Absolutely beautiful! Enjoyed our little day trip here. Very friendly people and so much yummy food to eat. Coconut Marketplace is a 30 second walk away and has a great selection of shops, food, and art!

Sitting on my patio on our last day In kauai I want to thank the wonderful staff, all of you for making our vacation so relaxed and enjoyable. All the amenities are perfection. We spent time swimming, snorkeling and body surfing on the beach. Happy hour at lava lava beach club, riding bikes along the Kapaa bike trail. We can’t thank you guys enough ❤️

Excellent spot centrally located on the island…

Phenomenal Experience. While room itself was an average hotel type accommodation, everything else was so great and convenient. Right on the beach, awesome restaurant/bar, free bike rentals, free valet parking. We loved it here and will be back. Lava Lava Beach Club was one of our favorite spots in Kauai, and right outside our front door. Thank you Kauai Shores for a great experience :)

Beautiful and very relaxing.

The location is prime oceanfront property! All the staff were welcoming upon arrival and the breezy open lobby leading to Lava Lava invites you right in. They offer well appointed rooms, pools, washing machines, gift shop, concierge desk and next door to a large shopping center which is really convenient. Lava Lava offered great live entertainment on some nights and the food and drinks were some of the best I had in the island! Delicious every time! All around this is the perfect place to stay and gives you the ambience you expect when staying in Kauai. I would definitely return!

I stayed here back in August 2019 for a family vacation and absolutely loved it! You feel like you're in your own private oasis — it's not overcrowded and the staff is super friendly. You're literally 100 steps from the beach and the view is amazing. Lava Lava Beach Club also has incredible food and drinks — everything I ordered there was good. And it's in a convenient location to downtown and hiking spots.

We stayed for 10 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was really nice. Great location on the beach and Lava Lava Beach Club serves delicious food. The best thing about this place is it was incredibly quiet after 10pm. We had no issues with obnoxiously loud guests around us. We will definitely stay here again.

Best place ever! Beach front! Great place to stay! Not one complaint and the price is right $$ don’t wait any longer. Kauai is awesome and this place is too.

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our Kauai vacation and one night at the end because of its proximity to the airport. We enjoyed this place way more than we expected to. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is beautiful, the pools are clean, the rooms are pretty generic but clean and spacious, and the Lava Lava is a wonderful oceanfront bar and grill. The Caesar Mary is a great breakfast drink and the FBI omelette is excellent. But the thing that impressed me most is the guy in the attached picture. He works at the Lava Lava, I think as a supervisor. They were short of staff and overwhelmed with customers. This guy pitched in and did everything, while at the same time making every customer feel like they were his top priority. This guy hustles non-stop. Manny Machado could learn what hustle looks like from this guy. I have enormous respect for people who give 110% in their job. This guy does. I’d hire him in a heartbeat for any job where customer service is the top priority.

We spent a wonderful week in this lovely hotel. Very friendly staff, great restaurant & Bar, fantastic beach & waves, also loved the daily yoga class.

The staff here is incredible! We missed our cruise ship and are kind of winging it. These folks from valet to front desk have went above and beyond for us. Great rooms great prices and a great beach for watching the sunrise I highly recommend a stay here. We would extend our stay but they are at full capacity tonight.

I loved the ease of this location, the valet was great. Everyone in the hotel staff was perfect. Our cleaning staff, Jane was so much fun! This was my sisters first time in Kauai, the hotel was a perfect start. If you’re used to resorts it’s not ideal but if you want to go and not spend a ton of time in your room it’s perfect. The rooms were a bit dated but perfectly suited for sleeping and showering. The AC worked well which was a huge plus. We watched a couple movies and kicked back when needed. Shopping center is located just a short walk away. Imu roasters coffee was amazing. The dark chocolate mocha was amazing. The rooms were not quiet, a neighboring room had alarm going off that woke us up but we were without kids so we giggled and headed off to watch the sun rise.

Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Had an awesome time there, excellent rooms and service. We will definately be going back.

I stayed back in August of 2018 between the 26th and the 31st and I definitely have to recommend Kauai Shores Hotel. The staff were amazing and generous and made our Hawaiian vacation feel even better.

