It has been a great visit. Hampton Inn is always clean and accommodating. I will always stay in a Hampton Inn if I can get reservations.

This is our second time staying here the staff is great, the rooms are very nice and the price was a great value, we will be back again.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites and it was a pleasurable experience. We stayed with our group of Girl Scouts. From the check in gentleman, who greeted us with a smile to Ms. Sherrie who greeted us with a bright smile and made sure all the breakfast was replenished and hot. I will recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice affordable clean place to stay.

This weekend I reserved 3 rooms for my Girl Scout troop. We had an awesome experience. Special thanks to Ms. Sherrie the breakfast hostess. She went well beyond the call of duty to make sure we and other guests were well taken cared of. Also would like to thank the front desk gentleman on duty on Saturday February 18, 2017. His customer service was impeccable. They both continuously asked if we needed any additional services. The rooms were great. I definitely would stay again if I'm in Atlanta, Georgia.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hampton by far the best one I've ever stayed. Big room, clean, and wonderful bed. If back in area we will forsure stay again and we would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

This is my 2nd time posting a review — it appears that Hampton Inn doesn't want my review on there facebook page. My family and I spent 3/22 and 3/23 at this location and I it was one of the worst experiences at a hotel in quite some time. Not only was the room dirty both days (dirty towels in the room when we checked in) floors not cleaned etc. The Management staff was anything but customer service oriented — I was accused of dirtying the room to complain about it. Wh…en that didn't work — they then said it was my sons fault and that he admitted it to them (which was a complete LIE) he never even spoke with anyone there — I would suggest you find any other hotel to stay at but this one!

Found a little creature crawling across my bed last night. Manager was suppose to call me in the morning per the desk clerk — I had to call… Did change my hotel to the HIlton Garden across the street and paid for that night. But nothing offered for inconvenience or satisfaction. I am worried I am carrying these guys home with me. I was in that room for 4 days. Was told cleaning was done in the entire hotel the last 2 days — when I asked why no one told me that my room was being cleaned besides housekeeping — he said that the entire hotel can not be cleaned in 2 days — avoided my question. Now waiting for the EcoLab report to see if it a bed bug or tick. I understand that a bug can enter from anywhere at anytime, but since it was on the bed on top of the sheets I am worried… I do have two red marks on my leg. Customer service is the key here for inconvenience — manager didn't even ask how I was this morning…

If you don't value morality — this is the place for you. These are bad people — not a bad hotel. The general manager does not care about families and is more interested in policies than doing right by the customer. Think he learned customer service in some kind of prison setting. If you make the mistake of staying here, handle it with cash only because of you attempt to leave early, they will put the screws to you — even if you attempt to keep Hilton corporation whole.
