Great resort! Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a real "New Orleans" feel to the interiors of the rooms.

We stayed at one bedroom studio. Loved the high ceilings in the rooms and very spacious. The location of La Belle is 10 minute walk to all main destination. Totally recommend it.

Just spend 4 days in this resort awesome place very nice staff we loved it!

We always enjoy our stay at this lovely club Wyndham resort! It’s very conveniently located a block away from Canal Street and Street Car service is nearby.

LOVE this hotel. We have stayed two different times and we love it more every time.

The room was big we stayed in a studio. Really lovely room. Wi-Fi not the best but works. The staff was awesome. Special mention to Timara and Cam these ladies made our stay even more enjoyable.

Staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice and spacious. However we booked a two room lockout with two king beds and when we arrived we were told that it was unavailable. Instead we were given a two room lockout with one king and one queen.

This place is fantastic, centrally located. It's in walking distance to the French Quarters. Great staff, great place to stay.

Very large suite on the 8th floor. Nice view of rooftops reflecting the history of the area. Very close to Bourbon Street and loads of restaurants and bars. Everyone is extremely helpful and courteous. Downside is that they don’t have a restaurant and bar. Took us awhile to find somewhere for breakfast. Would be nice to at least have a continental breakfast. Coffee, lattes and cappuccino available until mid afternoon but no food available on site. Would still highly recommend the hotel.

Everything was clean. They have a wonderful complementary coffee on second floor open 24 hrs a day. I would love to stay here again! The staff is very friendly and gave us wonderful recommendation on where to eat.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! Our “room” felt more like a small loft over the city! It was neat and clean and the decor was beautiful! The staff always greeted us with a smile! The bed was comfortable and we slept great! I loved how it was right there in walking distance of everything. The only recommendation I would have, is for the coffee machine hours to be extended longer! I do like the coffee pot in the room, but the lattes in the machine were fantastic and we are all day coffee drinkers! I have zero complaints! The concierge, Dani, was wonderful! She was super friendly and gave us so much helpful information! Thank you all for making our first time in New Orleans so amazing! Will never forget it!

Check in experience was quick… room was nice, clean, and spacious. We had a 2 bedroom and it was enough room for all 5 of us to still move around. Also they had 2 full bathrooms. We had an amazing time.

Beautiful resort with excellent staff. This location is less than 2 blocks to the French Quarters. It is quiet but also close to the action. My room was spotless and the attention to detail was amazing.

Really nice resort and in a convenient location. Just a few blocks from bourbon and royal streets and also within walking distance to all the museums and the paddle boat cruise. We loved the atmosphere in the room. Very new orleans. There is no bar or restaurant this location but there are plenty of watering holes right outside the place. They do have a pool but it is tiny. A bigger pool would be nice but other than that, no complaints.

It was not the typical Wyndham Resort, but my family and I enjoyed our stay there tremendously. The staff was helpful and friendly. They offered helpful hints and suggestions about where to go and places to see during our stay in New Orleans. I highly recommend to Wyndham owners and others!

My family and I have stayed here twice. Location is perfect. You do have to valet your car, so be aware you have to pay for each day you use the valet and of course tips. Rooms are a nice size and clean, everything you'd excpec from a Wyndham resort. They have an atrium that has a coffee machine so that's pretty cool too. Who doesn't love free coffee.

Staff was excellent! Room was incredibly nice. Everything was spotless. Use their Valet. It's cheaper and more convenient than any other option.

Lovely, quaint hotel with a lot of charm. Very close to all the usual tourist spots. Right on the edge of the French Quarter. Small pool and jacuzzi. Nice fitness room with treadmills, cycles, weights machine and free weights. Also has water, towels and a sauna (you can refill water bottles here instead of buying extra from the supermarket). The staff are friendly and accommodating. There are activities each day, including a free boiled crawfish lunch (very nice — make sure you get there as it starts, as it goes fast), ice cones plus more. There is a constant popcorn machine and hot & cold drinks. You can leave luggage and they have valet parking. It would have got a 5 star rating if not for the timeshare staff, who were a little deceiving (but they left us alone once they realized we weren't interested in any more points).

What a wonderful service these people provide. From the bellman, Randy to the concierge, Marie, they really made our vacation special in every way. Every one of Marie's suggestions for things to do or places to go became special memories we will cherish for a long time. The hotel is beautiful and has some very interesting history. The second floor coffee lounge was very comfortable and quickly became a morning haunt. We have a lot of other destinations in mind but we will definitely come back here, too.

This has been a great place (friendly staff and fair room) to see city and enjoy food, fun with easy access! Carpet dirty. Hard mattress. Parking horrible $$$ prices. NOW they push members to see sales and we lost 3/4 day and still did not get offered gift! Never stay there again.

Have never stayed in a room without a window to the outside. Interior lighting should be brighter and more lamps. Mood lighting is out of place in this circumstance. Reading is difficult. All the amenities are good and staff is super friendly. Cannot beat the location. Full kitchen with everything!

