OH MY STARS! An absolutely amazing stay! The room with the harbor view melted our souls and we had meals at the Mexican restaurant and drinks at BYGONE that brought smiles all day long. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We will be back!

Beautiful clean and the food was good nice staff.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 1-night before our cruise and loved it. Our city view room had a partial view of the marina, the room was spacious with nicely appointed amenities, some of which we weren’t expecting such as an embedded TV in the bathroom mirror. Great dining options to choose from too, we enjoyed our dinner at Maximon, and also a delicious to go lobster roll from Loch Bar for lunch. Next time I’d love to try Azumi, and I’ll make sure to pack at least one posh attire to experience The Bygone.

Four Seasons Winter Village is excellent! Really it’s a steal. For only $30 you get sweeping views of the Harbor, hot chocolate or cider, tasty snacks, skate rental and time in the synthetic rink, fire pits and blankets. All socially distanced and beautifully lit. Private cabanas available for those who want to eat or watch the game.

Our Spa Day was everything! Despite the COVID restrictions they did an excellent job!

Great experience at Bygone’s last night! Invited to a birthday dinner party and was a bit intimidated to attend but made a commitment. The staff was AMAZING! It’s beautiful there and the hotel has gorgeous attention to detail, great amenities and a nice bar and restaurant in house. I recommend it for a little “getaway” if you live closer to cows in Maryland like me or if you’re traveling through Baltimore and would like to stay somewhere nice. I’d love to go back for a night with my husband before our third baby arrives!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had out dog with us and they just made her feel so welcome. They even surprised us with a Doggie Care Package. Thank You Four Seasons!

Lack of directional signage in the parking garage made parking and access to the lobby incredibly inconvenient. A sink gurgling throughout the night was very annoying. But the topper was the two sets of BED BUG bites on my wife's back that could ONLY have happened at this hotel. We have been no where else in almost a year! And they call this a luxury hotel? Never again!

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The 4seasons is always a great chain but this one absolutely is top of the heap! And fortunately got sick while traveling and they have taken great care of me. They make a mean chicken soup and have a great spot. Beautiful views great staff incredible rooms I can't find anything wrong with it I'm usually pretty good at that! Oh and there great for dogs.

Interesting that this hotel needs recommendations. Their reputation is about impeccable customer experience and this hotel delivers. The views here aren't bad either.

We haven't even arrived for our stay yet and already had such an amazing, memorable customer service experience. Darnisha in reservations was so thorough and helpful it really sets the tone. It's taking that level of care and excellence from the first interaction to the last that truly distinguishes a luxury brand. Bravo, Darnisha and Four Seasons Baltimore!

I checked in rather late and left pretty early the next morning, but I really wish I could have seen more. Beautiful location, spacious room, comfy bed and great balcony. The staff was so friendly upon arrival. I would definitely stay at this location again!

I stayed at the Four Seasons Baltimore for the Limb deformity conference and I loved it! The room was clean, spacious with a gorgeous interior. The view was excellent from my room too. The staff is kind and attentive. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel. The staff is phenomenal. Would have been nice to have seen a gift shop and the sink was clogged. So I would've given 5 stars. Definitely a hotel that serves it's customers.

I've got nothing but great things to say about the Four Seasons in Baltimore. Perfectly convenient to walk to Fells Point, the Aquarium and much more of downtown. The staff is exceptional. Absolutely do not miss the infinity pool. Even if it's just to take in the view.

Hotel is beautiful and the staff are all great. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The only issue is the valet parking. Make sure you check your vehicle before you leave. They destroyed my drivers side rear wheel and I didn’t notice until after I left the hotel on my way home and stopped for gas. I called the hotel immediately and all they offered was to credit me for the valet since I didn’t tell them while I was still on their property. I realize it’s a big SUV but they should know how to drive. I also should’ve known better because as I was leaving a lady in a gray Audi was dropping off her truck and she told the valet to not scratch it like they did last time. The hotel is fantastic, rooms are great but just be cautious of leaving your car with the valet as they damaged my car and it’s going to cost me more to fix my wheel than what I paid for the room.

Great location, views, amenities in the vicinity. The spa services were great although no indoor pool but the heat services were much appreciated especially on a weekend where the winds were in excess of 40 mph and the temperature below 45. The staff was very polite and responsive. The room was well laid out with all the accoutrements for a comfortable weekend stay. Also have good room service service so you don't have to venture out if you don't want but if you do there are plenty eating choices around. Nice.

