Amazing. Friendly staff, super friendly staff actually, great outdoor pool, rooms clean, breakfast very nice. And I love the free free free Wi-Fi, breakfast, and 24 hour shuttle. 15 minutes from the airport and really competitive prices. Amazing.

I reserved my room 2 weeks ahead of the time of travel. Once I arrived after travel to check in I was informed that they had overbooked the hotel by eight rooms and that I no longer had a reservation. They states they attempted to call me but that is not true even after verifying my number with them. They referred me to the most disgusting hotel ever. All hotels the area were completely booked as well. For people traveling out of town this is just crazy especially in a city where booking a hotel the night of your stay is almost impossible. They were less than helpful and told me they had no other options. I will never spend my money at this hotel or any other hotel chain associated with it again.

Update/Second stay: I stayed there again this spring with a totally different experience. There was orange mould in the shower and pooled in the soap tray. One of the hand towels was hanging by the sink, and folded open, with makeup and lipstick on it showing. (Photos show how I found it. ) The bathroom had obviously not been checked or properly cleaned. Management only offered fresh towels. It was disgusting! Original stay: The room was nice and clean; the staff friendly and the breafast good. There are many nearby options for shopping and casual dining.

The service is fantastic, location is close to the airport, and there is everything nearby one could ask for (target, urgent care, pizza place and many fast food joints). Watch out at night time, it could get bad.

This place was sooooo wonderful. I go to a conference every year in January and I'm not even I'm not even going to consider going to another hotel. The people were stupendous the shuttle took me to the conference center for no charge. It was just wonderful all around!

We booked a hotel 3 days in advance to stay here. Tami, the manager, texted us when we were 20 minutes away from arrival telling us the room had been given away and there were no solutions she had to offer. We had to find a hotel an hour away, at 1 am due to their mishandling of our reservation. Unpleased to say the least. Worst experience I've had yet with any hotel or company.

Staff was super friendly. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Rooms were basic, carpet had a smell to it. Carpet needed to be shampoo and cleaned. Breakfast was very nice. Would stay here again.

The hotel was clean, relaxing, and convenient to most locations. The only issue I had was the water pressure in the bathroom sink and the shower head meant for leprechaun size people. Other than that, had a great stay.

The room was nice and clean; the staff friendly and the breafast good. There are many nearby options for shopping and casual dining. I only have one complaint. My room was near the elevators. The "bing" that announced an arriving lift was WAY louder than necessary. I'm sure it is heard in rooms half a hallway away. Seems like an easy fix.

Another great experience with a Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel. All of the employees, in every area, at this particular hotel went over and above to make our stay a pleasant experience. (Front desk, Housing, Food, etc. ) I'll go back in a heart beat. Kudos!

This hotel is in my local area and I've been here going on four weeks due to a flood at home. Everyone, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers to the breakfast staff to housekeeping, has been amazing. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel at home during an otherwise stressful time. I highly recommend them.

Place is very clean. Great customer service. Free shuttle to local places. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good. Free coffee 24/7. Love it.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days while attending a gift show downtown. We had booked a king standard room. When we arrived they were out of those rooms so they upgraded us to a king suite! Nice! The staff was so friendly the room was very clean and the free breakfast was very good too! The shuttle drivers Miss V and Connie were the best as they took us to the airport every AM to catch the train and picked us up too in a timely manner. They also suggested to us places to eat for dinner. I have traveled all over the world and stayed in high end hotels and did not get the service that we got this weekend! We will stay again when we attend this show in Atlanta.

I would like to address ms v at the Hampton. She truly deserves this acknowledgement. She takes her job to the next level not only stopping at being a shuttle driver but truly loves her job and love being around other. Brings me joy when she picks me and my coworkers up at the airport. Hampton inn & suites in Atlanta you got yourself a amazing employ. Keep up the good work and never stop being who you are. Because of you I'll always stay at the Hampton on campcreek.

The Hampton Inn hotel was very clean, the staff was great. Breakfast was very good also. The price was very reasonable.

After having to leave a bedbug ridden Castleberry Inn at 3 am in the morning. We were able to check into the Beautiful Hampton Inn without reservations. Received outstanding service and bug free room. Will definitely make this our home when we return to Atlanta!

Had a fantastic experience here. Sierra behind the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel room was great, walls a little thin and AC could use a little improvement. Overall a great stay, will stay again.

Never heard an airplane, comfortable room, rooms on back of hotel have a dense forest view, breakfast had two chafing dishes with hot items, friendly staff. Room smelled fairly strongly of cleaning products but after being in the room for a while I forgot it was even there. Just a note in case you're sensitive. That said hotel was very well kept and clean. Near proximity to stores and restaurants to the north of the hotel and across the street.

In my initial review I gave only 2 stars due to management, since this review management has contacted me and arranged to return my favorite dress shirt free of charge which say a lot about management following up on their customer service… well done, my staff and I will be staying at the Hampton's in the future! I stayed at the Hampton Inn for a period of 1 week and found the staff to be wonderful and very accommodating, the room was fresh and clean and the breakfast acceptable.

I will never in my life will I ever stay at any Hampton Inn. They have books me n a room and when I get to my room there were people already in the room, and they was undressed. I was so embarrassed for me and them. So I went down stairs to let them know they were very rude and nasty. So I asked to speak to the manager they refused and said they will have a manager call me whenever he or she get there. So they gave me a room and they next day the police came to my room stated that I had to leave the room I asked why they said the front desk said that I had smoked in the room and that I had to get my stuff and I had to leave. I was wrongfully acused of something I didn't do. I finally talk to the manager and she was so rude did not want to listen to me. This was the WORST experience I had at any hotel I've ever been too. I will not go to this facility or any other hampton inn ever again. They get no stars in my eyes.

Was able to walk into the hotel and get a room with no reservations. Room was spotless and the staff was very friendly.

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious room. The hotel is accommodating with the van although one of the drivers is a speed demon. Beds are decent and exercise equipment is new. Disappointed that they did not award me Hilton honors points due to me being flight crew.

So far everything is up to par I didn't check out yet.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel myself sister was there for Steve Harvery hoddie award the hotel was clean and quiet. We also ran into an old friend of the family which is the manager Terrance enjoyed our stay. We will return again maybe next year.

My family were in Atlanta for the 4th of July weekend. 6 rooms were booked in May however once we arrived, I was given my brother's room which clearly had his name on paper. When the other siblings arrived there were no rooms for us period. My brother was very understanding and chose to go to another hotel. Hotel staff stated they overbooked but charged my sister's card for 6 rooms. Front staff was not very knowledgeable of her job and acted as she was irritated. The hotel was nice and clean but staff needs to get it together. We will stay at Holiday Inn as we always have. Good Customer services is a must when I am spending my money.

I was here with my husband on a business trip. The hotel was clean, breakfast was average and the area was great for me with shopping close by. Everyone greeted us and house keeping was extremely nice. Only down side would be that they promise a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes and everyday the shuttle was running 10-15 minutes late.
