Good hotel for its modest price! Very kind and friendly staff, clean rooms. Plus it is directly next to the beach which is great, with a cool pool. Great views from the room! Extra extra star for the adorable cats alone, I love the black one. He is the cutest and a sweetheart.

I actually really enjoyed this room. It had an amazing view and there’s no other hotels close to it. So when your on the beach it’s not over crowded. It does need a little updates but has a lot potential. My room was clean and staff was friendly. I would book here again.

Stayed there last week: Reasonable rates. Good location — every room is beachfront/view. Rooms are small but fairly clean, didn’t see any bugs. Enjoyed the pool. Hot water went in & out, so that needs to be fixed. Found a few black hairs on the fresh towels & sheets — I’m guessing from housekeeping staff, not a lack of cleaning. I’d consider staying here again.

The room and property are always clean here! Nice friendly staff. Toilet and shower are in a private area and the sink with a big counter. No photos of the bathroom but it’s perfect.

We loved it! We stayed August 4-8 and had such a great time. The staff were really nice, they even helped my fiancé try to get his fishing pole back that he left — even though he decided to let the hotel give it away to someone who can enjoy fishing like he does! They were so helpful with everything.
Can’t wait to go back 😊

Very nice, clean rooms, we booked the suite, it was very nice, love that we had two balcony’s and it overlooked the pool AND the ocean, so so beautiful, going back forth Easter with the kids.

My bf and I have been staying there for a while and he will be staying for 12 to 18 months or maybe longer. His company was going to put him in nicer place but he … and me preferred here. The view is awesome and the staff is so friendly. The best place to stay.

Been here since Thrusday and havent had anyone come into our room to do anything! called for Towels 3 times yesterday and was told they didnt have any clean towels 1 time the other 2 times we was told they would send some up NEVER got them. Called again this morning because we habe to check out at 11 and there is 4 of us and we all need showers and she told us they would send some up. 30 mins later we walked down and they told us we had to wait for housekeeping, when yesterday we set our towels in front of the door thinking that would get us some towels and all they did was take them and NOT give us any more. The girl at the front deak was refusing to give us towels until we told them we would leave a bad review. Its bad customer service. Hotel is nice, close beach access, warm pool, some very nice people work here. But when A customer has to ask 4 or 5 times and it still take 2 days to get towels isnt right. I travel alot and liked this place, but the front desk really has me questioning coming back here…

Beautiful Views. Large comfortable rooms, Great Service and Price. Housekeeping was on point and rooms were serviced by 11:00 a. M. Shout out to the ladies in office who went above and beyond to get us into a suite & the team who keeps the property clean and looking pristine. You made our vacation memorable. We stayed here in May for the first time and loved it. Great location and views of the ocean. Staff was all friendly, pool was great, and I thought the bed was really comfortable. I also absolutely loved the humidifier in the room because of the noise (I can’t sleep without a box fan on, and this was a million times better). Some of the best sleep I ever had Great place for a great price.

Don’t ever stay here. I’m not one to complain but it’s just nasty and customer service will not tend to any complaints. Bring your own wash towels because they will not bring you more nor come clean you’re room. It should be condemned.

I would definitely recommend and go back. Every room had a view of the ocean. The handicap room was very spacious, there was an issue with the shower head when we arrived, but the staff was very quick to take care of it. My husband and I had a very spacious room. It was very easy for us to access the beach. It was also a great location for trying to travel around. The staff was very welcoming, the cleaning crew was very respectful. They are currently remodeling and there was very little noise from the remodel crew. I will however be a little sad when they remodel because the outdated rooms were honestly very cute and comfort. The only issue I had the entire trip was we rented a golf cart for a day, we asked the staff if we could park it there if we needed to go to our rooms. The staff stated it was okay as long as it wasn’t there for a long period of time. We had to go back to the room due to a medical condition I have, we were only in the room for 10 mins max and the staff flagged our cart with a notice of potential tow. I’ve attached pictures of the beach itself behind the property as well as the view from the third level!

This’s a trash hotel, the people that’s there is so rude they stole my sons 2 pair of shoes and said we forgot them, I have the video when we got out of the hotel and nothing was left in the room, the security guy, likes to yell at a women and the maintenance guy was all the time spying and tracking our every move. Besides just watching us he even used binoculars inviting our privacy.

