Worse experience ever I stayed at this hotel back in May paid for my room One night using a third-party website The hotel Asked me for my credit card upon arrival for a resort fee and a deposit. After I left they charge my card for the same room again meaning I was charged twice for one night it's been over a month and I still have not been refunded the money back to my card i've called them multiple times no one can ever assist me in resolving this issue just terrible now my credit is suffering because I have unauthorized charge on my credit card balance which is a big inconvenience to me I did not want to post such a bad review but it's going on two months now and still nothing has been done.

Definitely a 5 star 🌟 hotel with 5 star service! We loved our Zen Suite which overlooked the ocean and the harbor! Victoria at check in is amazing! She is very detailed oriented and surprised us with a cake, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries while Gwen beautifully sang happy birthday. She made it such a wonderful experience and birthday celebration for me! Will definitely come back! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Clean rooms, overall a good experience. Extremely slow service, if you’re willing to wait for food and drinks then you’ll be okay. Lots of traffic so be ready to wait in the Uber for at least 30 anywhere you go but that’s Miami! 🤣

Great hotel. Amazing staff.

Ruined a business meeting for me with their lack of security to control the young party kids. Hotel was filthy with beer and marijuana everywhere. Very dirty pools and somebody pooped in the jacuzzis and they didn’t even bother to clean it out.

Visited over the summer during pandemic lockdowns. Half of employees didn’t speak English. Bar was shut down, all stores closed, pool closed at 8. Pretty much worst experience. Really over priced food and drinks. Left midway through vacation. When entering hotel, there was left over underwear in the closest. We didn’t even have bottled water. Had to uber eats every food to eat Take this review with a grain of salt, this was during a pandemic.

Definitely we will back again! such a high class hotel with incredible services and view! 4 amazing pools with jacuzzi and privet beach not forget the foods was soooooo heavenly yum! thank you for the crews made me and my husband wishes came true.

I recently stayed here this past weekly after staying at both the California location and Mexico prior. The service is unmatched! With being in hotel management I have come to expect a certain type of service, along with proactive communication this hotel had neither! Everything was blamed on the Governor Restrictions enacted for the protection of staff and guests. However, these are things that the guests should be made aware of prior to staying as prices don’t match the lack of staffing i. E. Skelton crew and lack of amenities offered. (Took at least 30 minutes to get someone on the phone to request something). We stayed 4/3 recieved an FYI letter at check in that should’ve been sent 24-48 hours prior to check in. The letter stipulated no housekeeping unless upon request (which was requested and we did not recieved it, was told it’s limited service however letter doesn’t indicate that). No room service, however a $35 charge for a microwave to warm up one meal. Hallways smelled of marijuana! 4 star hotel! Random men roaming the hallways late at night! No key control by floor! Very big safety concern for women traveling alone. Me and my friend split the rooms fees yet we’ve been way overcharged 3 charges in total $836, $530 and $530 something again! That was the ultimate kicker, I guess night audit is off as well to process billing correctly. The nonchalant attitudes from the management staff, please note I’ve never seen a staff so controlled and not empowered.

Food was amazing. The options Klavin recommended were one of the best dishes I have ever tried. I would definitely recommend NOBU.

Beautiful suites, food and beverage team is awesome.

Terrible customer service and housekeeping. Expect to have old food and open glasses of wine in your locked mini fridge and have it all crash out with broken glass when they unlock it for you. And don’t expect the staff or even managers to help, they just transfer your call 7 times.

Food portion is very big. You'll feel satisfied with their services. The restaurant space is quite large. It's ok for a parties and meal.

Enjoyed a variety of small plates. The Brussels sprouts were amazing. I would highly recommend. I did not try the caviar that came with it. The pork was amazing as well.

Good restaurant great food wonderful services, it's not so good location but it's worth it.

All I can say is you have to order the Fried Pork Belly & Watermelon. My group of girls and I ordered a large variety of items on the menu (we were a bachelorette party) & the fried pork belly is all I remember from that meal. You have to eat it the way the chef recommends it. Both pieces in the mouth together. It like a flavor bomb in your mouth. It's the simplest way that I can describe my experience. Our table was in a high traffic area but we were made to feel important none the less. The food service was impeccable & each plate was described in detail. I also recommend pairing your meal with a glass of sake. Not sure when I'll visit Miami but I know where I will be making a stop at.

We had such an incredible experience staying here from check-in to check-out. It was first class. Nobu really values the client and wants your return business and you can tell by how they really go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. They allowed us to check in (very) early, on them, which was pleasantly surprising. We initially booked a resort view, but ended up with an ocean view upgrade. The beach was incredible and very well kept. The service at the beach was unparalleled. They were always making sure we had anything we needed and wanted. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast buffet was incredible and there were tons of options. As a luxury resort, it was very kid friendly and they made sure our 2 year old had a blast, as well. We’ve stayed at other area hotels such as the Fontainebleau and the Setai, etc, but we have found a new home at Nobu for return visits. Can not wait to come back! Thanks for a great vacation.

The price is double or triple the normal sushi dining experience but the quality, the presentation and pretty much everything that comes out from the kitchen is super delicious. Very good restaurant to spend some extra cash.

Great food for you seafood lovers! Atmosphere is okay and kind of dark but the service is amazing and the prices are good.

