Nice place to sleep opening pool.

Always a true pleasure staying at Drury Inn and Suites. I’ve stayed at quite a few different ones and I have never been disappointed. The living room was pretty warm but we shut our door bedroom door and it stayed pretty cool that way. Couldn’t really enjoy being out in the living room as it was very warm.

Love this place very nice clean and nice people.

Best hotel I've stayed at hands down. So clean. The staff is wicked friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay the night or even longer.

Staff and manager are all incredible and super nice folks. This whole hotel is super clean, great food, great service. Excellent rooms. 10/10 would recommend. Very professional and the staff takes pride in their work. I would certainly come back 100 times over. 😍

Staff nice. Rooms clean. Environment awful. Loud music at the pool. The " bar" is a cafeteria with kids everywhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. They not only served breakfast they provided us with dinner upon arrival. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.

Drury Inn & Suites has been a great place to stay in any state that we’re staying in or just passing through. Every single person there is FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!

What a great place to stay. This is my second visit and again I was so impressed. From the moment I walked up to the desk, the manager, Mr. Miranda, was as so friendly and welcoming. He was very thorough with all of the instructions; how to get to the room and when and where breakfast and evening drinks/dinner was located. The hotel was clean and seemed well kept. I would recommend this hotel and plan on staying here again on my next visit to Baton Rouge.

Terrible customer service and lack of communication with both phone reservation and front desk.

They were so kind when we needed an extended check out due to a death in the family. They were very very kind and the amenities were great.

The water in the rooms smelled awful and tasted worse. Undrinkable. No coffee makers in the rooms either. So you have to go down to the lobby for water to drink and for coffee. Very inconvenient to say the least.

I have been a good member with the Drury hotel for 5 years and I honestly mean it when I say, I WILL NEVER RETURN back to this hotel. Thus us the worst experience ever! Check in is usually available at 3 pm, but my suite wasn't available til 4:30, which put me behind in plans. I am a home health nurse as needed and I had a patient to visit for 4:00 pm. Then during our stay, we were disturbed and harrased while in the pool by staff. Like im so disgusted.

They took 250 dollars off my card because some said I was smoking in the room but never asked me … but it was just a cover up… I smelled like smoke nd 420 friendly when I first checked in.

Excellent Hotel Currently Enjoying My Stay.

We thoroughly enjoy our quarterly stay at Drury inn. It's very convenient to us being that we are from out of town and must come here for specialized medical care for our baby girl. The staff is professional and very courteous.
We give them a 5 star.

I love the Drury Inn! Comfortable beds and rooms. We also love the Kickback Hour in the evening. Our favorite person to see there is AJ. She is the best!

We have enjoyed every minute of our stay. Friendly staff, good food, and my son has enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. He met many little friends, and every parent has seemed to be enjoying their stay, as well. Will definitely come back when in the area!

I always stay at Drury inn s when they are located in the areas I'm working in. Have done so since 2013. My go to hotel. Very nice rooms and amazing staff.

Very clean! Excellent breakfast with a wide variety. I booked a King suite with two rooms. 42 in TV each room. Lived up to my expectations, bathroom is good too. Free popcorn, drinks, breakfast buffet and dinner buffet, indoor / outdoor pool with hot jacuzzi. 10/10

I loved this hotel. The staff was great. Check-in was quick and easy. They also give complimentary drinks and food, which was good. The room was clean and super spacious. A great deal for our money, and there was breakfast, which was good as well. I will definitely be booking with Drury in the future!

Please do not stay at this hotel because of the freebies. If you want a simple place that is relatively clean, you are fine. Otherwise, spend your money somewhere else. My room and the dining area were not very clean and the quality of the food and drinks was not good. Furthermore, the girl working the front desk had an attitude and tried to act like I was stupid instead of admitting that the jacuzzi didn’t work. They say you can make free long distance calls, but I couldn’t even get the phone to work to ask if there were towels by the pool. It was a very disappointing stay and I won’t stay here again.

The first day was awful we get in our room and the air was not working I called down to the desk and the lady comes up and said it is motion activated okay well about midnight it still was not cooling and I had to call back down stairs come to find out the maintenance man told them. To put no one in that room so finally they move us to another room I don’t know if I will be back.

This was my very first time staying at this hotel. My experience here was great. I will rate this hotel with a {A}. The staff was on top of everything that was going on and the security was also great. The staff made sure u had everything u need for your stay no matter how many days are nights you are staying they will help you out. They also have what they call 5:30 kickback. They have free popcorn and adult beverages around from 5:30pm-7:00pm. So if your ever pass through baton rouge la stop on into the drury inn baton rouge.

It was me, my wife, and my 3 kids that stayed in a room. Included free dinner with alcoholic drinks, breakfast, and indoor/outdoor pool. For the money it was the best bet. I had a wonderful time.

