The best thing about this place was the housekeeper (Crystal). She was a very sweet person but fighting a loosing battle. Hotel was a mess. Elevator has been broken for over a year. Cockroaches and silverfish in the bathroom. Place stunk of mildew and there were water stains on all of the ceilings. We heard that thete was a bedbug problem also but didnt see any in our room. King room was only $58. 00 so if you need a cheap place to stay and dont mind a mess… this is it!

This place is a disgrace to the choice hotel brand! The customer service is the worst ever! The housekeeper and her mom is the only nice thing that's nice about Rodeway ....I see why it's in the back far off the road..haha and it should be. All my reservations some how seem to disappear out the system upon arrival! The desk help is also the extended housekeeping and maintenance...."let that marinate" Oh yeah be prepared to see a roach lol

I was actually impressed. Rodeway is the least expensive hotel in the area yet it was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, the towels were soft. Much nicer than some places in the same area that cost twice as much or more.

This really is a 2 star hotel. But spacious inside. A bit on the dirty side, and there are roaches in the bathroom at night. So leave the lights on to scare them away.

The lobby was nice. That's all we really saw. A friend had made our reservation and we arrived earlier than she did. We explained the situation to the clerk at the front desk and he said it was fine if we waited in the lobby for her. When she arrived gowever, we were told he would not honor our reservation and we would have to make it her arrangements. He gave us no explanation as to why he was do this.

Needs to be put completely out of business, hotel doesn't even deserve to be in business, manager is a complete rip off. The hotel all around is is disgusting, really bad pest problem with all different types of bugs. The hallways are soak and wet due to burst pipes and leaks, it's so bad you can see the water damage on the ceilings and stained into the carpet. Very file smell throughout entire building. I'm just now finding out they have bed bugs by reading other reviews, no wonder I've seen bumps on me and my Baby. It's probably a few decent rooms in the hotel, overall it's JANKY AND RAN DOWN!. Owner doesnt have any type of courtesy when it comes to problems in his hotel. He is very lousy! this hotel doesnt deserve any stars, not even "the thought" of getting a star. I advise no one at all to stay here. Even tho the hotel is on washington rd, ill go to a motel in the hood thats decent before I ever think about going back here… ill probably even sleep in the car… thats how bad it is. And today as we speak I will be calling the city "code inforcement" to go up in there… he will be out of business as soon as they step foot inside!

Do not go here! Awful disgusting Place rum by lying crooks! After driving all day, we booked this hotel on their app. Walking in, it was dirty & very outdated & smelled bad & the elevator was broken. But we had been on the road for 7 hours so we just wanted to relax & shower & watch tv. First off, they were out of regular coffee (only decaf), & they were out of freaking shampoo… when we got to the room A roach crawled across the phone, the TV didn't work at all, there was no coffee maker. We asked for another room. The TV didn't work in this one either & there was no coffee Maker in this room either (the app said three was supposed to be one). We asked for a third room & still didn't have a working tv. We asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else. Three manager told us it would be refunded to my card in 24-48 hours. He never did the refund & refused to return my calls. Awful, disgusting place.

This hotel has bedbugs. This hotel doesn't deserve any stars. AVOID at all costs. We were going to be staying here for the 2018 Masters, and when we first arrived, the original room they checked us into wasn't available. We took the elevator up to the third floor, which was terrible, the elevator should be shut down, it sounds like it is going to break and we thought we were stuck on it. When we walked into the room they had JUST told us would be ours, the manager was laying on the ground fixing the A/C and told us that we couldn't stay in that room. They changed us to a different room, and upon inspection, I am 100% certain this place has had a bedbug issue. The entire hotel is pretty gross but we were willing to give it a try until we saw evidence of bedbugs. We quickly left the room and went to the front desk to try and cancel our stay and the staff was less than helpful. The manager lied to us about who he was, and would not just cancel our reservation. The transaction hadn't even posted yet, so he wouldn't have had to give us a refund, just cancel our stay. But he wouldn't even do that. We ended up staying at much nicer Holiday Inn.

It's a clean and quiet hotel and a steal at the price. The staff was freaking awesome. Polite and efficient. It needs a refresh on the decor and some newer TVs but I will book again given I am in the area. Thanks for everything guys!

