Great room very large room.
Poorly managed! Booked rooms while there was knowingly no hot water and didn’t advice the incoming guests of the issue. Multiple promises that the water heater was being repaired but no one was ever working on it. We had witness to the facility housing the tank with no service people attending it our entire stay. They refused to move us to another room BUT had a ‘non usable’ room that they could not book that they offered to let us shower in. We offered to leave and seek other accommodations but they refused to refund our money. Finally we called the Marriott corporate number and was assured there would be a 100% refund and 25, 000 rewards points to be added to our Bonvoy account which was never dispersed. Our claim number is 847259801. We talked to Cesar Bonilla with elite services. We had a full room of patrons, which the hotel was aware of upon booking, yet the bed in the couch was unusable. Two of our guest slept on the floor that was wet and soggy due to some leak in the room, which led to the room smelling like dirty, wet dog. Most unpleasant stay I’ve ever encountered and most dishonest staff/management of all time!
