This was a nice hotel to stay at. The rooms were nice, as well as the lobby and breakfast area. Visited the pool for a bit as well, which was also nice. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything about the hotel, from the clean rooms and hallways to the breakfast. The staff was very very polite and friendly. This was my first time visiting this area and if I ever come back this is were I would stay again!

I used the pool and the weight room. I slept well and the breakfast was excellent. I didn't see any critters running around. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. What more can you ask for.

We stop here for an overnight almost every year when we're traveling to the Midwest from the East coast and it's the perfect place to stay. Very convenient, clean comfortable rooms, very helpful nice staff and they're pet friendly! We travel with our small dog and it's very accommodating and clean. Definitely recommend!

Very good service and nice a room. But somebody died 223 and but when I asked them they said they had died at the hospital even though she was found dead.

Everything was wonderful the rooms are clean the staff is helpful and the local area is very nice the prices are reasonable and the stay very enjoyable we most like the fact that the rooms are big enough to have a child play and have fun with a large pool to swim in that was very clean and pleasant.

10daya stay and feel like home. Awesome breakfast huge variety. I really love that. Tea variety. Very nice staff. All I can say everything is very very nice.

This is was my second stay. My first stay was okay. I was in a room with 2 queen beds. Had an abundance of towels and wash cloths. Seemed clean enough. This time around I was in a room with a king size bed. 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. There was blood on the headboard, tweezers in with the towels, and hair in the bed. The staff was friendly enough, but I will not be staying here again.

I stayed here for a few nights and me and my family had a great time! The pricing is reasonable for what you get which includes use of computers, a printer, a workout room, a swimming pool with jacuzzi, and free breakfast buffet in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was clean throughout the whole hotel.

They are currently working on renovating so the pool is not open and the elevators were dirty. Other than that, had no issues with the hotel. The design and decor looks great and the staff are very kind and helpful. Would recommend for the future, especially once renovations are complete and the amenities can be fully enjoyed.

Comfy beds, nice perks like coffee and cookies all day, overall very nice stay. But! The pool and hot tub were closed for our whole stay and we chose this hotel because it had those amenities. Pretty disappointing.

Quick stay over night, nice clean room! Pillows were a bit flat for my liking.

I stayed here this past weekend and breakfast was amazing! Check in was easy & I loved that this place was pet friendly. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Wi-Fi is super slow but everything else was good. Defiantly recommend this hotel.

Nice! Moved here from another hotel because of the noise, distance, street traffic, and pellet gun hole in bathroom window. It is hard to choose a place to stay based upon ratings. This hotel is clean, quiet, great staff, and we are happy.

Very nice unit. Clean, excellent staff, comfortable, large bath, quiet. Lots of parking. Wi-Fi was exceptionally poor. Breakfast was very nice and well stocked and clean.

We loved our room. Bathroom was clean and everything in it looks new. There is an indoor pool, a fitness center and a laundry room for guests. There is free breakfast with multiple options. The staff was very polite in helping with anything we needed.

Location is in a prime spot near suburb areas of Chicago. The ambiance of the lobby is super nice & clean. Rooms are also clean & comfortable. Decent sized beds, room space, & bathroom. Loved the experience! Will definitely come back here again. Service was great with courteous engagements.

This was a very average hotel experience. The breakfast was good and kept fresh throughout the serving hours. The pool/spa and workout areas were nothing special, but they were clean and our kids enjoyed them. Rooms were typical size and expected furnishings. Complementary internet service was nice to have available. Overall good clean hotel; decent value/cost. I would come back.

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean and in good condition. Some of the hall did have a musty smell, but I saw no evidence of mold or mildew there or in the rooms, and it didn't seem to bother my allergies. The bed and even the pull out couch were very comfortable.

Which I find disappointing. The free complimentary breakfast was very tasty, hot and great variety! Better than the last 2 hotels I stayed at this year so far. Which were a Hyatt Hotel and Double Tree both were NOT as good as this Hampton Inn hotels free large breakfast for guests. Keep up this quality for sure! I also, enjoyed the hot tub and pool (a little cold though) with our kid's. The pool area was clean and bright with plenty of windows for natural sunlight. Also, was impressed with the all day complimentary coffee or tea variety available near the front desk. These added additions and services make this hotel stand out from others in the area for me. We will for sure be booking again here in the future.

Hotel seems dated but nicely redone. Carpet in the hallways is stained and darkened by wear. Dining area and the actual rooms are nicely updated. Room was clean, bed nice and soft. Breakfast was the standard Hampton breakfast. Food was hot and quick to grab on the go.

I can't say enough for the wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Carol Stream. Rooms were very clean, good solid rooms where you can't hear your neighbors, animal friendly, comfy beds, wonderful staff all around, excellent breakfast, easy access, and clean secure grounds. I would HIGHLY recommend them anytime. Wish more hotels would mirror after this excellent one. Kudos! Many Thanks!

Stayed for 1 night. Nice straight forward hotel. Good price. Polite and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Would happily stay there again.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Carol Stream. We came out for a "staycation" and to visit with some family so we weren't here a whole bunch but on a Saturday night the hotel was peaceful and we got a good nights rest. The pool and hot tub is great. Breakfast has a ton of variety and even my picky eater found sometime he could enjoy. Really big and satisfying breakfast buffet. Staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly as can be. I highly recommend it!

Beware of the potential for barking dogs. This hotel markets itself as pet friendly. Which means there will likely be dogs in the hotel. And dogs bark-especially if their owners are not in the room. This is what happened to us during our stay. A dog started barking at 10:30 p. M. And barked for well over an hour and a half. Then started barking again at 6:15 a. M. The next morning. We complained to the hotel staff member at the front desk that night. He was very accomodating and tried to find us another room. Unfortunately, the only available room was one floor down from our original room-where we could still hear the barking. It was very frustrating evening. The next day the hotel gave us a refund for the night and moved us to another room where we did not hear the barking dog. The staff at the hotel could not have been more accomodating and genuinely concerned with helping us. So if you are looking for a pet friendly hotel, I could not recommend this hotel more. But if you are concerned about the potential to be kept awake by a barking dog, you might consider some other hotel. The hotel does try to restrict dogs to the top floor. But they admit if they do not know that a guest has a dog, the guest (and his or her dog) could be put in a room anywhere in the hotel.

Checked in late in the evening on a business trip, T. J. Was working I cannot say enough good about this man's upbeat attitude. Wish more hotels had staff that were as willing to please and glad to see visitors. We will definitely use this hotel in the future.

Hampton Inn Chicago-Carol stream is large hotel. Services are great. Hotel location is the best. Hotel building is beautiful. And hotel staff are very helpful.
