Could hear my neighbor most of the night. They were not loud just having casual conversation. The rooms are big. The bathrooms need an update and the pool wow super small. Room with a view of construction. Went to the pool to relax and they were fixing it and being loud could not even relax there. Had a balcony with no access and floor of balcony which was falling apart.

Supervisor name John he was very helpful and friendly he took pride and his guests also another one of your employees she did a wonderful job she gave me a help for information and I appreciate her for that that's what I like about this hotel.

I have a hundred or so people here but the gym is frighteningly small and cramped. It is really horrible.

Nice location. Good view from the top floor. Other then that. Its a hard no! I called this resort before I booked to make sure the room was what I wanted. Well we get there an its a lie. Ended up making us pay an additional $200 to get an extra room when I would of never booked with them had a known this. I had 2 small kids so I asked for a separate living area from the bedromom. Also told us when we got there balconies are for show. They didnt work. But charge you like they do. If we didnt have 2 tired kids I would of left. Also the sheets were disgusting and had to ask for clean sheets we put on ourselves. Not worth the $550 we paid! oops forget the valet we paid for $50 on top of the other fees and they were rude!

The check in girl was great, we both had the same last name, the room was nice and spacious with very comfortable beds.

Very friendly workers in fact it’s located in a good spot well there is plenty a place to go eat and you can also do some sightseeing.

Disappointed there’s a pool but no jacuzzi balcony’s you can’t step out on with doors you can’t even open. Guest service kinda slack too.

I really wanted to like this place, but I just didn’t, I stayed here for about a week, the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable it took me hours to fall asleep, our room ac didn’t work then the next day we asked for a different room and that ac was no different, the room had a strange smell and there’s no windows in the rooms for you to open either! I was also really disappointed that here was no balcony. Breakfast had the same options every morning and the food had no taste at all. Only thing I enjoyed was the view but there’s plenty of hotels in the same area that will probably give you more bang for your buck.

The room was quite spacious and clean. It even had a Mimi hallway. There was a 55 inch lg TV and 2 balconies. Sadly you couldn't open the door to the balconies which seems to be a waste in my opinion. Surprisingly no complimentary breakfast either. The bathroom was the only small thing in the room. A problem for me was that we had to pay for parking. I guess that's based on locations but I would think at the going rate it would be included either way it was a nice hotel. The issues we're minor and nothing that should stop anyone from going. Just keep in mind that it is downtown Miami. Other than that I would go back again. The staff was delightful and very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was there for 9 days with the Supreme Grand Council of America and Supreme Grand Chapter Masonic and Order of the Eastern Star National Convention. The moment that I pulled up to the hotel, the staff was phenomenal! I loved my king suite room and view. The location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy and night time entertainment. I am looking forward to returning to experience Miami again and to stay at the Hyatt Regency. Had a very pleasurable experience you're at the Hyatt Regency Miami. Everything is easy to find and navigate throughout the hotel. Customer service was fantastic all the way from check-in till checkout. Even though it's one of the more expensive hotels it's all worth it. Room service was also excellent prompt and very good. The time that I pulled up to valet I felt like I was welcome. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel when you're visiting Miami.

We had a nice stay. Unfortunately, our room was not made on the penultimate day. That was a bit of a shame. Otherwise highly recommended. Even breakfast is really good.

Stayed at this hotel for a business travel and I loved the location because it was super close to the convention center. The staff was very kind and comforting. Room was clean and tidy. Love the options of rooms and things to do around the area. Place was quiet and great to get work done! Everything went smoothly.

Our stay was fine. Customer service was great. We didn't like the pillows. Either too soft and squishy, not very supportive, or too big and firm. Beds were comfortable though.

We had a 3 day conference at the Hyatt Regency the hotel was clean. The valet parking personnel was very attentive and professional. At lunch we went to the buffet and the food was okay but the overall experience was awesome.