So far very nice people I just booked for fourth july week 2019 lady on the phone Ann who took my reservation was very friendly made me feel at ease, ive dealt with scan at prior locations with owners taking money an not reserve it, an say they never did speak to the renter, so I was very skeptical of everywhere I called, Ill write another review once we get there an stay, if everything went as smoothly as my reservation did im sure I'll have a pleasant stay… Thank you Ann for being patient with all my questions I had an hope to meet you when we come dwn this end month.

I have read some negative reviews but this is our 2nd year coming here and we love it. Although a little dated, we had a room with kitchenette, clean room, and appliances working fine. If you prefer modern and have $$$$ for a week, stay elsewhere. If all you need is clean (don't care if tile/counters/cabinets are dated), comfy, great view from balcony, and plenty of beach for a week then this is it. Staff was awesome as well!

One of the most reasonably priced places directly on the beach if you are on a budget! Friendly check in staff. Friendly housekeepers! Our kids made our sheets a mess and we came back to clean sheets without asking for them to be changed. They swept up our sandy floors everyday. The hotel itself is definitely outdated but very clean, never saw a bug of any sort which was my main concern. Top floor has a great view of the ocean and beach. We would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here many times, but this time with my family of 4. It's been awesome. My son lived being able to just run down from the pool to the beach whenever he wanted. Very family friendly! Very nice staff and clean, somewhat spacious rooms. Can't beat the rates either! I'll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed at similar priced hotels in PCB over the past four years and this was the best one. It is an older hotel but it has been kept up nicely and is very clean. We always had fresh towels and the room was cleaned often. All the staff was very nice and friendly from the desk clerk to the cleaning staff. They are located right in the middle of all the action. Go right or left and you will find something fun. There is a couple of downsides though. If you have trouble with stairs be aware they have no elevator. But for us the climb was worth the fantastic view of the gulf. Also the parking can be a bit tricky and getting in and out of the parking lot takes some learning. But the one time it got extra crowded in the parking lot when we came in for the night, they had helpful and nice employees outside helping direct traffic and to find spots. There is no tub, only a shower and the hot water fluctuates. But overall it was a wonderful experience. This was the best hotel for the price that we have stayed at out of the three years prior. If we are able to get reservations here next year, I know we will return. Oh yeah the give free energy drinks!

On a budget you can't beat it. Older hotel but right on the beach. Centrally located to everything. Great view of the ocean. Rooms are clean. Polite staff. The bathroom leaves a little too be desired. It's small and the hot water was fluctuating whenever showering. 4 floors recommend staying in floor 1 or 2. No elevator. We had a suite. 2 rooms with a kitchen. Fridge, stove microwave. Bring your own cookware, dishes etc. However Not bad at all.

After our original booking elsewhere was completely messed up, I booked with Casa Loma last month. I was a tad nervous just because it was an older place. The receptionist told us right away, “We’re older but clean and comfy”. She was right! The first room we checked into had a TV cable outage due to the hurricane a week prior. Crews were backed up on repairing. We were promptly transferred to another room. It was clean, nicely decorated and without maintenance issues. I work as a property manager, so I recognized their efforts to offset the age of the community. Every staff member from the office, to maintenance at the pool, to housekeeping were friendly, helpful and professional; security even brought us fresh towels at 11 pm. I definitely recommend Casa Loma and thanks to a wonderful stay PLUS our 15% discount card, we are planning another trip next month! Thanks Casa Loma for helping make our 15th wedding anniversary a success!

Five of us stayed in one room. We had two mattresses and a blow up mattress for the fifth person. Customer service was great! The hotel is located right on the beach and it's very beautiful. I didn't spend much time at the hotel itself, so just the basics were enough for me. I will say that the AC and the humidifier were SO LOUD.

Stayed here June 25-28th… Shawn at the front desk is horrible! He is the rudest person I have ever met. He threatened to evict me and my grandsons and also called me an old person in front of another guest! He said he had just been cussed out by a customer, so evidently he took it out on me! The rooms were not newly remodeled. They have just been painted! There was rust and holes where molding was loose, half the time our light at the vanity didn't work and our television quit working and no one could help us! Over $600 dollars for three nights and this is what I got for my money! Spoke with the manager about all of this the morning of check out and was told she was sorry we didn't enjoy our stay… STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! You can rent a wonderful condo for the same money! This place is a joke and Shawn is a bully!

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The floors were so good when it came to sand compared to carpet. The walk to the beach was nice and easy with the pool on route. All rooms have an ocean view so it was never a worry if we would have one or not. The staff was kind and very helpful for every need.

