Best concierge service out there. Mickey has been a concierge in south Florida for over 20 years and knows this town!

Disappointed with reservation service. Booked two rooms and paid in full. When I called this morning they had no reference of the booking. I’ve asked for a refund and they offered me breakfast. Unacceptable still have not received my refund.

I loved those deserts/daily treats and coffee in the room. Wooden floor was always clean. Exceptional service at the pool; cream and iced water are provided. Daily yoga classes, free meditation hours, spa area for free of charge if you stay at the hotel. I will definitely coming back again. We loved it!

Amazing experience and customer service — I’d recommend Faena to everyone looking for an amazing experience! Beach front, amenities, 5 star service

The moment you walk in there’s a sense of magic. Exploring through this place is unusual and delightful. Wonderful decor and intriguing art inspires the senses.

Beautiful building, beautiful rooms, very good restaurant, nice staff! What else would you expect from such a place?!

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff.
Our ocean view is fantastic and the room is so comfy and very nice!

Went to Living Room second time in a week! Great music and atmosphere, beautiful people. Prices are steep but more annoying is their reception: for some reason they keep losing the reservations and finding them. A bit of a joke!

Dijana B.

Excellent service, food, drinks, ambiance. Loved it.

Unbelievable experience. Strongly recommend staying at this lovely property. The service was just immaculate and the quality is beyond what we expected. Mohamed, Jose and the rest of the staff were extremely welcoming and ensured that everything was properly looked after through out our stay - an easy 5 star to give.

Top hotel in Miami. High level quality and finesse. The art is amazing. The service is incredible and all of the locations/rooms are exquisite. Foodie heaven!

I had been dying to stay at this hotel and we finally had the opportunity for our anniversary. First, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Every detail just feels like you are staying in a museum. Even the smell of the hotel is heavenly. Of course the mammoth statue is breathtaking. Every single member of the staff was friendly and provided exceptional service. Especially the butler (I think his name was Juan. I really wish I could remember to give him extra kuddos). They actually broke a bottle of our cheap wine by accident carrying in our bags but they insisted on making it up by giving us a new bottle that was sold at the hotel for 20x what me paid (yes really). We honesty wouldn’t have even been upset. I mean, accidents happen but thank you for the wine regardless. We loved it! Now to the room, gorgeous view. Cute balcony. Loved the soaking tub and large shower and the heated toilet seats (always always love seats that heat my bum). Bed was so comfy and the room service breakfast was delicious. (Highly recommend the breakfast burrito). We were lucky that our stay landed in the middle of Miami spa month. We had the most relaxing, romantic day in the co-ed facility before our couple’s massage. (The room for the massage was absolutely gorgeous. I almost was tempted to skip the massage and just stare out the window at the ocean). I could go and and on about how perfect the Faena was and how much they made our anniversary special. I can’t wait to be back.

Exceptional service and beautiful hotel. The bar is great, attracting a more sophisticated crowd. There is live music and seating can be limited. The rooms are very nice especially the ones with bathtubs and they have good amenities with bath salts. The toilets were some of the nicest I've seen with heated seats toilet cover motion sensors and spray jets. I would highly recommend.

Sherrell S.

We were there for a Father's Day buffet. There were 18 in our party. The Food was delicious. The dessert bar a huge hit. Looking forward to our next event there. The atmosphere was incredible and the staff were very attentive

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a luxury hotel. Even after reporting the problems, no one including management seemed to care. At check in we sat and waited while only one person serviced incoming guests. The line was backing up. Ridiculous. I reserved and paid for an oceanfront room and was given an ocean view room (same class but not oceanfront). I requested they honor my original reservation. They moved me to the "last" ocean front room they said they had open. The air conditioning did not work in the "last" ocean front room they moved me to. So despite the fact I spent extra money for an ocean front room they only had one left and one that did not have good air conditioning. They sent engineering and engineering could not fix it. The engineer said he would tell the hotel manager to call me. He did not. So I had to call him. Room service was very expensive for what they delivered versus other similar class hotels and frankly it was not that good. Certainly not worth the cost of what was delivered. The person who delivered had an attitude because I would not add an additional tip on top of the 18% delivery/tip charge that they did charge on top of another $5 for service charge. Room cleaning service was horrific. They did not clean my room until after 4 p. M. Because they were so late one night (about 4:40 p. M. ) I told them to come back in at 7 pm because I needed to rest. They came back at 6 p. M. And woke me up. They disregarded my instructions.