Hotel was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. As we drove in the valet personnel were very quick to grab our keys and car. They also took care of all the bags and handed them to the bellhop. Check in was quick and without any flaw. Once we arrived to our room, the views of downtown Miami are out of this world. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very beautiful hotel. It was a short visit but everyone was so nice and accommodating. The only thing I did not like, the room had a funny smell. I can't quite describe it but it was a weird smell. Besides that everything was great!

A great hotel, but it does not deserve the 5 stars, as the rooms do not meet the standard that you might expect in this league. We were there at Christmas and it was quite crowded. Many New Yorkers make a short trip to the holidays. The pool area is very nice. Still, you have to watch out for the kids who can't swim yet. There is no supervision and some pools are a little too deep for toddlers. A game room with a game console is also available, unfortunately the air conditioning is very cold there. Breakfast is typical of us and varied, but at around 20 USD you can expect it. Unfortunately the hotel is located on a busy street, that you can reach practically nothing on foot. The hotel itself has nothing to do with noise or cars. The rooms are, as already said, somewhat abgenudelt, but this is different in the US only with brand new buildings. If you only know the lobby and the outside area, you wouldn't expect it. They are also relatively small. Nevertheless, the Hyatt Regency Miami is fully booked, they even have permanent tenants. So you can be happy if you ever get a room. The piers around are also interesting, you can walk there and, for example, View the yacht of Steven Spielberg. Everything else can only be done by car. Pro: Fantastic view of the beach and the cruise ships passing by. You should book at least the 10th floor.

Loved it! But asked for a balcony they said each room has a balcony but failed to mention they are not for use. Other then that wonderful staff. Clean room and very comfortable atmosphere. Beautiful city views. Easy to get to. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping centers, and the train. Plan on going back.

I'm sorry to say. I've never qualified a hotel that low. Let's start with the apparently good. Location. For not surrounded by highways, not only of cars but of aerial takeoffs. The spacious room clean but of the years 80, good 90. The gym a hallway in a non-ventilated room. The pool in the midst of car and boat noises and of course small and you can't swim. The best breakfast, it has natural light.

This hotel was disgusting. Beyond the fact that it's just old and worn out and needs a remodel, my room was dirty, there was black mold growing in the bathroom, crumbs on the floor and chairs, glitter on the floor. I could go on. The outside noise from the road was all night long and awful. I waited 10 minutes in line at the cafe to buy a drink and yogurt… there were only 2 people in front of me. My co-workers room had vomit in the toilet when he checked in. He was at least given a new room. From my understanding in talking with other guests a dirty room was the normal here. I would NEVER go back! @hyatthotels.

The hotel in general looks sloppy and its HK department leaves a lot to be desired even though they are in the midst of a remodel. That might be in the long run a big advantage though for now a little bother.

I stayed at this hotel in February. Due to the fact that some of the rooms are extremely noisy, I decided to move to a quieter room. Therefore, I had to change all my clothes very fast, and I forgot a ring on the desk table inside the room, by the time I realidad and got back to the room, 10' or so, the ring had disappeared from the table and nobody except the cleaner, I saw her already cleaning, was supposed to have enter the room. I do not blame anyone but the ring was not there anymore. I contacted the hotel's security services to investigate the case but, they answered that they would not take any responsability. On top of that, the person who sings the letter writes that he knows how I feel because he had the same bad experience in my country, Spain. I do not understand this comparison and ofcourse, It does not give me any relief at all. What kind of reliable hotel is that? I wrongly thought that a five stars hotel meant a little bit more of empathy and responsability.

This hotel is beautiful and always working with the local communities setting up events to continue to entertain our hundreds of tourists that visit Miami every year and who stay at this hotel. In the heart of Miami and with great parking right next to it, this hotel hosts great events and it's always on the move and keeping it interesting. The rooms are beautiful and the pricing is suitable 4 most income brackets.

