Pool, breakfast buffet, dinner service, friendly staff, close to attractions, 4th of July band.

There was a debutante Ball on 6/27, all the teenagers learning about “educate & manners” were staying at the hotel on multiple floor, not all sectioned off all on one floor. Let’s just say they partied all night, the “manners & etiquette was no wear in site. The staff & security unfortunately couldn’t control & handle the noise and chaos. After getting our kids calm again and everyone back to sleep by 3am, at 4am the fire alarm went off 4+ times. Fire extinguisher was used and did many did think there was a fire. We tried taking to the teens, parents, but all the parents & kids were also joining in on the fun. It was quite a sad site. We are very tired and have drive hours home. Be aware families.

Supposedly went through a renovation but rooms were still dated and disgusting/ unclean. Loud at all hours of night. Manager on duty for 7:00 am shift was rude and not accommodating to our group for simple requests like a late check out of 1 hour. Front desk rarely picks up phone and is inattentive to guests needs. $16 breakfast consisted of rubbery eggs & half cooked bacon, cold grits. $$$ wasted, will NEVER stay here again and that’s unfortunate because my daughter’s regional dance competition is held on the property every year. Will tell all my dance mom friends to stay off property at the Water Mark or Marriott in future where they value guests and treat them with kindness and respect. No point in calling corporate with complaints, clearly the local supervising staff was trained well by headquarters in poor customer service. AVOID, spend your hard earned money elsewhere. If If there was a button for a negative ⭐️ I would minus x 1000.

Very loud! we could hear everything going on down the hall when in our room. The bathroom door needs wd40. I woke everyone in my room up when needing the restroom at night. I was refused a late check out. Front desk was very rude about it as well.

Booked our room for dance competition months in advance only to be told oops they over booked and sent us to a hotel 10 minutes away. Staff was extremely rude and the opposite of helpful. The on duty “manager” Drew needs to be fired for his uncalled for rudeness and unprofessionalism.

Clean rooms. Amazing gym, nice restaurant 5 stars all the way!

They are so amazing! we're staying here for free evacuated from the hurricane and couldn't ask for anything better.

Staff was polite and courteous everyone's wearing masks and practicing social distancing. Rooms are very nice and spacious.

Amazing location with easy access from the interstate and very close to a great selection of restaurants. Southern Muscle had an outstanding set up in the Plaza with plenty of room for guest to sit. The warm up rooms where the competitors can also relax for the show was big enough to where we were not on top of each other, which is a plus! The rooms were very nice and beds were extremely comfy. I look forward to attending this show again at the Plaza.

Fire, fire in the hotel. So, yesterday was not to bad. This morning took a turn. The staff on duty was a bit rude and passed us off to someone else despite looking not to busy. The person that helped us was friendly and answered our questions quickly. He did a great job, the other person not so well, but I think it was a manager passing the buck. Also, pricing is all over the board. Finally, got my room ANTS, ANTS in my room. I told the desk we had ants, they said tell housekeeping, housekeeping told me to tell maintenance. Still none did anything. I just keep killing ants all night. Final day and the hotel caught fire. 6 in the morning and the hotel caught fire. Everyone is outside. Breakfast $14, for the same thing at motel 6.14 dollars and the wait staff us avoiding EVERYONE. This has turned into the worst stay EVER.

Recently our client, touring comedian David Rosen, stayed here and had nothing but great things to say! He was in town for a gig and despite his late check in the hotel staff was courteous and got him checked in quickly so he could get right to sleep in his clean and comfortable room. He started his day off with the delicious, complimentary breakfast and even got to take a dip in their pristine seasonal pool before getting back out on the road. With a resounding endorsement like this, Ignite Hospitality looks forward to sending our clients in the area in the future to this beautiful property!

The location sucks. There is construction on the main road. Not the hotels fault. The room is nice and air works great. My fridge is broken but I didn't report it yet. Everyone is very polite. Elevators are small and slow. Conference food is good!

We were here during their remodel stage. A lot of mess in the hallways and no warning before checking in that a construction crew would be up and down the hallway with a lot of noise. And the entire hall smelled like paint and made my head spin. The bathtub kept filling up when used and would not drain for 3 hours after each use. The coffee bar only had enough for 1 person in a two person room. Seems like they were being cheap by shorting supplies for rooms. We had 2 coffee cups with 1 lid, and 2 creamers only. Most hotels would have enough for two people to make a cup and take it with them. One of the light switches did not work in the room, and they do not offer complimentary bottles of water like most hotels do. They do have a fridge and microwave in the room. The beds were comfy, the water is hot in the shower. The A/C is very cold. The pillows are like clouds.

We stayed here to attend the 2018 Essence festival this weekend in the NOLA. This place is a dump. I will never stay here again. We stayed in a so called executive suite that had a huge red stain on the floor, hair on towels, trash on floor, dirty dusty coffee pots, no towel racks in he restroom, the bed was hard, the bathroom floor was super sticky. We were treated rudely by the girl working til midnight on Sat night in the bar. It was a super noisy room not to mention the air condition that was extremely loud. The idiot working the front desk says to my boyfriend "so you here with your mother" we look nothing like a couple you would get that confused. To top all this off I have a bone on bone knee problem and the elevator goes out and I have to walk down 5 flights of stairs.

