Review of Days Inn by Wyndham College Park Airport Best Road 2*

This stay almost ruined my entire birthday trip and I ended up here due to unforeseen issues with a car rental. I checked in 5/26/18 around midnight and when I got to my room, the door was wide open, air super cold and smelled of bleach. I checked around and didn't see anyone or anything so I got settled and headed to sleep. About 4am I have this feeling that something is crawling on me. It was a freaking bed bug! I immediately packed up my things and went to the front desk demanding a refund to go somewhere else (I had paid with a debit card) while showing the pic I had taken. He didn't seemed shocked or remorseful, he just said that he couldn't give me a refund, only the manager could and they'd be there tomorrow morning but he could give me a different room. I couldn't go anywhere else without a refund. The next morning, he says he gave them my info and they would call me which I assumed he meant, present day as in ASAP. After waiting and no call, I went back to the office to ask for the manager to be told by a different person that the manager would not be in until Monday. That was the last day of my trip! Although they gave me a new room, I still never slept for fear of something biting on me. Less than 3 hrs of sleep in 3 days. I spent my time outside the room and had a great time but sleeping was terrible. When Monday 5/28/18 came the manager didn't seem to care either. She said "You didn't have to wait for me, you could have checked out and left and we mail you refund. " I would never recommend this establishment.
