Decor is gorgeous and I loved the historic elements that remain. Rooms are clean and spacious. My favorite thing about our stay was that they allow dogs and had a bed and bowls for our little Meatball when we arrived. Looking forward to staying again soon.

The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been too. They put so much effort into small details. We had the most beautiful view from our room. Truly breathtaking. The only 2 things that I can even think of that we had issues with were a lack of outlets near the bed (SO uses a CPAP) and the room got very warm because of the black painted walls and being so high up — but those 2 things were so small I didn’t even care. They couldn’t help how much the heat rises in a tall building, and when we asked them for help with the temperature they were incredibly helpful. One of the things that impressed me the most was how accessible this hotel is — many rooms that were accessible for the disabled. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Missed the train and decided to just drive into the city with no bags packed and get a room somewhere for the night. So glad we missed the train. We were immediately greeted and given such a nice welcome. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We stayed in the tower and the room and views were to die for! Everything about St Jane impressed us. The security we felt in the building, the room, the service, the cleanliness, the amenities were all 5 star. Cannot wait to go back for an entire weekend!
