We were here for a couple of days and have nothing but praises! From check-in to checkout and everything in between, nothing but praises. Our room was spotless and spacious. The pool area and access to the beach is absolutely beautiful! Rip Tides Restaurant and Bar are awesome. Courtney (our bartender) was great! She was professional, cordial and we enjoyed chatting over the delicious drinks she made for us. This place is top notch and we will be back. Thank you! ~~~Sarah & Heather.

Location, location, location. The staff was super friendly. Check in was easy and pleasant. Our room was standard and clean. Housekeeping did a great job and stoped by every day. I wish they would have changed up their breakfast buffet, however our kid’s didn’t mind but they lost internet in the French toast sticks and eggs after the 2nd day. I wish they switched it up. I felt that their kids lunches were a good price along with the happy hour drinks for adults. Our kiddos loved the pool and beach access. I know last week was a busy one and they handled it very well for it being the start of off season! Thanks for a great visit!

The resort itself is nice. The room was super dirty though. I have a 3 year old and almost 1 year old and their feet and knees were dirty less than 10 min after arriving to the hotel. They obviously don't mop. The wood items were also cleaned with what appeared to be a stain or something greasy and brown. Every single brown surface was covered with whatever they used and it got on ALL OF OUR THINGS before we realized it was there.

Staff was excellent for my entire stay. Came for a business meeting, and brought the family so we stayed a few extra days. The beach was beautiful from our 10th floor room. walking distance from almost all attractions. nice pool, easy beach access, clean room.

Everyone here is really hospitable. Especially our Bartender Jay “Bird” he kept us laughing. Our housekeeper Kaneisha was great. We asked for clean sheets in order to change our sheets because they were sandy. She said I’ll just give you full service and change them for you. Other places I’ve stayed would’ve just given us the sheets.

The entire place and staff are amazing. We never had to leave the property. Riptides has the best food. The kids get to interact with the mermaids and priates; such a great idea. Dont forget to try the bucket drinks, especially the Mango madness. Our family was nervous about it all but sooooo happy we did it. We will be back! The kids still have not stopped talking about it. If you are thinking about this place, stop thinking and just book it!

We enjoyed our stay at the holiday Inn Resort. This was our second visit and it was just as great as our first visit. The staff are all super friendly and our kids really enjoy playing with the pirates and the mermaids. Honestly at this hotel there is no need to go anywhere during your stay they are right on the beach, have entertainment for the kids, food and drinks served by the pool. It's honestly the best place for mom and dad to relax and the kids have plenty of stuff to do. They have nightly movies in the pool also which the kids enjoyed as well. We will definitely be back.

I wanted to leave a review for all the restaurant/bar staff! They were amazing and so much fun to talk to! Great service, considering they were short staff. I also wanted to definitely bring up Chloe. The day we were checking out, we had her as our server for breakfast. She clearly had a rough morning with other guests. She was the sweetest and kindest server. We were very happy with her taking care of us. ☺️ We tipped her extra to make up for her rough morning. We will definitely be back soon! ☺️

The staff was amazing and friendly. The bartender, Jamal was our favorite. We loved everything. Our room was clean and it was so easy to get from the room to the restaurant to the beach. We will stay again.

We just checked out after staying for 3 nights. The view and beach were beautiful. The pool was awesome. The breakfast at the restaurant was really good. BUT, that’s where the positives end. The floors of our room were disgusting and so dirty. I had them come mop, but they still remained dirty, I assume that just shows the layers of filth on the floor. I had to wear my shoes the whole time. The whole hotel honestly just needed a good deep cleaning. I mean everything. The upholstered chairs in the lobby, the upholstered booths in the restaurant; everything just looks and smells dirty and felt grimey. So for that reason, I just couldn’t feel comfortable enough to relax. I mentioned the pool being awesome, but the caveat there was there was absolutely no staff out there to order drinks or food from. There was a bar, but it was closed for what appeared to be for maintenance. Also, there were advertisements for some pirate or mermaid show that never took place. Some more about the room, all the furniture and TV in the room was really dated. They should be ashamed for how much they charge you to stay there for that level hospitality. I’ve stayed in quite a few places, and this stay I will always remember for how uncomfortable I was and the inability to relax here. The staff were all nice though. Just not enough of them. Not once did they offer to bring towels or take the garbage from the room either. I’m just so glad to be heading home.