This is a nice hotel for what it is. The rooms are clean and there's plenty of space for 2 people. The bathroom sink is rather small, and if it rains a lot you definitely want the AC on, but if you're mainly using the room the sleep and shower them this is a great little place! The Lava Lava beach club is connected to the lobby and be is a great place to relax, have a drink and listen to live music in the evening although the traffic from it makes parking quite difficult on the weekends. Saturday night it took a few rounds around the parking lot to find a spot. And this is considered the "off season", I can't imagine how hectic it gets during the summer months.

Great place to stay! Nice and clean rooms. Right next to the beach. Everyone's really friendly and helpful. Some restaurants nearby. I went there with the Kauai bus, good place to get by bus. Lots of activities in the area. I would really recommend using one of the bikes provided by the hotel to do the bike path along the coast.

It's a nice stay for a lower cost. The restaurant on site is really good and the set up of the hotel is open and beautifully designed. One bummer is that this location is beachfront but the ocean here is super rough. This location also is a little dated.

Kauai standards, you can’t get much better than Kauai Shores. Sure you can stay at a fancy resort but this place has a charm those big resorts don’t have. Room was clean, air conditioning worked wonderfully, fridge was a nice touch. Great place!

Not a fancy hotel but very clean and comfortable. Comfy bed and good A/C. Block out blinds too if you would like to sleep in one day, although with so many outdoor activities on Kauai I would recommend to go out there, which brings me to my next point. This hotel is perfectly located on the island, and it's just under 1.5hrs to the furthest point of either side of Kauai. Enjoy your stay!

A gentle boutique oasis away from the hustle & bustle in a secluded plantation setting on the beach. No other property can compare to this intimate and relaxing experience with the comforts at your fingertips of nearby convenience. Or stay in with a beach Restaurant or barbecue at the grill. Great for the first time get-away or family outings to the best island to visit, the Garden Island; where locals still hold the Hawaii charm of Kauai "aloha, " as well as the Kauai Shores' staff. Great reflection of the management and exceptional training to provide warm and friendly service. Visit and stay because this is truly old Hawaii.

Had to change rooms after the first night, super loud AC, front door wouldn't close all the way. Rooms were below average, but super nice grounds and nice beach access. If you bring kids ask about the beach next door. We found it just a little too late. Location is good too. Easy access different parts of the Island and the outdoor mall next door is nice.

Manager and staff were excellent. Great location, rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are firm but very comfortable. The attached beach bar has excellent views and the food is great! Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay. Nice staff. The restaurant on site, the Lava Lava Beach Club is the only open air restaurant and bar on the beach on the entire island. Great food. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms are small and outdated. Beds are uncomfortable. Place is clean and the updated rooms look nice.

Nice updated hotel right on the beach. The beach is sandy but once you get in the water there is rock and reef not as good as other public beaches in driving distance. I saw a few fish while snorkeling there. The rooms are nice and have a lanai. Bathrooms are small. There are several hikes restaurants and a general store nearby they offer bikes and free yoga classes to guests. There is a pool and hot tub and coin laundry. I wish house keeping would have changed our sheets at least once during the week, and there was a 4 hour water outage and plumbing maintenance going on in our building for the last two days. I would still reccomend this place as a good quality moderate priced (for Kauai) Hotel.

Kauai shores Hotel was a trip back in time to Mombasa Kenya, tin roof and simple two level hotel (we took second floor) amazing guest assistance with what to do and where to go. It was a very wonderful time! Not fancy but clean and comfortable. Great bar and restaurant on the beach. Live music was an atmosphere maker in the evenings. Pool and hot tub… A great peaceful experience. Enjoy!

Clean and suits my needs. It is an older, budget hotel, that had updated features like the furniture and color scheme. It is a budget hotel, so don't expect anything fancy. It is conveniently located on Kauai to access all of the touristy destinations. Parking is free and valet is free, because the parking situation is a little tight. Everyone that works here is nice and friendly and have smiles on their faces. Definitely will stay here again.

Still in the middle of my stay, and no complaints so far. Rooms are clean with sliding doors that enter into a courtyard area. Not much of a desk area with the coffee machine & supplies being directly in front of the chair. A minor inconvenience. Grounds are well maintained, staff has been friendly at the front desk and at the adjoining restaurant. Location is convenient to a few local restaurants and a market less than a mile away. Live music in the evenings and great views from the beach… as if anything but great views were possible on this island.

