Terrible service! Ants they would not address, no lighting so don’t expect to do any make up. Slatted doors to the toilet which is like 12” from bed. Don’t use their shady overpriced parking garage!

I always love my Plymouth moments whether at the bar, pool or restaurants it’s quiet serene and well done.

Close to the beach! Great service. Close to many restaurantes and places to visit.

Comfortable, relaxing location. A couple blocks off of the busy streets. Beautiful pool area with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. All the employees are so friendly and helpful and truly care how your stay is. Private beach was fantastic. The morning breakfast at Orange Blossom was an unexpected surprise. The pool area can get a little loud at night, maybe bring ear plugs. 😊

My stay at the Plymouth was amazing! They were pet friendly and accommodated me in any way I needed. Ciara at the front desk was amazing! Hotel was clean and every staff member I came across was so helpful. Beautiful pool and the private section on the beach was helpful during COVID. I would recommend!

Absolutely no customer service. Tried calling to discuss cancelling or changing the date of our March 21 reservation and after three attempts, manager just said “I can’t hear you” and hung up, then wouldn’t pick the phone back up. We still wanted to stay, just change the date due to the virus. I guess they don’t mind if their customers are exposed! But I should mention, it’s pretty impressive that people that don’t know how to run a business are running a business.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The room was so trendy and pretty. There are lots of little extras, like an espresso machine in room, heavenly toiletries and a balcony over looking the pool to die for. The woman at the front desk was so incredibly helpful. They even brought us robes and slippers in the evening. Did I mention the moonlight yoga and sushi? I could go on and on. We will be back!

Hotel management and staff harassed me and my boyfriend throughout our stay bc they thought we were smoking in our room. After confirming that we were not smoking they informed us there would be a fine if there was trace of smoking in the room. We confirmed we were not smoking and were then informed by a maid that management ran into our room the second we stepped out to take pictures of our valuables and belongings. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed and unsafe in this environment. After confronting the manager about this incident she went on to first act like she didn’t know what we were talking about to then saying they were training staff n took pictures of the things they did wrong for improvement. However this is a lie bc the maid told us exactly which of our personal items were photographed. When we were checking out the manager radioed to have our room inspected and added an extra “check the minibar” and made us wait to check out. After finding no trace of smoking in the room she asked us if we used the sunscreen in the room. Clearly trolling to charge us extra for something. We weren’t charged for smoking bc we didn’t smoke however the way this was handled was very unprofessional and can’t help but feel like it is bc we were one of the only visible couples of color at this hotel.

It's a small boutique hotel, the rooms are a bit small, but perfect for couples. It has an outdoor pool which is open 24 hours, so yes you can take a dip in the pool at 2 in the morning … The only problem is that the pool is not heated, so as it gets chilly during the night the water is less warm than you would expect, I caught a cold after our 3 am swim, so just watch out for that. We also didn't like the breakfast buffet, there weren't a lot of options. But other than that it was perfect.

This hotel definitely lives up to the standards and expectations of Miami Beach. Whether you're visting with a loved one, friends or just by yourself, it will accommodate you to your complete satisfaction. The rooms are very clean and so is the rest of the hotel and the price is very competitive for it's location. I highly recommend!

What a fantastic experience. Of the many properties I visit, this has been one of my favorites. The leadership team has assembled a staff that is friendly, helpful, attentive and inviting to interact with. Can't wait to visit again, this time as a vacation to enjoy all the associated properties have to offer.

This is a wonderfully modern hotel with a cozy feel and friendly, gracious staff. The rooms and hotel itself are not huge, so if you don't mind a more intimate setting for your getaway, I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in South Beach. The bed in my King suite was so comfortable, and I didn't mind that my view overlooked a building renovation project on the street next to the hotel. (I didn't come to South Beach to sight-see from my hotel room! ) The hotel is two blocks from the beach, and a quick walk to Lincoln Road, and it is in a prime location for shopping, eating, and sightseeing.

A1 service from the curb to the room. Each employee has a different feel for the city if you are wondering where to visit, eat/drink, o chill. The Doormen helped us a find our new favorite restaurant in Miami. Great location. Close to Collins Avenue without being directly on Collins Avenue (crazy congested and crowded during the weekends… Being adjacent to it is a plus. Especially, when you are trying to relax by the pool) We found our new “Home away from Home” in Miami. Most definitely staying again soon.

Loved everything about this unique place. (the original decor : wallpapers, bar, pool. Is insane! ) It s so rare to find a vintage treasure like the Plymouth in 2018 & in Miami. I ‘m so glad the owners were able to preserve the authenticity of this hotel. The staff is amazing as well!. I wish you the best! I warmly recommend.