The rooms here are very nice. And the dining area, bar, etc. The place is nice but they are really slipping on front desk service. We got here at 4 to get checked in. Then they said our room was not ready. (Just a standard room) so we waited & waited. They took our cell number and said we will call you when it’s ready. Then around 4:30 I seen the girl leaving, she looked right at me and ducked her head down and left I thought no way did she just do that. So I got up went to the desk and said why don’t you guys just give us anything that’s ready instead of us having to keep waiting. So she then changed her story and so Oh we have a room for you. Yeah go figure. That room was available the whole time. Other than terrible check in service the place seems to be pretty nice. But when I’m paying $500 for a getaway I’d would at least expect more courteous service and no excuses that it’s the off season. Or lack of employees If you expect us to pay our hard earned money to stay with you then train your staff to be on their A game.

Absolutely amazing staff!

This outside was beautiful and so was the pool and the view. The inside our room was old and musty. We had huge holes all in our curtains the coffee table was falling apart. The microwave was about 10 years old or more and barley heated anything. They had no vents in the bathroom. The outside balcony was old and rusty. Was there a whole week and never got my room cleaned. The hot tub only had two jets working! Plus the price was too expensive for all these problems!

The pool and the lazy river is awesome! such a beautiful view from the balcony. A little higher in price per night, but with the pool and amenities, I had no prob paying the higher prices for the experience.

We had an awesome view of the gulf from our room balcony and an amazing pool with a lazy river and two hot tubs. Great value for the price.

Wonderful resort! Beautiful suites, amazing outdoor bar, clean pools and very accommodating to the guests. Beach access is SO convenient and the chair/umbrella service is so worth it. Our new favorite resort on the coast! Highly recommend.

This place is super nice and welcoming, the staff is friendly the rooms super clean. The year round heated pool / lazy river / hot tub is a must. No construction noted and everything is well done.

We really enjoyed our stay here all of the staff was very friendly and helpful the pools, hot tubs, bar/restaurant, rooms and the atmosphere was all great and very clean and the beach access was a big plus we can't wait for our next visit.

Rooms are clean, bathrooms are beautiful and lazy river and indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs are perfect. Beautiful beach front and staff is helpful and pleasant.

5 stars is not enough to accurately describe the experience my wife and I had here. Everything was warm and welcoming from start to finish and the staff were very professional and accommodating. The pool and deck amenities are A1, including the ability to make the best banana colada I've ever had. The kids enjoyed the pool and the lazy river and the views from our deck were amazing. The pictures speak for themselves and we already can't wait to come back! Lots of close nearby fun and dining, 5 days was not enough to get everything in.

Amazing Place's, Friendly Staff.

DO NOT BOOK here! I have given this place too many chances and they always screw up. There’s other nice places ion the beach cheaper and that won’t mess up. They double charged my account for 2 rooms and totally messed my account up! We always stay for Mardi Gras a group of us. No more. I will not ever. The staff are rude. They clearly screwed Everything up when we checked out by double charging us!

Dirty and outdated rooms are not worth the price. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and bath rooms are small and outdated. Front desk staff seems like they just got out of high school and have not the slightest clue what excellent customer service is. I stay in holiday inns all over the country and what I expected here fell far short. No accountability on the staffs part to meet my families expectations and to give them a wonderful experience. For a resort I had high hope, but was very disappointed. To be honest I can’t sleep and I’m laying in bed writing this review from our room. Spire elite should means something, however I guess it just means your away from home a lot.

The staff is so rude and didn’t give us the room they promised!

They gave the wrong room we asked for after they promised us last night to fix their mistake! The people in the front desk were sooooooo rude! We vacation 5-6 times a year and never had experienced this kind of attitude ever! They ruined our Labor Day weekend vacation!

We can’t say enough about how great Victoria and her staff were during our wedding on 5/11. The hotel was perfect for our celebration. Food / catering was amazing. Everything was top notch!

