Room floor was dirty, place was small. Bathroom shampoo and conditioner lasted like 2 showers, I could get more but very small containers. Personally $70 was wayy too much. Staff was nice always says hello when I came in good people and cleaner lady was super nice we had lots of laundry and she helped out so much wish I gave her a tip. I saw pool but I didn't go in it looked clean though. Again I personally don't think the room was worth $70 a month.

It was an alright, put together Quality Inn. The only things I didn't like was that there snack and drink machines were empty.

I’ve stayed here before and loved it. But tonight, no vacancies so somewhere else I go.

Comfortable 2-star hotel. Front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. No frills. Met my expectations. Would stay here again when in town.

Stayed for some days. The internet was down for the week and no one seemed to care. They didn’t know when it would be back up — was told the owners didn’t know when they would get a new router — they just didn’t care that I couldn’t do any work with the internet down. When it was up and running it wasn’t very strong. I would strongly suggest investing a little bit more money and get a good router this time around. Also, apparently you can’t eat breakfast in your room — you can only eat in the breakfast room like pre — schooler — was accosted by the breakfast police while trying to eat breakfast being chased down the hall and was told to get back in the breakfast room… craziness.

Checked in at the hotel & was on the second floor but no elavator. The heater in the room was not working very well, I requested another room. I got a room on the first floor & the heated worked fine. The breakfast was terrible it had only sausages & no eggs. The manager Sabrina Harwood said they did not get there onder in and I said there is a walmart down the street and she said they do not get their order in until 12. They are many other store that you can get eggs. Not very friendly. Never again.

Checking in was made simple, as well as checking out. Very pleasant stay.

Hotel was okay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone due to the simple fact they hire rude people who see it fit to talk back to customers. The management obviously doesn't care because she did nothing. Offered 10% off after I called corporate. Please. I want my FULL refund and that awful and disgusting breakfast lady fired. Truely the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. Ive wored in hotels and customer service my whole working life and this hotel doesn't uphold what true exceptional customer service is.

It's the best hotel in Fitzgerald has comfortable beds and you can wake up to breakfast.

You will get great service and rooms are clean and comfortable.

I ask for a ground floor room because there is no elevator, when I arrived the reservation was for a 2nd floor room. The room I stayed in is very old. There is no vanity in the bathroom. You couldn't change the temperature on the heat & a/c unit. Another scary thing is this motel is the highest rated motel in Fitzgerald, Ga. I'm sorry but I can't recommend this place to anyone.

This establishment is well taken care of. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff is very helpful!

Stayed at Fitzgerald quality inn. Great rooms and staff. Medicore breakfast but a good huddle House is right next door.

The room was very humid and the tub had stray hairs left from the last people to occupy the room. The rest was very clean and comfortable.

We are in Fitzgerald GA, at least once a month we have stayed in all the hotels in this town, for over a year now we have stayed a this Quality Inn. We love the staff, they are the best, they are friendly and will bend over backwards to help you. The rooms are clean and will stocked with everything you need for you stay, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. This place is very well maintained and secure, you can tell the staff takes pride in their job. So if you are in Fitzgerald GA you must stay at the Quality Inn, you will not be disappointed.

Nice breakfast. Reasonably clean in the room, less so in the hallways. Outlets on the lamps by the bed are always nice. The curtains over the AC vents are irritating, but overall a good place for a good price.

Good staff and the room was very clean. I didn't expect a lot when I booked it and was surprised by the room. I believe this is probably the best hotel in Fitzgerald and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Way better than driving back and forth from Tifton.

Decent service, the room was clean and we were treated well. The price is very accessible.
