The rooms were ok, clean but nothing special. They had tiny TVs in the rooms. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices, which included corned beef hash which I was pleasantly surprised about! Depending on who was cooking that day, the food was either great and flavorful or dull and bland. I did order over easy eggs and they were atrocious. But the make it yourself waffles were the bomb with caramel syrup! The staff are extremely friendly. I don’t think I’d stay here again but it was enjoyable enough.

The room was spacious and clean very comfortable! They had a covered plate of chocolate covered strawberries and a nice note to welcome us as a newly married couple! Staff was extremely polite! We plan on returning for our 1st year Anniversary.

Very nice friendly courteous staff here. Rooms are really clean and well keeped. Very happy with accommodations that we were given. Would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a friendly and clean place.

I stayed here and if you read their website you may be inclined to think that breakfast is made to order and included in the room cost. No, you will be charged 12.00 a person for a crappy buffet breakfast. There are much better breakfast options in the area for that price. I was baffled to receive a check after spending 150.00 a night I assumed the breakfast would be included. So the actual cost was 174.00 plus tip a night. On to the room, the toilet paper was like sandpaper the room was set to 70 degrees very cold it took a while to warm up (it's Florida, in summer going from 98 to 70 is a shock to the system). I walked in and the room just didn't feel clean it felt dark and dingy. There are much better options other than this hotel don't pay a premium price for bargain basement quality. I did inform the management by email about this and their response was basically too bad.

Spent the day there visiting some friends. Suite was amazing with tons of room. Great pool, short walk to the beach, and $4 beers. I had a great time.

HORRIBLE experience. Had to come into town because of an emergency and required a late check in (3am). The front desk staff made my father-in-law and I wait over an hour because he was "new" and didn't know how to check in a walk-in. How does the management staff of the hotel allow this? He even sent us across the street to the Hampton Inn (same owner). Doors there were locked and nobody answered, thus, forcing us to return. After more waiting, he finally found a room. He didn't even know how to give us keys, so we couldn't leave the room. Then, in the morning, the front desk lady was even nastier. $30 credit does not suffice for this horrible experience. Hotel should be ASHAMED. 1 star is generous.

So we arrived just as they put tour the hot chocolate chip cookies! Could have ate the whole pan! Yummy! Hope you have as good timing. The room was also great and staff very helpful.

This is probably the worst Hilton Garden Inn I have ever stayed at. I hate saying that as a Hilton Honors member and a frequent traveler. The room seemed clean but it had an odor to it. The beds are hard and I think the only reason I slept is because I had a few at the Sunset Grill next door. I gave it more stars because the staff was very friendly and made me feel at home. I stayed there a year ago and it was much better this time.

I travel a lot and I can honestly say this place is nothing special to justify such an inflated price. Small rooms, hard beds, and a pricey breakfast instead if a free breakfast bar. Any average budget inn is as nice and you can use the money you save to get a real breakfast elsewhere.

Love most HGI's but this property needs work. Better room cleaning is needed. The shower tile had black mold in most grout lines and carpet had stains that smelled. Just there for one night otherwise we would have moved. Coffee was great, but the breakfast line cook was overwhelmed. No bar since it's an older property. Management needs to follow up with F&B and housekeeping.

To paraphrase Jimi Hendrix, if zero were one. I would give it a zero if they would let me. Reservation made 3 months ahead of time. They did not have our room when we got here. We were supposed to have a king size bed but it was basically a queen and a half. The floor would have been softer than the bed. The bathroom has a horrible smell. The shower knob is broken. There's a fine line between cold and too hot. The elevator is slow. The TV was too small. The housekeepers made a lot of noise in the morning in the hallway. Stay home before you stay here.

Very nice hotel. I stay at the Garden all the time. Only overnight at this time but I really enjoy my stays. This hotel is showing a little bit of wear, but it still is in very good condition and I would stay again.

The place is ran down. Probably hasn't been remodeled in years. The rooms are dimly lit. They don't have a bar for some reason all the garden inns do owners must of been on a budget building the place. Breakfast looks like they were struggling they were really busy. I don't know why they don't hire them more help. The restaurant at night was good Justin is nice and makes a good cod fish sandwich. All 4 big hotels are owned by the same company in the beach 3 are nice but this one is crappy what are they waiting for to fix it.

Great location; beach is only 1 block away and has public access. They had warm cookies in the lobby throughout the day.

The staff here are nothing short of amazing. Tracy is a beautiful, intelligent lady who works the front desk and will make you feel welcome from the time you walk thru the door. Peter is the chief engineer and does a wonderful job keeping everything working in tip top shape. If you want to visit the beach and prefer a hotel that makes you feel like you're at home this is the place to visit.

Excellent stay for four nights. Great location as its walkable to beach. Staff are very friendly, beds are comfy and typical garden inn breakfast. Recommend staying here to anyone on a beach trip.

Pretty clean rooms. Enjoyed the hot tub. Very friendly staff. The room that we were in smelled a bit musty. Construction work was ongoing but only during the day time But it was excusable since two hurricanes just hit the beach hard.