It's a really nice high class hotel, we enjoyed our stay there. The room was really nice and the house keeping did a great job. When staying at the hotel beach the staff is attentive and brings you things and snacks to try. It was a really relaxing stay. The gym is small but well equipped. Unfortunately, I couldn't try the SPA but I will do that during my next stay there.

Spectacular, an incredible experience. If for a day, a night, a weekend this is an incomparable visual experience. Upon entering the Hotel with the Juan Gatti murals from ceiling to floor with the exquisite gold columns, then into the garden passing the outdoor bar with the incredible tile work that reminded me of Positano Italy… straight forward to the incredible larger than life Damian Hirst Gold plated Dinosaur… it is a feast for the senses this Hotel. Los Fuegos was delicious for lunch! Having traveled all over the world and being a person who loves incredible Hotels, this is by far one of the best I feel in Miami Beach. And the staff was also incredible, knowledgeable about all to do with the Faena! I highly recommend this beautiful Hotel!

Elizabeth M.

First time staying at Faena and I thought it was fabulous! The suite was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly but weren't all on the same page, we got different answers multiple times for questions we had, but one of them could have been a new employee. The pool is wonderful and the staff is so attentive! Rian took such good care of us, and was just a ray of sunshine with his personality! (he needs a raise! ) The food and drinks at the pool was a liitle overpriced but really good. Pao, the restaurant on the premise is outstanding! From start to end it's 5 stars! The bartenders are master's at their craft and the service is so on point. Chris, our server was so knowledgeable of the background of the chef and the food! The food was just out of this world and I highly recommend this experience! All in all I would definetly stay at Faena the next time in Miami, I had a wonderful time!

Roberto G. A.

Great place all around. Its a bit hard to navigate around if your use to big open hotels. But again Spa fabulous food fabulous and the living room is a great spot with old school singers. Great place for a date.

Trevon H.

Faena (Forum) is a pretty chic event venue located directly across the street from the hotel. I sing for private events and ha d the chance to experience Faena at the Miami Magazine Anniversary party. Beautiful place, spacious, different, small atrium (rounded) area. Check it out. They host free event and public events as well (like skate parties on certain weekends) so if you're in Miami, look them up.

Roshni P.

Had brunch at Veranda in this hotel and it was amazing. The food was great and the staff was very professional. I will definitely be visiting again.

Stanislav K.

One of the Best places to stay in Miami Beach. Offers nice environment for fine dining, large rooms. Conveniently located on the beach. Beautiful lobby interior and throughout the hotel. Very modern distinguished place to stay, many things to remember, and come back to. Lounge is often very interactive, and lively and offers DJ music, good for socializing, and unwind after a long day. Faena creates great "aftertaste" and great memories. Looking for a good experience — consider Faena as one of your top choices.

Javier M.

Rather pretentious luxury Hotel that includes a golden elephant skeleton in the garden, signed Demin Hertch

Divine the hotel, and excellent restaurants. I loved the sophistication in their facilities.

Ac P.

Terrible. This is not a five star hotel — 3 at best. Barely any staff to assist with luggage, reception desk people are rude and unhelpful, porters never turn up, rooms don't get serviced and when asked they didn't — this wasn't just one room this was five rooms between a family of eight. When promised to move rooms, no response and blamed the guests for not further enquiring a few days later. No where to have a quiet areas to have a drink and bar is too loud. The general manager was awful and unsympathetic. The restaurants were amazing — worth going to. The gym and spa were also great! In summary, for how much you're paying stay somewhere else

Anthony G.

Very nice, great service, along with greet food. It has something for the whole family, would definitely stay again, a lot of free parking, and convenient spot around great restaurants. 5 stars!

Mitch S.

One of, if not THE, most spectacular hotels in Miami Beach and the world. The food, service, environment, ambiance, architecture, decorations, entertainment, attention to detail and art are impeccable. The spa looks beautiful and with the people from Miami Life Center, the yoga offerings are the very best. They also frequently are so kind, opening their doors to the community with top notch, and often free, art events. What an incredible contribution to MB! Thank you!

Ra S.

