Your social media account didnt loke my honest opinon on trip adviser and had it removed, your fromt desk was rude, I asked for a gm to contact me and 3 days I was there they didnt talk to me… I was xharges for water but my reciept says I was suppose to het w water bottlea with room rate every day… items in room were broken. Shameful treatment of me as your guest. Your company os scared of my trip advisor rating sonmuch you requested it removed bit ill just post on all the other sites as well. Most lokely ill uave to challange my bank charges as well since you didmt provied me with what was paid for… Patricia only jad to at least speak to me to even take my complaint… sad your team knows nothing of guest recovery.

I had to cancel my trip in March due to Covid. It is almost July, and I have been trying to get a refund since March. They keep giving me the same response, instructing me to send an email. I was so excited to try this hotel, but I will never book it again. If you have booked this hotel and have to cancel for any reason, just know that you will have a hard time getting your money back.

Let me start by saying this. This is a great hotel customer service has been quite superior, if I might say. They aren’t as responsive, when you leave the call light is on for room service. I left my light on for my room to be made up, no one in housekeeping responded. Also my biggest pet peeve is roaches. There is a huge roach in the light fixture above the shower. Also when I woke up there was one dead in front of the bathtub.

Due to Covid, we were unable to leave our province or country. At first the Redbury were very accommodating. They emailed right away guaranteeing a credit — but needed more time to figure out the logistics of a refund. They contacted us and said that a refund is available. We followed their instructions to receive our refund. ON MARCH 28th our cancellation was approved and we patiently waited the 30 days to allow for the refund to be processed. 30 days later — no refund. I couldn't even contact them. The messages were deleted off of booking. Com and there was no number or email to call. I finally found them on facebook and asked to be contacted. I received an email saying they apologize and we are on the top of the priority list and a refund will be issued in 7 days. It's been 28 DAYS. I've not heard back in email. NO REFUND! I've been communicating with the facebook page with limited communication. MARCH 28th — JUNE 6th! Still no refund. terrible. I'm so disappointed. I was looking forward to staying here, and had all intentioned of visiting when I am able.

Beautiful little spot across the beach in Miami. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great amenities, beautiful room, comfy bed and linens, comfy lounge chairs at the beach. I would stay here again and highly recommend to other travelers.

This is our first day here, from the minute we walked in the welcome is so warm and friendly such lovely people. The room is lovely and spacious. Pure excellence!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at The Redbury. The staff was AWESOME! Alex was great. He gave suggestions on where to go to eat and supplied us with a map of the area. The rooms are spacious, and those bathrooms… wow! The Redbury is within walking distance of food, shopping and the beach. If I ever return to Miami, I’ll be staying at The Redbury.

A luxury! Great attention, good location! Beach and gym service with the Delano, Impeccable Cleo Rest, very comfortable rooms.

Great views and fabulous hotel.

My husband and I stayed the week of june 2 to June 7. The staff that work that week was awesome and they the only reason I would return. Fernando, anna, luis are just to name a few but give those that work that week a high five what a awesome and polite team!

A fantastic place to get away and relax. Rooms are great and the beds are super comfortable. Very friendly staff to attend to your every need.

The front desk staff were great, the room was nice with a comfortable bed, the private rooftop pool was an oasis away from the heat and crowds of south beach, and the price was right. The bathroom could use more counter space, the Wi-Fi was pretty useless, and we didn't realize the restaurant was closed for renovations. Overall pretty nice and we'd return.

Front desk people we're great and helpful. Room was as described. The location was perfect. Across from SLS hotel and 2 minute walk from the beach. Roof top pool was great which is where I did my work for the week. The morning breakfast was pretty standard if not a bit lackluster. It was awesome that I was able to go to the beach and get a lounge chair and towels at no extra cost. There was a charge of $20 if you wanted an umbrella, but why go to the beach to hide from the sun? Every thing was great and would highly recommend for those who want good location in South Beach.

The redbury was really nice. I had my car with valet. When I received my car, the service was quick and not a scratch on it.

The Hotel was nice and quite. No bar, No resturant on the property. The staff was great when I 1st arrived around 4pm July 3rd so I decided to stay a 2nd night. I booked with Expedia so I wouldnt have any extra hidden fees when I departed. 1st. There was a $100 per day holding fee on the room, the 1st day July 3rd I used 1 credit card the 2nd day I used another card. This is where the problem starts. My 1st credit card was charged $115.55 and no one can tell me why. 2nd. On the 2nd day when I stopped by to make sure my reservation for the 2nd day was set and ok. Sure enough it wasn't I had to check out and check back in which I wasnt aware. The staff member at that time told me there's a $34.? resort fee per day. Ok no problem. I proceeded to pay him with cash for the 2 day, he was looking in his personal wallet to give me change. He even offered to go to valet to get change for me. I told him its ok. I'll get the change and pay when I check out the following day. Hahaha joke was almost on me. I went straight to my room check my bank account and BOOM there it was he took the money off my account I didnt tell him too. He wouldve have gotten my cash money (with no proof I had paid) and money taken from my account. My room was nice and cozy. The staff was pleasant the 1st day. After that everything was questionable.

