This place is a dump, the owner/manager was rude and insulting. We asked to be moved due to a bedbug issue and we're moved only to have the owner/manager come to the room I was in the next day and order me to get dressed and follow her back to the room we were moved out of and she proceeded to scold me like a child and say there were no bedbugs that what I had showed the night staff were spiders then in the same conversation said she was ginger to have to inspect the room after my husband and his crew checked out bc they had to have brought the bedbugs. I have never been so insulted I'm my life. I have worked in the customer service industry for years and I have never seen anyone treat a customer so poorly. The fact that this place is open at all amazes me, there's no continental breakfast, the Wi-Fi is terrible and there's no pool. The place looks decent but it's all cosmetic. There were also gnats and flies in the first room. Don't waste your money.
Room was clean, fresh towels and linen. Key card dodnt work at first but that was quickly fixed. A little pricey without many perks. No pool, breakfast was lacking. But staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It doesnt even deserve one star honestly. It has bed bugs and the room was dirty. Tub wasnt clean or anything. Sheets were dirty. I will not ever stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here.