As I sit here and read some of these reviews, I wonder if these people actually stayed at the resort I am at right now. This place is BEYOND wonderful. The staff members are so friendly and extremely helpful, the restaurant food was great, and the pool staff/maintenance crew are top notch. We actually stayed through Hurricane Michael and I could not have received better service. I want to thank all the members who might be reading this! You guys are the best and I promise that this ole gal from TN will be back! I highly recommend this place! You and your family won’t be disappointed. Trust me!

We love this hotel. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are a few minor aesthetic issues in the room that could use some updating, but nothing that impacted our stay. I love that there is a keurig in every room so I can enjoy my favorite coffee in the morning. The kids have a great time in the lazy river. We love the ice cream freezer behind the front desk when we need a treat! Also, don't forget your fruit infused water on the way out to the beach! The hotel restaurant Riptides could use some improvement. But the rest of our stay was great and we can't wait to visit again next year. We are loyal Holiday Inn customers and this hotel is one of our favorites for sure. Lauren, Anna, Christina, and the rest of the front desk staff were very kind and helpful during our stay.

Usually love going here. Been here a multitude of times with lots of family members. Usually very nice. Not so much this time and I realize it was a holiday/long weekend. With that said I feel it was something they should have prepared for given the number of rooms rented out and people accounted for in each room. There was no reason for the lazy river area to be so dirty. Stacks of beer bottles, random plactic cups, wrappers everywhere. There should have been an attendant for the river area as there were loads and loads of children. First time I had been put in a room with refrigerator balancing on the ledge of the cabinet and the rugs were terribly stained. Again, usually very very nice between the hotel, river and white beaches.

This was a fantastic vacation. EVERYTHING about this resort was so wonderful. EVERYONE was so welcoming. This resort is perfect for all ages. We showed up without any reservations and had a room with a great view. The staff was so accommodating. Looking forward to going back next year.

Beautiful location. Lobby was gorgeous, and they had mixed fruit water (orange, lemon, lime). Staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean. The pool area was beautiful as well. When I went to this location, I was eating at the restaurant inside. The food here was excellent, but the wait time was dreadful. We were the only patrons in the restaurant and it took an hour to receive our food. The water was also the most unpleasant I've ever tasted. It tasted like someone had barely filtered seawater. I would definitely visit this place again.

I have spent numerous nights and my share of 2018 summer at this hotel. Family friendly, great location, easy access to the beach, simple and easy Airport experience. The hotel restaurant is pretty good if you are not ready to go out after a long day at the pool or the beach. The Grouper sandwich and fries was very good and the Nachos were great. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Enjoy your stay and peace at this beautiful beach.

If you are looking for location and entertainment for kids this is a great place. The pool, lazy river and outside entertainment is great including live music. The hotel rooms need some updating. Paint peeling, rooms not very clean, and very uncomfortable mattress. Room service was very prompt including responsive to requests for towels and such. However for the price you do not get room cleaned every day. The food at the restaurant is actually pretty good. Macy is a server outside at restaurant and bar and is phenomenal. Mark the bartender made great drinks. And Jordan the food delivery guy was very polite and helpful.

As far as the beach goes, it was wonderful! Beautiful white sands, green, blue clear water! But that’s where my good review ends. We booked our trip for 7 days on Travelocity, and never was given an option for breakfast. Apparently you do not get free breakfast like other holiday inn hotels, unless you click on a certain room. After explaining to the front desk we weren’t given this option, we were told we could pay an extra 140.00 plus tax for “free breakfast”. The little chairs in the lay and play package are not as free as the website claimed. 44.00 a day is more like it. We told one of the House keepers they didn’t have to change the sheets everyday, and to just leave towels and pick up the trash, and towards the end of the stay, that didn’t even happen. Most of the staff were very friendly except some of the waitstaff at the riptides restaurant. After paying over 6, 000 for this trip, we were not satisfied with our hotel stay at all. When we come back to Pensacola, we will not stay here.