Great location in New Orleans. The staff was very friendly and the I know from outside it doesn't look like much, but once inside its beautiful. The rooms are large and have the amenities that are needed. Nice large king size bed that didn't make the room feel small at all and it has its own separate room from the rest of the room. It feels like a small one bedroom apartment.

Difficulty getting checked in on Parade days. Impossible to get a car near hotel to unload. Our two bedroom unit had no windows, no view to speak of.

My wife and I stayed at this location for two nights and we can't wait to go back. The building is classic and beautiful and the people make your stay totally worth it. Anything we needed they took care of or were capable of pointing us in the right direction of and were happy to do it. It felt almost family-run.

The room was good, everything we expected, and the friendliness of the staff was good but when making requests, it too some effort to get things like extra bedding for the pull out couch. But the biggest complaint would be parking. They charge $26/night for valley parking and when you try to call down to let them know you'll be needing your vehicle soon (30 min or so) nobody answers and apparently nobody check the voicemails it seems you too when they don't answer. So, then you get to sit around waiting 30 min after the front desk calls them as you're checking out. I would have rather parked it myself had I known they were so disappointing. And keep an eye on your bags, a personal pillow went missing somewhere between room and vehicle and while I imagine it's an accident, it's one more significant frustration.

They have all types of perks and amenities. The gym is in close proximity to the spa and pool that look so relaxing.

Very convenient to the French Quarter, Casino & convention center but still quiet. Nicely decorated & clean rooms. Hot tub, sauna and small swimming pool. We had an interior room during this stay so no windows meant we could sleep in & we couldn't hear the sirens & street cars.

Parking rates are cheaper or comparable to the surrounding area. Fully furnished except no stoves, ovens, pots and pans (but front desk can provide electric skillets upon request). Very convenient location. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Pretty good overall; but hotel employees talking in the lobby and inside sales calls at 8:30 in the morning make it hard to sleep. Also, the kitchen setup inside the room is outstanding, stock it with food and liquor. I would have gladly paid for it!

Excellent. In all ways. Location to French quarter is great. Rooms are nicely appointed fresh and extremely clean. Staff is friendly and efficient. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience here. The rooms are big and very clean, and the location is wonderful. Walking distance to both French Quarter and Garden District (And the WWII museum)! Close to breakfast and dinner joints, too, so you'll never want for food. The sales tactics are standard Wyndham, so just don't go to the breakfast if you don't want to buy anything. Other than that, it's a great place!

The room is great, service isn't. The ones at the front desk had a bit of an attitude when guests were checking in. When we went to the owners update DJ, the sales rep was great. When it came time to end the session, and the manager Steve came out, he was a complete jerk. Raised his voice to my wife and I, and said never to come back to another update. We have come across some less than scrupulous folks on other updates, but have never been treated in this manner. Not the way to get a Platinum owner to move to Presidential Reserve. Steve has no business in the position he is in.

Everyone here is super nice. The concierge people were very helpful and gave us a pretty good discount on the city tours we wanted to go on. Our room even had a stocked kitchenette.

As a Wyndham member for over 20 years, I would love to spend a vacation that I don't feel pressured to listen to another "educational meeting" that ends up being high pressure sales. The desk clerk who checked us in was pleasant. We then were sent to the Wyndham concierge who proceeded to tell us of all the discounts we got for being VIP Silver owners, which after an hour was contingent on going to an educational seminar. I expressed that I didn't want to go, only to enjoy our vacation undisturbed. She went on to say that someone would come up to our room midweek to refresh our rooms supplies and take about 15 minutes to go over the educational seminar information. This happens at every Wyndham resort. So no local discounts for being a Wyndham owner without attending. I am so fed up with this. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are great.

This Wyndham thing is akin to a time share experience. We took it to reduce the cost of some New Orleans tours. The property was amazing, the cost for their little vacation club was upwards of $60k, depending on credit. They promised an "up to 120 minute presentation" which was closer to 180.

The staff are amazing. I have never felt so welcome and well cared for at a lodging before. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is close to nearby activities.

Great location! Minutes away from walking to all the hotspots. Lots of public witnessing carts! Disappointed to find out we had to pay for parking $26 daily, but it's cheaper than anywhere else we checked. Our first room we checked into hadn't been cleaned yet, but were given a clean room immediately. All staff have been very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Attended Vacation Club Presentation and toured the property. Rooms were spacious and beautiful with a nice view. Staff very friendly and looking forward to staying there soon!

Hotel is amazing. They messed up the reservation so had to upgrade the room and we had to move rooms after two nights into a new room for the other two nights and wait 3 hours for the new room to be available. Most of the hotel staff was very friendly with the exception of two! Very rude! Nice hotel all together but would not recommend this one for children due to the surrounding atmosphere of the hotel.

