The rooms were spacious, clean, and recently renovated. Staff were very friendly, polite and very helpful. Great access to the beach. Breakfast area is a little tight, but staff kept it clean and stocked. Great value. Definitely will stay there again if in the area.

Overall property has nice curb appeal and directly across the street from the beach. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Rooms are very nice, clean and looked recently renovated. Has a nice sized pool, but needs to be cleaned. It was cloudy. We did not go in. Breakfast area was small. Breakfast choices were few, mostly carbs. Parking was tight. Staff were very nice. TV was Direct TV and had all the premium channels. The quality of the room and the location of the hotel is worth staying here again.

What a fantastic hotel! Excellent value for the price! Just a short 3-minute walk to the beach! Excellent continental breakfast each morning. Nicely renovated. Kind and caring staff. Really a gem of a place to stay!

We arrived late and there was still someone at the desk to check us in. Nice clean and big room. Very close to the beach. The hotel loans out large towels that can be used at the beach. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Parking is a little tight but, we had a large van. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I have been traveling across the country in the month on July 2018. We have been staying exclusively in Bwst Western hotels. This hotel in St. Augustine is one of the better hotels. It is nice and new. The staff keeps it clean. The shower facilities are well planned and in good working order. The beach access is right across the street and easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Displaced locals~ Solar panels were to be installed on our roof but a little miscommunication between the solar company and FPL resulted in us needing a place to sleep for the night (with AC). A quick call to our local Best Western and within minutes ~ we had a room. Super friendly and accommodating staff and breakfast in the a. M. Was wonderful!

If you are in St Augustine this is the place to stay. Excellent staff. They go out of their way to make you happy. Room is nice. Clean. Breakfast was amazing. Pool clean. I can’t say enough about the staff though. They are out of this world. We constantly had staff asking if we were happy and if they could do anything for us. I have found my new place to stay.

Parking was tough and rooms are small For A family of 4. The location was decent. Pretty close to St Augustine proper and one block from the beach, a two minute walk. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were friendly. Overall this hotel was fine, just everything was a little cramped which I guess could be expected in a beach community like this.

We were incredibly impressed with the high quality of this hotel! We were given a beautiful room that is comparable to a nice apartment with more amenities than I can begin to explain. The breakfast was a surprise to us — I had no idea we would have a "home cooked" buffet style meal. The waffles were awesome! There were lots of options for all food preferences. We have stayed in St A many times, and this was the best value for price that we have found. Staff was courteous and professional, and made sure our stay was comfortable. I've never stayed at a Best Western before this, but I would certainly return to this one!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our vacation trip to St. Augustine. Our stay was great and hotel was awesome. The hotel itself was very nice and nicely placed on the island (walking distance to beach and many great restaurants! ) Hot breakfast with meats and waffles. Staff was great too.

The room we had was updated and clean. We were given goody bags with a water bottle, chips and a danish upon check-in. The parking was great for a tight space. We were about a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach. Pool is not heated, but it was clean as was the jacuzzi and pool area. Deck furniture was very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we've had, clean and well stocked. Small area for dining, but they had trays to take food to your room, some even ate by the pool. Overall very nice experience. Great staff, friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in St. Augustine Beach), the beach is just a few steps away on the other side of the street, rooms recently refurbished, finally no carpet! The cold and hot breakfast is typically American (lots of plastic), tasty and more than adequate. Very friendly staff/nice hotel, beach access just some meters across the street, recently renovated (eventually no carpet which is great). The breakfast was very good and the food was great.

Small but fine. Beach. Many restaurants nearby. Quiet location.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Rooms are beautiful and the staff go above all expectations if you need help with anything. The beach is directly across the street and restaurants are close by. Definitely will be back next time we are in Saint Augustine.

Best hotel I've been to so far! The rooms were newly remodeled and very modern. Nothing can beat their affordability in the area. Also right next to the beach and many cool eataries. Ample parking and staff were really really hospitable! I would definitely stay here if I was to ever go back to St. Augustine.

What a great hotel with very reasonable rates! We stayed in the suite with a terrace and loved eating outside in the sun and breeze. Comfy bed, and tons of room, excellent staff and a solid breakfast offering with our favorite make-your-own waffle iron. Not an ocean-front property but the value was terrific and the beach was 5 minutes walk. A1A Burrito Works and an ice cream shop also short walks away. Recommend!