The lobby was modern and inviting and looked like it had a sizeable breakfast bar. Aesthetically, my disappointment was how dreary the hallway to our room and our room itself was. It's fine for if you mostly need a quiet, dark place to crash or want a room with romantic lighting, but not cool for working from home. On top of that, one of our side lights didn't even have an on switch, further adding to the darkness. They don't provide a sleeve for the keycards. Luckily, it has two mirrors, so you can be grooming yourself while another occupant is in the restroom. There are ample outlets for the things they already have plugged in, plus anything you may need to charge or use. The Wi-Fi access doesn't require a password. Entry to the room is from the inside rather than the outside. Our room faced the back with a privacy fence, so it wasn't facing a major roadway with resulting noise. We left after we saw a couple of bugs and, when I brought it to the front desk personnels' attention, they didn't seem too bothered by it.

First room was 201. The elevator was out of order so we were forced to walk up stairs. When we got to the room the AC nob was broken so we couldn’t change the temperature in the room. The room smelled like cigarette smoke although it was nonsmoking and there was mold on the walls as well as a huge stain on the sofa. We went back down to the front desk and asked for a different room and we were given 301. There were holes in the wall, holes in the comforter, there was also a large stain on the desk chair. We ended up sleeping on top of the comforter under a blanket we brought from home because we were afraid what may have been on the sheets underneath. Don’t let the cheap price bring you here. Completely disgusting.

This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. My son woke up with roaches crawling on his face, front desk girl was very unprofessional and paid more attention to her male "companion" than us. There were no towels in the room at all, no trash can, and the beds we're small, room was very dank and dark. When I went to the front desk to show her the photos and videos of the roaches, she refused us a refund! Called the manager who also refused a refund! I went to get breakfast before waking my son and discovered, The breakfast is nothing but stale frozen waffles and cereal, crappy coffee, nothing hot at all. Then my son woke up to roaches and we left immediately! Didn't even change out of our night clothes!

The only reasonI gave this place one star was because I couldn't give them a negative star. All I can say is … Stay Away! Stay Far Away! This place was the worst ever. The Breakfast Buffet is horrible! The waffles are EGGOS heated in a toaster. All they had overawes was white bread, mini cinnamon rolls, 2 kids sugary cereals and fruit (if you got their before everyone else). The milk was warm and the OJ was TANG. No one at the front desk seems to know how to run the computer to help with your receipt at check out. Stay Far Far Away from this hotel.

Their washer and dryer were broken so they limited your towels. Wondering if the sheets were even washed then? Room smelled musty. Air didn't work, knobs were broken. Parking lot smelled like a dirty diaper. Breakfast was cereal or mini muffins. Only good thing about the hotel was the staff.

Please dont stay here. They gave us the wrong room and said thats what we reserved, even when I showed them my itinerary. Then instead of telling us they were put of the room type we wanted, they gave us another incorrect room. There was no toilet paper or ashtray. No wash cloths. And we got all kinds of attitude because we had to keep asking for things we shouldnt if they did their job. A/C unit would fall apart if you bumped it. Also, the website lists that they have breakfast and a pool. They have never had a pool. And if you dont like cereal or waffles, youre SOL on breakfast. And we think there were bugs in the room because we kept finding random itchy bug bites while being in the room. Probably my worst hotel stay. Ever. Sleep in your car if u have no other choice

We stay here last minute reservation during masters week. We can not find any hotel available around the area, and we found this hotel via expedia and reserved it. Do your self a favor, do not stay here, is not safe, the owner and staff are rude. The room are messy, stains on the carpet, stains on the bed sheets, coffee maker, refrigerator, microware are all not working : (. The bad thing was the expedia charge as the cost of the reservation and when we get to the hotel they charge are credit card again. So they basically charge us double, I called expedia and told me to call the hotel. My wife talked to the owner many times, I think his name is Mr. Patel, he just gave us runaround and never got a refund. Beware and stay away.

After checking in and procededing to my room I noticed the elevator had urine in the floor. While walking to my room I noticed a man nonchalantly selling some sort of illegal drugs in the hallway to another man. After opening the door to thw room I noticed it had a water leak in the celing. Told the receptionist and she tried giving me a room with visible roaches on the wall. She told me they were water bugs and harmless. I refused and was given another room that had stains on just about every surface in the room. Due to being so late I stayed against my better judgement. They refused to compensate my bill or even take anything off. I don't see how they are still in buisness. 0 stars!