The hotel is good and the location is correct. But, unfortunately, in need of refurbishment and updating. Also a better soundproofing.

Rooms VERY NOISY, no way to rest well without you to wake up with the noise of the traffic. The rest is all good but the rest I consider basic, hence the score.

The hotel itself is a bit plain. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean but definitely a bit older. The location is nice, within easy walking distance to the Metro Mover, and several good restaurants and sights. However, it is in a busy, noisy city and my room was definitely not well insulated. The honking, sirens, and general noise were a constant through the night.

The Hotel was very old.

Very well located, there is a Whole Foods in front, banks, shops and especially the River Walk minutes from there, it is best to enjoy this walk at night. The hotel has a door that leads directly to one of the "channels". Its design is avant-garde, the staff very friendly.

Suite was OK, quite large the overall décor is not quite up to date. The bathroom is typically American, toilet and bathtub in a tiny room and the sink in front of it in the actual living room.
The location is downtown Miami, therefore in the middle of the Office district.

Staff was really nice and helpful, friendly as well. Location is convenient. White noise machine in the room was an amazing touch, all hotels need to have one. We found it blocked out all the Street noise. We were offered a room upgrade for a reasonable price so we accepted it. Room was huge, had a fridge, separate sitting and sleeping area. Bathroom was nice and far from sleeping area so didn't have to worry about turning the light on in my husband's face while he was sleeping. Pool was nice. Fast early morning Uber ride to the airport. Overall good stay.

The hotel is located in the centre of MIAMI with a view that is not so enjoyable as it is surrounded by taller buildings. The interior design I don't like and the prices for breakfast and in the bar are too high compared to the quality.

I was very impressed with the attentiveness of the valet. They were very professional and seemed to work together to make sure vehicles were constantly moving to load and unload. Having three kids in tow. The hotel staff was quick to assist us with our bags to the room. The rooms were neat and clean with a view of the inlet. The kids and I loved looking at the yacht pass by and watching the bridge raise for the really large boats. We were there for the New Year Celebration. Having the colorful Miami Tower close by made it easy to find the hotel after the party.

This hotel is AWESOME! My children and I enjoyed our stay. It's within walking distance to Bayfront Park, shopping and other attractions. The ambiance is beautiful, and the staff was friendly! I'd definitely stay here again.

The Hyatt Regency is a great option, located in the down town of Miami is close to touristic places, restaurants, and local commercial.

Hotel rooms were very nice and will kept. The cleaning staff was some of the friendliest and nice people I've met. The breakfast buffet had many options for everyone and it was delicious too. Valet was good too.

Decent hotel. LOVED the art work throughout the building! Pillows were a bit basic with just the 2 per bed. There was a lot of privacy within the room so great for multiple people getting dressed in the same space. Nice view with a "balcony" however, the "sliding door" had been designed not to open. Also my biggest complaint was the air/hear. Even setting the thermostat to 80º it never blew any heat! I was so cold the entire night. The people on the streets of Miami drive like baboons on Molly and lean on their horns ALL. Day. Long. So don't expect any quietness throughout your stay here. It's not really the hotel's fault but maybe they could look into sound proofing.

The rooms are bad but for the rest it's just worth it. The gym nn there are only 4 machines to run (something that having in front of the bay one can do even outside) 3 bikes a bench and a machine with which you can make only 2 muscle groups. You have to be careful because if you have breakfast included some from the concierge they tell you that NN is. The lifts the keys sometimes nn go and the price of 250 dollars a night is a steal (in short if you pay 100 dollars a night breakfast included nn would be bad)

In all of Miami there is a hotel better located than the Hyatt Regency Miami. Apaete of its good location and have very good attention.

The location of this hotel is perfect! Lots to eat and see within walking distance of the hotel. Easy access to I-95. I suggest you get a room with a River view. The food at the hotel is great and reasonably priced. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and chairs. I will definitely book another stay here next time I have to travel to Miami.

