Reminds me of old Florida. Family and friends gather to have fun. The grounds are well kept beautiful pool and steps to the private beach. Staff is so very friendly and helpful. I will be back and tell others to visit as well.

Wright By the Sea is a prime location located in Delray Beach. The room has a kitchen, dining table in the living room, and a spacious bedroom. The pavilion area is also spacious and is perfect for a large gathering. Families can enjoy shuffleboard as well as swim in the pool. All of this is just a walk away from the beach. Absolutely recommend.

This hotel is so comfy with a private beach a pool right out our door a newspaper every morning and my room was like a furnished apartment it had everything I could possibly need The staff was very kind and friendly. We would go back any chance we have.

A great old-school place. Small but with a tiny but usable kitchen, extremely friendly and accommodating staff. We love being on the beach with the ability to cook in our room once in a while.

I have lived in this area my entire life. As a cyclist, I often pedaled past this venue. This weekend, I performed a (20 year) vow renewal for my best friends. I was awestruck by the venue! I sat out by the pool for part of Friday and they couple surprised me with a room to change in before the ceremony and to, later, stay the night. They had rented several rooms. These rooms were amazing! The main room was just off the pool. We spent time going in and out (for the cool air and TV and conversation… the vow renewal was on the beach and reception in the Chici hut. WOW! We got to swim in the ocean and the pool. The rooms had stoves and full size refrigerators. The staff was so sweet and nice. The couple and I are ALL TEACHERS … but we were made to feel like ROYALTY! Best 13 mile ride from my house for a vacation ever! I want to come on my own!

We had our family reunion from April 19th Thru the 22nd. The Best time! This is our 3rd year in a row booking with Wright by the sea. I highly recommend this place! Not only being on the ocean, beautiful rooms, kept of very well, the staff was superior. Already booked for next year! Thanks for the great time! ☺

Hidden little gem. Rooms and property are gorgeous, very well appointed. Excellent location one block from the beach and right in the middle of restaurants and night life. Will stay again.

What an amazing place to stay. This low-key luxury resort is the spot if you need to hang out and relax. Would highly recommend this place if you want the most chill time!

Cozy and nice place. Decor is a bit dated in the smaller suites, but they have everything available (including stove and microave) right in your room. Smallish pool but right in the beach. Amazing prices as well.

My family has a reunion every year here. We all absolutely LOVE this place. The staff are really nice and just all of their services are great.

Another great vacation at Wright by the Sea! This was our second time staying at the superior small Lodging Association hotel and we had a blast! Even though it rained out a little bit we were able to swim in the heated pool enjoy the Gazebo as well as the grill… A few friends stopped over to hang out with us and we ate some dinner in the tiki hut with a cool Ocean Breeze light music playing in the background and bellies full of delicious food that we prepared in the fully equipped kitchens. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean affordable hotel in Delray Beach that is right in the sand.

The experience is very nice. If you are looking for somewhere it a nice relaxed environment if it the spot. The beach is very quiet and comfortable. The pool is comfortable and very warm. There are various games at the resort including a basketball court. It is convenient located just off Linton Blvd near several shops. Overall a good experience.

Wright by the sea feels like a little oasis in the sea of modern development that is South Florida. Located a mere mile south of bustling Atlantic Avenue, the hotels main attraction are it's deceptively large and serene oceanfront backyard. The rooms are a bit dated and could use updating, but the roaming grounds and secluded section of the beach make it a worthwhile destination. There are a variety of appealing areas for an outdoor gathering or bbq, and they are known to host a number of weddings and parties.

Great location, awesome rooms. Very old fashioned Florida in the perfect sense. Updated rooms and a nice tiki-hut.

A touch of old Florida, with a spacious tropical landscape. The rooms are quaint, however could use updating. The real attraction is the relaxing outdoor oasis of the sprawling back lawn and tiki hut with unobstructed direct ocean front view.

As soon as I saw the hotel I was interested and it was attractive from the outside and when I stepped into the courtyard it was beautiful to me the whole layout and the way the pool was in the Middle with a found behind it and the access to the beach was just another plus to the hotel the room itself was enjoyable and definitely out of Florida feel to it a little bit outdated but I really enjoyed it.

Great, low-key place to relax on the water. Pool is clean. Rooms are spotless. The staff is great and very friendly. My parents go back year after year, it's that good.

This is my grandsons I pad just spent four days at this fantastic place everything about it was great, kitchen little small don't go away for the kitchen, every thing else perfect from day we arrived to our superb friendly welcome to staff who were so helpful to neighbours who were leaving and hearing we were English, gave us much stuff that we didn't have with us were kindness itself would have loved to get to know them, the beach, pool everything loved to chat with the grounds man from Chicago forgotten his name ever so friendly we will certainly be back to this gem we have on this trip been to so many places from New Orleans to where we are now in Naples last leg then home to place we have rated best of our trip WRIGHT BY THE SEA we will be back MICHAEL DUNNE.

Great family vacation resort.

First of all Delray Beach is a really fun, cool town. Apparently they have a huge St. Patty's Day celebration. But anyway, I stayed here for my brother-in-law's wedding. It was perfect for a gathering of folks from around the country to come together in a beach setting and just hang out. There's a pool in the courtyard and a tiki-type party area next to the walk down to the beach. We were able to bring our own food in and barbecue and drink all day. Had the rehearsal dinner there too and it was a blast. Audio system and everything. Then the day after the wedding we had brunch at the hotel (again, in the tiki party area) and just hung out all day drinking mimosas. So basically you're bouncing around between the pool, the shuffle board court, the bar and the beach. Pretty awesome.

Great place for family vacation/staycation. Beautiful view and clean rooms.