This was a birthday gift from my boyfriend. We did the 80 minute couples massage class with Jessica. It was a great experience. The spa asks the occasion for the massage when booking so they knew it was my birthday. They provided sparkling wine, and dessert x 2. I loved the vitality pool, sauna, robe, slippers and steam room. I just wish there were more co-ed areas. I will definitely be returning.

Lovely place… the meditation room was nice but I noticed that one of the beds was damaged. It looks like it's time to update some furniture. The spa was terribly overpriced but then again it is the four seasons. In my opinion, the nail tech needs a refresher course. You don't let your client leave your station with greasy foot soles plus I asked several times for a wax on my big toes which she ignored, apparently they don't do that in the nail salon?! Really?! I asked for my soles to be cleansed so I wouldn't dangerously slip in my flip flops… it was a hazardous matter and a liability. I literally had to do it myself… I'd say that was pretty pathetic for it being the Four Seasons. I've had superior pedicures from local establishments. Not likely to return at my expense.

Amazing service. Pool overlooks Baltimore Harbor. Room was nice. Restaurant was very good. Very kid welcoming upon check-in.

Had a great time for my anniversary. The couples massage was amazing and I enjoyed all of the additional complimentary amenities. The lotion that they have in the women's locker room smells incredible… I hope they start selling it in the spa shop soon.

High quality establishment. Always impressed with the quality. My wife goes to the spa all the time and is very happy. They always give our dog treats too when we walk by. Location is great since it is on the water. Wit and Wisdom is one of my favorite restaurants in Baltimore.

Valet service was so nice, just call down and my car was warm and ready when I get there. Because it was my birthday there was a dessert and birthday card waiting in the room when we checked in. I also got a free dessert when we had dinner at the restaurant Wit and Wisdom. My risotto was just ok, but my husbands steak was amazing. I also tried the spa and that was amazing as well. You can pay for several different services, but the spa also has a complementary sauna, steam room, vitality pool (lots of jets with in water seats), and relaxation (heated) lounges. It was so cold during our stay that I visited the spa several times. For my birthday I also received a complementary glass of champagne while visiting the spa. Our room had a harbour view and I got some great sunset photos. The room was very spacious, but I do wish it would have had coffee and tea rather than just an espresso machine. The bathroom was large with separate small toilets and shower areas in addition to a bathtub.

Went to Wit and Wisdom for a work happy hour. Had a happy hour drink and a meat plate. The cocktail was good and surprise cheap for the four seasons. I don't recall the name of the drink but it was basically a Moscow mule but made with bourbon instead of vodka. The reason I only had one drink was because the bartender never got around to asking me if I wanted another even though I was there for two hours. The meat plate was not very good in my opinion; many of the meats on the plate were overly salty. Maybe they were supposed to be like that? I do not recommend the meat plate.

I just love the spa there. I do my best to go monthly for reflexology with Mario. Mario is exceptional and extremely professional. My experience thus far, with the staff is over satisfactory. They are professional and courteous and very warm. Jaleesa (spelling) has made me feel comfortable since day day. I honestly, am convinced I can get reflexology cheaper at another location, but I pay for the extras (sauna, hot tub, steam room, etc) and the CUSTOMER SERVICE keeps me going back. I certainly get what I pay for at Four Seasons Spa in Baltimore.

Dined at Wit and Wisdom. We had drinks at the bar while awaiting a table. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Food was excellent, but portion sizes are small, a surprise given the price. Overall, I would recommend for the atmosphere and food quality.

I love this hotel. Gorgeous rooms, sweeping views of the city and the bay — — I love taking my coffee onto the balcony, even in wintertime! The beds, pillows and bedding are so crisp and comfortable and just right for the weather. I love the large, deep bath and rainshower option in the shower. Cool option — There's a screen embedded in the restroom mirror, so you can monitor the news as you brush your teeth! Can't recommend highly enough.

I went to Bygone the other night for drinks and dinner. This has got to be the best view of Baltimore in Baltimore! I was almost dizzy! The cocktail menu is elaborate and elevated. My only critique is that the lighting is so dim that it's impossible to read the menus. Can't wait to go back!

