We have stayed here twice the pool area is always out of order. Staff isn't very nice they were doing remodeling this last time we were there the hall ways were trashed.

We had a 2 night reservation, for $131 per night. We were hoping to stay in a nice, clean hotel. They called to tell us they were having renovations, and so the following would be closed: pool, hot tub, fitness center, guest laundry, and ice machines. Not a lot of amenities left besides the rooms and the breakfast. Unfortunately once we arrived it was just a little too much. The elevator floor had paint all over it. Outside the elevator on our floor there was drywall dust and construction things everywhere. Our room was only mostly finished; smoke detector dangling from ceiling, drywall dust on floor and tub, paint splatters on tiles, etc. Now, the room was clean besides the construction dust. All in all, we would have dealt with it fine, maybe for $85 / night, but definitely not at the highest price in town. The cherry on the top was when the manager told us that if we didn't like it, we could find somewhere else. We did. The Hampton is wonderful! Haha.

Under construction, dust and debris everywhere, loose tiles and sheetrock pieces in our room by the door. Wifi is pathetic, pool and spa are closed and they had no bus carts available. Total disgrace.

Great service! I stayed in the executive suite and I really enjoyed the set up. It did not have a full kitchen. Just a wet bar with mini fridge and microwave. However that's all I needed.

Typical holiday inn express. Clean room, comfortable bed. Best part of this hotel is access to local restaurants.

We stayed here a couple nights a month ago. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. I'd recommend this hotel.

Super nice front desk. Had luxury suite. Super comfortable with extras at no charge (popcorn) and breakfast even had gluten free muffins! Super happy about my visit!

We booked online a group of 10 rooms. We called hotel a week prior to our stay and they confirmed that we had 10 rooms reserved. When we arrived we were told the GM had given our rooms away and that we didn't do a step in the reservation. Umm… we never received any communication that we needed to do anything else and wasn't asked for any other information when we called to confirm the rooms. They were able to provide us with 10 rooms but charged $706 extra. We were told they couldn't give us the group rate without the Manager's approval. We have called several times to speak with the manager and he is never there, never returns calls and won't address the issue. There seems to be a lack of training with the staff and total lack of concern by the Manager.

Nice clean hotel. The air is kind of finicky though and the room gets hot sometimes. Friendly staff. Good location.

The service is friendly and the location accessible. Our room has some problems with the air conditioning fan being very loud and we can't figure out how to control the typical unit by the window. The pool is okay, pretty small, and the hot tub is devoid of water.
