Beautiful view great valet service.

It was our 1st time in Miami & thank God we decided to stay in AC Hotel Miami Beach. The staff was amazing, the location is perfect & 2 mins across the street walking distance from the beach. Our room was so clean, big & beautiful especially our huge balcony w/ impeccable view of the Ocean. We will definitely come back again.

Roof top bar and pool are phenomenal! Bar staff stellar. Housekeeping amazing!

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the rain shower was a nice surprise. My only compliant is the $25 amenities fee. I wouldn't have noticed if that cost were baked into the nightly room rate. Having to pay that fee separately and on arrival was a huge inconvenience that distracts from an otherwise excellent hotel experience.

You get what you pay for? Nope. Great rooms, amazing staff. Stayed 3 nights 4 days and I was honestly satisfied with my stay. Pool was small but the view was good. An infinity almost like pool on the roof was the best.

Hotel is perfect for holidays on South Beach and also for conferences. The hotel is perfectly located for shopping in the Art Deco district, all the bars and clubs along the beach and for spending time on the beach itself. The facilities are good, the spa is well equipped with very well trained and attentive staff.

I would love to give this place five stars because our experience here was extraordinary. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Drinks and food in the bar were amazing. I'm not a gin lover, but the drinks that Sabrina was making were awesome! Food was exceptionally good! The pool on the roof had a great view and was so relaxing. Loved the pool on the roof! The rooms though were not so good. Not sure why Marriott is changing their rooms. It felt so cold and institutionalized and not warm and welcoming like they used to be.

The rooms are very fancy and the view is absolutely beautiful. It is walking distance to the beach and local shops. The one thing I loved was the rooftop pool, it is to die for!

I stayed here on a business trip about 5 months earlier and was really pleased with the hotel and the staff. So when I took my family on vacation, this was an obvious choice for me. I checked in with the mobile app and when we arrived at the hotel, everything was ready for us. Just needed to show my ID and get the key. While I was checking in another staff member though they recognized me from an earlier stay and remember some of the business details. Not sure how she would remember me since she was not the one helping us or looking at my information, but either way felt good they remembered me. During the stay the every staff member we came across was super nice and attentive. They talked directly to my son as if he was an adult and made him feel at home. Room was very clean and a great atmosphere. My wife could not get over how great the lobby smelled with their signature aroma. At night and after the beach, we had to go to the pool because somehow kids have endless energy. Pool was not bad, but way to hot in my opinion. The temp was not much cooler than a hot tub. If they were going to have it that hot, why not just have a separate hot tub. Not a fan of the European inspired breakfast, but there is a Starbuck outside the lobby. A Subway restaurant, liquor store & grocery store a block away. As for restaurants, there are a ton to choose from within walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was better than I thought, the rooms are clean, upgraded and big. The staff are all friendly and very welcoming the only down side to this hotel is the pool isn’t big enough and the parking. They charge $42 a night for parking that’s ridiculous.

I normally don't rate or write a review for anything, but I feel the need to tell people my experience. Let me start off with the staff… Everybody was great and helpful, especially Scarlett. She was amazing! She made us feel so welcome and helped us plan for every activity we wanted to do while in Miami. Not only is the staff awesome, there is also a lot to do around the hotel. Sure, it's not next to the beach, but it's just down the street. The hotel even provides you with towels and lounge chairs for the beach AND you don't pay the extra $100 per night (lol). The hotel its self is really nice inside too. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Miami beach for the weekend or even a whole week. Ask for Scarlett and she will direct you to the best options around and near by. If I could rate this hotel 10 stars, I would. That's how pleased we were.

Infinity pool is only recommended, great service.

Room was clean and modern. Parking is outrageous. Staff was definitely not "on top of it. " They charged my fiance's card full room cost even though I had already paid in full online through a third party. He was only supposed to be paying resort fee. Staff offered a free drink by the pool for our trouble. Led us up there And told server to take care of us. He disappeared and never took our order. Not impressed.

My husband is a frequent business user of the Marriott chain and we've had the pleasure of staying at many of them. I really liked this boutique, modern yet minimalist decor and comfort! The earthy yet crisp look was simple and clean. The rooms are clean and has every need met. A fridge and free water bottles every day. Along with an amazing up to date gym equipment, bike use, transportation nearby and a Starbucks right below, allowed for a variety of possibilities to make our stay convenient. I particularly like the wooden floors and hypoallergenic bedding due to my own requirements… comfy bed btw. Staff was great! Would definitely stay here again! P. S. There was no heavy perfume in the main lobby as per previous review in our 6 night stay… must have been a vacationer at that time.