We stayed there this weekend. Check in went smooth. The lobby was nice, as was the bar area and sit down area. The furniture was dated though. When we arrived the elevator was not working. No discount was offered, not even a complimentary drink. The room was clean. The entire time we stayed, the cleanliness was up to par. But we did find a long hair in our tub, and a cockroach in the stairwell. The pool was relaxing, but no one cleaned the cigarette trays from the evening before. We didn't eat at the restaurant in the hotel, and I didn't see many others doing so. The toiletries were useful and smelled really good. It wasn't a bad stay.

Overall a great experience with our stay. After a long drive from Florida we decided to stay here as it had good ratings. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great refreshing night's sleep before continuing our trip. My only issues we're the room seemed very dusty and the luggage cart was a pain to use as the wheels felt worthless.

Overall the stay was nice. We checked in late and the girl at the front was polite and personable. We found our room with no problem and the bed was very comfortable. I will say that there were a few things I found off-putting. The TV would not go lower than volume 20 which was bizzare. The room was fairly dusty and when I took a shower in the morning before checkout the bathtub didn't drain properly and I was basically taking a bath when I was done. I would stay again. For $100 it wasn't too shabby but could do better.

To be honest, housekeeping was awesome. Check in was late and the "management" was not the best or the nicest. I was very disappointed especially after paying $115 plus tax a night. While trying to check in after waiting 4 hours I told the management I needed my room asap because I was a diabetic. I was beginning to feel like I was going to pass out. Apparently, I did. They was rude to my daughter and no one knew what to do except my 16 year old daughter and no one was listening to her. On top of that, taxi drivers and staff are allowed to smoke right out front at the entrance. I am asthmatic and this is not good. When I told the desk clerk it was tacky he was rude. Sorry, but this is not a good place for a large group. If you know hundreds are showing up for a five day pageant then at least offer continental breakfast and available snacks for the group without the high price. Just a thought.

The hotel is dated. I know they are doing some much needed renovations to the rooms. Check in was nice and easy. The temperature in the room was good but the temperature in the lobby and meeting rooms was warm. I heard complaints from other guests in regards to the temperature in their rooms, especially the fifth floor, where it stayed warm. The grill is delicious and housekeeping did a great job.

Have been here for two conferences over the years. It has a very nice large ballroom suitable for most events. The food served was also very good.

They work well in accommodating the cons. Would like a hamburger bar instead of having to go to the extremely overpriced restaurant. And a chip and drink machine would be nice. They do provide cold water free to all patrons during this time which is a much needed item. I would like to have had a salad, small, for less than 12 dollars.

The facility was nice, clean, and well-lit. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had an excellent time.

This hotel has an extremely convenient location which I think is enough to give it 5 stars. The staff's customer service skills are on point and comfort of the rooms is spot on. I've got my spot to crash in Baton Rouge and I love that there's so much to do in the area surrounding the hotel.

The rooms are nice, but need some superficial repairs. Our room had paint pealing off the ceiling. They need to redesign the way the closets and doors are because the door stop is right in front of the closet and I kept stubbing my toe to the point of splitting my nail in half. When it comes to the showers, the water is either a bit to hot or a bit too cold. The air conditioner is so loud it woke me up at night when it would come on. The staff was great and friendly when we checked in and out. There are a lot of restaurants close by. It’s also close to quite a few attractions.

The location is kind of a mess and there's not enough parking for conferences. The rooms are really nice. Wifi is very good for a hotel. No complimentary breakfast.

I loved this property what a great place to get away and relax before a performance. Great city great location and the room was delightful and comfy. The staff was great away and the property impecable. I will stay here every time I'm in baton rouge. Check this place out when your in town.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza on Constitution Ave for 2 nights due to our daughters having a gymnastics meet, March 2, 2018-March 4, 2018. We had to move rooms 3 times in our 2 night stay due to our rooms not having any hot water. The last time we moved, Saturday evening at 11pm, we were moved to a room with one bed and there's 5 off us. Management had left and the room we were moved to still had no hot water! This was the worst gotten experience I have had! They knew they had an issue with the hotel water and was not communicating it to their guest and offered any compensation.

Very acommadating, comfortable rooms, they have convenience items in the room (blow dryer, small shampoo, lotion, moisturizer, other luxery items) and the breakfast is excellent. The service is great as well!

I've been here several times. Always s pleasant experience. The concierge are very helpful and the food is great. The bar here is one of my favorites in Baton Rouge.

My job had an event here and was very surprised at how horrible the food was. There was no set up to keep the food warm and even down to the fruit option the set up and taste was horrible. I'm not sure about the hotel. Rooms but based on the food I would be afraid to book a room there.

Extremely helpful staff. However I did see two roaches on the wall in my bathroom. Luckily it was my last morning there.

