They met the holiday inn express standards the breakfast could have been better but what do you want for free? The only problem was I accidentally went to the HIE in waldorf what a mess this is a transient hotel complete with working girls. This was a disgrace I can't believe this hotel is associated with holiday inn.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was fantastic single king bed with a couch. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean and seemed newly updated.

Nice hotel with potential. Rooms were clean but in poor repair. The work that was done was of poor quality. Overall it is very overpriced for what you get.

Great rooms pool. Everything you need. Clientele good No un wanted activities. Good for family. Not expensive. Reasonable.

I travel for business often. I have never really had a bad experience with Holiday Inn. They are a little pricy. Currently at this Holiday Inn there was some construction.

I was there for a social event. The room we had was a good size very clean with nice up keep. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We attended a baby shower and the room was right in front of the hotel. Easy to notice, and not far from the bathroom. I liked the privacy we had while in the event. The occasion was pretty self service and it was nice that we were left to have our event and take time to socialize and not be rushed out of the room.

Pretty run down for an HIE. Staff was nice. Skipped the breakfast but it was pretty standard hotel food.

It is first time I got to this town. Usually, small towns like this have lover quality service and I was surprised how clean and professional was this place. Front desk employee Pam is sweetest lady you will ever meet. She is friendly and amazing. Check in didnt take more than 2 minutes. Breakfast wasn't could be better. With more choice of salads. I will be staying for 3 weeks and hope my rest 2 weeks experience will not change.

No hot tub but the pool is nice. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. We'll stay here again.

Not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. It's my humble opinion that with cheap cost, often you get filth and vermin in return. Very clean room, sheets clean soft without stains, pillows and the cases were not as soft as the sheets, but hubby and I bring our own. Staff was professional and polite. I will return here and I will recommend to family and friends.

Great place. Nice pool and fitness center. Plenty of parking. Nice continental breakfast. Walls were a little thin though.

The front desk personnel were very courteous, the room was very clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic especially the cinnamon buns.

Rooms are very nice and clean, internet access is easy and bug free (as captive portal setups go), breakfast is fine, pool and gym are nice touches that I didn't get a chance to take advantage of. The only complaints I have are that the things the pancake machine spits out taste like foam rubber, the odd stairwell system, and the single elevator. In all other respects, it's a slightly-above-average hotel.

This is a great place to stay. 10 mins after being in the room they called to see how everthing was and if we had any questions. Staff was very professional and polite. Breakfast, on Saturday, was from 7 — 12! WHAT! That's breakfast and brunch. The cinnamom rolls are the best, sorry Cinnabon… And after checking out the lady at the counter made snack bags for my girls. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I was there for 10mins but power went out half of the 3rd floor no one had ac or lights.

All of the staff are very friendly. The hotel is clean and well presented. Even the in-room coffee tastes good! The hot breakfast was delicious as well. Overall very great experience, and would definitely stay here again! Thumbs up!

Last minute reservation landed us a great suite.

Thin walls but otherwise nice rooms. There's a strange setup with a heart shaped tub in the bedroom that was odd. But nice staff and clean facility.

Automatic pancake machine. Clean rooms, great housekeeping, friendly staff, cookies in the afternoon.