Free parking, across the street from the beach and about 10 minutes from where all the touristy destinations are. Nearby plenty of restaurants too. Staff are all super great! Thanks.

The room was basic. Two queen beds and a refrigerator you couldn't fit more than 2 items in accompanied by a microwave that barely popped popcorn in. The coffee maker was average. The star of the show was the beds. They were very comfortable. I would have given 3 stars if not for the beds. The shower was about the size of a matchbox but the shower was adjustable enough so that my 7 year old could take a shower rather than a bath. It was very nice for her.

The hotel was clean and fairly nice for the area, but my complaint was they charge you at check-in not when you check out, and automatically add $30.00 extra for any additional charges such as restaurant or bar charges that you might incur while you are staying at the hotel. I've stayed in hotels all around the country, and yes they will keep your card on file in case of any additional charges, but they NEVER charge you in advance just in case you want breakfast or anything else. When I checked out and saw this fee, they said it would be refunded within 7 to 10 days. Not it's not the money, its just the inconvenience to me. So now I have to watch my credit card account to make sure these funds are credited back to my card. For that reason in itself, I will not return to this hotel.

Great location and friendly staff. We had a nice room and visit. Did not try ths $10.95 breakfast and the rooms were priced $75 less than when I had booked several months ago but still had to pay tje higher rate.

For the price, you can't find a better place here for a small family. They have two suites in the hotel with kitchenettes, perfect for a vacation where you want to get some groceries to avoid having all your meals out. But when you DO want to eat out, there's an assortment of great restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as sweet treats and coffee. You do have to cross A1A Beach Blvd. To get to the beach, but it's a 3 minute walk, and they have crosswalks with hand flags right out front. Great value, friendly staff, excellent breakfast (especially if you are gold/diamond with Hilton — it's free), and a nice pool for when you're tired of the sand.

Semi satisfactory Hilton. Room was mostly clean and ready when we arrived but was slightly dirty with mold/mildew in the bathroom and a light urinal smell lingered in the bathroom while we were there. Bedding and towels were clean, air conditioning worked, small refrigerator was great. The rooms were not very quiet and you could hear everyone in the hallway — — people talking as they went to their room to children screaming leaked through the door. As a long time Hilton customer I was bummed with this hotel though it met our needs.

Room not ready when we got here at 4:30 when check in at 4. Snack area looks to never be restocked. No spoons at breakfast. One elevator that is so slow for three floors betting I could climb stairs faster (If I could find them). Just not what I expect from this chain. Seems an embassy suites is being built down the road and should be done in the next year or so would be best to wait on it to finish and stay there as it is on the beach.

The location is why I picked this hotel. You come in and see what you think is a nice complimentary breakfast inside! Wrong. If you come down to eat breakfast and don't see their tiny 10"x10" sign you and you wife will pay $25 for, fake eggs, burnt bacon, horrible food overall! I politely paid the bill knowing I will never stay at a Hilton ever again! In the room I tossed and turn all night flipping though channels and figuring out what has to be the worst cable provider ever! No guide to tell you what's coming on and a 30" TV REALLY! Nothing about this hotel was worth ever coming back!

Just across the street from St. Augustine Beach, this is a wonderful place to stay. It's close to local restaurants and the St. Augustine amphitheatre. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the location is great.

I was only here one night, while on a business trip. The staff is friendly, the lodgings are clean and comfortable. I would recommend this location to any traveling in the area.

We were on the first floor without any real curtains. Anyone could have just looked in on us. The do not disturb sign was left out and we came back to a made bed. Lastly, we were on a non-smoking floor and the last night our room reeked of smoke.

It was a good experience we stopped in to rest for the night the rooms were nice and slept well.

It was great. The smoking oasis was cool, and I don't even smoke! Location was great, the room was nice, service was great!

The hotel was pretty basic. Half of the doors didn't work with a key card so it was a crap shoot as to if you could get back in at night. All the buffet is about $12 for esentally the same thing that you get at a Holiday Inn Express for free. Also they ran out of coffee every morning that I stayed there. Kind of frustrating.

Watch your VALUEBLES! My wife spend a day buying suvinears and a pair of Expensive sandals only to be thrown out to the trash by the their housekeeping staff. Well that's what the management told me. All they can do is give me a free night. But what about the day my wife lost shopping for all those items! Overall it's not worth the price for what you expect from a Hilton hotel what your paying for is the location. The service is terrible.

Great beach hotel with everything onsite or within walking distance. Girl Trip (booked for one night-wish we had booked an extra night. ) Friendly staff, cool updated lobby, clean rooms and a great breakfast buffet that included cook-to-order omelettes with all the extras at a bargain price of $8.95. Kudos to staffer Dustin who was covering the front counter, helping with breakfast, and stowed our luggage while we toured after checkout. Great attitude and really made us feel welcomed. Will definitely book this hotel on our next visit to St. Augustine.