Redbury is a clean and modern hotel. Had a really good stay over on the memorial day weekend. The location is fantastic and the staff are friendly.

Friendly staff, generous room and bathroom sizes. Cool decor as you would imagine in the area. Resort fee is a shame, as it was crappy internet, low quality breakfast (nothing fresh) and it poured rain the whole time we were there. Would look for other options in South Beach before booking here again.

Room was large, comfortable and very clean. Hotel had lovely spots to sit and relax. Breakfast very disappointing but I believe that is changing. Great location.

Our salvation in Miami Beach. After a full catastrophe in the totally filthy and moldy Lorraine Hotel in Miami Beach, we ended up after a long search at the Redbury hotel.
The hotel was clean, the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel, which is divided into a main building — and an annex house, is immediately recognizable for everyone not only a hint of pineapple fragrance, to get the smells of the air conditioning to the hilt, but also the charm from ancient Egypt. The rooms are large, the beds and the bathroom clean. In the room there are numerous connection possibilities for charging IPhome & Co. As well as numerous power sockets. Our room was in spite of the tropical temperatures dry and super filigree furnishings. For example, an old dresser found an old, but perfectly functioning retro turntable with vinyl records by Nora Jones, Bob Marley and other musical luminaries. The breakfast was very modest. The super fresh and hot chocolate croissants and the O-juice were delicious, but that was the same.
We only awarded 4 out of 5 stars for the really great hotel, as we received cappuccino on the first day and also butter croissants (see pictures), which were only to be received on the second day for extra payment. Supposedly the cappuccino was bought out on the first day from a whim of the chef, but is not part of the Intercontinental Breakfast.

Nice hotel but it's not 4 stars. Good service and cleanliness. Breakfast was very small. The rooms are comfortable but you can not open the windows.

Very good and clean hotel with a great location. You can easily reach everything within 10min walking distance (beach, Ocean Drive, Lincoln Rd). The hotel is clean and mostly with breakfast. Breakfast is a continental say coffee, toast, jam, orange juice and cereal. Typical for the USA.
Nevertheless, I would recommend the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spacious room, linen and towels are impeccable. The best: The bathroom in the room large, comfortable and new.

Not our first time at the Redbury! We absolutely love it and that's why we keep coming back. It's always very clean. The staff is very professional and always make you feel at home. Nathaniel and Jessica are awesome ask for them! It's in a great location on South beach with some of the best restaurants around. They have an incredible rooftop pool with views to Collins avenue and the ocean. Their restaurant Cleo is awesome! Has a lot of meditaranean food.

Small rooms, rude service — housekeeping kept ringing doorbell and knocking even when we told them to go away. Way overpriced! Carb loaded crappy continental breakfast — corn flakes, croissants — bread for toast. No knife to spread butter or jam only spoons. All for the bargain price of $400/ night. Never again! Oh and don’t bother with the solicitation for meal voucher — they don’t accept it — even though it’s their website I booked through and offered the voucher.

Great rooms, excellent service and location.

Hotel is cute and clean but over priced and misrepresented. No more across the street access to SLS fitness. $45/day valet parking. No actual roof top bar unless there is an event. Coffee bar is closed all day, not sure why it's there. If you get a good price great but otherwise I would have stayed at a little more pricey place to be on the beach. But… The people are. Super nice and made up for the bits that made me unhappy.

Had dinner here. Food was incredible, but pricey! It's a tapas style restaurant and you need to order 2-3 dishes per person and share, since the portions are small.

I've stayed at many small boutique hotels on South Beach and have been disappointed… not the case with Rebury. This is a hotel that lived up to the photos and reviews online. After a long day at Art Basel I was in search of a comfy place to recuperate. I was attracted to Redbury because their bedding and bathroom pics looked promising. Hotels in Miami typically have skimpy linens, so finding a comfy bed was important. Upon entering the room I was delighted to find that the small quarters were well appointed, clean and just as good as the photos online. The contemporary white marble bathroom is gorgeous and had an heir of luxury not typically found at this price point. The turntable and records in-room were a nice touch as well as the Bluetooth stereo. Above all, the outstanding staff set this hotel apart. Giuseppe gave a friendly welcome at check-in. We arrived late and the kitchen was closed but the host told us about a fantastic Ramen spot 2 blocks away. This restaurant was tucked on a side street and we would have missed it if not for the helpful tip. The next morning brought a tasty little continental breakfast with chocolate croissants (yummmmm! ) and more kind smiles from the valet and checkout counter. I'll definitely return next time I'm in town!

Generally a nice hotel and good location. However, the fact that they probably the smallest breakfast I have ever seen and zero gluten free options brings down the rating. Additionally they don't even offer a free bottle of water in the room and the beds are super small. Their valet parking is annoyingly slow to fetch your car.

Excellent ambience and attention to detail and hospitality to the fullest. The attention of Danien and Andreia unbeatable. Andreia in particular guided our stay of 4 days to perfection… a pleasure your human quality.
They have a minor detail with the breakfast which is missing some basic elements but I refuse to lower a star for this.

