The room itself was absolutely beautiful. The room temperature was awful. It could have been because of how hot and humid it was outside, but it was humid in the room and even turning the Ac down the temps were sporadic. I was either freezing or sweating. For me, the bed was uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well at all. There were also hairs in my wash cloth that weren't mine.

Great location, easy on/off for travelers using the 695 beltway. Close enough to the city but far enough to not have to be in the city. Welcoming staff and nice rooms.

So far a pleasant stay. Several close fast food places and kind staff. Only downside is that, when I used the free hot water downstairs, noticed the water had a significantly bluer hue, wondering if it's soap…

The location was minutes from our work cite and is located not far from owings mill and the inner harbor restaurants. The rooms were nice and the showers excellent. Staff was polite and professional enough.

Hamptons are consistent! Free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, clean rooms, friendly front desk. Breakfast was a bit hectic (and empty), but we were part of a big group. We definitely kept them busy! Great stay, as usual and perfectly convenient if you're attending an event at Martin's.

I stayed for one night and had a wonderful stay. The bed was comfy and I had plenty of towels in my room.

There are bedbugs in this hotel! My fiancé and I were bitten several times. After complaining, bringing the bedbug to the front desk, and recording it running around on the sheets, the GM allegedly called Orkin, and Orkin reported no activity. Therefore, we were not refunded our money. We will be following up with Corporate!

Front desk was rude. Rooms were beautiful and clean breakfast bar was good. Just get past the rudeness of front desk.

The hotel was really nice however there were a lot of people outside smoking weed… wasn't pleasant. But other than that, it was good.

We had confirmed reservations late arrival. We got there and they did not have a room for us. We were insistent that we needed a room they called the police. We stayed elsewhere. There honors program doesn't reflect their integrity. You're required to tap at least one star that's the only reason I gave him one star. That's what happens when you don't stay out of Marriott.

Staff was very helpful. I did not realize they had shuttle service and asked about walking to restaurants. She said just wait a few minutes and shuttle will be right back. No need to Uber or Lyft for nearby places. Shuttle service was 7-7 Room was very clean.

They would not give me an upgraded room as a part of my honors benefit. I was advised they didnt have upgrades available, I later found out that a friend of mine was told all they had were upgrades. I think it was misleading and they should have been more forthcoming about the details. The rooms were decent nothing fancy but the hotel is located right next to a low budget hotel which throws off the elegance of the hotel. There is no clear separation of the two. Staff were nice but again not attentive to my needs as a customer.

Room was large and very nice. Very comfortable bed. TV still a bit smaller than I think hotels should be providing. The pool was nice, but it had a 17yro male life gaurd. Pros and cons to that. I found it awkward as I was swimming alone, he watched quietly… Breakfast was good.

Nice location. Lots of service center close by, in few minutes you can get DNKN, SBUX, BERGER KING ETC. If you like outside stuff. OVER All great experience.

This is probably one of the nicest hotels in the area. The area is not all that fantastic to start with but the Hampton is still well kept and clean. It is not too close to major roads or any other source of noise so that is good, that is always a good thing. They don't have a hot tub but they do have a pool and exercise room. The breakfasts are okay but there is always room for improvement. The internet access is reasonable unless the hotel is really full.

Excellent value for the money. Across from a mall, indoor pool, fitness room, and nice clean rooms. Only wish for a microwave in the room!

Its a vsery serene environment with wonderful rooms. The rooms are adequately supplied with basic supplies and well ventilated. I would definitely sleep there over and over whenever I am in Baltimore.

Visited this location while my grandmother was staying for her birthday weekend. It was very clean and modern. We ordered delivery from a local Chinese restaurant with no problem. Based my visit, I would stay here if I needed to or for a local getaway.

I would have gave 5 stars until I experienced a negative encounter with the "assistant gm" she was terrible and unprofessional her name begins with a "T". She had a serious condescending under tone when she talked to me. I took everthing in me not say what I really wantes to say to her. Everyone else is great. Her subordinates exemplified excellent customer service, However that person whom I will call "T" the "sistah" with the black and Blonde hair… was a super A** hole.

The place was nice and clean but one day I did notice a teen-ager on my floor that was trying to open the door to few of the rooms. Also many times there was no one at the front desk. One time I had to wait 10 minutes for someone.

Somewhat upscale but not pretentious — decor is modern and sleek. Swimming pool was perfection and the room was a very large size. Would absolutely recommend.

The hotel management and staff definately went the extra mile to make this a great hotl and stay experience. It ws all the little details that sets this hotel apart from the many other Hampton Inns I´ve stayed at: the omlette bar at breakfast, the popcorn machine in the evenings, etc. Would definately stay here again when in Baltimore!