Hotel was way over priced. The rooms are old. The shower area hadn't been clean in a very long time. We had to wear our swim shoes or flip flops in there. The mini refrigerator in the room did not get cold at all. The top comforter was basically a bunch of sheets no real comforter. They also had about three mattress covers on the bed plus two fitted sheets. They staffwas friendly but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We had a great stay! The receptionist was very up front that it was an older facility. We were looking for something clean, on the beach and affordable. Casa Loma met all our requirements. Staff were professional and helpful… even when we missed room service, they sent maintenance at 11pm with fresh towels. We have another trip planned in August!

Checked in last week only to have a stopped up bathroom. The shower was full of a huge hair ball and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Called maintenance and this guy was super nice and very apologetic. He tried his best to get the job fixed in a timely matter. Here’s the issue we just woke up after a long car ride and checking in at 3 am and going straight to sleep. I called the front office and told them we were in desperate need of a restroom and wanted to know if the room wasn’t fixable could we go ahead and go to a new room! This hateful and rude front desk lady flat out told us. We were out of luck. She wasn’t moving us, she didn’t have another room (they did) and she could care less we started our first day on the beach about to pee ourselves. This was our second stay. Our rooms were clean and it ended up being three hours and countless chemicals later we had a great vacation. But the bathrooms need updating and the front desk needs some customer service skills! Or learn the word sorry! Which we still haven’t received a sorry or anything about a nasty non working bathroom! Oh did I mention I had to bleach the bathroom myself since they wouldn’t send in housekeeping after the plungers were in there!

This is my second year staying here for my birthday. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean and a great view! Early reservations on booking is the best way to go! No deposit required at the time of check in unless youre under 25 years of age.

Pros: on the beach and Every room has a beautiful view of the gulf. Rooms are outdated, but clean. Tile floors, which are nice IF you're getting maid service daily. Cons: Service: our repeated requests for daily maid service/getting clean sheets were ignored. This won't be an issue if you don't intend to go to the beach or are okay sleeping with sand on your sheets. I enjoyed the pool the first day (clean and warm, overlooking the beach), but there's been bird droppings all over the edge for two days and no one has cleaned it. No elevator Street noise (we unknowingly booked during bike week, so it was really loud. Otherwise, you'd probably just hear the ocean)

This was my second trip to PCB and staying at Casa Loma. The rooms are clean. Maybe a little dated. But they don't stink and they are clean. The balcony gives a beautiful view. All the rooms have a balcony and face the ocean. They also have a great pool area and pool! I love this place. I will be going back again next year :)

Needs more options or room extras for people who stay 5+ days. 1 days worth of interstate style Days Inn coffee and mini coffee pot doesn't cut it. No kitchen area. No plates. No silverware. Great place for an overnight night stay. Bad place for a week vacation. If you do a week vacation, plan on eating out every. Single. Breakfast+lunch+dinner!

Good place to stay if you don't want to spend a lot but are looking for a good location. Right on the beach with amazing views. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The parking lot is set up poorly and is hard to navigate. Also, you can only turn right out of the parking lot which can mean some detouring but it's not too bad. One of the employees is kinda creepy and offputting but only ran into him when we forgot to put our parking pass up.

It was amazing! Floors, beds and bathrooms were clean and smelled wonderful! Yes the bathrooms were small but really just the perfect size for one person. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning someday! Shout out to cleaning crew and the very nice receptionist!

Always a nice place to stay when visiting the beach as I have stayed here many times over the past several years. The only problem I have ever had was during my last stay, myself and my son where threatened with eviction for complaining about an illegally parked Tri-motorcycle that was parked in the hash marks of the disabled parking spot that I was parked in on the first Evening we were there over Veteran's Day weekend. The very misinformed and bossy security guard was not only insensitive about the whole matter but threatened to my son that we would be evicted from the property if we didn't shut up. Really ridiculous, and the illegally parked vehicle wasn't moved until I was going to call local police to make a report. I was also told by front desk staff during the situation that the people parked in the designated disabled spots had given permission for the motorcycle to be illegally parked on the hash marks, which was a fabrication as I had never given permission and evidently they didn't realize that I was parked in the disabled parking area in question. I don't enjoy being brushed off, lied to and intimidated for complaining about what is right and legal by both Federal and Florida law. Other than that one incident, this had been my family's home at the beach for years and will continue to be.

