) chef Jonathon Sawyer came out to say ‘hi’ to us and many other tables. Steps from Lego, American Girl as well as the rest of the Mag mile, you can’t go wrong. Thank you for a memorable weekend!

They renovated the whole entertainment space with a Vey Classic Modern Look.

By far the best consistent hotel you can find. I most appreciate the attention to detail, and kid-friendly amenities provided. And as an interior designer, the overall aesthetic is important to me and works. Classic design with modern art-it’s a win/win.

The concierge this fabulous the rooms are spectacular thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were in the city for the lighting of the Christmas Tree at 900 Michigan Ave. Shops. We stayed for one night and all the staff were amazing. We were surprised with a visit from the "Ice Cream Guy" and our daughters loved it. Amazing location and an amazing time.

I stayed here for a meeting that I had. I highly recommend it. You will find 1st class accommodations as well as plenty do do nearby. Be it shopping, dining, or sightseeing you won't be disappointed. Excellent staff as well!

Awesome service from start to finish. Housekeeping is fantastic. I love how they anticipate your needs before you do (eg. Leaving a fresh tube of toothpaste in the bathroom when they see yours is on its last legs) … catering extremely attentive to my dietary constraints… everyone smiles! Great location and views… one of the best experiences I’ve had in a Four Seasons.

The Spa is Exceptional! Graciously greeted by name as soon as I stepped off the elevator. Sara worked to completely relaxe me before the massage even began. Sara's Massage was EXQUISITE! Her hands felt like silk. She was both professional & considerate. However, Mia is the real MVP, being superbly intuitive, thorough and accommodating! Ask for her when making your appointment AND definitely meet while there!

This is a amazing hotel! The staff was accommodating & friendly. I really like the layout & how they worked with my family for there event! The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the elevator was a bit sketchy, never been a elevator that was so wobbly in such a nice place!

Great weekend trip in the city. It was our first time bringing two of our kiddos and they had the best time, it was so nice to see how they catered to the kids and made it so special for them both.

Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Stayed here with my Daughter and 3 grandchildren ages, 5, 6 and 9 was a stay-cation and to add to my granddaughter's birthday, She turned 5 day before and everyone made her feel very special which was very nice, The Ice Cream Man, as expected, was a big hit and had a good selection of ice cream and toppings. Pool times were so much fun, pool is stunning. The thing that made this only a good rating was the "kids club" if you have very young children might not be to bad however for older ones was not to entertaining and not really well maintained, basketball hoops falling apart old bean bags the video gaming system was completely missing (and no one seemed to have noticed? ) when we ask about it, they seemed surprised but not really interesting into resolving, just to me if you are going to advertise or "sell" that as part of your stay you would have more than one system, in case one breaks or goes missing. Overall not bad but did not meet my expectations, after reading how kid friendly they are and all the things they had for them to do was disappoint that the 9 year old felt left out. Room Clean and neat, and well serviced by staff. Lake view was amazing.

Great location, best customer service. We we’re there for honeymoon and they made our stay extra special. Upgraded our room, complimentary chocolates and special sparkling water. We highly recommend this hotel.

I didn't stay overnight at this hotel so I can't rate that. However, the ball room and conference rooms were all really nice. There was ample room and the sound quality for the presentations was great.

There is no experience like the four seasons experience. This hotel does not disappoint! Amazing lake views as well as those of the Hancock building. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Even though we checked in very early, they made an effort to get us settled in asap. The restaurant staff were fantastic. Must've tried 5 different wines, and we were rushed a complimentary appetizer when our entrees were going to be just a few extra minutes. The only things I might have to say that are negatives are only so in comparison to other four seasons. One, that the pool was loud and over crowded since they only have one for all guests (though they close it to children after 9pm) and, two, if you're looking for some of the high tech features you find at newer four seasons, you won't find them here (ipad room control/service request and tracking, Bluetooth connected speakers in bathroom etc). But neither of those detract from a fantastic experience, in my opinion.

The Four Seasons Chicago is a great 5-star hotel. The staff are wonderfully attentive. The restaurant is very good and the wait staff is expert in the menu and the wine list. I had one minor problem in my room, a broken power socket near the work desk. I reported it to the front desk as I went to dinner and it was fixed on my return. On a Sunday! This is a great hotel to which I hope to return.

Very spacious hotel lobby bar … great place to socialize with a large group of friends.

Not bad at all about as luxurious as a 4-star hotel can be no complaints except the lobby is on the 7th floor.

