Only issue is there is only no working pool looks like a pond. But the prices are good & cheap, prices are subject to change cause Weekends are higher rates, the have updated there is no carpet in any of room they have new flooring done. They do have weekly rates!

They've done some remodeling to the rooms it is the cheapest in town not a place to take kids but will do for a place to sleep.

Inexpensive clean and quiet.

$50 with tax and was actually pretty good for the area clean and comfy quality bed I was surprised. Just old looking and pool was closed. Guess it needs repairs.

Umm The rooms are disgusting. The doors will not close. Dirty towels, NO new rolls of tissue, Some of the fridges won't Work. Dead and alive cockroaches. The room stinks. The clothing rack is broken. DO BETTER! It is not worth the price.

Room was basic but clean, comfortable and the air conditioning worked great.

We stayed there August 2009. The grounds were suffering greatly from neglect (grass very high, shrubs not cut). I noticed a sign in the office window "No refunds once you are checked in". Once in the room we were immediately struck by the smell of the room. I'm guessing it was mainly due to the age of the room and the humidity of south central Georgia. We got "used" to the odor after a while. The room was very roomy and clean. The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on. I can usually sleep on almost anything but my back has hurt all day. The motel is inexpensive, but don't expect too much. We do not plan on staying there again.

On the 13th of july I stayed in this motel and I do believe that it the best place to stay in cochran. The people were very friendly and the motel was very clean. It was way above my expecation of the place being in a small town you don't look for much but it was very nice. I plan on staying at this motel every time I come to visit my daughter at college. It is a great place to stay. It is not far from town and swimming in the pool was great it was clean and it was a great trip I give this motel very high rating.
