This is a laid-back little place away from the hustle and bustle that larger rentals pose. Having direct beach access is just short of paradise.

Beach, pool, ocean, hot tub. Love it. The units are like a cottage and not your typical Timeshare. They are 40 years old and the furniture is dated. I will be back.

This is a great spot to relax. They are owned by individuals and rented out. Private Beach access and great team that takes care of the property. High key recommend as a get a way spot for a few days.

We spent the afternoon with friends. We were not guests.

My family has come to the SSC for 35 years and we wouldn't miss it if we could help it over all of those years. My dream is that this corner of heaven is kept for our children and grandchildren. Thanks to the Board of Directors for such an admirable job in keeping this unique place running.

Perfect place right on the beach. Small (in terms of number of units but large, spacious units) but all you need. Managemebt super friendly and helpful. My favorite place to stay when visiting Delray Beach.

Beautiful location. On the beach, pool, hot tub… spend the all day outside enjoying sun and water. Cook your own meals in kitchen or on grill… Great place to stay. Going there more than 20 years!

Everything looks really good, my only complaint is, walls, doors, and cabinets need a good scrubbing and please work on remodeling the bathroom. I still love going there every year. The office staff are top notch.

The rooms are small, cozy, and very efficient. The kitchen is well equipped, but rarely used because they have grills out by the pool. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Beautiful, quiet, clean, and a two minute walk to the beach.

Great place, right on the Ocean, has a pool, hot tub and also shuffle board. I like that it isn't a high rise, no elevators, can just walk right out too everything. Also not a large place so there isn't a bunch of people.

Love this place! The landscaping is beautiful, has a pool, and hot tub, and right on the ocean! Rooms are nice with a fully stocked kitchen. The staff is super friendly and attentive if you need anything. Love that it is small and not a high rise building with tons of people. Met wonderful people staying there too! Had an amazing time!

A very nice timeshare right on the beach. Every is very nice and friendly. The rooms are nice, a few minor things with light bulbs out. Maintenance got right on it and fixed it in a timely manor. All around great place to stay!

Nice landscaping, perfect quiet beach location. Not necessarily the cleanest pool or jacuzzi. A lot of amenities from previous years weren't there any more. Tv, Wifi, and furniture were all outdated.