I have visited the Crowne Plaza on three different occasions and each time I am happy with my overall experience. I am actually from Shreveport La and I can honestly say that it would be a perfect addition to my hometown if we had a Crowne Plaza Exec hotel to use for different events like they do here. Always delighted after my experience so well done.

The Crowne Plaza BR puts on a fantastic New Year’s Eve party. Our Friends have booked a table for four years in a row. We’ve made it to two of the parties. Great time time, food is beautifully display and top notch. Dessert bar is like you’re in heaven. All the drinks are included. The three bands bring in the new year continuously for seven hours. ONE complaint or actually is TWO. Bed needs an upgrade, I like a pillow top mattress and two don’t book on interstate side (North) you can hear cars passing ALL night. I still have gave a 5 Star because our experience was GREAT!

Had my wedding here and the staff was flexible and accommodating. Jaynie in the meetings/event coordination department is beyond exceptional. 5 stars.

The rooms were clean an the water was hot. It was a pleasant hotel the only thing that I was disappointed in was that there were mamosa's served for breakfast as orange juice which was more than likely a mistake but it was still a suprise to wake up with an alcoholic drink instead of some orange juice. It has a nice swimming area and the weight room is one of the best I have seen in a hotel.

Wait staff was nice. Sundry store was affordable! The gym was the nicest I have seen in ANY hotel ever. Room was nice. AC WAS cold. Internet was fast and reliable. Breakfast was 15.40 a person. I would pick this hotel again given the chance. Room itself was a little dated, but cheap and comfortable. CLEAN rooms. I am a stickler, and inspect all linen and pillows and glasses upon checking in. I am really impressed.

I attended the LAMT conference at the Crowne Plaza and thought it was a great facility. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was very curtious of paper to be provided by the hotel in case someone wanted to take notes during a session. They also provided the most delicious cookies! The only flaw I saw was that a few doors in the women's bathroom wouldn't close properly.

This was a good place to stay the night. Really nice. They have an issue with roaches. But hopefully will resolve it asap. Even still it was a good stay.

It says crown plaza but it’s a tired holiday inn. Ac works, room was comfy. Wi-Fi was slow I was there for a convention, the hot water for tea was not hot and they started breaking down the steam tray food at 8:30 when people were still arriving and trying to get some.

I would give zero stars if I could. Check in was long because my room was not ready. The food in the restaurant was overpriced and cold. I did not have a window. The gym did not have any ab machines. Parking was a nightmare. I came for a conference. I will not be staying next year for the next conference.

I've previously stayed at the hotel for conferences; accommodations are always favorable & the room is cleaned daily. I find my stay to be pleasant and comfortable.

Such great service. It was during a hurricane evacuation and the place was packed. But every person you came across from check-in to cleaning crew and kitchen staff they were wonderful. Clean and plenty of great amenities.

Nice hotel. Acceptable rooms and friendly staff. Close to airport and within walking distance of restaurants and accesses if needed.

Oh my goodness this place was amazing. Pool. Exercise room. Dining area. Live piano music. Television area. Everything you need for a get a way whether business or romantic.

I went to this executive center to visit a family member who was in town and went swimming in the pool. The pool was clean and outside area was nice to sit around and hangout with friends and family. The staff are all friendly and dressed very nice. There was a little beat of a kid throwing rocks in the pool and the executive center security promptly handled the situation and brought the kid to his parents.

Had a great trip here for a conference. My room had a little mold, but the general manager offered me a couple of night's stays in return. Had great customer service from the event staff for our convention and hope to return here in 2021.

Good service, good food. I was only here for a conference and they seem to have the WOW aspect perfect. It's not a 5-star hotel but definitely good for the middle class customer.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Lawrence. The cost of my stay was exactly as estimated by my online reservation, no hidden fee surprises! Affordable too.

The rooms are great. The Patio Grill is awesome. Manager Yousef and his team do a tremendous job! I try and go back every over weekend especially for the price!

I was in an event room. The decorations were beautiful. We were served breakfast, and the breakfast was at room temperature. However, the food was good. The temperature of the room was comfortable. The staff that waited on us was very polite and professional. The hotel was very clean, and the desk clerk was extremely helpful and directed me to where I needed to go. The parking was not that good. The parking lot couldn't accommodate the traffic. However, the overall experience was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel for people that are hosting events.

It was ok my stay was with a conference. I think this hotel needs some updating in the rooms and conference rooms. The restaurant inside the hotel was good. Parking can be a bit tough especially if you get there after dark.

Extremely nice and clean, it was nice to stay at a hotel and not have to worry about the cleanliness of the rooms. Great staff and great breakfast that's free.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne for two weeks. The rooms were well kept, the staff more than willing to help if there was a need. The gym was great clean with new equipment and fresh towels. The food was great in the grill too! I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are a little bit dated, but otherwise comfortable. It has by far the best I've seen. Tons of cardio, machines and dumbbells that go up to 100#.

Really clean, and comfortable bed. Only compliant was that room was too hot even with air conditioning. Although that probably isn't the hotels fault.

Went to the one on Constitution in Baton Rouge La. I was attending a wedding. The room arrangement was nice and it was all clean. I didn't stay a night at the hotel though.