Plenty of channels The beds and pillows were pretty comfy and the AC works great! With that said, there were some things that could have been better. 1. Hard to get guest services on the phone. 2. Not enough toiletries. I hated the soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower. All I could thing of was GERMS! 3. Room had a stuffy, stale smell when we initially arrived Overall, decent room.

Very nice and clean hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a decent size with a big bathroom. Great free breakfast! They have an indoor and outdoor pool but bc of our plans we didn't get to enjoy them. We were on the 7th floor so we did get to enjoy a beautiful view and free popcorn from the lobby! Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Stayed there one night and was not pleased. The TV in the room did not work, they tried changing the box and HDMI cord. Was moved to a different room with no hot water in the sinks. They only had one person working, she had to check in and work on equipment. This hotel gives the brand a bad name. The only thing that was good was the food selection. Would not recommend.

Very nice hotel. Rooms appear to have been updated recently. Wide variety of breakfast options and the location just off the highway was perfect.

When I stayed the hotel itself was excellent from the moment we entered the hotel we was able to check in earlier than 3 due to availability… upon entering the hotel when I got back it was packed to the max I didn’t get to enjoy the pool nor the kickback the hotel was full of baseball team kids running around everywhere making the elevator take 20 — 30 minutes to come down they got to running around on the 3rd floor as well called front desk and they came and made the kids stop running So my lesson I learned was book during the week or Sunday but never on a Saturday again.

I love this place! We stay here every time we’re in Baton Rouge. The staff is awesome! Their rooms are are very nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast is delicious.

Very nice hotel especially if you need room for kids. Breakfast good too! I made my mom a ham and egg sandwich and she ate it all which is usual for my mom because she is a picky eater.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Wonderful rooms, the bed was very comfortable. And since we were traveling it was wonderful that we only paid an extra $30.00 to have our dog stay with us. I will deffinetly stay here again if we head that way again.

Great price, great room (very clean), and great amenities. Had a stay-cation during the cold weather and picked Drury because of the indoor pool. Ended up picking very well as I was very pleased with the all you can eat dinner and breakfast, with restaurant style eating area. Also the self serve popcorn machine that had popcorn all night (great late night snack)

Terrible. We checked in and everything seemed alright when we got in the room, then we opened the mini fridge to put are food in it and it was broken and there were several bottles of beer in it! things kept on getting worse, air conditioning was broken, toilet was broken, some of the lights kept on flickering on and off as well, a lot of the other guests were loud and rude, making tons of noise deep into the night. the staff were no help either, we called several times asking for more pillows and telling them that the toilet and air conditioning were broken, they said they'll have someone up immediately however it took about 30 minuets for someone to come for the broken mini fridge and no-one came at all for the broken lights or toilet or pillows! the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because they did give us refund.

The best hotel we have stayed at in Baton Rouge yet. We travel every 6-8 weeks to see a doctor for our daughter. Great environment, easy to get comfortable and relax. Super perks like the Kickbacks, pool and hot breakfast!

This was a wonderful hotel. I needed a wheelchair accessible room. They had choices of either a roll-in shower or an accessible bathtub. Several hotels only offer the bathtub option. I needed the roll-in shower option. They had a nice breakfast with my favorite, grits. The room was a nice large room with plenty of room to maneuver my electric chair. The bathroom was also nice and large, and the mirror and electrical plugs were at a usable level. I would choose this hotel on my next visit to Baton Rouge.

Everything we want and none of what we don't need. Ymmv. Snacks and breakfast good — not gourmet, but free. Three free cocktails per adult also free. Indoor pool and Whirlpool, pet friendly, microwave, mini-fridge and amazingly friendly and personable employees. We can't recommend it enough. Softer mattresses than I like, but rest of family says they're perfect. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in dispenser on shower wall and labelled "H2O" in the blue color I think WDW had years ago.

The only hotel in Baton Rouge I'm interested in staying at with my family. The staff make this place a fun and relaxing stay. The rates are good, my family love the unique pool and I love the glorious absence of bs.

Didn't like this place at all. Not very clean, was extremely busy and the draw was the free food and drink tickets. We're constantly out of everything and I couldn't tell if the lobby was a nursing home or a daycare. Was nothing special and will not be back. Best thing was the location, close to the interstate.

Very friendly staff at breakfast and throughout the hotel. Breakfast was a spread and well kept as we ate. The lobby is quiet nice and conference room large but cozy. Enjoyed my stay.

I'm rating this hotel 5 starts for the price point, recent renovations, friendly staff, free afternoon drinks, free fast Wi-Fi and free breakfast, pool that's open year around. And I only paid $85 a night for weekend. Also pet friendly.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Clean is the biggest thing for me… I wasn't afraid to walk around barefoot in the room or take a shower because the carpet was practically brand new and the bathroom was pretty much spotless. It had an indoor pool, Jacuzzi and fitness room, none of which we used, but all appeared clean and functional. The hot breakfast was very good (minus the hair in the scrambled eggs, which we decided to pass on, but others in the room didn't seem to mind or were just oblivious). If not for the hairy eggs I would give this 5 stars. I would definitely stay again.