Beautiful hotel: clean, uniquely decorated, delicious breakfast, and great exercise room. The service however was not 5 Star. We had to lug our bags around ourselves. And the lobby can get quite sloppy at night with the crowds from the bars. All around great hotel and experience.

Antonio N. A.

The hotel is simply spectacular. It is a luxury hotel, but luxurious with an exquisite taste for the aesthetic and the beautiful. Not everything does the money, you also have to have good taste and surround yourself with artist people to achieve a hotel of this great level. —

Jordan H.

Incredible facilities. Probably the most beautiful hotel I've walked into. You're gonna pay for this level of luxury though. $23. 00 Margaritas get to be a bit prohibitive… Still, it's worth the experience.

Ignacio C.

Excellent location with exit to the beach. The facilities are great with lots of variety and good taste. Lots of music and night atmosphere.

Aman D.

Had an amazing dinner at Pao, drinks at the outdoor lobby bar, and a night out in the club / lounge downstairs. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city, and I'll be back again.

Dan F

This property was unbelievable, definitely my favorite in Miami, rich with very unique art. The restauranta are absolutely amazing too. Not what I was expecting at all. Not your typical Miami luxury hotel, this place is on another level. It's like you've stepped into a world where Wes Anderson meets Kipling.

Sean M

Went to restaurant PAO, short menu so beware. But the food was fantastic. The short rib cooked for 72 hours sous vide, then smoked and seared is life changing!

Tanya M.

Faena is always entertaining. Regardless if you stay there or not. The vibe is excellent, and so are the restaurants. They do shows in the hotel. I saw a cabaret show that was really fun and entertaining. I also went to Premier for Steve Madden. There is a Damien Hurst Gold Mammoth outside in a glass box that truly is a must see. Overall the Hotel is great. I haven't stayed there but can't imagine it not to be fabulous

Wendy N.

Very upscale. Exquisite place to visit and have a great time with friends. Great ambiance. Top place to visit in Miami Beach.

Sunny S.

Magnificent Decor, A visual beauty, great ambience, food very good, service excellent. Definitely worth the experience and will do it again.

Edouard S. P.

High Class hotel. They remodeled the building. It's Gorgeous. There's also a club atnthe hotel. Amazing staff.

E. T. C.

The bar is SPECTACULAR! I can't recommend a visit highly enough. Go there and you will be thinking and talking about it for months and even years.

Peter G

Stunning lobby, great bar in patio area open to ocean. What I saw deserves 5 stars, but since I'm grading the entire hotel, which I didn't see, I give more than half the available stars. I'm sure they deserve all five.

Salvatore L.

Superb atmosphere and great food, ideal place to stay and enjoy a dinner with friends. A pity for the mammoth, which should be illuminated in the evening …

Malyssa A.

Fantastic rooms, view, and service. We ate at 2 of the restaurants, and the food was phenomenal. Pool was nice. The art and building itself are so cool. The golden elephant is pretty nifty too.

Corey M.

Hottest place to stay in South Beach, Miami. Staff is so friendly and professional, restaurants are some of the best in the area, and the rooms and facilities are pretty unreal.

Pål V.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, and high level of service. We missed information about the hotel, and what they offered. We also got confused about changing menus in the lunch area. We willrecommend this place to anyone who do not need to stay in the middle of south Beach.

Mariana J.

It Has An Amazing View In The Back And Their Pool Is So Sexy And The Antique Bones Of A Mammal

Ryan C.

I travel for work so I spend 150 days a year in top hotels around the world and this hotel has the best service I have ever experienced. The staff is always attentive, super helpful and consistently went above and beyond. The rooms are elegant, the food is very high end but not pretentious and the location is great to enjoy Miami beach with easy access to SoBe for some nightlife. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for a classy and comfortable time in Miami beach.

Bakersfeld M

5 star amenities. Excellent food. Above the rest. No more to say.

Jean F.

Faena hotel is this best hotel too live there service greatlyFaena his personality hotel for each person been seen thanks

Arturo M.

We were alone for dinner in the fires, but the truth is a beautiful hotel

Littlemiss L.

They lost two boxes that arrived to the hotel under my name. In stead of helping me they kept saying they hadnt received them when I had the ups confirmation signed by someone from the staff. They were even rude saying I should track my own packages inside the hotel. They found them a week after saying there was nothing written on them with my name. Too expensive for these kind of things to happen.