We loved every minute of our stay, except when we had to leave! The staff were so friendly and made sure we got whatever we asked for, including an ocean view (from the balcony) thank you Angela. Yoga on the beach, breakfast, a great pool and spa and the nicest housekeeping staff ever. My husband and I have been married 40 years and we've stayed in a lot of hotels over that time, but this was one of the best places we've ever stayed and would love to go back again! Mahalo!

Clean and big rooms, happy hour from 3 to 6 (drinks and food). Nice beach bar and pool area.

The place is nice and well kept. It is close to the ocean, in fact the ocean is its backyard! The place has good food too and drinks are awesome. Staff is friendly. They have live music on weekends. I do recommend it overall!

Standard hotel with rooms that are more like motel rooms. Nice location by the beach though and great place to hang out or walk the beach. Lava lava beach club isn't great for it drink but popular happy hour because of somewhat lower prices but still not worth it I think. Overall good value for the money and great location in the middle of it all (get to North or South easily and near much better restaurants that aren't so touristy in the middle of Kauai).

Nice hotel trying hard to become a resort. It have a nice beach, but no life guard. Has bikes available but only 4 amongst over a few hundred guests. Also, the Lava Lava Beach Club can have more vegetarian options. Pool is nice but small. Jacuzzi is great and large but just one.

Good location on the beach. Room was a little small, the safe was tiny (only enough room for smartphones, tablets, wallets and purses) so no room for camera equipment. Room was very plain but the a/c was effective and quiet. There's also a ceiling fan. Watch out for paint in bathroom as it can stick to wet swimwear. The real problems were the shower's temperature which fluctuates a lot. One minute it is too hot to cope with and the next it is totally cold. The housekeeping was very substandard. Twice we ran out of shower gel as they were not replacing the toiletries. Cups were not replaced. Also expect to remake the bed as they were not very good about getting the bottom sheet flat or taut. They have free valet parking which is great as there is limited parking. We never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for the car to be delivered — usually it was less than a minute.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The worst accommodation during 4 weeks of Hawaii. A pity, because the location on the beach is very good and the other impression is good (only useless if you can not sleep).

Location and facilities were good. The buildings are a little dated but well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Many amenities are included in your stay such as complimentary bikes and yoga class in the morning. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. And I am in the customer service business. The AC in our room was extremely old and shook the entire room when on. The front desk said they would send maintenance who never showed up. The first night here, we weren’t sure were to park and the valet berated us and yelled at us to the point that security had to get involved. The walls are so thin that it’s impossible to sleep past 6am. Then, due to major snow storm back home in Boston, our airline had to change our flight to 14 hours later. We were stuck with no where to go with our luggage and when we asked the manager, Ana, if we could extend a late check out to 6pm for a reasonable fee she was extremely rude to my husband. Refused to help us. The women the night before gave us one price to extend. The manager doubled it. Claimed she was all booked up when we know for a fact they aren’t. The women we spoke with the night before said our room was not booked. Clearly you are nothing but a body with a dollar sign on you. There are many beautiful places on the island you can stay. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here.

Top location, fine food, beautiful wild beach with some massive waves. Own good pool. To recommend…

We had low expectations for the place but were very pleasant surprised! Lovely, bright rooms with nice patios overlooking the pools and grounds. They have live music in their sandy bar /restaurant overlooking the ocean where you can get great cocktails and food. We especially enjoyed their breakfasts — try the Benedict or the Acai bowl. The shore break is rough, so it's not a great swimming beach, but it is a great spot to watch the waves and enjoy the sunrise. Parking would be a pain if they didn't offer valet.

Great hotel, went straight back! Spacious and clean rooms as well as super friendly staff. The best, you can have the key as Arband, were really fascinated and the lava Lava Beach Club is the absolute madness.

I am giving this hotel a 5-star rating even though they might not be considered a 5-star hotel. They do however, have valet parking and handicapped parking, which is good because the one downside of this hotel is the lack of plenty of close and available parking. Otherwise, the rooms are fine. They have a heated pool and hot tub, lawn games, a restaurant and bar with inside and outside seating within a 100 feet or so from the beach. Plus they have live music on the weekends, too. Also, they have a concierge service to help you schedule events and attractions to visit during your stay.

