Poor management, needs training paid $106.39 for room. After early coffee in lobby found room locked with bar deadbolt. Notified desk clerk who arrived at 6:30 with a tool intended to release lock. An hour trying without unlocking. Her calls to manager went unanswered. She left messages to manager. No maintenance man. My husband asked for permission to hack saw lock and desk clerk said no. I called police at 1 1/2 hrs with no sign of getting in and our pet inside, with our belongings and medicines also. Police said call 911 who said fire dept could come and break down door. I told her I did not want to destroy door and would give 10 min for manager to arrive. Well Manager couldn't open either & my husband had to use our hack saw to cut lock. Over 2 hrs and we were given a $30 compensation for delay refund, that was insulting… room had chipping paint from leaks, musty smell and old thin and wrinkled linens. Not a place to find rest on a long journey, the Assistant General.

Do not stay here. We came in with two young children, as soon as we walked in the room stank and there was dog poop on the floor. It was apparent that it was cleaned terribly. We wanted to get a refund but was told that we can’t get it because we booked it through a third party. Was given the option to stay in a different room but we opted out because it’s obvious that if the cleaning staff missed poop on the floor that they don’t even vacuum and God knows how else they clean. We left to another hotel. If I could give a 0 rating I would. Heads up, this hotel allows pets, we did not know about it while booking.

Super friendly staff! we stay here going to and from Florida and Connecticut every trip. Highly recommend. Clean rooms… and they accept pets (for extra fee).

Really cozy room. Beds r comfortable and pillows are as well. The room was clean. The people at the front desk were friendly. Nice pool. Close to alot of restaurants. Target is right behind the hotel as well as the mall. Has a little smell to it but nothing my diffuser didnt fix. I definitely wuld stay here again!

5! The front office staff is amazing! I stopped in with my husband, 3 kids, and 2 dogs and they made it work for me. I felt like they took the time to help ME and that means so much. I loved how conversational the manager and young man at the desk both were. We need more people like this popping up in our lives. I can’t recommend this place enough JUST on the kindness of the staff. Thank you.

This is one of our preferred stops on our way south. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable & pet friendly. The staff are SUPER nice. Lots of dining options very close by.

We stay here most of the time for work and it is great! Clean and comfortable. And good breakfast.

Overall, a good experience. The room was clean and provided the necessary necessities. The building itself included a fitness center, pool, and free continental breakfast, the breakfast I can attest had a good quality of food. The location was conveniently located next to shopping areas like CVS for travelers needing extra supplies. The only drawbacks were a not too welcoming desk staff and a very rowdy bunch located at the hotel adjacent to this one, but these issues might only be a minority case. Would definitely consider if in need of an affordable and quality stay.

The front counter staff were very nice, but unfortunately I have to give 1 star because the rooms were filthy. Both rooms (my mom had the other room) had not been vacuumed. Hair all over the bathroom, dirt piles in the corners of the room, and bathroom mirrors had water streaks and finger prints. The sheets also did not seem fresh. For $30 more we had an amazing room at the holiday inn around the corner. Dear owner: I did let the staff know, we were not offered another room, and were told the cleaning staff had gone home. Both rooms we had were dirty, so I honestly didn't expect the other rooms to be better anyways. Instead of telling me how I should have proceeded maybe you should have offered clean rooms in the first place.

This hotel gave us fleas. I immediately started to itch when I got into bed. I was traveling alone. I’m a single small girl and I was exhausted. My dog could not sleep either. It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever. I thought I was having an allergenic reaction to sheets but two days later I realized the dog and me were now infested with fleas. We were totally fine until that night. I had to leave that room at 5 am with no shower or breakfast and start to drive with no rest. I nearly killed myself They were totally rude when I called them and they had someone come clean room so I could not sue them. They denied the bugs but I know it was there. If my dog could talk he would say the same. This place is a rat hole. Stay away at all cost. I just read the hotels response to my horrible experience there. They lied about trying me three times getting no response. I was in the highway driving alone and got back to them as soon as I could. It was dangerous to be driving that tired. I got no sleep the evening before from itching and not even thinking that it could be bugs. They were terribly insensitive and had no compassion. They are liars too. I was hung up on as well. They didn’t care or want to own up to it. I’d never stay there after being treated the way I was and now they lie in their response. Disgusting.

