The room is comfortable, it was very clean everything and the friendly staff recommended it.

This hotel was clean and quick check in and it has free Wi-Fi, free breakfast and free parking! This is close and and convenient to everything if would def stay here again.

This is a great hotel to stay! Nice comfy rooms. Overall clean. Great breakfast selection too.

I love how friendly the staff are here. Also this is the cleanest hotel I have been in for quite some time. I like to take the stairs and their stairwell is bright and clean. Room was spacious and the breakfast was fresh with variety.

Was here for a girls birthday weekend. We had plans for kayaking Saturday late afternoon and we were all by the pool at 930 that morning. We got kicked out of the pool because they were doing something to the tree next to the pool. Why would you not have that done early in the spring or winter or why not a week day when they aren’t as busy. Makes no sense. We will never return.

The hotel and our room were very clean and modern. The hotel manager was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good and offered a wide variety of options. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nasty front desk clerk. I got to the property a little 2 hrs before check in and asked If could check in early I usually have no problems in other properties. The front desk clerk told me I should have booked an extra day in a very sarcastic tone. Needless to say I will no longer say at this property.

Very cozy, but we need more life to the pool area and jacuzzi.

Quiet, clean, updated. Just like all Hamptons I stay at. Consistency is where they shine.

Great little gem of a hotel. The staff was so nice. The rooms were very accommodating. I had to book through Hotwire because even the Hilton price was excessive, was like a 66% savings. The breakfast was good. The fish tank needed some updating though. I would put a real LED light from amazom for about $80 dollars on it and get someone to put a 6 inch rim around the top of the tank. Shouldnt cost more than 40 dollars stained and cut. Would come back here.

Worst experience at any Hampton I've been too. Desk staff very inefficient. Hotel in need of repairs. Womens restroom door is broken and won't close but per the desk, you can use it if someone stands in front of the door. Our room was not ready when we arrived and still wasn't ready when we were told it would be. We finally got in hours later. We did not receive a discount nor were we offered additional points for our inconvenience. I'll never book here again.

Very attentive and friendly staff. We stayed for four nights on business. Had a problem with the room part way through our stay and was immediately given a new room. Manager left an apology note and complimentary beverages in the new room and even called 30 minutes later to see if the new room was satisfactory. You don’t find service like that anymore unless you are staying in 5 star hotels. Refreshing. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Will stay here again.

Clean and comfy room… loved the bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Any complaint I have is directed at the handicapped accessible bathroom. It's large enough for a wheelchair but there was a tub and the showerhead was too high to reach. The sink was also too high to use comfortably and the mirror was impossible to see in.

Room was clean and had all amenities. Housekeeping staff quick and on top of all needs. Night and morning management courteous and breakfast covered all bases (vegetarian as well as regular) waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, muffin bagels… good coffee as well.

Stayed there 3 nights and loved everything about it. The front desk staff and kitchen staff were always smiling and helpful. The rooms were clean and breakfast hot menu was different every morning.

Upon entering our room the first thing we noticed was a very stuffy smelling room. Once we turned up the air conditioner it seemed to get better. The queen sized beds were so comfortable that I forgot where I was in the morning.

Great hotel. Amazing, friendly staff. Clean and quiet rooms. Awesome breakfast. Would highly recommend if your travels take you to the Orlando area.

Rooms are nice and clean. Pretty standard for a Hampton inn. I stay at this one twice a year and is always quiet & clean. Some if the staff even remembers me from stay to stay. I would describe this place as dependable quality. Not high end but nice. Jacuzzi is always a good temperature.

I checked in late in the night to a dirty room. Then the new room refrigerator didn't work for two days. However the front desk was nice about helping me with all these issues. The breakfast was good and because I had all these issues they comp me one night so that made all my issue go away…

We were displaced due to Hurricane Irma and the GM quickly got us a room. The staff was so nice and understanding to our family. The rooms are very clean, spacious and nice finishes. The rest of the hotel was clean as well with all amenities in working order. The breakfast had a nice spread which the kids really enjoyed. The lobby was beautiful and a chill place to have a hot cup of tea or coffee.

I met my parents here during hurricane Irma because it was one of the only hotels to have power. It was full to capacity and they handled everyone extremely well. Breakfast was great, and so was the room.

So thankful for this hotel and all of its wonderful employees. They were literally "shelter from the storm" during Irma and in the days following! Everyone was kind. The room was clean. Thank you so much!

The room was great, though the bed was a bit hard for my liking. The hot breakfast was wonderful, and the overall appearance of the hotel was clean and welcoming. It had a pleasant scent and the air conditioning worked well, staff were very courteous and helpful.

Fantastic! Great room with comfy beds & pillows. The room was immaculate, well maintained & well stocked with lots of fresh towels & complimentary amenities. A wide variety of items was offered on the breakfast bar & it was kept well replenished. Great staff! Jerell, the young man at the check-in desk was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and very courteous. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn and we plan to use Hampton Inns as our first choice for accommodations in the future.

Pleasant staff, clean and comfortable rooms. When you enter the hotel there is a beautiful fish tank my son thoroughly enjoyed. Coffee is prepared with fixings on the side. Nice area to sit and watch t. V or chat with a friend, homework or business. Outdoor pool. Small workout area.

Just left had a great time. Tthe staff was awesome, rooms great people, the hole experience was the best. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend this hotel to any one Natalie the manager on duty was so helpful and nice 5star experience. Thank you Hampton inn &suites you made our experience the best. Free breakfast by the way.

This hotel was more than accommodating to our AAU team. Natalie was extremely helpful and kind. She assisted us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anyone, Anytime! It is in a great location with tons of entertainment around.

Just left after stay there this week, great room, staff, house cleaning, great morning breakfast. Just a wonderful hotel. We're traveling with our grandbaby, they made the stay great. Thank you to all the staff @ this location.

The staff was excellent but the bed I slet in had bugs. I was there to do a wedid g that weekend. Unfortunately we were miserable.

My favorite place to stay! The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is great. The hotel is located 40 min from universal studios and about 10 min from wekiwa Springs state Park which is worth a visit. I'll stay here again next time.

I really enjoyed my stay! I had to drive 10 1/2 hours to get to Florida for a relative's funeral so I was really looking forward to a nice hotel. The whole experience from booking to checking out was very convenient. The associated in booking was extra nice and she took the reason that I was coming into consideration. She gave me a very nice room AND a very nice and thoughtful surprise in my room. The person at the front desk upon arrival was very accommodating. I couldn't have asked for anything more! I really don't understand why this hotel doesn't have 5 stars from everyone because they sure get 5 stars from me⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came here late last night after leaving a very filthy Ramada inn in Altamonte Springs. So, so happy to be here for a few days. The rooms are clean and pretty. The people, especially Natalie, are sweet and very helpful. I would definetly recommend staying in this hotel if you are in the area. Breakfast was also unusually good. Eggs, potatoes, etc. Alot for a free breakfast and the price charged at this hotel. Very impressed and pleased I found them. :)