We made arrangements online in Aug 2017 to stay in Jan 2018 and were pleasantly welcomed online and then again when we arrived on our scheduled date. The hotel is very nicely decorated and extremely well maintained. The entire staff that we came in contact with were always cheerful and polite and extremely helpful. If we needed something and they could help, they did. The breakfast was always well stocked and offered different foods and the area was always immaculate; you can tell they take pride in their hotel and the employees are proud of what they do. Great place to stay.

Great hotel with a very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms with excellent high speed internet, fridge, microwave and HD TV. Free USA Today and computer/printer in the lobby. Hot breakfast was OK. Coffee was excellent! Short walk across the road to the beach. I highly recommend a stay here!

I went into this hotel thinking I was going to get a low quality budget hotel, how I was wrong! This was a very modern looking room, one can tell from first entering that renovations and updates were recently applied. The bathrooms were immaculate, the beds were comfortable and the entire layout of the room was very well thought out and put together. They also do serve a continental breakfast which was also fairly good in comparison with others, I left satisfied with their offerings. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. The only draw back is that some of the rooms have paper thin walls, so sound travels between rooms easily. To avoid this, ask the front desk to put you in a "quiet room", where the walls are thicker. I would definitely return here for future visits to St. Augustine and I highly recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

We were so pleased with our stay here! We came in for a quick 2 night trip. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful-we didn't encounter one grumpy person our entire stay, and that's saying something, I think! Check-in/out took just moments. The room was decorated tastefully and outfitted with everything we needed — were were very comfortable. It had plenty of room for us to spread out and I appreciated the full length mirror for dressing. Internet was fast and worked the whole time we were there. The surprise was the breakfast! We experience complementary breakfasts often and were so impressed. Though the area the food is serve is small, there is plenty of seating, and they packed so many selections into the space, including fresh fruits (melon balls, oranges, apples) and little extras like organic non-dairy milk (which I appreciated! ). My husband and I really enjoyed the gourmet coffee and the special touches like the toppings bar for the waffles (cinnamon and brown sugar are my favorite! ). Thanks for a great stay.

They *really* try! The staff are so friendly, and the rooms are newly renovated. But there are still constant reminders of a 2-star hotel, and I will be honest, I SO wish we had stayed at the Courtyard next door, or at the luxury hotel across the street, which is literally ON the beach and has interior corridors. The pool here is clean, and hot rub isbwarm. The lobby (a teensy highway motel type of lobby) also has the free breakfast. Again, they really TRY, and I love that. But I am sorry I did not get one of the hotels around me : (

Had a lovely experience here at Best Western. Complimentary breakfast an A+. Nice variety and good food. Made the stay an even better experience. Keep that going! Rooms were modern and clean. Beds comfortable. Love that bathroom had like sliding door for privacy and was big in size. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and our room had a luxurious feel to it. The bathroom was quite large and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the staff who were courteous and caring. I highly recommend!

We love staying here when we come to St. Augustine. The rooms are great and clean. The pool is the perfect size. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is really good and has lots of choices, even for my picky little one. The beach is right across the street, which is so easy and awesome. We will be back again.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in my whole life. We felt like guest @ a family event. Our experience was AWESOME! We are definitely staying here again in the future.

Enjoyed the closeness to the beach and really enjoyed our room! Loved having a king bed which left plenty of room for our beach stuff! The bathroom was super nice also! You could definitely tell it was redone recently! Plus the cleaning staff was so great and efficient (even mopped the floor with all the sand)! It was a great stay for my boyfriend and I and we will be back!

Our stay at Best Western has been wonderful. It has been a great location and friendly staff. The rooms and outside have been very clean and a nice little pool. Although not on the beach the location to the beach is perfect. The only thing that could have possibly been improved would be the breakfast. But even that is fine for a quick grab a bite to eat and it's free so who could complain about that (at least they have one). Very glad we chose it as a place to stay that was affordable they even corrected a mistake that was made upon ordering of the room that had satisfactory results. Will be back again.