Very friendly staff. Room was nice size with comfortable beds. Bathroom was small and could use updating. Location was perfect. Right on the beach with a heated pool. Loved knowing that they have security 24/7 here. Overall a great stay for the price. Definitely will be back again and will recommend to friends and family.

I have stayed here 4 times the views are beautiful. It's private quiet reasonably priced clean comfortable. Every room has a balcony with a view. There no special amenities but the pool is great. You have the beach to yourself I love it.

This is the second time for us. We really like this hotel. It is an older hotel, but rooms, pool and beach area very clean. Staff could not be nicer. If you like fancy hi rise hotels this is not for you. It is perfect for us. We are sitting around the pool now. Nice.

Nice hotel on the beach. Our room was beachfront view which was very nice. The only thing that we did not like was the design of the room. No carpet and the sink is outside of the bathroom.

Very nice place. Was very pleased. The room was clean. Pool was nice. For the price you can't beat it. We had no problem with the staff. The only downside was our room didn't have a bath tub. Very inconvenient for small kids and my elderly mother in law.

I'm sorry but the rooms are just like pictured and much bigger than most especially for the price we paid. The room was clean, the bathroom was small but it only has the toilet and shower in it. I don't know about you but I don't need much more room to do that. The shower is HUGE, you can get two in there. You could use more water pressure how ever. The 1st thing I do is check for bed bugs which is VERY important to me and they are clean! We are extremely happy with our kitchen condements that was a nice surprise. We had all the pot and pans and dishes we needed. We paid 200. A night for our rooms for a hotel down the street for a so called 4 star and it was nasty. We were pleasantly surprised here!

Budget friendly, on the beach, near great restaurants and shops. It's not fancy or super well maintained but we would definitely stay here again. Also, we had the BEST snow cones from a guy selling them here. Wish I could find him again too.

The rooms was nice big and clean. House keeping come daily. I had to ask for sheets to be changed. The view was wonderful. The pool was cleaned daily. The staff was all friendly. My dislikes no elevators it wasn't horrible but wasn't lovely either. The shower was the worst. The water goes for comfortable to boiling hot in secs it burnt my 9 year old bad. And now she hates showering bc she's afraid all showers are like that.

We stayed here on way home from south florida and we will definitely be returning. The location is perfect for access to the strip. The rooms were clean and quiet nice. They have a full vanity, a kitchen, and a small closet in the rooms. The only thing I didn't care for was the beach. It was like where the water met the land it was like a steep plunge down. That's nothing that the hotel can control though, but still disappointing.

The location can't be beat. There is not enough parking available for all the guests. No easy way to get your luggage to the rooms. A ramp would have been easier than the steps. It showe some age, but was clean and comfortable. The AC was excellent. WE would stay there again.

Everything was great except they don't serve breakfast, and the shower will totally scold and freeze you at the same time. It took me an hour to finish my shower due to the constant drastic change in the temperature of their showers. Oh, and they have NO elevator. Other than that, it was great! Beautiful view! If you're going to party, this may not be the perfect place for you. Its sort of secluded and not as busy on the beach as it is near the Summit & Pineapple Willy's.

All the rooms have an ocean view, which is very nice. The price is very modest as well, at about $125 a night for a 2 bedroom room. There is a public beach access right on the property, and there are rental chairs and umbrellas. However, the bathrooms are not up to snuff, and the lack of public restrooms is a negative. The beds are very nice, however.

Upon arrival, I was a bit skeptical about this location. However, once I got there and saw the location of the hotel and the beautiful view from the suite that had booked. I was completely happy with the hotel and the staff. Everything that I asked for they were right on it. The rooms were clean, hotel needs some upgrades but overall nice place to stay. This hotel is also is in a central location for sight seeing and shopping. I also would like to thank the person that found my daughters tablet that we left behind and has now shipped it to me. I loved this place and would stay here again, thanks Casa loma & staff for the great stay and hospitality!

Whenever we travel, we check the beds first. We found out that one of our beds had crumbs all within the mattress, both beds had stained sheets, the pillows were very old and lumpy. In our bathroom, the garbage can was still full and we found a pair of keys in one of the chairs. It's as if no one cleaned the room before we arrived. We went down there to complain and instead of sending a new housekeeper, they sent a maintenance guy. He took all of our sheets off and started to remake the beds. We asked if he could vacuum the crumbs off of our mattress and all he did was wipe them on the floor. Then he didn't sweep it up. I was not happy with any of the service we received while being on vacation. Nothing was clean!

