Luxurious, convenient I loved this place! The owner and his staff were present and available! From the moment we got to the property he had someone there to make sure we had everything that we needed. The apartment was clean, and even though the furniture was white it was very well maintained. This place looked even better than picture can show! The clean modern look was inspiring. You don't need to bring anything to be comfortable. There is a grocery store and shopping LITERALLY 2 blocks away. And the beach is just a 20 mins walk away or accessible via Lyft or Uber for under $2. There is a LARGE liquor store around the corner. There were even trails to walk and run. I was able to relax when I wanted to join the party when I was in the mood for that! I loved it! I got the best of both worlds!
I book my reservation through Booking. Com on March 1st. The company sent a message on April 13th stating they was having trouble charging my card for one day (check in date was May 17th with free cancellation and no payment). The messenger also stated he will try it the next day (i have proof of the conversations). I called the company to see why they wasn't accepting my card. The company stated they don't accept debit cards. At the time, I wasn't aware they didn't accept debit card. I didn't want to wait for the next day. I wanted to take care it instantly. I informed the guy, I will updated my card to my major credit card as soon as I get off the phone with him. He stated okay. After getting off the phone with him, he cancel my reservation. I attempted to call him back to see why he cancel my reservation, he didn't answer the phone. The guy didn't give me a chance to update my card. I'm very upset. This was unprofessional. I attempted to rebook the reservation (2 mins later) with my major credit, but they was sold out. HOW? This incident is causing me to pay $400 extra funds due to me having to book to another hotel at the last minute and it's far from where I need to be. I believe this company or the employee was racist (black voice). There's no other reason for him to cancel me. I contacted booking. Com to have them to check into it, they called the company, the company claim they tried the new card and it wouldn't work.