It’s a great location and the pool and lazy river are a nice feature if you have children. The down falls for us were, our room looked like hadn’t been vacuumed before or during our stay. For $350.00 dollars a night, even thought it’s not a 4 Star hotel it could have cleaner. Also the outside looked run down, tiles missing in the pool, the pool floor was dirty too. The food was also not very good, way over processed and not enough fresh options. Even the fruit seemed old. The staff is friendly, but also too many kids working and not enough adults. And if you don’t claim a pool chair at 5am you won’t get one. They need to monitor this better, most people save a chair then leave for the beach. Very disappointing when you have a small kid and you just want a few hours at the pool.

Great place to stay! The staff are friendly and helpful, the lazy river/pool is fun, and the beach is just a few steps away! Each evening we came back to a clean room, always found a spot to park, and never had any issues. This is in a good location in regards to shopping, eating, and of course, the beach. I’d definitely recommend this resort to others looking for a beachfront place to stay in the Pensacola area.

Stayed May 19-21 had a high floor room with a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Room was clean and cozy. The breakfast is one of the best that I've had from a Holiday Inn. The staff here was great. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and bars. I definitely plan on visiting again.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this was needed. First of all… the restaurant on site is really slow. The staff was nice but it took over an hour to get our meal. Also I paid extra for chairs and snacks that I could not use the first day, but they gave me a ticket to use on the last day (crazy). Second… we had no shower curtain. When I asked for one a rude man came up with a torn one and handed to me to install myself. I had to ask again for someone to put a proper shower curtain up. Third the housekeeping never restocked toilet tissue or towels. I had to ask for them. The morning of our last day… I went for a walk on the beach. When I went to go back to my room to pack… the key card was already deactivated way before check-out time. I stayed at a HIR in Panama City and loved it which is why I paid the extra money to stay at this HIR. Never again… the best time we had was when we were away from the hotel. Too expensive for all the issues. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is a great place to stay with kids. The pool was awesome and the location on the beach was even better. The only downfall was the cleaning crew decided not to empty the trash cans one day when they were completely full. But if that's the worst is going to happen I'm fine with that. Well worth the money spent! I'll be going back soon and can't wait.

Excellent hotel on beautiful Pensacola beach. The beach is in your back yard. It has a wonderful pool area with multiple bars and a waterfall. There's restaurants on site as well as within walking distance. You're at the heart of the Pensacola Beach area so you are only a short walk to shopping, food, or entertainment. I'd definitely recommend this for absolutely everyone! The staff is super amazing and the rooms are always clean, comfortable, with great amenities like a refrigerator and new bathrooms.

Hotel is in a great location. The beach is white sand clear water. The hotel is older, comfortable rooms, the shower was not properly clean, which it makes me wonder how it is possible when they have to clean daily or every other day. Behind the freestanding lamp I found a dehydrated turd from some kind of pet. So I did not feel they clean the rooms well at all. Staff was friendly throughout the facilities. They only have two bathroom stalls for the pool area and they look like public bathrooms not like for the private resort this is. Enjoyed the restaurant across the street the Red Fish Blue Fish. Loved the area to come and relax!

Awesome hotel! Great views and the pool and lazy river are THE BEST! Very clean and organized. The restaurant serves awesome food, and it has a convenient and cheap breakfast buffet. My daughter and I walked to lots of close by attractions. If you get the opportunity, you need to stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Stayed March 20 and 21, 2018. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially Lewis and Shelia. Room was very clean and cheerful. Only mild complaint was one of the beds was a little hard. Great access to the beach. I would stay again.

My husband came here for a weekend away and everything from staff to food was wonderful. Then our van broke down and we were stranded. The staff did everything in their power to help us out and make the extra days we had to stay enjoyable. I will be back and bring my kids next time. This place is amazing!

Fantastic location and nice amenities at this Holiday inn on the beach. The pool area is good for kids as they have a lazy river. Adults can enjoy food and drinks by the pool or at the tiki bar adjacent to some cozy fire pits. Leaving a 4 start due to the cleanliness of the facility… especially Riptides’ indoor restaurant. Overall I’d highly recommend!

The staff did a great job trying to please. The winding pool was nice for kids. 2 hot tubs. Nice restaurant. It isn't a new hotel that is true. The humid weather down here has a tendency to weather things faster. But. They keep it as clean as possible considering the number of people that stay here. We will stay here again.