Jonas B.

Faena captures the art deco spirit of Miami at its peak. Gorgeous rooms, incredible restaurants (esp Pao), and some very cool bars with live music to explore. Oh yeah, you can even take a picture with a gold mammoth.

Brenda W.

I had high hopes for this hotel and it absolutely did not disappoint. It is truly a beautiful place with very high standards of service and attention to detail. A special mention to Nicole for her attention and suggestion to visit the Art District (which was fabulous).

Erin B.

Attend the Faena for the AIA hospitality awards event. Great venue, great service, great food. We really enjoyed the event and look forward to exploring the hotel and spa.

Diego F.

Malisimo, I do not like (full of trolls)

Elisa N.

It's more of the same, it's a chore. Is opposite the design center they said had been inaugurated and it's a real empty shell

Julio M.

Great hotel, nice views and friendly staff. Only downfall was with the valet staff. One of the members of my group got too intoxicated and we needed assistance helping him up the total the room. Instead of offering assistance 2 of the valets took their cellphones out and started recording my passed out friend.

Scott P.

“Impeccable boutique hotel” The moment I walked into the hotel, I was in love. The signature scent is gorgeous. The hotel is sexy and beautiful. The art is sophisticated and the service is on point. My husband and I stayed for 6 glorious days. It was really a vacation. One of the best.

Kevin M

This place is magical. The lobby, the backyard with gold leaf mammoth, and the multiple bars/lounges in the building are all excellent. I went to a bar on the lobby floor that felt like I went back into time in the 50s with its ambience, decor and music — felt like walking into a movie set. Then I went downstairs to the lounge with felt equally the same (it doesn't have a name, and guest list primarily). The bars and lounges in this hotel are what speakeasy bars/lounges try to emulate but will never achieve.

Claudia T.

Very angry we wanted to drink something and we were done with education … the minimum table was USD 500 … very elegant

Enrique M.

Beautiful Hotel, went to have dinner and some drinks. Great place to have a night out. They have a bar called Saxony on the ground level, excellent.

Seth B.

Beautiful hotel. Was there for an event in the theater, so I did not get to see a room. But the parts I did see were nice.

Ilan S.

It's one of the best hotels I have ever visited in miami, the decoration it's extremely charming and the staff really friendly. They have beautiful restaurants inside too. Thank you so much for a great experience. And thank you to the manager Hugo for a great service too! PD: Don't forget to check out the gold Mammoth!

Mohd A.

I don't know why this hotel was rated 4. 5. I only gave it two stars because of the lovely design of the room and their check in process. Other than that our experience wasn't good starting with their Buttler up to their check out

Alexandre M.

Went for the Miami Spice dinner special. Ambiance was excellent, inside and out. The service was incredibly attentive and helpful. Food was good, but nothing truly amazing, and a little too rich. Could have used something to cut it, but still very decent. $300 for two gin and tonics, dinner, wine flight, beer, and two coffees. Not the best meal I've ever had, but very passable for the price.

Heinrich S.

Phenomenal! Stayed at the Faena Miami for a weekend, in a the junior suite. The customer service is absolutely top-notch: we were greeted as we arrived, given a quick tour, and then sat down with the experience manager. I would recommend room service at least once, especially if you have a room with a balcony. My favourite drink was the Faena Spritz, and my companion's was the House One! Los Fuegos and Pao are both blissful restaurants. There is quite a number of things to do around the hotel such as sitting by the pool area, or smoking/drinking on any of the terraces — swimming in the ocean, which is within walking distance. If you are looking for a luxuriously tasteful and soothing getaway, try the Faena!

Leonor U.

Excellent attention and delicious food.
For the person who attended PESY thousands of congratulations

Champagne S.

The Faena was gorgeous. I went to get my hair done at the hair spa. Ask for Emiliano, he is absolutely genius. What a gem to have a hairdresser so skilled and so incredible in Miami Beach that has worked in Italy and NY for many years. I work in the beauty industry and have had my hair done many times before by many people. Noone comes close! Thank you Emiliano! You make me feel so beautiful.

Monika F.

Although I was not a guest of this Hotel. I was allowed to look at it for me and it is a dream. And it has me very intrigued.