Disgusting, rude, over priced truck stop. Hair, dirt, sticky residue not sure what on walls, counters, and not sure about ceiling. Called for cleaning twice before anyone came. Sprayed shower turned on water swept about 40 cigarette butts off balcony and left. He said it wasn't his room to clean. Night shift employees were awful. Young and was worried about their phones and personal friends hanging around. I love PCB but next time I will spend the extra money to stay in a well maintained facility. Could not take flip flops off till bed. Not even in the shower. Please do not boom a room without looking at them.

AWFUL AWFUL First the room was dirty. The beds were dirty they had sand, hair and food smeared on the bed. We called the front desk and they sent someone up with a broom. He said we had to leave the room to make our beds. Came back and looked like they changed our beds. The beds were not changed. We found a broken watch band thing in the bed and a bug. Second the room and appliances were very run down. Shower is built for nobody taller than 5ft to take a shower without having to bend over. Plus not enough water pressure to rinse the sand out of your hair. Third no elevator just lots of stairs to get to the beach. We were carrying stuff in our hands but needed both hands to open both gates. Run away from this place. It is not worth 100 to stay on the beach. NEVER coming back. Not even worth the one star I had to put on just to write this review.

Good friendly service @ desk with complementary coffee, nice bedding & overall room decor, not a fan of the tile floor throughout (no carpet) or having the sink just inside the doorway & separate from tiny bathroom with dingy shower & shower curtain, also some rebar exposed on our balcony roof. Overall ok, but for the price we're not really planning on going back unless it's a non-event weekend & regular pricing is much lower.

We only stayed for one night the room was decent. Upon arriving I noticed our room had no TV and the lamp shade was missing. I notified the front desk they immediately sent someone to fix the problem. I didn't get much sleep bc I could hear all of the partying going on around me in the other rooms but we did stay during spring break so that was expected. None of which were deal breakers for us… however upon checking out my husband was cleaning up and found a roach on the entertainment center not the bug the kind that is smoked. I didn't like seeing that at all but we were checking out so I chose not to make a fuss about it.

This place is DISGUSTING and horrible customer service. We checked in and two hours later, half of the first floor and several rooms were flooded with raw sewage. The manager proceeded to treat us like this was not her problem. First solution she gave us (two different families, there were 8 of us) we'll switch your room. Ummmm hello, your hotel smells like poo, so yeah thats not going to happen. Then she said because you have been here for two hours Ill refund half your money back. Yeah thats not going to work either Lady… For over an hour and a half there was steadily streams of sewage floating in our room and several others, and the staff was rude and couldnt understand as to why we were upset. Totally do not recommend you stay here, even if its free DONT DO IT!

Could it have been cleaner? Yes. Was it exactly what I was looking for for spring break? Yes. Right on the beach, HEATED pool, walking distance to everything, good service, and overall good experience.

Horrible, they will not change your linen even if you ask them to. They told me they wouldn't change it, they change it every 3 days! Someone threw up how do you expect me to sleep here? The Housekeeping supervisor was very rude and disrespectful! Never spending my money here again! DO NOT waste your money!

Spring break party weekend. Room wasn't filthy, but a little worn. Staff was nice, dj at the heated pool was cool, lenient with the drinking except at night.

If you want to be comfortable please do not stay at this hotel… Ll start from the beginning. At check in I was not greeted properly. The women at the desk was rude and not smiling. We walked in our room and it was FILTHY! There was hair and dirt and a multitude of other stuff on the floor. A/C unit had also leaked out all on floor. Dust was on everything free standing lamps, alarm clock, TV, fridge, even the ice bucket. There was hair in the shower and piss on the toilet. I called the front desk they sent maintenance man to look at our room. Then sent another maintance man to wipe down the room but he did a poor job. I had to go to dollar store to buy cleaning products. Once we returned to our hotel from dinner reservations there was no parking at all told by front desk to jump the curb and park in a grass area across street. I have a small car it would have ruined my front end. Had to park on shoulder of highway. This was an awful hotel. Please do not waste your money on this they need to shut it down.

