First of all they have rooms available, very polite, quiet place, hot and cold water, good cable, I am able to watch the world cup. I defenetly would be back.

Ok for an inexpensive hotel.

Not very clean, but very cheap.

They tell you one price then charge a higher price. Wrong way to do business.

Stayed only one nite. Bed was super hard. Bed frame in one bed was broken, no hand soap to wash your hands, and the TV stalled numerous times. Rather spend a few extra dollars and stay someplace nice. Won't be back.

Greatest people on earth. Very respectful and will go out of there way to make your stay feel like home. Highly recommend this place.

Housekeeping was very nice. Front desk is good to work with. Rooms is comfortable and convenient. I would stay again.

No. No. No and No. Spend the extra $10 per night and stay at any other place than this. My first clue should have been when I wasn't asked "smoking or non"? This place smells of ashtray…

Towel looked dirty No smoking room, smell smokey. Sheet and blankets had burn holes.

The room was horribly disgusting. Dirty sheets and hair all ove the bathroom. Dirt and pubic hair in Wada under the beds and all the bathroom and the refrigerator stink like something died in it. And the roaches were crawling all over the room as soon as the lights went out. It was by far the very worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Absolutely filthy.

My son went in today and rented a room for a week… got to the room and it was filthy… full of bedbugs… went to the front desk and wanted a refund… they only gave him 6 days back… am planning on suing this compay at their cost.

I got ate up with bed bugs, and got an infection from them when I told the owner he tried to deny it. All I wanted was to let the other guest know because he was still renting it out! Knowing it had bugs.

Ask to see the room first for health reasons because it was dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty, dusty, dusty, dusty, dusty, dusty, dusty, dusty, hairy, hairy, hairy pissy, pissy, pissy. The room had brown stains on the bed, floor, walls doors and yellow stains in the tub. The ice bucket smelled of beer the phone didn't work and I have PICTURES. The one good thing this place had to offer was the roof and a door that locked. I cleaned this room from top to bottom with bleach and dish soap. I came here late at night with no other option, I'm a able body, God be with the sick and unable body that come to this place. I paid $70.00 a night Shame, shame, shame on the personal at this inn. I give this place not one star…

House keeping has alot to learn about cleaning. I've been here three weeks with my husband and I have cleaned everything with the cleaning supplies I went and bought. They don't wipe anything down. They don't mop, I wash there towels they furnish. I had to clean the refrigerator when I got here because it had mold. The bed smelled like shit, it was just grose.
What I can say good is that it's nice and quiet, you can park your truck outside your door and everyone is really nice.
Obviously the owners of this place need to check there emoyees work after each guest checks out.
I have one more week left here, so room 147 is CLEAN.

Oh My God This place is filthy! I have video because I'm still in disbelief! We were so tired and got there late and fell asleep waking up to like they didnt even clean the room. It really looks disguisting!

Staff was nice! Owner is a liar! Our room had bugs! (Filth Roaches and a couple large spiders. ) We slept on top of the cigarette burned comforters, using our own covers from home to cover up. Our home was a total loss due to the flood, and the owner refused us any further stay after 2 weeks because of our animals. But come to find out,,,, he allowed another couple to rent a room with two large dogs the night before our time ran out, for $100 pet fee. We were only asked to pay $75 a week earlier. Hmmmmm! We were paying $45 a night for "Weekly Rental Rates". The other couple were paying $75 a night for the same stay. (I found out this info chit chatting with the other couple while washing a load of clothing. ) They too lost their home. How can a owner of a hotel, kick out a couple with a 14yr old son, knowing they have nowhere to go, and have lost everything? We had money to pay! Our dogs were being behaved, and using the restroom outside. Not bothering a soul! They were inside dogs at our home. We even washed our own towels, and bought a mop, broom, and cleaning wipes to clean our own room, since they were afraid of any and all dogs. I will tell you how he could kick us out! MORE MONEY! He charged us the "Normal" price. The new people coming in were being charged the "Lost My Home,,, Desperate! " price. So he could make more money off of our room with a new tenant then he could with us. (Or I would have reported him for price gouging, and he knew it!

Basic but clean no bugs. Clean room and towels. Grill outside.