Loved the hotel! Having a beachfront restaurant was a huge perk. Great location for the helicopter tours and near the airport. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a perfect spot to rest and admire the sunrises in the morning. It is conveniently located around 15 minutes drive from the airport. The Lava Lava Restaurant at the beach side offers great variety of food and drinks! If you don't stay in this hotel at least visit the Lava Lava Restaurant!

The hotel is very expensive. But it has private silver and a nice bar. Which is expensive too.

Great place to stay for the money. Avoid the overpriced food at the Lava Lava Beach Club (The happy hour specials are amazing at Lava Lava go then) and make your way about 2-3 min east to the local restaurants or trusty ol McDonalds, Taco Bell, and Subway. There is a liquor/convenience store right next to the hotel for emergency supplies (The prices are high). I recommend stopping in at Walmart to get water, snacks, and water socks. I wouldn’t recommend going in the ocean to swim here. The wave breaks on shore are too hard. Take a ride and enjoy the Kalihiwai beach. Make a right hand turn on Kalihiwai Rd off 56. It has waist deep fresh water lagoon that empties into the ocean for the kids to play in. It also has a rope swing. The break isn’t terrible on this part of the Island so actually getting in the ocean is safe here. I would recommend going at night and building a fire as well.

The place is a bit basic at first glance but the rooms are quite cozy and with two large beds. The bathroom is a little small but functional. The worst was the balcony with the air conditioning mold leaking water. The real highlight is the lava Lava bar for breakfast, lunch or drink. Very nice beach front. For the price I would go back.

The hotel price is hard to beat in this area and they have a nice beach side bar and dining experience that's very reasonably priced. The beds I'd give a 6/10, the bathroom is tiny (4/10) but the rest of the room is pretty nice and very clean (7/10). The hallways in-between the rooms will remind you that these were probably built back in the 70s. If they added some color and lighting to the hallways, it would really make a difference. Staff was friendly and accommodated us with an early check-in and late check-out, which really helped us out. It's worth noting that none of their rooms are a true "beach side". The are positioned a way that just doesn't make it possible. Don't expect to wake up, look out your window and see the beach. We went down to their small beach and watched the sunrise though, it was really nice. Overall, I'd go back if I wanted to save some money on a hotel.

A must stay. My husband and I celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary here. Reasonable room rates, fantastic beach that is swimmable! access to 2 pools, hot tub, and fire pit. Plus, a great restaurant and bar connected to the hotel with beach front views. If you enjoy hiking, check out The Sleeping Giant, the trail head is only a short 5 min drive. The hotel is close to the airport, major plus, and walkable to surrounding restaurants, grocery, coffee shop, and liquor store. Our room was cleaned daily, the hotel grounds kept pristine, and staff was extremely friendly. Needless to say, we can't wait to get back to Kauai, stay at the Kauai Shores Hotel, and explore more of the beautiful island.

I booked thru a third party site. Had it been refundable, we would have moved to a different hotel. Old and dated furnishings. In wall air conditioner is so loud I had to turn it off. Restaurant on property is great. I wouldn't ever stay here again.

Great hotel, great beach and friendly staff. The atmosphere is laid back and quiet. The only downside was the construction directly outside our room for our full 10 day stay. But overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was pretty clean and well maintained, it is advertised as a smoke free hotel our neighbors were smoking in there room next to us and it came in through our bathroom vent. The parking at the hotel is a NIGHTMARE if you rent a car get the smallest one you can it's impossible to get out of your car once you have parked, tourists come to the lava lounge which is attached to the hotel and take a lot of the parking spots every night. The pools and hot tub we're very clean and well maintained, but on the weekend there were about 15 screaming kids in the pool and they seemed to be children of the workers at the hotel, they made it impossible for any guests to swim those nights.

The hotel staff were very accommodating of us and our toddler, and with lots of space to run and play on the lawn plus a pool, our little guy had a wonderful time. Of particular note, Clarissa, Cheryl, and the lady who took care of our floor, Marie, are some of the most customer service-oriented people I met on the island. They have phenomenal attitudes, and they made sure that my family was taken care of at all times: blankets, towels, leaving a message to see if we had left my son's toys up by the lobby, etc. Come with a great attitude, and treat the clerks, waiters, and other servicemen and women with respect, and you will find the people here are truly wonderful. We stayed nine nights, and we have zero complaints about the resort.