Edit — The spa manager called to clear a few of the issues that I had with my services. I appreciate attentive management. Spa review — I had a massage, a fire and ice facial and a full set of lashes. Everything went well, everyone was nice, although I feel like if anybody really truly cares about their facial they would never come here for one. The lady who did my facial was very nice but because of her accent I literally could not understand anything that she was saying. I was forced to just smile and say yes thank you to everything because I had no idea what she was asking of me. She was trying to explain aftercare for my facial and I asked her to repeat herself a couple times and I still could not understand a single word she said. I felt like my +$250 was wasted. Facial should last quite a while with the correct instructions. Vortex cleaning was also a $55 dollar waste. Don't add it to your facial. It does nothing. My at home cleaner has done a much better job.

Very nicely appointed overall. Went to Bygone, the bar and restaurant on the top floors. The staff was very friendly, and incredibly attentive despite the fact that it was full. The drinks we're on point, but on the pricey side; as one would expect of an elevated bar in a hotel. But the atmosphere, music, and view were unparalleled.

The staff was excellent. We stayed New Year’s Eve, splurging a little, so we could see the fireworks from our warm cozy room. Much to my dismay, our harbor view was the wrong direction from where they set off the fireworks. I even told the young lady at the desk that was what mattered the most. My husband took it upon himself to go down to the desk and see if any other harbor view room was available and, although it took almost an hour, they moved us to the new room with the PERFECT view of fireworks. They let us just stay in the original room while we waited. Kudos to all the staff that made this work for us. We really appreciated it and had a wonderful stay. I have two negative comments. The bed felt like a 1000 pound weight had been on one side for a year, a person practically rolling off the edge onto the floor. The opposite side was also bad, but not as much. The other item is that, unless we missed it, there should be free coffee at least in the lobby. They do have Nespresso in the room, but only three capsules and two small creamers—not enough for us at all. I didn’t want to order room service for a pot of coffee or a couple of cappuccinos. There were free cookies and infused water in the lobby. The cookie was delicious. Overall, probably worth the couple of extra bucks based on service.

I went to the Bygone. The experience was amazing. The service was outstanding and the food was perfect. I went for drinks, but still ended up getting food. I had the steak tartare and let me just say It was the best I've ever had and the drinks were delicious. I was in the bar area upstairs in the mezzanine (whiskey bar). I can't wait to go back… Oh and I should have started with how spectacular the view was. It's worth going for alone.

To be clear, my criticism is of Wit and Wisdom, not the hotel itself. I found the service there deplorable and completely outside the level of quality I have come to expect from four seasons. The bartenders were unfriendly, unable to make suggestions, and ignored my date and I for an unreasonable amount of time in a bar that was not particularly busy. The hotel can do better, and it should.

Beautiful hotel. We stayed the night with our two young children. They gave each a stuffed animal during check-in as well as other treats left in the room. We're not used to staying in high end hotels, but the staff made this special stay very memorable for all 4 of us.

My wife and I went for a relaxing spa day, the day before her father's funeral. There were a few issues in the beginning with miscommunication, as well as robe availability, that eventually got corrected as much as possible. What had started as a very difficult, poor experience, had turned into a relaxing and acceptable day, thanks to the efforts of a few dedicated, understanding employees who went above and beyond.

I have not stayed here overnight but have been many times for work related events and personal dining. Valet are trustworthy and caucus with your vehicle. Restaurants are top notch and its central to many good things.

I visited the spa for a massage. It was a wonderful experience and I got use of the showers, saunas, therapy pool, and steam showers with all the amenities. And they knew it was my birthday, so they surprised me with a birthday treat after the massage!

I went to brunch here it was a delicious and comfy way to watch the game! The bagel bar was my favorite part… I loved the mini Tabasco bottles. Our waitress was very tentative… she was amazing actually… worth the price tag about… 50 or 60 per person…

I stayed over night for a couple nights. The room was clean, the staff was very nice, and the surrounding area was very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

100% classy. The loveliest venue in Baltimore City for an event to remember! We absolutely marveled at how every detail of PASSION FOR FOOD AND WINE was catered to this year. Tons of money was raised for Cystic Fibrosis and our sponsors walked away feeling nothing but gratitude.

I only spent a few hours there with visiting a friend. But the staff was quick to assist us with our bags and the check in process was relatively quick. The best part for me was the pool, the cleanliness (looked new) and the location. Very nice location for a walk and restaurants.

