Review of Hampton Inn & Suites Clearwater/St. Petersburg-Ulmerton Road 2*

Sorry no never again at this hotel. Kevin front desk was very rude snappy. No smile did not care one way or other. Did not want to help me at all. Check in was done on line fast quick and easy. I asked Kevin a few things. Was highly disappointed how he answered. Then we went to the room first glance was amazing then we saw details. Sheets and pillow cases stains. Walked to the bathroom and hair in tub. The coffee maker had no pot and cheep way of a coffee maker. Mini ridge was not keeping things cold. Tv was not working the screen kept turning off and on. We called to the front desk and yes we got Kevin! Big mistake! Never got a manager. He refused and said none on duty. The housekeeping stuff all horrible. We ask did they clean while we was going. They said yes but the room was still full with trash bed not re made. What a joke. This place was over 100.00 a night it’s worth was 50.00 motel prices. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. Yes eggs bacon sausage cereal waffles fruit what more can you ask but the people was pushy and the food temperature was cold the taste was cheep no spice was added bland food. No quality to nothing. Juices was good tea and coffee was as well. To me this hotel only this hotel is a rip off and Kevin needs to be fired! Rude mean hatful don’t care for his job don’t smile don’t care to be there and on his phone the whole time it’s pathetic! We got screwed over big time! Don’t stay here until they fix the problems and issues. We was on the top flood the Wi-Fi sucked could not use it at all not even for our Roku this is sad.