We came to Florida to celebrate my birthday and this was the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in. First they put us in a room that was not only the wrong room but was nasty and didn't have a microwave. The linens were nasty, the wires were showing in the mattresses, the mattress cover was nasty as well. After moving us to our supposedly correct room it's was also dirty, hair on the linen, floor, shower, and sink. It looked like housekeeping just bypassed it, the stove was nasty. I cleaned both rooms and it still was not comfortable. I itched the whole time, it was by far the nastiest hotel we ever stayed in. It's not kids friendly bc we were on the upper level and my husband dicovered that the bars on the balcony was loose. If u looking for somewhere to stay that's Semi Clean and Comfortable PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE!

I literally have no complaints… for the price we paid this place is great! beautiful view close to everything. I would come back in a heart beat. Air works great. Housekeeping nice as can be, he knocked an we was still sleepin he appoligized an came back later. I will be back to this place.

Bugs in bed and on floor My son's clothes was stolen House keeper stole sandwiches and all my kids cookies Water in shower was cold then burning hot Don't put children in it Roof leaked water from room above Ratsss So the beach was awesome but stay somewhere else. Plz do your self a favor and stay somewhere else did I say bugs and ratsss.

The hotel itself is ok it is a bit outdated but the view of the beach is beautiful f you're on the top floor. I believe it only has 4 if I am not mistaken BTW there's NO ELEVATORS. We had a family room pretty big space the restrooms are small and the shower is small in height and also the shower curtain had mold. The towels provided by the hotel had a funny smell but rather than that it's an okay hotel if you are in budget!

Pros: Beach view in every room The pool was okay and very clean Cons: Very overpriced The staff barely spoke English The towels used for drying off after taking a shower were used to mop up the floors The beds were all spring and very cheap The shower had long black hairs stuck to the walls and the drain was clogged The T. V. Was very old and didn't get half of the channels the guide said it did Giant bugs in the hallways.

Young female adult staff was rude. She was on her cellphone the whole time when I asked her questions. The rooms were dusty which made me sick. Bed and pillows were dirty. But I enjoyed the view. Beautiful beachfront view. If you are on a budget this place is decent for its price. Standard rooms ONLY comes with wine chiller but no microwave. Bed, floors, tables, chairs felt sticky. Cleaning staffs comes into rooms to collect dirty towels and trash bags. Lock personal stuff in a "safe" box they provide in the rooms.

Awful. The water was either scolding or freezing. I turned it on to a nice temperature for me and it would turn scolding and freezing cold the next. The bed frames are rusted so any little touch and the whole bed sounds like it's falling to pieces. I could here kids running in the next room and I called to complain and no one acted concerned. Spend the extra 20$ and go somewhere else. I do however like their beach but other than that it was horrible.

The Hotel was quiet compared to it being Spring Break and the groups of young people that were there. The pool area was clean and the D. J. Playing music was cool. The staff was friendly. The room left a lot to be desired. Rust spots on the refrigerator was the first thing I saw as I walked in. Upon further inspection the stove had not been completely cleaned. Hairs in the shower and what appeared to be blood spots left on the toilet. The floor had not been completely cleaned per the cigarette butts, sand, dirt, bottle caps, and trash under and around the beds. My sons extremely dirty socks after walking around the room were a sign of it as well. At minimum the room should be clean. I can understand the age of the facility and equipment. But at least make it clean.

Stayed here in November for four days. The outside looks a little scary when you pull up. The face I made was priceless I'm sure. When we got inside though it was super cute. It wasn't anything too fancy, but the view was fantastic. All the rooms are ocean view BTW! The pool was also heated which was nice. The hotel was close to everything. We even did the scooter rental and just left our car. I loved this place.

Amazing Place and Spot, Friendly Stuff, I Recommend that to Family with Kids, I will come again.

Horrible front desk service, simple question turned into a rude response from hotel manager. Lower rooms do not have cellular service (AT&T, SPRINT) I recommend spending the extra cash before coming here.

I took my wife and son here over the 4th of July weekend and we could not have found a better place for the price we paid. THIS PLACE IS EXCELLENT! Front desk people are nice, rooms are nice, room service does a great job, and the hotel is located in an awesome place and is right on the beach. A+.

Very good my family and I have vacation for years there is good and the service of the one.

It is an older place, but it was nice and for the price you really cannot beat it! The staff seemed helpful, and they kept our room clean. I visited during the second week of Sept. 2011 so there wasn't that much going on, but I have heard it can be kind of a party place when major events or college kids are in town. Either way my husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Beautiful resort, very well located and with a fantastic beach. The staff is very friendly and the burgers that are served in the bistro are the first. Room 1003 has a fantastic view.