The hotel is very nice as well as the staff. Ask a question and they will help you with the answers to make your stay very enjoyable. Our check in was flawless with the help of Oscar and Mario. We got to the hotel a bit early and they accommodated us without question. Want to go to Bayside, it is an easy walk from the hotel and gives you the opportunity to see a bit of downtown.

Our experience has been pretty amazing. The room looks like a studio apartment with modern details. We can't wait to come back and stay here the next time we are in Miami. This time we were only here to finish out our honeymoon.

Room are good size. U stay on 23 floor and the view of the next door tower and city is nice. No fridge in room. Staffs are friend. Parking is expensive valet 39 dollars but u can in and out 24 hr. Self parking is 19 right behind the building (just keep right once you turn in Hyatt). No instruction or directory to find gym/ pool. Two of my acquaintances get sick eating restaurant hamburger.

Worst experience ever in a hotel. If you wanna come to Miami to stay in a condominium style hotel this is the one. They don't have parking neither validate your ticket. They don't give refunds, don't exchange dates. And you gonna have to wait in line to make the check out. Fist hotel I stay in that I cannot call from the room to the the check out. Check your receipt because they add up charges. I had a deal for the breakfast and they charged me the deal but did not applied to my account. I'm very disappointed with the hotel. I love the Hyatt chain but this particular hotel does not deserve to be part of the chain. Corporate do something if you don't want to be out of business in the area.

Location is down town. Expect traffic right outside the hotel. Great place, great food, and excellent staff. They didn't have a shuttle to the airport or port but Uber works great. Friendly and polite staff. Rooms are beautiful. Expected a regular room and got an apartment with a beautiful view! At night you can hear some traffic from the street. Over all I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great, great hotel! You actually get what you pay for "top notch service. Onsite activities, great food and attentive staff. Decided to stay at this hotel after a Friday night concert at the James L Knight center. Was the best decision ever and I will definitely return. Here is the view from my room & delicious food from room service!

However the balcony door was sealed, and the room has no window. It smells bad. We asked for another room and then we were told all rooms are like this. Our room is facing a iron bridge. Every vehicle makes terrible sound when passing by. Apparently the sealed window door didn't do good job on blocking the sound. Apparently the bridge has heavy traffic all night. The only good part is the location.

Location could be better. Rooms are huge and very comfy. The service is good but there is scope for improvement. The hotel staffs polite and helpful. The whole property is NON Smoking. The food is just above average but the wine selection is good.

Most excellent experience. We arrived very early and only looking to leave our bags here to explore the city. They gave us a room early. Room was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked rooms for a few 100 guests and Hyatt has worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were prepared, organized, and accommodated perfectly! We even called down to ask for a few supplies, they were at our door within 3 minutes and they even followed up with a call to make sure it was delivered! Incredible staff incredible customer service 10/10 would stay here for the next corporate event.

Small pool but large seating area with gazebos. Stayed Fri — Wed and vending machine on our floor out of water ENTIRE time. Mentioned to front desk, concierge several times. Only sugar loaded juices and sports drinks in said vending machine. I'm a diabetic so without water, machine was useless. Found diet soda on another floor, how convenient. And snack area closes early so no hope there. Horrible location as far as traffic and the draw bridge that stops traffic. Schedule rides to pick up sooner than you thought you need to.

Wonderful hotel. Room service was great. People were very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel. My only complaint is handicap parking is in their self parking garage. The garage is quite a bit of a walking distance away from the hotel for a handicapped person to walk even if it is a/c the whole way. The garage is free for handicap but I only parked there once due to the distance. The hotel needs to make valet a reasonable rate for handicap. Some hotels make it free.

