Very clean room. Good quality bed, well maintained bathroom and room. Lovely family running efficiently the place.

Excellent for what it's worth.

Creepy place. Unsatisfactory cleanliness, swindler staff.

Very much over priced. Cracks so big in the doors that people's smoke from outside comes into your room. Hair on the bed sheets. Otherwise the shower tiles were beautiful and the furniture was nice. Room overall very clean.

Nice quiet get away at a low, reasonably affordable price in the heart of Naples close to downtown and the Collier County Courthouse and Government Center.

My husband and I are new to Naples FL, we enjoyed our stay here and the office staff were extra nice. The parking is limited since our room was in the corner. We will recommend this place to others.

It is a great location close to downtown Naples, FL. And the rooms are clean. And the a/c works great. The shower works great and is provided with shampoo and conditioner and bar soap.

Rooms are clean. Staff is lovely. Beautiful update of a 40s motor lodge. No tub but nice tile shower. Good bed. Fitted bottom sheet! Big towels.

Clean and new upgraded bathrooms. Perfect for a nights stay.

The beds are comfortable and the place is quiet and it's well worth the money for a quiet romantic.

A dump, use to be a big drug hanout in Naples. They fixed it up charge outrages prices and drugs still there, just not so public.

Horrible customer service, front desk clerk had an attitude, smelled funny. Never again.

The worst thing that I have seen, they have no additional key for if you lose they give you, do not I highly recommend it.

The room was accommodating but very small one very large bed all six of us slept in. one small bathroom and there was cable! For 109$ you cant beat what there was for the price that you paid.

O. K. For one night. Rooms are not very large. Good thing: Parking right in front of your room and friendly front desk. Nostalgic but quite neatly in the style of a 50s-60s roadside motel.

Worse experience ever! First of all the room I was put in was nothing like what I booked online. And what topped things off I went out to grab some things when I came back the window was on the bed and my money was gone I called the owner and he did nothing about it! Waste of paying for the room and a risk against mine and my sons life,

Made a reservation, next day got to the place and they said I didn't reserved anything, horrible costumer service.

Needed a clean place to stay. Was a little worried about it being a no name motel. The room was more modern than expected and very clean. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom was newly remodeled in our room The husband and wife that run this are very hospitable and and told me to let them know if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Naples.

All the reviews are pretty much correct, except that the good reviews are almost all written by the staff and owner. Change rates, lots of bugs, staff is very rude, I stayed here with my mother, a breast cancer survivor, and was asked to leave after 2 weeks because I was going to be a few hours late on my payment, while they knew I was staying here for a while. Was quoted 350 a week, then taxes made it over 400, then when I was short and was paying a couple days at a time it went up to over $550 a week. These people are greedy, the owner will bum cigarettes, eat my snacks then turn around and act like it's a privilege to be staying in this dump. Oh and you cannot have any guests here unless you pay for them! All around dump, nevermind the drug addicts and trash that hang out here. There are better places for just a few dollars more, find them.

We always stay in inexpensive hotels because usually they aren't as bad as the reviews say. But this time all the negative reviews were 100 percent true. I first received an invoice for approx. 130 dollars. A month later the owner called and increased the price to 157. Not a real big deal until we showed up and saw our room! Run down, dirty room with fruit flies. Looked like a hotel from a horror movie. Because the management was nice and we were there for just the night we decided to not complain. We now know it would have been worth paying an extra 50 to 100 dollars for a room somewhere else. Save you self the time and trouble and go somewhere else!

This place is getting a bad rap, it's not the Ritz but it's clean and cheap, huge bed and comfortable, fridge and microwave, booked one night to see how it was due to some of the reviews but ended up staying 2 more, the staff was courteous,

Don't open your door, when it's knocking in the night! It's not dirty, but not really clean, this Motel had his best times in the '60. Strange guys are hanging around and you dont't feel really save!

DO NOT COME HERE! I checked in, walked into my room, and immediately was overwelmed with the smell of bleach. On top of that, there are crackheads and gangbangers running rampant through the complex. After sitting in the room for 5 minutes, I promptly went back to the desk where they said they do not issue refunds, and basically told me to f**k off. Absolutely horrible and disgusting place. I'd give it no stars if I could.

It's a hotel on the east trail relatively close to downtown and reasonably priced and clean I might add they run a tight ship there.

Don't even think about this motel the owners steal your money the maid took 3 $ that I had laying under a file on my table. The wife is extremely rude! Rooms dirty bugs. They never came to change our sheets I had to ask for sheets and do it myself. The wife will tell you not to bother her for anything if the maid isn't there! Horrible Horrible stay!
