Extremely convenient and has a great location.

Overall one of the best places I've ever stayed in. Well worth the money.

Good location, rooms new and updated. However, the elevators were broken during our stay.

Very good overall! The rooms were nice and well-furnished. There was a bit of a hiccup whenever we checked in, but in the end it all worked out.

Beautiful room with everything you need to feel at home. New and up to date. Very quiet. Love that our cat could stay too as we were having renovations done at home. Friendly accommodating staff. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable. Really? Breakfast was offer in BROWN PAPER BAG for… wait for it… for a $5.00 charge! Really Candlewood? We wouldn't have wanted a BROWN PAPER BAG breakfast if you had offered it to us for free, let alone having the nerve to charge $5 for an apple and cellophane roll in a brown paper sack. Lol! Great customer service! On top of that we given key cards that did not work… twice… in the middle of the night… in the rain. Yep locked out the side door in the rain. Once we finally got into our "non smoking" room we were met with a cheap cherry cigar odor, very litte TP, dingy looking towels and a strange smallish bed. However! … There was a note card saying we could get essentials at the front desk. Which we did… then did the walk of shame back to the room with our TP in hand, oh and evidently the other key card that was not activated correctly! Needless to say I would DEFINITLY NOT recommend staying here unless of course you need a full size refrigerator?, a dishwasher?, and old disgusting coffee pot. Yeah… not using that coffee pot or your glasses that someone else may or may have not washed. I would have, however, enjoyed a breakfast outside of brown paper bag… lol. I do believe in researching reviews. I find most to be spot on. This hotel needed an HONEST review. Very very disappointed in this hotel stay to say the least.

Seems clean enough, however if you have allergies do not stay here. There is mold or pollen or dust in the rooms and it is abundant. After being in KC for a week straight now, the ONLY place my nose runs like a faucet and I sneeze uncontrollably, is at this hotel. Whatever it is, I won’t be returning here. I like to be able to sleep and breathe.

The rooms are very nice and we'll maintained with good internet speeds. I liked the helpfulness of the front desk and it's in a good location with parks around and a good choice of places to eat.

To start with they were overbooked but we just happened to get a room, we were given a rate but then they tried to change it when we checked in. Our sheets also had ink stains all over them. Then to top it off at 6 AM we had someone on their staff open our door to come in and luckily we had the latch on. We woke up and asked what was going on and they said they though the room was vacant. I would not recommend anyone come here and we will not be coming back!

This place charged my credit card without cause and had to fight tooth and nail to get it back. Not impressed.

The room was quite nice, especially the suite portions like the kitchen area and bathroom. The television was difficult to operate, as no instructions were provided for the three remotes, but overall the best was good and easy to sleep in.

Very up-to-date decor and appliances. Everyone was very pleasant, though I had no issues to judge how they might be handled, but I'll take no problems! Location provides some natural noise protection, as the hotel is not right on the busy road but quite a way into the piece land it's on. And the egress is right by a traffic light, so going in either direction is convenient. The road it's on is almost nothing but stores and restaurants and services so anything you could want is close by.

The customer service woman at the time, at night, was really wonderful. Loved the rooms, has a full kitchen. It was amazing. The only thing I did not like is that they don't have breakfast, but that cannot be helped.

It was clean, a decent sized room. The shower had enough water pressure to take paint off a wall… it felt wonderful. The place is aging. The appliances in the suite were older. All in all I'd stay again, good price for what you get.

Absolutely recommend! Great prices, beautiful, spotless rooms, amazing staff! Very very satisfied.

Not many (hardly any) amenities, but I enjoy making my own food so the kitchens and outdoor gas grills make this good. No breakfast of any kind or evening social. So depends on what you are looking for.

Location was a little difficult bc the building is not on the major roads. The lobby was wonderful… they have a business center, TV area and a hospitality room that provides a surprising large selection of local and national products available for purchase. The staff I dealt with was wonderful. She was on the night shift, so I'm not sure who works then, but if she represents the standard of service, then I'm confident you will enjoy your visit.

Very clean and spacious rooms. They were very helpful in getting us the exact rooms we needed near each other. The location is perfect, with food and coffee options nearby.

Amazing place to stay for short term or long term. Nice location with nice restaurant just in walking distance. All staff are friendly and big kudos to Manager Derrick.

We reserved a King room and when we got here they only had a double queen room. Said sorry the reservations don't come through correctly sometimes. Offered no apology and acted as thought this was our problem somehow. Terrible service. Stay away.

The room was very spacious and well appointed, but there wasn't a breakfast offering. It's also not as centrally located as I would have liked, but most things can be reached at a 20 minute drive. Overall, this is a very good hotel.

The room was very nice, it looked new, clean, and modern. The setup of the little kitchen in the room looks incredibly convenient for longer stays since there was a full size refrigerator and a 2 burner stovetop along with real pots, flatware, and dishes. The hotel is also located in a nice area of Overland Park with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Service was great. Rooms were clean. Beds not the most comfortable. Halls were noisy at 2am.

Great place to stay, especially with kids. Staff had our requests ready by the time we checked in. Our suite had a full kitchen, living room with pull out bed, and a private bathroom. They also have games, movies you can borrow during your stay. Supposedly there are outdoor grills you can use, but we didn't get a chance to try it.

It was a really nice suite, with good service. Only big negative was the internet connection which was extremely spotty. Other than that I would highly reccomend.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend for softball tournament that my daughter had in town. Unfortunately she ended up leaving one of her jerseys in the room and didn't realize it until she was packing for the next out of town tournament a week later. We called the hotel and lucky for us they had the jersey (this never happens when you leave stuff behind). Anyway Asia the awesome employee I spoke with was so accommodating she took down my information and overnighted the jersey to us (we had to leave the next day again for out of town). It arrived before we left and we are so thankful! Great customer service Asia and thank you again!

I was less than impressed with my experience. I showed up at 345 to check in but my room wasn't ready. I was told it would be ready in a couple minutes. About thirty minutes later the front desk employee called the maid and was told my room was ready. The room was clean, but food had been left in the fridge from a previous guest.

Its BBQ area is comfortable. Love it. Room service is not for everyday.

Great rooms. Very clean and cozy. The one bedroom suite I stayed in is very spacious. Only thing I think they can improve upon is putting more utensils in the kitchen. There are very few by default, off course you can ask for more. I found the concept of borrowing appliances and toys from the front desk very innovative. There is a room in common area where there are some toys that you can borrow from reception. Also there is no breakfast served. You can purchase some breakfast snacks from the pantry though. That took out one star from rating. Surely recommended.

The staff was helpful and friendly. We melted into the bed and pillows… so comfortable! Water pressure was fantastic. Everything was very clean. We didn't take advantage of the full kitchen in our room, but can see how nice that would be if you were staying longer. No breakfast, but we knew that before the reservation was made. I highly recommend…