This place started out as a 5. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. Woke up in the morning to roaches playing in my shower. Noticed a used washcloth still hanging from the shower curtain. Asked the lady how we make a complaint if there was a card or do I tell her. She said to tell her and all she did was say sorry. 2 stars for this place.

My family loves staying at Drury Inn. When they say" Where the extras aren't extra, " they mean it. The breakfast is one of the best compared to any hotel with a hot breakfast, and the meal from 5:30 til 7 pm is wonderful. Where else can you stay that is super clean, very helpful caring staff, a fabulous breakfast, and an after hours food. They also have sodas and popcorn nearly all the time.

The staff was friendly. We were upgraded to a room with a jetted tub when I mentioned it was our anniversary. The free food and drinks were a huge plus. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

Great hotel, but didn't get rooms expected. Not sure if mistake was made this time or last time I stayed (booked the same room type). However, staff was nice and helpful.

Currently renovating, so smells like new carpet, but overall pretty nice hotel. Breakfast was good. The snacks in the evening or really good good. Includes three adult beverages.

We are a family of four. My husband, 2 teens. 1 boy 1 girl, and myself. I was a bit hesitant when my husband booked our room. However, I was totally amazed at how awesome this hotel and its staff was! From the wonderful, completely comfortable and fully equipped room, to the awesome FREE dinner, delicious hot FREE breakfast, indoor and outdoor pool, to the ENTIRE staff with a smile on all of their faces and a hi, hello, how are you folks today, how was your room, is everything ok, do you need anything, can we help with anything, is your food good, everything ok with your food, I could go on and on and on about how nice, sweet, caring, helpful, friendly and hospitable those folks were. It has been a long time (we travel a few times throughout the year) since we have stayed in a hotel that all of us enjoyed so fully! THANK YOU, Drury Inn for making a normal stay over night in a hotel much much more than just "normal" stay. It was the best stay in a hotel that I can remember. It was my first stay in a Drury Inn but it won't be my last. You have DEFINITELY made a customer out of us!

Rooms were in great condition and we'll stocked with amenities. They catered well to the needs of our large group. The breakfast and kick back are delicious as well.

A pleasant surprise for our family. We were trying to be budget friendly and stumbled across this hotel. It has a very nice lobby and the one bedroom suite was very spacious. I will be coming back!

My Mother's Day experience here was wonderful. The staff is excellent and most definitely down to earth. This place goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is comfortable as possible The rooms we spotless, and they offer excellent Dinner and breakfast that is free they really do take care of their people and if I ever came into town again there's no doubt in my mind, DRURY INN & SUITE IN BATON ROUGE WOULD BE MY FIRST AND ONLY PICK so that my family and I could have a Wonderful stay away from home. Thank you guys so much for the most excellent hospitality ever! now back to foley alabama we go!

This place is awesome for the working person but if you work on weekends it's not good because they don't have a party policy and there are banging doors and noise most of the night! To me that is the only downfall! Nice, courteous front desk workers and dining room and kitchen workers! They all go above and beyond to help anyone.

Not my first time staying at a Drury inn, wasn't pleased with my stay. I would not stay here again. Started with a disappointing check in, we were booked in a suite, tried to check in at 12:30, was rudely told no, was not offered any kind of option, but a flat No! It was too late to cancel our res at this point, otherwise I would have! I come back at 1pm, it's no again, I then ask if I down grade into a regular room, can I check in? Yes, why was this not offered before? I get checked in, told nothing, pool hours? Parking? Notta. Room is clean, yet dated. Half broken recliner, beds with worn out mattresses and I'm paying $143.00? Awesome! Not!

Great, clean rooms. Good breakfast, a lot of choices. It was my daughters birthday and they surprised her with a card at breakfast, really sweet.

The drury inn and suites was amazing ass always. My family are gold members so we visit the drury inn quite often and we've been to number of their locations in various cities and states. It is the perfect hotel.

Right off I10 with clean rooms and fantastic customer service. Not sure any other hotel goes as far as this one to make customers feel welcome.

Enjoyed the stay! the room was big and clean. The staff was friendly and very courteous. I would have rated it a five but the dinner food was not that great. Breakfast food was fine. I would tune up the food some what especially the dinner meal. The taste and menu.

We got in late, check in was quick! Breakfast was great! Showers nice and hot! I'm weird about sleeping in hotel beds, but I enjoyed the nice mattresses and fluffy pillows!

I love this place. They are clean and have very nice staff I have pretty much lived there for the last month. They are a block away from the hospital. And the food is good as well.

Loved our stay at Drury Inn at Baton Rouge. Our room was clean, and scent free. Plenty of towels, shower gel and shampoo dispenser came in handy as well. Loved the hot tub and the indoor/outdoor heated pool.

The employees are all very sweet. And they have free breakfast and dinner and its really good food.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Drury. We booked the oversized King suite and there was plenty of space in the room. We brought out dog and he quickly got comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast each morning was great. The lobby is well decorated also.
