This was horrible! Our room was dirty, the key cards wouldn't work and we had to keep going to the desk to get them changed fixed. Then the toilet broke after we moved/changed rooms 3x. After one manager refunded us our money for one night. The very next day after we checked out the hotel than started trying to take money off of our card AGAIN. They made a mistake and "gave the money back" on our card (we paid with cash) knowing full well their refunds take 5 to 10 business days, but you want to add insult to injury. Really? They will not get my business nor any that I know if I can help them. A positive was all the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Quiet clean smooth check and check out. A bit pricey for location not being in the hub of Baltimore. I'd stay there again.

Very clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast is usual carb fest but we brought cottage cheese and yougurt. Starbucks Coffee is served… DELICUOUS.

I was there for my 30th Class Reunion. Great ambiance. Loved all the windows.

I attended an interesting educational conference at this venue. The rooms were comfortable, and the food was good. The breakout rooms were a bit difficult to find. Parking was free, but it was a bit far from the meeting area. Fortunately, the walk from the parking structure to the meeting area was via a covered walkway and through a building so I was sheltered from the rain while walking from my car to the meeting area.

I am disappointed with my stay at the Mt Washington. The hotel services as well as the facilities need to be improved. As I was going around the bed last night, I was injured by metal pieces jutting out from the metal box frame. I could not tell if it was rusty. My skin was cut pretty deep. I reported the incident this morning to the front desk who said " ok" and replied that he would let management know. There was no apologies extended to me. When I asked if I could checkout at 1pm as opposed to 11 he promptly advised that I would be charged and extended my check out time to noon. The cut was rather deep. As I am from out of town, and this was a weekend visit, I will be seeking medical attention when I get back home. Also observed that cleaning service was terrible. They did not fold or replace towels. The door trim was falling off as well. Breakfast was a messy affair. They ran out of coffee and plates and place was unkempt. I would encourage visitors to stay elsewhere.

Service was excellent and there is hot breakfast on weekdays and Continental breakfast on weekends. Very basic, no frills hotel that is a good value. I caught the light rail from the airport and only had to walk 7 minutes to the hotel. The hotel was 7-10 minutes walking distance to some great restaurants, a Whole Foods and Starbucks. An 18 minute walk will get you to a great Bakery called The Corner Pantry. It was also only about 15-20 minutes to downtown and the Harbor. I would recommend this place to the value traveler that's looking for a convenient and inexpensive place to have a homebase while visiting the city.

Very nice setting. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. The continental breakfast was a little weak but otherwise an excellent experience.

Beautiful grounds and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is minimal. Several problems affected my stay in a negative way: lack of service and late housekeeping, very spotty internet connection, unresponsive front desk, dirty spots on carpet in communal areas, and small TV with blurry picture. A redo and proper customer training are needed.

The place is beautiful and 10 minutes from downtown Baltimore. Conveniently located in close proximity to everything.

I work there. The conference center has ample room for a large conference and good food. There is a cafeteria and a room for catering.

I work at John Hopkins which is on-site at this hotel. The weather was bad so Hopkins agreed to put me up in this hotel. I informed the front desk that I wouldn't be clocking out until 3:30 PM since I work overnight. At 11:30 AM I got woken up by the front desk calling and confirming I was staying over. At 12:30 PM I got woken up by house keeping ignoring the Do Not Disturb sign and knocking on the door.

Nice cozy small rooms. No hair dryer in the bathroom though. Would give 4.5 if I could give half stars. Free Wi-Fi, continental breakfast, and fitness center. Nice views from the room. Closer to the rail system and to a whole foods and other places for food. Overall, pretty good and would come back here again.

Stay in Baltimore for the 1st time. Wife and I got a room at their hotel. The build is from 1855… If your a fan of older building and.

Worst experience at a hotel yet. Rooms were very small and staff was rude to say the least. There is a tremendous amount of noise from service staff in the mornings and rooms are less than accommodating. I would recommend stay anywhere except here…

Did NOT honor my pre-paid "guaranteed" reservation. They cancelled it just hours before check-in. Travel is already stressful without untrustworthy accommodations.

Reasonably priced. Clean. Efficient. Near restaurants and other things. Light continental breakfast is available as is a more a la carte. All in all, a nice hotel for an easy stay.

Cable was a bit dated and the wall mounted televisions made it very difficult to get a HDMI cord plugged it to watch movies from my laptop. The free breakfast was decent but nothing special other then that it was a pretty typical low budget hotel.

Very clean no frills but quiet and relaxing. Have stayed many times but summer is beautiful with blooming crepe myrtles and plush landscapes.

Well equipped conference center with outstanding views. Very scenic. Bring a camera with you for your conference.

Very very poor service. TV not working, front desk repeatedly ignored my requests to fix. Several calls to ask for same request was treated with no interest in solving. Was informed there is no supervisor to speak with (really? ). Won't be staying here again.

This hotel sits just outside Baltimore and gives you a good feeling of being in the country while still close enough to the city to get where you need to be. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and this place has a great snack area to buy any late night treats or the morning breakfast itself is pretty impressive. One of the best hotels I have been to and the rooms are really nice as well and I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Not a bad place to stay at all. We stayed in the "octagon". The theme is kind of strange but it was fun/comical to stay in a place that was probably considered very nice at one point. Mt. Washington village is a nice little place with 7 restaurants including a tavern open until 2 AM. Only two complaints: AC controls are very old and so it's either freezing or hot and the shower curtain is a dirty cloth with no liner (enough said). For a $100 it's not too bad.

Relatively inexpensive place to stay. It's not close to any Baltimore sights, but we were here for a wedding nearby. The area seemed very safe and pleasant.
