All in all it was a friendly environment. Great staff… they always made sure we didn't need anything.

Front desk clerk not friendly. Brown spots on the ceiling. You could feel the bed springs. Didn’t know if bed spread curtain. No elevator to second floor. Wet floor sign laid in the hallway going to stairs.

Worse place we have ever stayed. No light in bathroom and no smoke alarm. Made reservations for a down stairs handicap room and refused to give us one and my wife had to struggle with the stairs.

Very nice and clean motel.

Eay check in/out. No restaurants within walking distance. Pretty much shares a parking lot with a liquor store and gas station tho. Most typicl fast food places within 5 to 7 min. Really good pizza place called dough boys that will deliver there. Would have been 5 stars, but the room had a funny smell and the vending machine stole my money and I was told they couldn't give a refund.

Horrible. I don’t care what the accommodations are if you take advantage of the customers and change the rate when they arrive. When the customer has evidence of reserving the room for $75 and the price is changed to $100 upon arrival, that reservation price should honored. Policies were changed as the check in process went along. Then upon entering the room we were abruptly overcharged for, we were smacked in the face with the overwhelming gas of cigarette smoke and ash tray remnants. I stay in hotels often and this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and most falsely advertised. When I tried to explain my room smelled smoke, I was told that was impossible because it was a smoke free facility. Um, go smell it please. Bottom line, do NOT stay here!

I booked a room with 2 queen beds for my son, grandson, and me. We were late getting in, but the hotel called me and asked if we still wanted the reservation. I told them yes, but we would be another hour before getting there and was told that was not a problem. Got to the hotel about 12:30 AM, checked in and went to my room only to find it was already occupied. Went back to front desk and was told that no one was supposed to be there. She said they didn't have anymore rooms with 2 beds, would I take a room with a king and a roll away, and that I should get some compensation for the error. I took the room with the roll away bed. It was about 1:30 AM before we got into our room which smelled of smoke, had ceiling damage, not enough towels for 3 people, and overall felt like a cheap hotel. In the morning I waited over 30 minutes to speak to the front desk person but she was involved with another family concerning some complaint. I had to leave so I left the room key on the desk and departed. When I got home from my trip 2 days later I called the Choice Privileges booking to discuss my dissatisfaction. They called the Moultrie Econolodge who refused to provide any compensation. Choice Privileges did give me 2000 reward points. This is certainly my first and last stay at this hotel.

Clean and staff very friendly. We did have problems with keys working and with the telephone didn't work well.

My daughter was on crutches and there was no elevator so the very sweet front desk lady went above and beyond to find us a room on the bottom floor! Very clean!

Check your bill when you leave. I was charged an extra night and had to go back in to get it fixed. Also the kept making errors when processing the payment causing $771.02 to be on hold from my account. Luckily I had enough money to where that didn't leave me with all my funds on hold. Breakfast ends st 9:30 am and all the vending machines in the building were broken. Not the best option but all the other hotels were booked and we had to travel in short notice so we didn't have an option.

I stayed at the econo lodge a few days ago with my mother in law. I must say I was very pleased with service provided by the front desk clerk. I believe her name was Keisha. She offered to help my mother in law with our bags even though she didn't have to. She went over and beyond to make sure all our needs were meet. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. The coffee was hot and fresh. I will most certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice location right between New Town and old. Modern room with comfortable bed. Shower head a little out dated, but water pressure was good. Staff was nice and friendly. Will stay there again.

Very nice Hotel room was real clean just like the rest of the chain I am a member of this chain of hotels and I always stay there this is a better one.

The checking in process was easy and great customer service was provided. The room smelled very clean and fresh, the bathroom, beds and and appliances were very clean.

Is zero stars an option? I bought a room, with dirty sheets, a dirty microwave, and pubes on the toilet seat! The guy at counter says they don't have a refund policy, but is calling manager. The lady he calls the manager says we have to wait for "different manager" to come. He never does, but during my hour wait at the counter the woman yelled at ME, because I was unhappy. She asked why I didn't come use the office one. Two reasons — I paid for a clean one in my room and the office one is in the pics below! I was going to call the police — no refund and now she's asking me to wait outside. When I said police she wants to give me $40 cash drawer money and the rest will be a charge for my having used the toilet (which I wouldn't dare use! ) I simply asked for their names and now they state the man behind the counter "does not work there", yet he is the guy who checked me in and ran my credit card!

We stayed 2/24/17 & 2/25/16. The room had a weird odor when we checked in. There were what seemed to be blood stains on the floor. After the completion of our trip I noticed a $150 charge on my Debit card. When trying to inquire on the charge I tried calling the hotel repeatedly on 2/27/17 & 2/28/27 with no answer. I finally reached someone today 3/2/17 & was in formed that the charge was for SMOKING IN THE ROOM! Neither me or my 1 other guest even smoke at all. So I can confirm 100% that no one smoked in the room while we were there. When trying to get the charge removed I was told I would have to call back and speak with a manager & there wouldn't be a manager in until 3/5/17. I tried calling Econo Lodge's customer service dept and was told all they could do was file a complaint. We had another group of friends stay at the same time and when they looked at their charges they were also charged $150 & told the same story by the Hotel. They had a child in the room and none of them smoke either. I would not stay at this hotel they are trying to scam people out of $!