Don't believe Marriott's lowest price guarantee. After finding this place on Kayak at a great price, I was talked into booking through a Marriott agent when I called to ask a few questions about the property. The price she quoted was so much higher that I thought I had the wrong hotel. She said it was better to book through her because their lowest price guarantee would make it 25% less than the lowest price that I found. I submitted two different prices found on Kayak that there significantly lower as part of trying to meet their lowest price requirements. They denied my request (I guess I shouldn't be surprised) and now the price has jumped on those other sites. Classic bait and switch. Buyer beware!

Amazing staff, modern rooms walking distance to the beach. I stay in a lot of hotels, this is by far one of the best!

I would have given it five stars if it didn't stink so terribly. They had this cologne like air freshener that was so strong you felt sick sitting in the lobby. I'm NOT sensitive to scents. I quite enjoy perfume, scented candles and the like. This was really excessive and over the top.

Beautiful place. Very modern design. Lobby not very big but very nice, clean and sleek. One point. No drawers in the room. Guess part of the design. There are only hanging space.

I stopped by to have a drink and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I had a hot bartender who was so nice, Sabrina, and she made the best drinks! Highly recommended!

No room service. No dressers in the rooms and no closet. No cots or pull out couch. No good place to eat really. Soda is 7 dollars. You are only given one mini bottle of water per day but you have to pay a 20 dollar amenity fee even though there is basically no amenities. Pool is not great and there is no one there to serve you. Not much located around the hotel except for other hotels and a Starbucks. The beach is across the street. Customer service is very average sometimes they don't bring things when you request them. You have to call and ask again. Not impressed at all. Pick another hotel at the beach.

Clean and nice boutique hotel. Close to the beach and other shopping, good breakfast to start the day and an accommodating staff. Can't ask for much more in a hotel.

I liked it very much for its fantastic view on Colin Ave. It has a wonderful artistic cervicio, as well as an excellent service to its guests, and very good cleanliness and security. For those and other ceilings, I recommend it.

I was one of those stereotypical people that "stay in a hotel" so to speak. And I did this, at the AC Hotel. Throughout my stay I actually lost count of how many breaths I took within the walls of the establishment because they felt as though I was taking them unconsciously. Try experiencing that anywhere else I say! I also met several of the staff during my week or so and every last one of them was friendly and professional. I actually found myself looking forward to seeing them so I could continue some dumb joke we shared.

The hotel is nice and modern. Just be careful when you go down for breakfast. Is a buffet style breakfast and you get charge almost 20.00 for it. I would advise to go out instead of eating there. Since the buffet is nice but I don't believe is worth that much. You can get much more for that price elsewhere.

Care!, At this hotel on October 27th Mislaid a package that I PERSONALLY leave at the front desk to be delivered to UPS and have not yet given me a solution or a coherent explanation, I made sure that the package phone was there and now DISAPPEARED, no one Find and ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for this situation, a shame and disrespect to the guest.
Do not leave ANYTHING to ANYONE from reception in this place.
In addition, very little Spanish speaking staff at the reception and telephone service.

Friendly but slow check in. Not the best location, and limited amenities. However, I have to compliment the house keeping staff who not only did a great job, but went out of their way to help direct me to my room, and to the ice machine, and we're unexpectedly welcoming. The rooms are well appointed, as well.

Stopped into bar. Asked if it was open. Young lady said yes and got bartender from backroom. Took my order. Disappeared into backroom again. She appeared twice more asking if he'd ever waited on me. She went into backroom after both inquiries to tell him to get on with it, I would guess, but after 10 minutes, I gave up. I was the only customer in the bar, by the way. A small group walked in and sat at a table for a bit but kept looking for the hidden bartender and they, too, got up and left. Weird. How much effort is required to make a mojito. At a bar. In Miami.

Simple lobby, with super friendly staff. The room was minimalist, and exactly what's expected from an AC Hotel. Only stayed one night, but that one night was perfect. Additionally, Starbucks on main floor with the Miami Edition Hotel across the street.

They offer free bikes and beach chairs to the guests. The beach is just across the street from the hotel. There is also a really good bar on sight. Be aware they gratuity is included at the bar.

Great service people at the front desk worth it alone. Great views from the rooftop pool. Then there's a roof top platform that's huge and has places to sit and have fun. Also the location is great too.

I just arrived to this hotel 20 mins prior to writing this. I previously booked two double bed rooms in advance. However, I'm told no double rooms are available, and the most they can do is "upgrade" to a king size and a pull out sofa. So I flew to Miami to sleep on a couch. No compensation. Front desk tells me they don't have a manager. I ask the bar tender, and she goes and retrieves the manager. According to the hotel workers, other guest have the exact same problem and are in front of us for getting a room. They offered us $7 off of $25 valet. I don't know anything else about this hotel, but we are off to a horrible start. I couldn't be more disappointed in a hotel and so quickly. -Dr. Kindred.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are laid out very well and are comfortable. Front desk and bartender were incredibly helpful and kind to us.