This is a good place to stay in New Orleans on a budget. It is close to the French quarters. The room was good, kitchenette fully stocked, mattress excellent, and Wi-Fi better than average. Very polite staff too. I once had an electrical problem which was fixed fast.

Beautiful hotel, updated suites, and great staff. Be aware of the wyndham resort owner staff. They are very pushy, the meeting they send you to is longer than one hour and they spend the whole time pressuring you to buy a ownership or upgrade your current ownership. I recommend the hotel but if you go don't get sucked in to the ownership meeting and tricked into getting discounts that come at a price.

I have to say that my first experience with Wyndham was awesome until I returned back home. After I returned home, I realized that I had left my complete makeup bag on the bathroom counter in our room on the 9th floor. This bag was approximately 8x10 in size and 6 inches tall. I called immediately the next day and was transferred to Security and they didn't show any items being listed in lost and found from our room. The other couple we stayed with also made multiple calls and we were finally put in touch with the head of house cleaning. They said they would investigate the situation and that it was mandatory the cleaning staff log all items left behind by customers. Well, no luck. I am disappointed. So very disappointed! There are a two reasons for the disappearance of my bag. 1. Someone threw it in the trash. 2. Someone took my makeup bag which I consider luggage. What upsets me the most is that there are people employed by Wyndham who are dishonest. If you threw it away because you were in a hurry to clean the room, say so. If you need my makeup bag that much, fine, it's yours. Either way, I am still disappointed. The makeup is replaceable, but there were a few items in there from my deceased grandmother that can never be replaced…

Great staff, very accommodating and professional. Room setup was a little odd, as we faced an interior courtyard, so we had no windows actually facing outside. The room and furnishings were excellent. Mine 1 star for the "event coordinator" trying so hard to get us to attend a time share upsell meeting, we already own and don't want more. Don't be so pushy.

Second time at this hotel. It's right on the heart of New Orleans, just minutes walk from all manner of food, drink, and activity. The staff are super helpful, and they have daily events (gumbo tasting, bread pudding, etc. ). The pool is a great way to relax at the end of the day, too.

The on the most was great. We found it very difficult to keep the rooms at a comfortable temperature. Close to the French Quarter. No good views from windows and were told that some rooms don't even have windows. No vending machines. And not even a coffee shop nearby. Be prepared to reuse same towels throughout stay. They only give you fresh towels etc after you have stayed st least 7 days. Shower was only warm when only hot water on. No nice hot showers. Awakened several times during night every night by trash pick up right outside the window.

Beautiful hotel all dressed up for Mardi Gras! Very nice and informative staff. The room was gorgeous and makes you feel like you are at home on vacation. Loved it!

It is a beautiful resort but we were not told that spa and pool were closed… they made promises about changing our room because we were not given what we asked for (a room with kitchen) so we didnt unpack only to find out the following day that we would not be given a different room. Then to top it all off… I wanted a bottled water so we went to vending machines and 1 floor was broken and the other empty! My hubby had to leave resort at 1am to fins something because not even the employee lounge had water! And only one elevator was working! Not meeting our expectations for sure!

This hotel gave us the largest Suite of rooms that I've been given at any Wyndham timeshare Hotel. It was so great that none of the kids wanted to walk around New Orleans. I know a lot of people put that little pool in their pictures so it makes some people disappointed when they find out that it is super tiny and really just good for looking at. This is the third different timeshare hotel that I've stayed at in that same area. It is my favorite. It is not in the middle of all the drunk craziness. But it's close enough that you can easily, easily get there without needing to take the trolley or a cab.

We're Wyndham members and have stayed here many times. The location is terrific: just outside the French Quarter where it's a bit more quiet, but close enough to walk to all the highlights. The trolleys run nearby. The resort staff is terrific and helps to book tours and so forth. The rooms are beautiful. Unlike many Wyndham resorts there is only a kitchenette with a microwave, not a full oven or cooktop. There is a large guest laundry room rather than an in-room washer and dryer. It's a very comfortable, practical and beautiful place to stay.

Very good location, even though it is an old hotel is in very good general condition its people are hamaable we visited them from Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico.

Nice, just at the entrance to the french quarter. The facility is very clean, the apartment of the 9th sublime. Presence of a (very small) pool that allows to cool down on summer heat. I loved.

Great service, nice people, clean rooms. Only problem is the staff can see a bit pushy but only because they have an up beat personality and need to slow down sometimes for guest. But over all amazing stay.

As a timeshare owner trading in, I found the locate was within walking distance to the French Quarter, Hararh casino, French market, Riverwalk to name a few. Timeshare was clean and public areas maintained well. Since it's a timeshare they are interested in selling units, the concierges are more interested in getting you into a time presentation, be ware. Unless you call, housekeeping, they will not come into the room. You also have to take your own garbage to the garbage shuttle down the hall.

The location is good. A short walk to several great restaurants and Cafe du Monde. Rooms are big, beds are very comfortable and staff has been nice. There's not much of a swimming pool here. Gym is well equipped compared to most.