Went for massages at the spa. The facility is really nice and the heat experience (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi) is top notch. Highly recommend this spa. My only complaint is that they recently changed their policy and spa guests no longer receive complimentary parking. It feels like nickel and diming especially when the massages are so expensive.

I've been wanting to stay at this hotel forever so imagine my disappointment when I made reservations for a beautiful Waterfront room and walk into the room and sit on the bed and it's squeaking like the box spring is old and rickety. It wasn't just one space you sat on it was anywhere that you sat on the bed or moved on the bed that it made a horrific noise and the bed was super uncomfortable. I called downstairs and they sent someone up to exchange the bed and put a pillow top on the mattress which really didn't help. I was very disappointed from the get-go because I've always heard what a fabulous Hotel this is and was so excited to stay here. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is very accommodating. We went down to the restaurant for dinner expecting a five-star meal and again were disappointed. The next morning we ordered room service that said they were going to be here in 40 minutes and it took over an hour and when they got up to the room all of the things that we ordered were not there and we had to wait till they brought the stuff up and then hurry and eat because we had a spa appointment. Last night we ordered room service again for coffee and tea and we're told that would be there in 20 minutes and it took 45 minutes. I understand that you have to wait for room service but if you are told a certain time then you would expect it to be delivered at that time if that's the case they just shouldn't say when it will come to your room and that's just fine.

Try to take room on the upper floor with Sea view room. It's quite impressive and amazing to see those view from the room. The staff is curteous and very polite. The location of resort is so good. They have a open pool but depth is less. It's more off a sitting area then to swim. Food of the hotel is too awesome and appreciate the chef.

Great view, good pool and gym. Extremely professional staff. Changed my room at my request and the security staff saved a teddy bear we forgot in the room. Dine in is great. Only thing that sucked was the parking situation. It's 23$ every day and if you are constantly in and out it's 7$ to 14$ every single time. Valet is 43$ a day.

The venue was beautiful for an evening wedding. We had amazing views of Baltimore's Inner Harbor and the rooms were decorated in a modern and chic fashion. The service was awesome and everyone there was so helpful!

Room is very nice with a lot of amenities. Our shower didn't work right. The hot and cold was hard to get right. The top shower head also leaked. Still a nice place.

Four Seasons Hotel — The Charm'tastic Mile is indeed the best hotel in the city. A 5-star for sure. Very classy and posh. Located in Harbor East with some of the best restaurants in town. Highly recommended. This is the toast of the city.

Worst service I've ever received at a Four Seasons hotel. The Four Seasons in Los Angeles have a policy of never saying no to any requests for a guest. This one seems to say no to everything. Bar service was also lagging, the bartenders left and switched shifts without notifying us and we had look for someone to ask for the bill.

Great location and top notch service. Exactly what you expect from luxury hotel. Valet your car if you plan on using it. If not, there is a self parking garage right before the hotel. Service is great and very helpful. Rooms are very clean and decent size with a great view of the harbor.

Without a doubt — the best hotel experience I ever had and most likely better than anyone could ever experience! The room, view, spa, pool, restaurant are all as good as it gets but the service tops it all off! They are there for you around the clock trying to make your stay as convenient and pleasurable as possible. I don't recall all the names but I specifically recall Stephanie who went above and beyond to assist us with everything. DO NOT consider staying anywhere else!

Hotel was Great. Wit & Wisdom was fantastic. Great food and great waiter. Room service for breakfast was great. Now for the But. Swimming pool bar service was the Worst! Waited 10 minutes and then I walked up to bar and waited another 10 minutes and still didn't get served. It sucked!

When I first got to the Four Seasons and saw the hotel and my room, I thought it was the best hotel I've ever stayed at, but it ended up being the worst experience I've ever had. The room is very nice. But I was put up on the 17th floor directly under the construction. I woke up every morning to extrememly loud banging. I don't know what they were doing but they were pounding something for over an hour. And that's not even the worst part. Whatever they were doing was making the top of the hotel building sway. The room was moving so bad it actually made me motion sick. I had to get ready as fast as I could to get out of the room, so I had no where to go until my conference started. And I had to grab something out of my room on our lunch break. I was in there for 5 minutes maybe and it was still swaying so badly that I got motion sick again and was sick for the next few hours. I tried as hard as I could to stay out of my hotel room as much as possible. It was horrible!