Holiday Inn Resort is a beautiful hotel located right on the Gulf. It has a heated lazy river pool and an indoor heated pool. It has a few hot tubs, an arcade, two fire pits, and a nice bar/restaurant. It was chilly when we stayed here, but still had a really great time. Our room was very nice and spacious. We didn't want to leave! We will be going back!

Very nice room and view! Staff was very prompt to take care of a "minor" noise problem stomping on the floor above me! (NO PUN INTENDED) :) Hey, kids will be kids. Would love to stay again sometime. And we had dinner there too… food was excellent!

Great hotel. The pool was amazing. The kids loved it. The hot tubs we're great as well. Indoor pool was a plus and the staff was really attentive and helpful. 5 stars for sure. Room was really clean and the restrooms we're immaculate. Will be staying here again when I come back to Pensacola Beach.

Amazing hotel right on the beach with a couple pools, a couple hot tubs, a game room, and a restaurant/bar. It has direct access to the beautiful beach. This was our first time to Pensacola Beach and we have already decided that this will be a new destination for our family. Also, try out the Red Fish Blue Fish restaurant across the street. Great place with really good food.

This hotel is wonderful! The staff is always eager to help in any way The rooms are comfortable and you don't hear any noise outside the rooms. Extremely clean hotel as well. Would highly recommend! Ali at the front desk is awesome! On a scale of 1 — 10 I would give this hotel a 10.

We stopped in after our celebratory trip to Disney World and during check in the concierge asked if we were celebrating anything special, we told her we were at the end of our victory tour celebrating my husband getting over a severe illness she congratulated us and we went to our room, shortly after that we received a knock on the door from room service. They had sent us complimentary champagne and chocolate strawberris, this was so thoughtful on their part. The hotel is clean, the rooms are up to date and amenities are awesome. Heated pools, hot tub, fire pit and beach access, we 100% recommend this hotel.

Hotel had helpful staff and was clean and nicely decorated with attention paid to detail. Rooms were clean and nice, though a bit small for more than 3 guests. Pool was great and towels were provided. There is a shower at the beginning of the beach access, which is steps away from the pool. I suggest to bring your own beach chairs, as the hotel makes you pay $7 a hour per chair! Also, steer clear of the snacks and amenities shop near the front desk, which charges $8 for a pint of ice cream! The restaurant has a good breakfast buffet and kids eat free. There is a tiny game room with a air hockey table and 6 games, 5 of which were working. Overall, it was a great hotel to vacation at & I would definitely recommend it!

First time staying here and loved it. Rooms were very clean and staff very helpful. They have all you need in one place. The lazy river was wonderful and the food and drinks at the bar and grill were great too! We would definetly book again!

This is a very nice hotel. All of the staff were wonderful, specifically, housekeeping, when asking for extra coffees, and towels they were so polite and accommodating. Alexis, Crystal, and Chrissy, Thanks for your wonderful service! The view from our balcony, no matter what time of day was breathtaking. The pools are clean, and towels are provided. On the beach, you can rent chairs and umbrellas for reasonable prices. The restaurant in the hotel was okay. We would definitely recommend this place!

We have stayed at this hotel twice. Absolutely love it! Best vacation hotel EVER! We will be staying another week at the hotel in November — can't wait! The Holiday Inn Resort in Pensacola is clean and nicely decorated. We've always had a gulf view without a balcony. Hoping to upgrade to a balcony, ocean view room someday. Pool with lazy river is so fun. Tiki bar for adults is great! My daughter absolutely loves the mermaid who comes in the afternoon to swim with the girls. There is also a pirate who comes. The food at Rip Tides restaurant is excellent. Kids eat free! We have lunch every day here and then usually go out somewhere for dinner. The beach is a short walk down the boardwalk. They have umbrellas and chairs you can rent. We usually bring our own since we drive. They also have an indoor pool that my daughter loves if it rains. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Counting down the days until our next visit… just a few more weeks.

A very lovely hotel. Easy check-in experience with a friendly desk agent. We were returning from a hurricane evacuation and had our dogs. They waived the dog restriction and made them very easy. Room was clean. Restaurant food was good.