Great service provided by staff. Welcoming and helpful. Room is great size comfortable clean and simple. The waterfall shower is amazing. Drinks at the bar are great,. Mixed well balanced and on par with great other cocktail bars. Breakfast was simple European style for the price it's not so great. Would highly recommend here to others.

Spacious standard room for 4 people. (Two queens). Room comes with two chair rentals on the beach. The beach was a 3 minute walk across the street. Friendly staff. The parking is valet only $40/night.

In Miami on business for a few days, hopped over to this hotel for weekend with my lady. Awesome hotel! Clean… the beach short walk away… shopping and dinner options near as well. Enjoyed the pool area. Also met with the General Manager and she really made us feel that we were appreciated during our stay. Will definitely make a return visit.

Amazing staff (ask for Clinton! ) and services! Highly recommended to anyone looking to stay in Miami. It is right by the beach and the rooftop pool has spectacular views. Overall we had a great experience during our stay here.

Good location, cleaning ladies could do a better job though, also it can be a bit noisy sometimes. Don't go there to get a good rest…

The hotel is great overall! Location is convenient depending on what you want to do. I rate it a four out of five for the following reasons. Valet parking is pricey in comparison to the others around ; it's equivalent to parking on the street. The rooms do not have enough storage, there are no drawers. There is a section to hang up clothes, so if you travel with hangers then you are set. I used the tables (2 long ones) as my drawers. There is no tub, but bathroom still looks fancy. There is a pool on the roof top, perfect for tanning! Only downfall is there is no bar next to it. If you want to have drinks you have to go downstairs to get it, and bring it up. However, there is a liquor store right across the street. They do not stop you from bringing whatever you like upstairs. With that said if the price is right, I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is optimal for going to the beach. It is one block away from the water. It is however an hour away from the airport by car. The lobby is welcoming, and quickly moves guests to the lounge and Bar. The aesthetic on the inside is classic and classy and modern but the exterior of the building is simple and unassuming. It matches well with the rest of the surrounding neighborhood in its simple exterior. The ground level at least. The facade of the building on higher levels is unique, and interesting to look at. Set against the backdrop of the surrounding plain buildings, this touch is lost in the similar color tones the fact that guests do not look up when entering the building. The hallways are well-kept, but there are no signs for orientation of ice machines. The rooms themselves are very modern and elegant. The standing shower is confusing however, because so much water splashes outside leaving the sink area wet and slippery. The bar service was very helpful and skilled leaving nothing I want. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is trying to go for the NYC boutique hotel. And it does what it sets out to do and fails as a good hotel. The hotel rooms are the size of a postage stamp. The rooms do not have bedside clocks. When I asked for one, they said they didn't have any because it doesn't go with the "motif of the hotel. " Really, I can't have a bedside clock? The room furnishing, attempting to for the boutique motif, really fail. The small walls are all the same drab color, no dresser, just a long shelf / desk along one wall (that is bolted down). No closet, just a rod with hangers on the wall. Parking is more expensive than any NY hotel I've ever stayed in. Save your money, go somewhere that cares and had a nice room.

This hotel was a great experience. The rooms were very nice and big. The hotel attendants were always willing to assist when needed. Also, it just seemed like this place was well taken care of. We also loved the convenience to the beach. However, there were not many restaurants within walking distance. The complementary perrier was very awesome also.

I had a reservation two days but by climate conditions had to modify reservation for single were the second day. Call three day in anticipation for the modification and the day of your stay please call to confirm before arriving and they told me that was my information for the stay. They eventually said that they found my stay and had a confusion but already was enrolled the room and informed would come to make check-in later.
We arrived late to the hotel like wings 1130, we deliver the car to the valet, and proceeded to the front desk. You return my license and I was informed that not had a reservation with my name. Then I give him my number am which was different from the original reservation and also informed me that there was a confusion but that the hotel did not have guests available. I had to call the Marriott company and had to stay waiting for 47 minutes to power that I delivered a room in this hotel. The delivered was less category that was reserved.
The operator of the front desk was not a bad person but wasn't much interested in helping to solve the problem.
The hotel is nice as well as the quarters. TVs has the ability to use apps installed to view Netflix or crackle if you would like to see something while in the room.
The experience that goes with the staff, I do not recommend the stay at this hotel at least that is a necessity.

Great customer service from check in to check out! Our front desk attendant, ARI, made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful birthday weekend in Miami. I appreciate all the AC team did for us. I will definitely be coming back to stay soon!

This is a new hotel in mid beach. One block away from the beach, easy access to and from the airport. The best thing about this hotel is the people who work here. Everyone I've encountered in the two times I've stayed here is incredibly friendly. They all go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. I have had the breakfast and it is good. Not badly priced compared to other hotels. Maybe the one knock is the lack of other businesses in the immediate area, but there are plenty of everything a short distance away.
