Will happily take your money but for pool heat but supply a cold pool. Your word against theirs. Customer service horrendous. Veronica was difficult. Book with somewhere else. Much better villas out there!

Amazing stay. I recommend to anyone they go beyond to make sure you are happy, hospitality customer service is beyond excellent. The houses are super clean, great prices and overall it’s amazing experience. My future stays will be with eagle management.

Family vacation with a group of 11. Our rental was a nightmare. First off upon arriving we were unable to get into the main gate. We also were met at the by 5 Raccoons that basically circled the house every 5 minutes looking for food. The house itself looked beautiful by appearance. The house was not clean, it was dirty. All linens on every bed through out the house was dirty, stains, and food in the beds. It looked like the housekeeping people just made the beds without washing any of the linens. The pillows were so nasty with black mold on them. After traveling all day from New Jersey we had to go to the local Walmart and buy cleaning supplies, linens, and bug sprays a total inconvenience.
The floors were covered in food and dirty clothing left from past guests. The bathrooms had black mold and the shower was broken. All the blinds throughout the house was broken and you could see right inside the house. We didn’t feel safe sleeping in there at all. We had to put sheets up to the windows. Also the pool we hardly used because the enclosed screen was broken and the pool area was filled with all kinds of bugs and mosquitos and lizards. The kids got eaten alive back there while swimming. Also the Raccoons that I mentioned earlier hung out trying to get inside the pool area. What took the cake the house was infested with Roaches.
We contacted the management service about the issues and they said someone would get back to us.

Our experience was simply amazing. We were close to all amenities and within an hour to several beaches. Quiet clean neighborhood. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to get away. We brought 4 grandchildren with us from 9 to 17 and they all loved it. Thank you.

We had a great experience with the four bedroom executive plus home we rented in Davenport! It was spotless, well furnished and had a fantastic pool and sun deck! The staff were very helpful and responsive when we had questions. We will book with them again!

We booked for my best friend’s bachelorette party and it was perfect! The space, activities and comfort was top tier! Would do it allll again!

We have been robbed whilst staying in a villa that was rented to us by Rent a villa/Eagle Management.
Our room was entered by a code/key that only staff members would know, and they stole all of our money and our children's money, most of our possessions and all of our passports. After Eagle management confirmed the time of entry from their system (whilst we were at a park) they have offered compensation by form of a later check out!? Our children are petrified and our holiday is ruined, but Eagle Management have refused to help financially or anything in terms of good will. Please please don't use them, I would hate for any family to go through what we've been through.

Our flight was cancelled due to inclement weather in NY. We were forced to extend our vacation 4 extra days. With nowhere to go, Eagle Management was able to accommodate us last minute. The house we stayed at was amazing. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed to feel at home with our kids. We will definitely be booking this house again next year. I would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

We stayed with family and friends in Davenport for a week. We had the best time. The house was wonderful, the rooms were huge and everything was clean.
Also a thumbs up for the perfect service in regards to the extras we had booked. The BBQ was perfect, the pool heating very pleasant and the pack and play stood were it should be. The convenient check-in and check-out was also a big plus for us. As we came from Europe and arrived after 10PM it was very pleasant to have everything before we arrived (keycode, Wi-Fi-code, …). This allowed us to go straight from the airport to the house. Would definitely rent with them again!

We booked a home at the end of January this year only to end up in a very disappointing and dirty villa (914 Brunello) end of March. The pictures online is definitely not what you get. For one thing, the couches are old and tattered brown leather couches not what is pictured. Upon arrival, we came in to find broken blinds, a dirty pool deck, a dirty and broken pool, and pool chairs with moldy smelly cushions, the pool heater never worked either (only worked once out of the 6 night stay), dirty kitchen counter, headboards on all beds were loose and come to find out mattresses are from 2006 and very uncomfortable. The silverware was also dirty as well as the electric water kettle was corrided with lyme and mold. The Wifi was horrible and the TV in the Master bedroom was an old small computer monitor. There were also cracks in the ceramic tile, grout was filthy and the parking out front was a joke (good luck if you have a full size SUV). Behind the dryer was piles upon piles of lint and was barely connected. I feel as if we were thrown into this place last minute, even though we booked months prior. The neighbor next door said there were college students there before us which obviously trashed the place and they did nothing but vacuum to prepare for our arrival. Well we are not a frat house, we are a family of 4 who deserved to be put in a way better home than what we received. Eagle Management refused to give me a full refund, only a refund for the pool heater.

Wow, nice house, great area, TERRIBLE on the basics! Signs everywhere labeled "polite reminders" about what you WILL get charged for if you don't accommodate THEIR needs. Isn't this what their post-rental cleaning crew gets paid for? Sure, I have no problem tidying up, but a $50 charge for "excessive trash in the outdoor trash can? " WTF, where is it supposed to go? As a renter, I'm expected to start their laundry prior to leaving? Yes, THEIR bed linens, THEIR towels, should be THEIR laundry! And, if you decide to rent from them, put the local Walmart on your GPS, because as a renter, YOU have to supply: Hand soap Dish soap Dishwashing liquid Trash bags Basic cleaning supplies (Clorox wipes, paper towels, sponges, etc) And, if you're there more than five days, be prepared to buy the most basic of sundries, toilet tissue. Yeah. They generously supply one roll per bathroom. Look, I have kids, that won't last three days. Ans it's really not the expense, it's the principle of it. It's a vacation. Treat me like I'm on one!