One thing is true — Four Seasons stands on its own. From Chicago to Austin, you know you're going to get an amazing experience. This location is no exception! The staff here is unbelievably welcoming, they make you feel like family. The room experience is also top notch. There's no place better to stay when you visit Chicago than this Four Seasons.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Stayed there for 3 nights for work, and everything was perfect. Got upgraded to a suite well in advance, and had two bottles of wines and a dessert, with a hand-written note waiting for me when I walked in. They also sent a bottle of champagne to my table during dinner. My only minor, and I repeat minor, complaints are that the TV system is sub-par, and I had to contact maintenance several times to fix it. When I did have to call them, they showed up quickly and were courteous. Additionally, the house car has very limited hours compared to other comparable hotels. Beside those two things, everything was perfect.

This time we did not stay at the hotel because my husband had meetings at another hotel around the corner and he likes to stay at the hotel where his meetings are being held. I love the four seasons spa, lizette is the best for manicure and pedicure! You must ask for her! The whole staff is wonderful, ordered lunch having their house made hot dog! yummy! Can't say enough wonderful things about the spa and staff! When I left I rode the elevator with a four seasons employee that I thought might be a guest, such awesome manners and kindness and had worked with lizette at another four seasons and had nothing but wonderful things to say about her! I'll be back soon!

Had a business meeting and dinner here. The conference room on the 32nd floor was nice and the light lunch they served was very good.

The location is in an area with numerous shops. This allows for convenient shopping without too much distance to travel by car.

Very friendly staff and a cozy bar area. I was able to come in from the snow and read a book in a friendly and cozy environment.

Came in dead tired, ready to brush and go to sleep. Alas, there was no toothbrush or toothpaste. The rumbling elevator kept me up all night (and I'm a deep sleeper). It felt like the elevator was moving in my chest. My server at the bar was rude. The rumbling elevator ruined the whole experience for me. I was walking around like a zombie the next day for lack of sleep.

I have been to the FS three times and each time gets better than the last. Kristen Klus is a star member of the team and Marcus downstairs is great and talkative while waiting for your rides. The hotel front desk was great in assisting me as I became sick the last two days of my trip and they checked in on how I was feeling. I always feel so spoiled and treated like a queen from the moment I arrive until I leave. Everyone should check out the new sleep amenity as it looks so cute and is super tasty. Shout out to the pastry team!

Great location at the North end of the mile. Clean, comfortable suites, great service and concierge. Hotel restaurants were excellent, and was connected to an upscale shopping mall if you like such things.

Had the opportunity to take a tour of this hotel with an in depth look at the rooms, back of house, and restaurant/Kitchen. Everything is so clean and the team making magic happen always had a smile and loved their work environment. Great things are being done here!

From the minute we Approached the hotel the service was exceptional. I had completed the online checkin which made the entire process super easy. The doorman John had our room keys waiting upon our arrival. He was super cool and friendly. We went up to the room and were very pleased with the accommodations and view. The fitness/spa/pool area is awesome and the staff was really nice! We had breakfast in the restaurant on Saturday and again the staff was wonderful. Stacey was our server. We left our luggage with Kristen at the concierge desk for pick up later in the day and again the service was above and beyond. I Can't say enough good things about our visit. Thank you for having us.

Now I has do much fun and the four Seasons how tell at Chicago. I wen to do some business with my Ganda and also celebrate a graduation of one my my close cousins. Also I did not say at the hotel it was a social gathering so we only had a nice meal and danced.

Stopped in for cocktails a few times. Always found a seat right away. Decor is impeccable and food and drink is excellent. Service quality at the bar widely varies — ranging from overly attentive to feeling invisible.

This is not only a five star hotel for adults but for kids as well. First of all, at check in the nice lady who checked me and my 7yr old in, escorted us to the elevator. Told my son he was her favorite guest of the day… good start. Then we went to find the kids room. Yeah. It was a hit. Wii console, air hockey table, toys for all ages. The hotel has an ice cream man room service. He made A sundae just the way we wanted. Next was the pool… indoor and heated to 85°. Pool noodles for the kiddies. How does the Four Seasons top that. For the 7 yr old, when we returned from the pool there was a shirt, hat, robe, cookie and chocolate milk waiting. To the end the night we watched movies from the Congierge great library of kid/family friendly DVDs.

Went to the four seasons for a wedding and it was hands down the best wedding I had ever been to. Food was awesome. Staff was great. A truly memorable experience.

We've been coming here for 8 years and everything about this hotel is consistently great, they're very accommodating whether you're here as a guest or running a conference/ballroom event. However, if you're staying overnight and not going to valet, try to use SpotHero or Parkwhiz and get a cheaper parking rate. The attached (third party) self parking at the 900 N Michigan shops can be pricey even with validation.