The front desk people was very nice especially Priscilla and Cheryl, we went to see if we could check in one day early and they was very helpful. Other staff was very nice too. The room we stayed in was very spacious, it had two double beds and a little kitchen which we loved it. As for the rooms being cleaned it could be cleaned a little better like the tubs could use a little more scrubbing, the coffee cups had coffee stains, the closet could of been cleaned better, and the tables could be a little more cleaner. Maintenance could check rooms cause something so to with the shower head needed to be fix and the remote holder for the fan just came right off. As for the parking it was not all that great. Wish there was better washer and dryers and more of them too. Wish in the rooms there was more information about rooms, restaurant, and laundry rooms. Other then that we enjoyed our stay and the area where the hotel is was very convenient.

We wanted a place where you could see the ocean and have some quality quite time and we found it. We were very pleased with everything. Our room was perfect, the pool was great, the bar was just outside our door. The food and drinks were awesome. We spent ten days during January and we will definitely be back. Our first trip to Kauai was everything we expected. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The staff at this hotel are rather curt and have very smart mouths. I was not impressed by how I was treated here especially by the Lava Lava Beach Club staff. Food is overpriced and mediocre at best. Service was even worse. People should not have to travel to Kauai from all over the world and be treated like they are second rate. Your damn staff needs to learn how to treat people with respect or word will get around and you will gradually become less and less a place that people should like to visit.

Free Sunday morning yoga classes, right at the beach, Lava Lava offers nice breakfast fares with local touch. Rooms refurbished recently, yet with limited views. Some bugs in the rooms. Ample parking space.

Great location, close to beach, airport and shops. Beach towels included, beach is clean and sandy, wasn't that great for snorkeling, few people and plenty of shade is a plus. Rooms are top hotel-like, clean, nicely furnished and decorated, there is small fridge in the room. I preferred my stay in other places offering apartments with kitchen and large fridge.

Lava lava beach club / bar is fun comfy outdoor sofas. Staff super nice and friendly. Beautiful ocean views. Music great. Rooms clean and reasonable priced. Craft beer selection limited — minus 1 star — but near by Foodland awesome selection and great prices Would come back again.

This place is clearly a repurposed motel, but, they did a great job! The rooms are ample and with excellent balconies. It is impecable in its cleanliness, it provides Landry room for guests. Several vending machines on site for midnight thirst. Huge groomed gardens all around. Several small swimming pools for the young ones, a fire pit for the oldest and some nightly socializing. Direct access to the beach, weekend outdoor yoga and several bikes for the occasional stroll. You are also within walking distance from some very good hikes for a 360 view of the island. They also have beach towels available for all guests. They are a bit contained in how much toiletries they provide to guests considering that by the time you come back to your room you are either covered in sand or in mud. It is also unfortunate that right next the hotel there are some select stores and a mini mall but most stores are closed. If the local businesses were open until a bit later this area would be absolutely buzzing with life.

Very clean and comfortable. Nicely designed with all the amenities required. The only thing that bugged was trying to find parking spot as the valet parking service takes a lot of them.

Good price for Kauai, just in front of the beach. Renovated rooms and comfortable bed. Clean. Nice small pool. $15 resort fee per day.

Denis, at the front desk, was extraordinarily rude. Really made the stay unpleasant. I will not recommend the hotel because of his conduct and condescending attitude.

Great value…. Right on a beautiful beach, two pools and a very friendly staff. Location was great — — not far from the airport and near plenty of beautiful and interesting places to see. I would definitely stay there again.

On the hotels dot com website it listed this hotel as having a 24-hour gym and spa. When we arrived i've asked about both and was told by the front desk that they don't have either. My wife & I wanted both so we decided to book elsewhere. The staff was very rude and said there's a 48 hour cancellation period. I explained it wasn't my mistake and i'll take it up with hotels dot com, but i'm def. Not staying. As we were leaving we had a look at the pool and it's super small. You can't swim in the ocean on this part of the island either. Too rough. This hotel is more like a motel trying to be a resort. Best to book somewhere unless you just want a cheap stay.

Pretty good for a budget hotel. However, the rooms seemed to have a minor bug problem. Some of the fixtures were actually coming off the wall as well. Staff was nice. I think once they finish construction and cleaning up, it will be great.

