My parents and other family have stayed here a few times. Always friendly staff, clean, neat, and good breakfast too. The prices could stand to be a wee bit lower, but you get what ya pay for.

A bit pricey. It is a new inn so they have a few teething problems. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only serious problem can't be solved by the staff; it was built in. I have noticed the same problem at many average motels. You can hear the noise from adjacent rooms, the ones above, and across the hall. When building these places they install minimal or no sound insulation between rooms, in the ceilings and the hall walls. You would think they would at least sound insulate the bathrooms, but you can hear most everything that goes on in there.

The beds were comfortable and I liked the room, however they didn't have any toliet paper except a tiny little roll that you could tell had been used by past guest. When they cleaned the room, they didn't put any new towels out for any of us after taking our used ones. Even the key to our room stopped working so we had to go get a new key.

After a long day on the road I was cordially welcomed, quickly booked a room, and was pleasantly surprised with my comfortable lodgings. My bed was delightfully helpful in giving me a night of unbridled rest. Check out the next morning was easy and the associate was curteous. I will stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel. It has been open for eight months at the time of our stay so everything is still brand new. The staff is great, helpful and friendly.

Good place to stay but would be better once they are completely done with renovations. I hate the smell of paint. Other than one lady who came off pretty rude, the staff was wonderful. I've been here twice via work and I enjoyed myself both times.

The staff is knowledgeable. The bathrooms by the conference room were clean. The grounds are well maintained. I didn't visit the rooms but our guest speaker said they were clean and comfortable and he and his wife loved the mountain views.

Great hotel, loved the facility. Nice newer hotel with all the modern conveniences. I've stayed at all the Comfort Inns in the area and this one is THE BEST by far. Loved the room, nice large TV, clean to the point of being like new. Highly recommend. Oh yes, the price is the best too. Blue Ridge's Comfort Inn is expensive but nice while the Blairsville Comfort Inn is way overpriced with no microwave.

This was the worst trip ever. We booked the room when we got there they gave us a room… we went up to it the room had not been cleaned. We traveled almost 5 hours with an infant getting there at 8 at night it was snowing and we were cold and tired and hungry. The girl at the front desk had her son with her. When we called and told her the room was not cleaned and came back downstairs she said she would get her manager or herself to clean it and it would only take about 30 minutes. While we waited the girl at the front desk decides she's going to go outside and play in the snow with her son and left the front desk unattended while we are waiting for a room to be clean … so we decided to go get something to eat. Came back and was told that they would offer us another room but we would have to pay $20 more. That just took the cake so we didn't take the room we decided to go elsewhere … no apology the people were rude this place is not the place you want to stay if you're in Ellijay. These people do not know what they are doing they didn't even try to accommodate us or make us happy or anything I would never stay to Comfort Suites again… THE WORST PLACE EVER. Your best net is best western hotel across the street. Their public relations are a heck of a lot better.

Very nice, very comfortable to rest, very clean, good customer service, a good breakfast, pool, gym. I liked it I recommend it.

Very clean. The staff was so helpful. Wi-Fi was easy to connect. Had no problem will stay again.

Rooms were nice; however they charged us $200 for 1 night stay. We were stranded due to weather and they knew we were desperate so they charged us top rate plus $50 for 1 night for our medium size dog to stay. We had no choice but to pay it. They claim to be pet friendly but they only allow small dogs (FYI). We were told if our dog barked 2 times we had to leave although my dog is well behaved and didn’t make a peep. Yet we were kept up all night by kids above us running in and out and up and down stairs all night. So $200 for one night in a 3 star hotel to get absolutely no sleep. Won’t stay there again.

DON'T stay on 1st and 2nd floors unless you can handle listening to people above your room. The building contractors could of done a way better job on the punch out, still construction dirt obvious, our room room was incomplete and done as cheaply as possible! Could have been a 5 star hotel for Ellijay, if the construction was done adequately! Sadly, with all the beautiful mountain view areas in Ellijay this location did not have any good views. Pet fee is too high. Beds are satisfactory. Staff were nice and friendly.

This hotel was the worst experience I ever had. Our first room was infested with fire Ants. Yes! FIRE ANTS! my kids were full of bites. Had our room changed, and when I walked in, it smelled so bad. Asked front desk to please vacuum the room bc it was filthy. They never came, plus what topped that off was I found or my 2 yr old found a nasty toe scissors by the chair… Never going there again…!

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. We stayed here for a mountain bike trip and the trails were just minutes away! We always made it downstairs for the complementary breakfast which was pleasantly well put together.

Beautiful new addition to the many new places to stay, festival time or anytime. Lots of little detail things still being attended to and they are working hard. It's great now, will be awesome when that last punch list item gets crossed off!

WAY OVERPRICED — and BEWARE THE ELEVATOR! We stayed here one night to go apple-picking in Elijay. It was listed at $189 — an absurd price for an economy hotel, plus an additional $50 pet fee! Some other random nickle and dime charges are on my card so I'll be calling about that tomorrow. 2 queen beds, fine, quite, clean, lights worked, toilet flushed — hence the 1 star instead of none. Only 3 towels despite our reservation of 2 adults, 2 kids. Thanks a lot. Only 1 serving of regular coffee for the coffee pot in the room. Cheap. Toilet seat lid had only one working hinge — other one shedding sawdust and caused the lid to barely stay on. I thought this place was new? Went to breakfast — lukewarm flavorless scrambled eggs, bacon, serve-yourself cereal, toast, yogurt, waffles. Nothing to write home about. Certainly not when shelling out over $250! ***************Went to the pool for the kids' sake in the morning — and my husband, 5-yr old, and dog got stuck in the elevator, FOR 30 MINUTES. They used the call button, over and over, and when it finally was opened someone was hanging an out-of-order sign on the door, who'd not bothered to check if anyone was INSIDE before doing so. My daughter was extremely hot, and scared, and took a long time to cool down. What a pathetic hotel — NEVER AGAIN.

This is a new hotel and it is very nice. The location is convient to everything. We will definitely be back.

You can't give less than 1 star rating but the cost that they quoted me over the phone was absolute obscene close to $200 with taxes and everything this is supposed to be a budget hotel according to their website for $200 I'd better have a b****** and a lap dance then the girl proceeded to tell me well it is a new establishment frankly I don't care if it's the new hotel or not that kind of rate is something you might pay it a beach not in a little hick town like Ellijay in the middle of fall I can drive to Blue Ridge in Pay 129 for a nicer room and a nicer place at the Reid Ridge Lodge and have a whole lot more better experience than what I would have gotten it Comfort Inn I've stayed at Comfort Inns before they are cheap they are economical but apparently this doesn't go for this this particular Hotel my rating not even being there is a is a zero.

Super clean and everyone was accommodating and friendly. We love Ellijay and try to get up here once a year. Our first visit staying here because it is newer. Beautiful sights and easy to find!

I live here it has been under construction for a wile but it looks great.

The hotel was very nice; however, it was still under construction so the pool wasn't open and they didn't serve the advertised Continental breakfast and we weren't offered any kind of discount. We had three very bored children considering we couldn't use any of the amenities.