Centrally located and convenient to get to downtown or only a short ride to ferry terminals, Miami Beach, Little Havana or other such tourist destinations. There is also the fabulous Whole Food Markets in the adjacent block. Rooms are smaller than expected and dated. We had a problem with the ceiling peeling, but the front desk resolved it quickly. Staff are great at the hotel, restaurant downstairs & room service. Although we were on the 21st floor with the river view, you could here the traffic. The hotel does provide an ambient noise machine for a restful sleep — strangely it does work!

The rooms are spacious and clean. There are slight shortcomings, but they are related to the lack of attentiveness of the staff, so 4! A place in a business center, a free Metromuv, easy and quick to get anywhere!

Great hotel. Rooms, although on the small side, are well appointed. You can tell this hotel is getting a bit up in age, but for the most part, everything is updated and in good condition. The only negative is that street noise is pretty pervasive, but the hotel will provide a white noise machine if requested. Conference facilities are conveniently attached and do a very professional job hosting an event. The food at the conference has been amazing!

Central, as far as Miami downtown can be defined as the center of a very popular city. Comfortable rooms, although the view even from the eighteenth floor is not exceptional.

We stayed here for the Black crime Prevention Conference. Wonderful staff and wonderful hotel. Breakfast prices are scary though. Howevet it gets 5 from me.

Solid mid range via hotel. Decent, but not outstanding. Pool, no hot tub. Buffet dinners offered but everything is Luke warm and bland as if designed for a senior citizen crowd. Reasonably clean, but not by a July means spotless. Property is aging and in need of major renovation. Of you have Business in the area it's a better choice than the Marriott across the street. Hoping the property management/owners will upgrade the property as downtown Miami sees some resurgence.

The staff at this location was very professional. The rooms are well-prepared upon arrival. Be sure to check the riverwalk café. Overall great experience for my first visit to Miami. I'll definitely be staying here next time I visit.

Stayed here for ultra every time. Definitely the way to go. It's walking distance to ultra so you don't have to deal with getting cabs afterwards. Hotel is nice, the pool is great.

The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because the internet is so horrible. Its so bad that no work can get done on three different devices. It takes 10 minutes to repeatedly connect, then it's ridiculously slow loading anything, and half the time the service drops within 20minutes of use. This is over about 3 days with no improvement, half the time when I do connect I get an error that there is no internet connection at all on their "free Wi-Fi" network. I don't care that there is construction around the hotel, the noise, or lack of view, but this internet is so frustrating for anyone trying to do work or enjoy watching anything. I build computers and work heavily with software so I'm not just clueless with technology but there is nothing I can do to work with this connection. So after contacting management they spent hours trying to contact IT… so I could not do work for another day. Then they told ME on my vacation to call THEIR internet customer service number in order to try and fix THEIR crap internet. Luckily it was fixed but for less than 24 hours… so guess who had to call customer service AGAIN. The connections in this hotel are all messed up and it could not be fixed the second time. This was awful service on the hand of this hotel… I made several calls and spent time on my vacation on hold to fix their internet thus why I changed my rating to ONE STAR.

The hotel is nice and the staff is great, but when I stay at a hotel sleep is important. You can hear everything that goes on in the rooms next to you and the traffic noise. Even from the 19th floor. I won't be back.

Nicely furnished and prompt service. Very accommodating! Free Wi-Fi that works well. Access to pool and a small gym.

The staff is excellent, great customer service. They get a 5. Location is good. However, the structure needs some TLC. They need someone with some fresh paint and a brush and rejuvenate the place. Paint is peeling. This takes away from the experience.

Excellent service and clean room. The hotel was in a great location for walking to Bayfront Park. We were also lucky enough to get an upgraded room. The view was also awesome! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to stay here again.

Very nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Convenient, central location. Staff was friendly and professional. Valet was sufficiently fast.

The hotel did not have the technical infrastructure to support a large conference. The Wi-Fi did not work or worked only with simple applications (e. G. Not with the conference application). There were several stretches where the elevators did not work, which was a problem for conference participants who could not use stairs. Maid service was irregular. Several times, I had to call housekeeping when evening had come and the room had not been made up.