Don't believe the hype. I was hoping for a great culinary experience and growing up in NY, living in Atlanta and traveling extensively throughout Europe has provided me with the ability to identify a truly worthwhile experience. Sadly Nobu is not!

This place is overrated & expensive but not upscale. Gun alley shooters dining here saw even people play cards on the table. The sushi fish was old and everything was overall extremely seasoned as if they're hiding something. I think even I got food poisoned. Service people are kind but bugging with their questions constantly. There are better places with real upscale options. I would be careful restaurants in hotels and managed by them instead of private owners.

Located inside Eden Rock hotel It was so amazing and refreshingly not that expensive. Maybe experiencing this type of restaurant for your first time the menu could be quite overwhelming but nevertheless our server was so helpful with all of the information that he gave us about the dishes. We gathered I food and was served traditional NoBu style. Not only was it delicious and flavorful each dish left us wanting the next dish. On top of that it was my friends birthday they help take care of cupcakes and her plating. All in all I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant and cannot wait to come back. Black miso was the most popular item and for good reason however the Nobu at Atlantis Bahamas and Vegad was better. All in all, kinda disappointed with the Miami location as a whole. Staff was nice and service was good but the sushi was not the quality I expect from a Nobu.

This was my first time ever at a Nobu establishment. I am sushi obsessed and love Japanese cuisine. I can only describe my experience at Nobu as spiritual. The food was absolutely amazing, everything I had hoped for and more. The service was exceptional as well. The restaurant was a little bit loud for my taste but the overall experience has left me wanting more, and more and more!

Delicious! I love breakfast food and this one hit it out of the park. Sat in the sunroom with beautiful lighting. Eggs Benedict was amazing. Freshly squeezed juices served only. Waiter was very attentive and filled up drinks throughout. Expensive but worth it. Located inside the Eden Roc hotel in Miami.

This Asian fusion restaurant has everything. The Ambiance and food are well paired in the chefs make mind-blowing cuisine that is completely unforgettable. You can go in for a simple lunch for a fairly reasonable price (not cheap by any means) or walk out after spending hundreds on a huge 7 course meal. If you are a curious and adventurous eater, take an opportunity to check out Nubu Miami. You won't forget or regret it.

The one in New York City is so much better. I live for the blackened sea bass. All else is average. Decor is beautiful.

I ain’t never been here before but check this out. I heard from a friend that her cousins uncles best friend’s niece had to order McDonald’s afterwards because she left this place still hungry. Y’all gotta do better. Like fr.

Incomparable have been a few days of a wonderful experience at this hotel, the location is fantastic 20 minutes from the airport and in a quiet area of Collins Avenue in front of the river and a few steps from the beach which is accessed from the hotel privately going through Its four amazing pools. SPA perfectly decorated to get an atmosphere of inevitable relaxation, its very spacious rooms and a huge bed! With all kinds of details and modern technology. A restoration that comes to transmit new flavors unknown fruit of fusion-preparation of exquisite products… do not comment on details because you have to live it to feel it. An exquisite stay in which above all would highlight his staff, I explain: I know some of their names but it would not be fair to appoint a few, each of the professionals with what I tried only and I can say that they are unlived to make your stay inolv perforations.

Excellent service, there was not one suggestion the waiter made that wasn't amazing. The variety of food was extensive, and the atmosphere was second to none. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing experience. A true explosion of the taste buds. You will not be disappointed if you like to try new things. Just be prepared to spend over $400. Let the server take the wheel ;)

Once in a lifetime experience here. Food and service was impeccable. Ate mostly off of the Miami-location-only menu, and it was some of the best food I've ever had. I almost licked my plate after eating a Sea Bass and truffle special, and the waiter saw me savoring the last little pieces in the sauce, and said "let me bring you some sticky rice". Like I said, impeccable service.

We were technically booked at Eden Roc but placed in a NOBU room.
Really enjoyed our stay, and if this rating were only with regards to the staff, it would be a full 5 stars. However, for the room rate charged, I do expect everything to be tip-top in such a nice hotel. In our own room, our shower door did not close properly, making for sopping wet towels on the floor to keep it safe, the curtains in our room were pretty dirty, no flat sheets on the bed (so we slept with a comforter or nothing on top of the fitted sheet), no pillow options other than super soft (I'm a side sleeper and super soft hurts side sleepers) there was peeling wall paper in the hall, and we had to hunt down a supposedly non-existent ice machine on the 4th floor in a storage closet. I'm not trying to be picky, but this is all Hampton Inn league issues you don't expect at a nice place. Would I stay here again? Yes, but more because of how well the staff treated us (inside and out on the beach or pool) than the niceness of the hotel. Also, I didn't care for the crazy pricing on food/drinks, like $6 for an 8oz bottle of Coke (plus service fee of 18%) if ordered in the wrong section of the property. That's silly even at Ruth's Chris or any level of restaurant even in Miami or NYC.
The good side of things: The view was top notch. The grounds are perfect outside. The patio furniture, although missing any cushions, was nice and large enough to enjoy sitting outside.

Beautiful and elegant. Every bite was magical. Waiter was the best I have ever had. His passion about the food when we asked for recommendations was infectious. Cool and sexy vibe. Muchos compliments to the chefs, the waiters and the hostess. Wonderful experience.

This Sushi is other level good. The waiter we had was great. When I was struggling to figure out what to order he asked, "what do you like? " I told him and he took it from there and brought me an amazing selection of sushi and sashimi. Great service and excellent food.
