Where should I start… positive = Internet… it was fast and stable. Thumbs up!
Negative: So the pictures from the website have to be old, since it doesn't look like this anymore. According to reception we had one of the good/renovated rooms. It worked for us very uncomfortable/cold… and the LCD TV could not change anything. Did not feel like on holiday special EHR in a youth hostel. Our room floor was glued, the mattress was already so located that you as a couple always rolled into the central center, there was no hair dryer (according to recipes. Only 10 available for the whole hotel) … these were still the things that you could see over with a lot of humor and holiday joy…
If you check in here you don't need to hope for cleanliness… We found new hair every day from the cleaning on the bed, bath and towels… After we complained, the bedding was changed the next day… however, we had new hair in and On the bed. We got new towels every day, but they always contained stains and hair! In spite of washing!
The cleaners were nice and greeted friendly, even if they were not powerful in the English/German language. We crept into the feeling that management wanted to save money at all corners and edges… We also noticed other guests who complained about the friendliness of the reception. We asked for a hair dryer on three consecutive days, which led to absolute antipathy. Friendliness was from the day pass… New towels, mattresses and washing machine for the laundry are probably overdue.
Well, we would definitely not come back!