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. Very nice but the parking I think was costly considering you are a paying guest. I mean $40 a night plus your room. The rooms are nice. I stayed in a Miami Suite. Nice for parents and two kids. However, for the price you pay, you get what is expected. A nice room. Comfortable beds and good customer service. Really Good Customer Service. Although Riverwalk outside area closes a bit early when you are trying to enjoy a nice evening chat. 5 stars for the hotel. 2 Stars for guest parking. I understand if you aren't staying there! I think for guest you should cut that in Half!

Breakfast buffet Ok. In the Parking the valet bring us my car dirty with foot steps all the floor wet with dirt, was raining. But We dont undestand why in the back seat?

I drove from Daytona Beach to Miami to drop a friend at the Miami Airport, then my other friend and I decided to stay one night in Miami and I booked at the Hyatt Regency. We checked in at 8 PM, went up to the room and put our clothes and things in the room and drawers. We left at 8:20 PM to go eat. Later at around 9:00 PM we came back to the room to find most of our things such as (Clothes, Shoes, Cologne, Phone Charger, even my friend's underwear plus his important documents and passport were STOLEN from the room. Obviously, we contacted the hotel manager right-away and called the Police. Later, The security staff were acting as if it was nothing, as if it happens everyday and they were used to it. Police officer came and she was laughing and joking around with the security telling them "Oh, No Again". So we made a police report and wrote the items that were missing. The hotel security manager told us that they would take care of it and that their Insurance Company usually takes care of this kind of issues and he mentioned that it was NOT the first time that it happened. They also said they DON'T have cameras around which I found hard to believe. Couple of days later the insurance company called me and told me that" IT WAS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY" and that they won't be compensating me for the stolen items. That was the worst experience in my life with the worst unprofessional hotel staff. Never Hyatt again, Even though I'am a gold passport member. >

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. It was a great experience the room was spacious and the restaurant food and service was fabulous. I am looking forward to go back.

Horrific experience! WHILE CHECKING IN we found out that that there were no rooms available and was offered a room with a panoramic view but without no beds, Oh! a rollaway bed is available of course but for a hundred dollars. I didn't know a third world reservation existed in Miami. Never again in this lifetime.

Comfy beds, nice views, clean, welcoming and professional staff, and they have a restaurant for breakfast. Gave it 4 stars because the parking is $49 a day. Other than that. Great hotel.

Aahhhhh I loved life being in Hyatt Hotel, what an amazing view! All about that hotel is great! I haven't enough words to explain how much I loved Hyatt Hotel ♡ I hope to come back someday! Greetings from Argentina.

I'm an over 2, 000 hotel night business traveler, so I know what I'm saying. This hotel is not up to Hyatt standards. The lobby is fine, but the rooms are tired. The walls need paint. The carpet is frayed. The door to the balcony is sealed off?! The fitness center is tiny, jammed into a basement room, and is filthy. The bed was very comfortable, which made up for the rest.

We stay in the area a couple times a month, usually switch between Hyatt and one of their competitors (H*****) depending on the price. This weekend was Hyatt Regency and my experience was so incredible that I decided to write this review. We had a couple minor mistakes that were immediately taken care of by the staff, particularly THEODORE MOORE also known as TED. This weekend Mr. Moore reminded us of what customer service SHOULD FEEL LIKE, He was so incredibly helpful, friendly and informative that there is absolutely no reason for me to choose another hotel in the area from now on. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location. Very reasonable rate that included breakfast. The room was comfortable and the only thing it was really lacking was a full-length mirror. Also I was charged for valet every night but did not have a car so it was removed (not sure why or how this happened. ) Overall it was a fine hotel and I would stay there again.

Dont stay here! Rooms stink and they are dirty, they charged my card and 2 weeks later still trying to get a refund from the 74 dollar mystery charge! DONT STAY HERE.