Recently had three members of my party at this property. They charged my AMEX in advance of the stay. When we checked in we gave them another Amex to settle the account. So we were double charged for the rooms. When we called the hotel to remedy the situation the phone rang over 20 times and no one answered. BUYER BEWARE! They are more concerned about charging your credit cards than they are about providing hospitality.

Great location, friendly staff and we were able to check in early due to our early flight. Nice clean rooms, amazing bathrooms and a nice rooftop pool! Nice communal areas too. You get use of the pool at the Raleigh and their beach chairs and towels too.

A querky bohemian hotel full of character. Rooms beautifully clean, had everything but no kettle for us Brits to make our tea, this was quickly rectified by Guedo on reception who promptly supplied one on request and pointed us in the direction of the nearest shop for supplies. Lovely friendly and most helpful staff. Bed extremely comfortable, good air conditioning, clean well stocked bathroom, lovely roof top pool. My only negative comment would be the lack of information in the room about the facilities, hotel, amentities, local area etc. But then again not everyone bothers about this, it's just my thing, I like to know these sorts of details. Don't get hung up about the little things, just enjoy the experience!

The Redbury Hotel is wonderful! We checked in on Wednesday afternoon for 4 nights. Julie checked us in and was so friendly and helpful. Any questions or needs we had during our stay were answered quickly and with a smile. We had 2 rooms which were both spacious and clean. The rooftop pool was great, peaceful and relaxing. My youngest son got to go from the restaurant several times which was great and convenient. The reason we were in Miami was for my middle sons 1st Bodybuilding Competition. With that said the restaurant accommodated what I am sure an odd request and boiled a dozen eggs and grilled vegetables the way we requested and had them ready for pick up when needed. Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and customer service. Would want to stay again and recommend to all.

I was traveling on a business trip and I stayed at this hotel. When I tell you my experience was beyond excellent… Latoya the assistant operations manager went above and beyond my expectations. She gave me her undivided attention and answered all of my questions. When I visit the city again, I know where I will be staying.

We were staying at the Redbury for 1 week. It is a very nice lodge, very well located, with new facilities and all the service is very good. Big rooms, king bed super comfortable and the bathroom first. On the 4th floor is the swimming pool with warm water and very clean. It is a hotel cozy and quiet. Operation spotless, spacious room, prepared for people with mobility reduced. The staff very attentive, the rooftop pool is very nice. Quiet Hotel. The valet parking is expensive but fujciona very well. Next to the hotel there is a place to eat all the time, highly recommended.

I liked it much. Good service, good location, nice and cozy room with all practically new. The only thing that I uploaded not to the pool. Eye with the valet parking that does not charge you extra "more" I already understand and speak with the hotel to see if it is included in the price the parking or not etc. You know. The restaurant very expensive and saturated that I didn't like.

This is the perfect hotel to stay in Miami South Beach, everything is nearby… the rooms are different (good way), unique, clean and makes you feel like you're in a Mad Men set (everything is new), the reception staff are friendly and helpful. I'd strongly recommend you to stay here, we were here only for one day in our way to a 10 day Caribbean cruise however we plan to come back to this hotel. My only feedback is about the Restaurant Staff (Cleo), for those who have a free breakfast coupon, DO NOT EXPECT a great service from the waiters (for obvious reasons), the buffet is great (eggs, potatoes, all kind of fruits, natural orange juice, bread, pastries), however the waiters are not proactive and probably they´re busy with other customers that are actually paying for their breakfast, no one approached to offer water (there is not water at the buffet) or a mimosa (we had a complimentary alcoholic drink coupon) told us that they don´t serve alcohol before 12pm however one customer ordered a mimosa and got it. Anyway, this Hotel is awesome! thumbs up! if you´re going to Miami, this is the place! :) Great reception staff Great Location! Great installations: room, rooftop pool. Great internet Speed and power outlets.

Cheaper than the sister hotel the Raleigh, you still get access to their Ammenites and beach chairs. Rooms were quite large and staff was friendly. Roof pool was quaint but a nice feature to have.

That was an awful Christmas brought to us by Redbury. Booked king court yard room and what they gave us was full size bed. Full size bed for 2 grown people? Really? When I called front desk, I was told there there is no rooms and they will give us $20 back. I wasn't sure if this was a joke they were for real. After numerous complains, their manager gave us $50 back. Because of the holiday my wife asked me not to bother with it and let it go. However it is extremely disappointing.

Beautiful decore & hotel and awesome location. Record player in rooms a nice touch. Not a big fan of surprise excessive fees on the checkout bill.

Nice rooms. I felt it overpriced for what I actually received. Not really any view. There is no fitness room onsite (I knew this in advance) and you have to walk down the street a block to the SLS South Beach and use their gym. But then why not just stay there where you can actually have a view?

Great Hotel close to the beach and good walking distance to the Ocean Drv, and to the 'city' of Miami Beach. Very clean, very service-oriented staff. Priced in the middle and, given the location, facilities and cleanliness a tip.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! I loved the decor finishes, the bed was very comfortable and the rooftop deck was bad ass with amazing views! While the record player was super cute, it wasn't loud enough for my taste. It's convenient location and one of the best restaurants I've ever dined (Cleo) re just two of many reasons I will come back to stay.