Excellent small hotel! Clean, spacious, useful amenities. Great breakfast! Small dining area is open 24/7 with water, coffee, yogurt and fruits. Professional and knowledgeable front desk staff and friendly maintenance. Would highly recommend!

We stayed the night here on our way home from a road trip. We hadn't planned staying here, we had visited St Augustine years ago and found it to be underwhelming an tacky. Have to say that we enjoyed our second time around much better. The hotel we chose was central and clean, nicely appointed. What got me here was the attitude of the front desk, they just "know" they're going to get stragglers who are in need of a room and the attitude shows it. All in all not bad, they need to work on the smugness of the front desk staff, price accordingly to their brand status and all would be well.

Had my daughter's baby shower in one of the suites here. It was beautiful! The hotel has been renovated from top to bottom. The living area comfortably held 25 guest with room for 8 to sleep over. Its full kitchen was convenient. Breakfast was the best free breakfast ever! They had HOT food cheese omelettes bacon fried potatoes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's only a minute walk across the street to the beach. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back!

The staff was very nice and willing to work with me when I showed up a day earlier than my booking. Melissa went out of her way to find a hotel with availability for me since the Best Western was booked for the night. The hotel has recently been remodeled, so the rooms and building were in top condition. The stay was excellent!

Loved staying at the BW Seaside Inn! It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach which was our primary reason for choosing it as well as getting a good deal ($222 for two weeknights). We really enjoyed the hottub too — stayed hot while we were there. There's also a fun ice cream shop a couple blocks south called Coneheads which you'll have to visit at least once if you stay at the Inn.

I just love this hotel. Close to the beach. Cozy restaurants next door with great food. Priced right. Staff went beyond. Very clean.

I would never recommend Best Western Seaside Inn-St. Augustine Beach. I checked in early to verify I would receive a renovated room per my instructions many days prior. The General Manger was present at check-in and told the clerk to switch my room. When I entered my room for pre-inspection I found the toilet wouldn’t flush and the door bathroom door knob was about to fall off. I returned to the office and informed the Clerk named John that the toilet had a flow problem and I requested a plunger to prevent an overflowed to the floor below me. John said Best Western only had one plunger in the entire building but never delivered it to me as promised. I checked out the next morning and the morning clerk said John told a lie, and they had many plungers available. The morning clerk also suggested it was possibly a snake caught in the plumbing. Way overpriced, not on the Seaside, many better places nearby so do your homework.

Basically just slept there one night, but the room smelled of mildew. Other than that the room looked like the run of the mill hotel. Didn't eat the continental breakfast, too hung over. But they have one.

Nice that it's right across from the beach. Breakfast was pretty good and staff is really nice. But the rooms are awful! Smelled like mold and found a number of spiders and bugs on and near the bed. Didn't get a single good nights sleep the whole week I was there.

The rooms not that nice hotel staff are rude and unhelpful constructio. Going that was disruptive to vacation and to parking. Parking lot is one way in and out and if you drive anything bigger than a smart car good luck. Would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Was the greatest place to stay. Even during remodeling. Did not even notice. Front desk staff and Camron was the greatest for the phone call to check in and check out. Could not ask for no more nice people. I will be BACK.

Hotel was wasn't all that, first we did not like the smell and wanted to change room could not. The outlet did not have a cover.

Extremely dissatisfied. The room smells like a cross between mothballs and mold. A bra was lying on the floor when we checked in (hours after it had been "cleaned") and a used hand towel and wash cloth hung over the hangers next to the sink. The final touch was that the air conditioning unit didn't work and there was no way to circulate air through the room. Front desk staff were friendly and apologized, but said there was nothing they could do. Because we booked through Orbitz, Best Western said it couldn't even cancel the reservation so we could try to find a better place to stay. Stay somewhere else. This hotel is not even worth the discounted price.

La feista across the street beach side is much nicer and basically the same price. Stayed at both in that my wife and kids and I do overnighters all the time in St. Augustine. Good second choice.

Overpriced! Nice property to be a small hotel. Rooms were clean. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Would not return unless they shave about $30-40 off the price per night.

Much nicer than I had anticipated. Recent complete remodel. Right across the beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Breakfast has a very large selection as far as continental breakfast's go. Staff was very friendly and helpful (let us check in several hrs early).