DO NOT come here. Two words: bed bugs. Typically, before I get comfortable in a hotel room, I always do a quick search of the bed and the things around it… an effort to avoid the torture that bed bugs bring. Imagine my surprise when I found a full grown bed bug on the bed! I was furious and went to the front desk. They offered to switch my room and assured me that I wouldn't have that problem again. The next night, lo and behold, I found another one. I was beyond pissed. I contacted the front desk and demanded a refund. They claimed that they didn't have the authorization to issue a refund, and that I should wait a few hours til the Manager got there. She never showed up. This hotel is awful, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Accommodated a LARGE group with no problem. I was able to relax while the mr did business meetings etc. Enjoyed the quiet spacious room. Customer service could've been MUCH better… Should treat your customers like you want them to return.

So very clean, staff ready at all times to help. The breakfast was on time and alot to offer. Waffles, eggs, turkey sausages, very good coffee. The clean-up crew very efficient and didn't disturb our property. Made our stay this weekend very enjoyable.

So far so good. Staying during a four day training trip to Baltimore. Finding the accomodations clean, modern, and in line with the chain hotel experience I was expecting. Breakfast included and amenities I've seen are a two computer business center, a 40-75 person conference room, a decent fitness center and what looks like a small underused swimming pool.

Friendly staff as well as cleaning staff. Hotel was clean and appearance was good. Kinda rough area but enjoyed the city view restaurant and bar down the street.

Great place for a wedding event and not only. Excellent huge rooms and bathrooms. Neat little indoor pool to relax and the staff were so efficient and friendly.

The location is very secluded, so it's quiet as well. Everything about the hotel was nice and clean as well. The rooms were nice.

This place is terrible! When we first went in everything was fine until it was time for bed. Apparently, the family before us had left blood on the bed! The staff didn't even clean it up until 1 hour later! Then the next day, my mom lost her keycard (room 314) so she asked the janitors if they could open the door for her and they said no like they thought she was going to break in! And the thing is, they knew that was her room! Then I heard them talking about my mom and saying how stupid she was for losing her keycard! How is that stupid! Her brother was getting married and she was trying so hard to get everything ready! You call that stupid?! Then on the day we checked out, we were eating breakfast and everyone was down stairs and the service was terrible! They didn't put anymore food, they didn't fix the waffle maker because it was broken, and one of the employees was faking not understanding English so no one would bother her! I highly (I mean highly) recommend going to the Holiday Inn hotel. It's 10 mins away and way better service. Please don't go to Hampton Inn and Suites! I REPEAT DONT GO TO HAMPTON INN AND SUITES! Thank you for you time.

Very nice rooms. Clean, good pillows, nice beds — all the whatnots. Friendly and warm lobby area good for groups. Meeting room avaliable for rent was perfect for using as a space for the family to stop. By and say hi as they checked in. Positive experience all the way.

Awful. Racist. Dirty. Unaccomodating. Go stay at the Holiday inn express it's 10 min. Away in a better location with awesome staff.

My sister had a block at this hotel for her wedding. It's adjacent to Martin's, making it easy and safe for guests to get back to their rooms at the end of the night. Multiple guests got upgrades to suites. Everyone was very happy with the hotel, I've heard only good things.

The curtains in our room did not close completely. The tracks end a few feet apart, so there's no way to make it dark at night. We also found a couple of pills someone had dropped on the carpet. The room looked clean otherwise, but that lack of attention to detail could be a problem if a young child on gotten hands on the pill first.

Did not stay the night, but attending a work event here. Friendly staff and very clean space.

Fairly recently appointed rooms with a nice modern feel. Fitness center was slightly cramped but well taken care of. I'd definitely stay again — I regret that I only had one night.

Beware! This hotel has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel whether Hilton or otherwise. Specifically, Jessica Green the manager of the property lacks any customer service or courtesy and is down right rude. Marriott properties does a much better job.

Great hotel. Car for dinner is needed. Wish they had a hot tub.

Clean, majority of the staff was nice. However, the Jamaican lady at the front desk was rude.

Super clean, modern Hampton about 25 minutes from downtown. Lobby and breakfast areas are some of the nicest I've seen. Good rates. Recommended.

Our experience was a great one, hampton hotels never disappoint. This hotel was not even a year old, very beautifully decorated and a gorgeous breakfast area and a very wonderful assortment of breakfast foods. Pearl, at the front desk, was very welcoming. It was a great stopover on our way home to long island, new york from myrtle beach, south carolina.