Just a tad below average for a Quality Inn. Cleanliness, comfort, maintenance all fair. Manager at check-in was friendly and efficient. Easy walking distance for restaurants. Breakfast was very crowded at 6 a. M. And the seating is very limited. Good breakfast. Still a good value.

Not as Spacious but clean and very clean. Nice cozy bed. Great air unit and shopping is a tip toe away. Was very quiet. The staff was the best.

Paid cash for the room and they still charged my debit card for the full price of the room. Said I️t will take 10-14 days for I️t to drop off. The card was supposed to be for incidentals only. I️m a diamond choice member… won’t stay here again.

Pet friendly. Room was clean, rates were reasonable. However, there is a surcharge for pets, that wasn't disclosed at check — in. Breakfast is included in the price, and was OK but nothing special. Coffee was very good.

Horrible — so many choice in Florance to choose from. Read reviews and went for Quality Inn. Smells badly. Refrigerator old old old. Will NOT use shower or coffee pot.

Great stop over… it's not the Ritz, but the hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and both the cleaning and front desk staffs are very pleasant. The breakfast is good, it's not IHOP, but more than enough to get to going. Oh the waffles are great, you make them yourself so they're piping hot! There's also plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area; sandwiches to steaks! Yup a pleasant and valued stop over for the price!

Excellent value! This is one of the best Quality Inns we have stayed in. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean; all equipment and fixtures worked as designed. AC/heat was quiet and kept us comfortable. Great location close to I-95 with several restaurants and stores in short walking distance.

The room was clean; the beds and pillows were relatively comfortable. I think the carpet was newer. The building is obviously a bit older, but renovations have been done. The inside of our bathroom door looked like it could use a coat of paint, but overall it was a fine place to stay. It probably could have been priced a little bit lower than it was, but overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Service friendly and welcoming, rooms very clean and well stocked. Check out was just as nice but dont forget the great FREE breakfast. I'll be back.

The hotel was in a great location really convenient for food, fun, etc. But the quality of the rooms, and facilities did not make their rooms worth $100 a night maybe $80.

I really enjoyed the location and the staff there. There were a few issues with my card key which the desk personnel explained that my phone deactivates it if I place it against my card key. Other than that I had a wonderful time while staying there.

They have smoking rooms if needed. My husband and I have stayed here several times. Convenient to my sisters house in Lamar, SC. We stayed here the night we got married in December 2013. Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay on way to and from your final destination. Front desk attendants were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was fine. Great deal for the $.

I found this awesome place to stay while eating next door at Darryl's. Clean place and the staff was very attentive to my needs. Also the clerks were awesome for helping me print up my plane ticket.

Loved that it was pet friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. All the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual buffet, good selection including waffles and hot items. Excellent proximity to 95 and many restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again.

The room was very clean. It was, quiet. It's very close to store and restaurants. The service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Plenty if everything. A large dining area. I have stayed here before.

Room was nice and clean. Ceiling could have used paint. The complaint I have is the noise outside the room. People running outside it sounded like. The housekeeping crew knocking on our door seeing of we were still there, glad I wasn't sleep then when this occurred. Otherwise, nice place for the dollar spent.

Room was ok. The arm of the chair broke when I stood up, but everything else was fine. The blanket was very comfortable and the bed was too. The bathroom is incredibly small. There is a mini refrigerator, coffee maker and safe in the room. The environment is safe and pet friendly. Breakfast was very good and there is a Belgian waffle maker which was cool. I'd stay here again.

Good service and breakfast. Door handle to room was a lil wobbly making us feel a lil uneasy about the security but other than that no complaints.

Room was extremely small, the lamps were electrically unsafe, the bed wasn't made properly and there were bugs in the bathroom. My door handle practically fell off because it looked like it was previously broken into. I left before my time reserved.

My wife is there right now and if there was another room available for a reasonable rate anywhere alse aroundshe would leave. Room is gross and smells like urine. Everything dated and musty. She isnt pleased.

This is the nicest of the Quality Inn chain that we've stayed. Rooms were simple, but clean and newer. Close to 95 and easy on, easy off the expressway. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Pet friendly which works for us.

This is a great place to stop over on our way from Florida to Pennsylvania. It was clean and tidy with a great staff especially Chiquita. The breakfast was very good, the price was also good. We do a lot of traveling, and was surprised to find such a good place to stop over and highly recommend it. Mr. And Mrs. Martin G.