This hotel is terrible. The front desk is in a dirty hotel room and the staff is rude and look like they don't want to be bothered. The pools are dirty. We stayed during renovations in which they never mentioned until we showed up and there was construction going on. No restaurant or bar on the hotel grounds which is annoying. The rooms are O. K other then it not getting very cold because the air conditioner is just a wall unit. We left for a full day and when we returned our room was never cleaned. The beach that this hotel is on is shaded with sticks all over. This is a motel in disguise.

The courtyard is nice. But the service and hospitality isn't there. There was no aloha spirit in the employees mainly at the front desk. The rooms weren't made, and they took very long. The air conditioner wasn't working properly. I called the front desk and they were rude. The drawers are small and only two. They do have two pools though, but they were dirty.

Great value! Convenient access to a beautiful beach. Very nice grounds with colorful, clean, updated rooms. Great location as well… very convenient to all parts of the island. Had a great stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Kauai, especially those looking for something other than the overpriced resorts.

Stayed there during the two hurricanes last year and it was a great stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel was really nice. It was a delayed honeymoon for my wife and I and we even made the local paper.

Excellent stay and good standing for a cheap price. With 2 swimming pools, barbecues, "fire" lounge, free dvd rentals.

Stayed for 2 night and we loved it. Front desk and maids were super friendly and nice. Rooms were clean and just right. Would recommend to others.

Arrived and were surprised to find surcharge for "hospitality. " Part of the "hospitality" was coffee in the morning. Surprised to find NO DECAF! And no attempt to have any. In other words, we paid for service which didn't work for us and didn't use. Not a fan of surprise charges. Additionally, there was a whistling sound in our room. When called the Front Desk folks told us "Oh that's the water pressure. " Really?! Call your contractor back and have them fix that! As for quiet, many of the rooms abut the single lane that allows entry to the hotel. So you spend time waiting for others to come in, while you are trying to get out. We won't be returning to this hotel. As former locals, we were very disappointed.

They dont change the pillow cases. The first day we arrived and found dirt (not a stain) all over the back of a pillow. We left it on the floor dirt side up only to find when we came back that it was stuck right back on the freshly made bed. I was curious just to see if they would change them and every day there it was back on the bed after they cleaned the room. Disgusting. Makes you wonder what else they aren't changing/cleaning properly.

Very comfortable for the price, which totals $150/night for 7 nights. The fridge in our room makes a quiet, high pitched noise 24/7. Everything in the room, except the lamps, are remote controlled, which is nice. The key is in a rubber band, you'll never lose it. Location is superb, right in the middle of the main road that goes from coast to coast, and it is a beachfront hotel. I don't recommend the water though, sharp corals hurt here. Free dvd/bluray/game rentals for an in room ps3. Pretty cool. Breakfast stinks, only donuts, coffees and juice.

Checking in was difficult. We arrived at check in time and was told our pool view rooms weren't available (even though booked directly through the hotel website and calling to confirm). The front desk agent told us the reservations are taken in Honolulu and they don't access to their hotel system; which I understand, but they were just confirming the room type we booked directly with the hotel. After giving us rooms overlooking the parking lot, she called us back and said she had the 2 rooms available that we had originally booked. There were cob webs at the front desk and it needed a good scrub. Our rooms were no different. Went to shower and previous guest's washcloth (now moldy) was hanging on the shower bar. There was trash/shirt price tags from previous guests left on the bathroom floor. The safes in both rooms were locked and had to call maintenance to unlock them. Apparently, they keep them all locked. The AC unit is a window one and is extremely noisy. We opted to use the windows that opened via slats what were really dusty and one of the three had an opener that was broken. Continental breakfast — skip it. There's only one toaster (no bread was left) for an entire hotel that was full. There was a doughnut left and nothing replenished.

This place is AWESOME! I highly recommend this hotel. They renovated it recently so it's very clean. Luckily it's right next to the beach and close to Kappa downtown. Also, they have very nice employees. :).

This hotel was an excellent deal for the beautiful accommodations it provides. Rooms were completely renovated and very modern. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone coming to Kauai. Very convenient and close to the airport and the view from the beach is awesome.

Perfect for people who like to adventure the city and not the hotel room. For People who are minimalist on comfort level when it comes to hotels. You get a nice clean rooms, unlimited breakfast and great and helpful front desk personal. Location is perfect it is close and accessible to everything. Easy to get around. Parking is expensive and there is not need to pay, if you don't mind a short walk. There is plenty of street parking.