We came here to visit friends who were staying at the Holiday Inn, and in the brief time we spent there, found it to be a wonderful resort. The lobby was clean and looked out towards the beach and the pool. The pool looked very nice, and there were costumed pirates walking around interacting with guests, and having "swordfights" with the children, who had pool noodles. Overall we were very impressed with this place.

We love this hotel! This is our 2nd year and we plan on many more! Get a beachfront room if you can, the view is beautiful! There are daily activities for kids, with pirate and mermaids and a movie every night. All the employees are friendly and the rooms are cleaner than many hotels I've been to. The pool and lazy river set this hotel apart from others on the strip. Yes there's a beach a few minutes away but the pool is nice when it's too dark to swim or the surf is too rough. And the hot tub is great after a long afternoon at the beach. There's shopping and entertainment and food just a short walk away. Worth the price!

If you're a review reader like me, this is the review to read! I'm an avid traveler who searches for nothing but the best and will tell it like it is if the service isn't top notch, but this place exceeds my expectations every time! This hotel is the absolute best! The Management and staff are superb, the atmosphere is outstanding and the food is great! I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone! The location and view from the hotel is superb. They have a direct access to the beach. Pool and spa tubs are great. The room however was small. The coffee machine was placed in the bathroom right next to the toilet which was very disgusting. No bathtub in the king room. Sofa in the room was dirty. Balcony had poor…

We reserved a room for 3 nights but we couldn't make it. Since we did not call and cancel, it was a no show. The cancellation policy clearly states in the booking email that penalty for no show would be first night's charge plus taxes. The hotel conveniently used our card details and charged us for all 3 nights! And on top of that they say it was a no show informing! What is a no show without informing? No show itself means we did not inform. We have always preferred Holiday Inn Resorts over any other hotels but will we ever book Holiday Inn again? Nopes!

Really enjoyed our night here and wish we could have stayed longer! Right on the beach with great amenities within the hotel. Easy stroll to more restaurants and shops. Pools were lovely — well kept public areas. Room was comfortable and well appointed.

My family and I stayed here for our Christmas getaway. My only regret is that this site will not allow me to give a sixth star. Staff was top notch. Amenities were clean and as advertised and our room was spotless. Can't wait to book our next stay. Well Done!

Nice hotel on the beach. Nice pool and hot tup. Bar in lobby. Very nice staff. A good place for kids and family. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because when I booked it, the agent said free Internet, parking and breakfast was included. When we went down for breakfast, they tried to charge us! We checked out and went to another hotel. Hassles aren't needed on vacation.

Holiday Inn Resort is AWESOME! From the moment we got here, we have been treated well. The staff are all so nice and helpful, very warm and welcoming. The amenities are great. The outside pool is heated a comfortable 70 degrees. The room I should clean and comfortable as well.

I have visited Pensacola for the past 6 years in a row for my beach vacation and I usually stay at the Hampton Inn a few doors down. This year was the first time I stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort! I pretty much enjoyed my stay. The amenities are great, loved the lazy river. Riptides had some pretty good food. Staff was nice and friendly. My only complaint is the room could've been a little cleaner. The bathroom smelled moldy and the shower curtain was pretty dirty. My sheets were also dirty I had to request new ones. Overall my experience was a nice one and we are considering coming back again next year based on the available amenities!

Loved their lazy river and pool area. Every single staff greeted us no matter how many times we passed by them. Always checked on us to make sure we were ok. Their Riptides restaurant is definitely a must try. Awesome food. Will be coming back.

Don't pay more to stay at the great pool! we did and then found out that the owner changes the rules on a whim and allows patrons fron other hotels to use the resort pool! this is why we: paying to stay at this hotel cant find a chair at the pool! tried to contact corprate to express our disappointment with this policy! (crickits) no response stay at the rv park or dive hotel and walk across the street and use the great hotel pool! fair pay more inn resort rip off.

Friendly staff, awesome pool & perfect beach. Doesn't get much better. The deck staff worked diligently to keep the pool area looking it's best. The 2 fire pits, hammocks & outdoor activities were a huge hit with our family. We will be returning! And, across the street is the best spots for breakfast.