The Plymouth Hotel is by far the most charming and friendly place I have stayed. The staff is absolutely amazing and I have never experienced Hospitality as fine is this anywhere in the world. They have literally bent over backwards to meet our every need. Our room was absolutely beautiful, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I would like to personally thank Sussie at the front desk, she was very helpful in all aspects of our trip. I would also like to thank Tony for all of his help and recommendations. Thank you all for such an amazing trip.

Rooms small and comfortable, pool nice and quiet, prices are high but moderate considering the area.

Really great hotel experience. Friendly and fun staff. The pool is open 24 hours a day and the beach is about 4 blocks away, easy walk. The rooms are on the small side and the bathroom door is basically a wood blind, so it does not stop sound at all. Would stay again!

Close enough to where you should be out in Miami. The staff is amazing and certainly my favorite part of the hotel. For those of you that don't feel like walking a whole two blocks to the beach, there's a great pool to layout near or swim in. I wouldn't say this is a hotel you "must go to", however im confident that you will be very pleased that you did.

As it already being displayed 4.5 star hotel, it absolutely makes up for it. This hotel should rather be a 5 star hotel and from the looks of it, it will soon enough eventually because our stay was extremely pleasant with superb services, extremely friendly and courteous staff. Would definitely visit and book for this place again sometime in future. I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed. They’ve got fitness center, a pool inside the premise, a restaurant, quality food/service, absolutely clean and pleasant. It’s location is also a big plus because south beach is just 3 minute walking distance. Everything and anything is within walking distance here. 10/10!

Amazing hotel. Paola, Sussie and Giovanni at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, they went out of their way to make me feel at home. Rooms are very clean, stylish and bright. The hotel is in a quiet street but very close to the beach and within walking distance of all the fun. They also have a wonderful pool, open 24 hours and a private area in the beach. Can't wait to stay there again!

The Plymouth is clean, comfortable, and luxurious. We got a great rate on Hotel Tonight, otherwise it would have been out of our price range, but I'm so glad we were able to try it out. The bed is super comfy, the shower was amazing, and we didn't hear much hallway or street noise despite being right around the corner from the elevator and had a street facing window. The pool was perfect on a warm afternoon and the location was super close to Collins, the Beach, Lincoln Rd, the botanical garden and Holocaust memorial. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint at all is that the bathroom in our room was not very private — the door to the toilet had big, open wooden slats that don't mask any bathroom noises, nor is there much white noise from the fan. If you're super comfortable with your travel companion (s), it's not a big deal, but I can only imagine staying with anyone you're not very close with!

After a scam Airbnb, Plymouth was the only hotel in the region who accepted us the same day! You should stay at this hotel because it's the most welcoming! It was clean and relaxing, too! Paula and Gigi at the reception are the best, too! They welcomed us with a glass of wine! I loved it!

Very nice pity for the few furniture available to rest their belongings… breakfast was good but pity that it is not all-you-can-eat very nice the fact that the pool stays open until late evening… never crowded the bathroom door of the rooms is not the maximum P I would report something that gives the bathroom more insulation.

Omg this hotel/resort was the best. I absolutely hate hotel stays. This place my very best, I've been all over the world, enjoy traveling, forced to stay in hotels this has been my best hotel experience. The room was clean, comfotable and the staff was awesome. Staff is marvelous, superb service and super friendly! The hotel is extremely charmy and classy. It included continental breakfast, which was really good! And the pool was so good that we spent most of our time there instead of the beach (which is only a 5min walk away). Super recommend!

We were meant to be booked at South Beach Hotel, however due to issues following Irma were moved to Plymouth hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was great. The pool looked fantastic and the room was very comfortable and modern/clean. It's a shame we aren't staying longer!

Today I am spending my last night of an amazing three day, two night staycation with my family. After hurricane Irima passed thru Miami, you would have never known there was hurricane because this hotel was absolutely clean; comfortable; convenient to many great spots and restaurants; including on-site Blue Ribbon Sushi located in the hotel (which is delicious). The private pool view was so extremely inviting and the landscaping was top notch and so relaxing because there were no fallen palm trees or debris in my new secret Oasis!

Great service. Nice people. Lovely environment. It is a must. Had a delicious breakfast. The inside restaurant is great with fast service, delicious food and a really nice staff always ready to offer you that great experience you expect from a vacation.

Every staff member you meet is fantastic… the rooms are very nice. I would Def come back here. The concierge erasmo went above and beyond! Even the security is helpful!

We came to Miami for a long w'end warm weather winter get-away. Due to an early morning flight, we arrived at the hotel well before check-in. The hotel staff was very accommodating, storing our luggage, offering us beverages and ultimately having our room available well before the appointed time. The location is ideal… just 2 blocks from middle of main thoroughfare Collins Ave. With restaurants, transportation, shopping, etc. And less than a mile walk to Ocean Ave. With even more choices. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, stylish and light. Very nice patio pool with poolside and indoor dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommend Blue Ribbon Sushi in the evening. All staff throughout hotel and restaurant were very friendly and attentive. A great place to stay!