Tracey at the front desk was great and I appreciate the help that she provided. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. In fact, no one was unfriendly. The room was clean and beach access was wonderful. The pool and hot tubs were relaxing and we enjoyed our stay. The only draw back was the prices at Riptides, the hotel restaurant, I wish it was a little cheaper especially since breakfast was not complimentary. But other than that, awesome hotel only because of the awesome staff. Fabulous job!

The staff is always friendly, helpful and a joy. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. It's easily the best place to stay on Pensacola Beach if you're on a upper moderate budget and have a family or you're just with friends and need to get away. The views and the lazy river style pool are a plus too :)

We had a great stay here. They are located in a terrific spot. They have good dining on premises and service on the pool deck. The room was clean and quiet, but we didn't spend too much time inside. Look forward to making it back.

Were on the 12 floor. Wonderful view of the sea. You can relax beautifully. Sunrise is a dream.

Had an amazing time staying at holiday inn resort. The pool is magnificent and the view from the room of the gulf is awesome. They had plenty of activities for kids during the day out by the pool. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent too.

The stay and staff were great. The hotel rooms could be better for it being a resort, more room. It just seems it could be given aname update. The pool is awesome my little girl enjoyed it. As well as waking up and getting to see the Gulf first thing in the morning. Thank you, Kendra.

Hotel and staff were great during our stay. The front desk Hostess Ricaya and Jazzy went out of their way to make sure our visit was pleasant. Riptide grill was also great. Ali and Aaron made sure our meal and drinks were perfect. We highly recommend this hotel.

On Facebook or Twitter and it will get you prizes. My favorite was a voucher for a free adult beverage. There are activities all day for the kiddos during spring break including pirate shows and swimming with mermaids. Great location on the beach, staff is very nice. The only downside I had was that the room I was in was northern facing and did not have a balcony or very much natural light. Try to get a gulf facing room if you can. Odd numbers gave the gulf.

This resort is kid — and adult-friendly. The kids have enjoyed, the pool, lazy river, swings, fire pit, tether ball, the pirate and mermaid activities, ping pong and game room and direct access to the beach. The adults are fine with a full bar, good burgers and comfy pool chairs. The resort is small enough to be comforyable and large enough to accomodate everyone. It is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Stayed here 5 nights. Great location/view, lazy river, hot tubs, great for kids. Great staff with one exception. Annoying construction during the week, which was completed but with no forewarning. Food was good, not great. Room was nice.

Given the POOL, location, POOL, cleanliness, LAZY RIVER!, upgrades, FIREPITS! & spacious rooms w/ ahh-mazing beds & views! This place deserves 5. A lil pricey but enjoyed my stay. Wish I was given more info about hotel by front desk. I didn't even know about indoor pool. Not until I posted this. Lol. Good time just too short!

Excellent experience loved it! Staff, food, room and view were amazing. Everything you need is right there unless you want to sight see or hit a local restaurant like Red Fish Blue Fish across the street. Definitely would go back no problem!

Beautiful, clean, well lit areas. All areas are immaculate. Pools, and hot tubs easily accessible. Amazing oceanfront views! The best beach I've ever seen. I can't say enough about the service… 5 star, all the way! The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. (Frisbie & Brandon… thank you so much! ) I can't wait to return!

We love it! Great hotel, access to beach. Sunday's are best. Crawfish boil, live music, Michael Lockwood, lots of locals. Manager and staff are some of the best. I stay local all the time my local hotel of choice.

Nice clean place. Friendly staff. Fun pool with a lazy river. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. This hotel is definitely kid-oriented, so don't be surprised by the large number of loud kids running about.

The rooms are decent, and the view is great, however, check your bill when you leave! I paid cash and they charged my credit card and it's been a nightmare to get the money back in my account! Also, the food and drinks are crazy expensive, so bring some booze with you.

We stayed there this past weekend. While some members of the the staff were friendly, many were just plain. At around 200 a night you might expect better service from the staff. The lady who was cleaning the floor in the indoor pool area was a real treat, she was telling 6 year olds not to splash and then told me how she is looking for another job because of how she is treated by the management. If you are looking for a great location for a vacation this hotel has, a great pool, a nice bar, great views, clean rooms, and a staff that needs to get ready for the season.
