I'm so thankful for the hotel clerk, Jan, because she worked it out to get me and my family rooms on short notice. Exceptional customer service and room's at a great price.

Our experience at this Holiday Inn was amazing. I enjoyed the warm hospitality from the staff as well as the manager. Rena was very accommodating to our group. She was very friendly and she made sure our stay was comfortable.
Estephanie, Joseph, Micheal, Jan & the gentleman from Louisiana were a breath of fresh air. Each day we were greeted with welcoming smiles.
This by far has been my greatest experience with IHG Hotels. Awesome job guys!

Everyone was so kind here and accommodating. They did everything they could to make us comfortable. My pet was sick during our stay and getting treatments at SEVOmed. She ended up passing away and they were very nice when we had to check out early.

Very clean, pleasant room. Joseph at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I will be staying here again first time here I drive a truck and sometimes we have to stay up here in Jacksonville for the port the next morning I walked in and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice knows his job and answered all me questions. Thank you for the warm welcome.

Great hotel. We came with a fairly large soccer team and the facilities and staff were perfect. They have a large breakfast area that the staff let us use to host team meals. The staff was very understanding. Rooms and lobby were always clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Hotel is on a busy exit of I-295 but we found it ideally located for our soccer event. Front desk clerk, Joseph, deserves a raise.

A very nice place to stay in the area. They have the best beds! Nice and spacious. Staff is great … it’s close to a few stores and the interstate. It’s easy to get in and out of. I have stayed here several times, the last few years, and it’s always nice.

Friendly, clean, quiet, plenty of parking for large trailers. Food, gas and highway nearby. Exactly what I want in a hotel room. Could have saved $20 on competition nearby, but they are of unknown quality.

Rooms were nice, front desk staff friendly. Only issue I had was one of the cleaning staff, named Hannah, being rude, making rude comments avout guests and accused me of smelling of marijuana and I don't even smoke cigarettes. An unpleseant part of an otherwise plesant trip.

First I wwould like to say that is have never had a more friendly and helpful staff then at this hotel. Joanna and Joseph at the front desk where the best and definitely made my stay. On top of the the hotel was veabeauti and really clean. The king size bed I had was super comfortable and the pillow where amazing. No complaints from me at all!

An absolutely adorable room. The window lighting was an amazing feature (although I think this does tend to vary depending on the floor or room, so it may help to ask first). Fantastic housekeepers who went above and beyond to offer any assistance I needed and cared enough to give me personal advice on their experience with my being from out of town and areas/places to avoid! Loved the Sudsy (? ) Shop downstairs by the check-in desk. Their having a pack of NyQuil to sell, with the instant hot water readily available for a cup of tea at 2am, was a lifesaver! I can honestly say I've never been to such a well-stocked Holiday Inn Express. By far, the very best managed location, as an Express, that I have been to yet! Night staff was prompt and polite is making sure all my needs were met! Will be planning to stay at this location if my travel needs require being back in this area!

Nice overall. Great breakfast in the morning. Nice clean space, a bit out dated in decorations.

The room was clean, and the staff was willing to work with us when the water stopped working because of an outside plumbing issue. Pleasant stay.

Pleasantly surprised by our stay at holiday inn express Jax. Had a king bed which was very comfortable all 4 nights of our stay. I've never previously stayed at a HI and will def use them again. Breakfast was also great — 2 words… Pancake Maker! I've seen the waffle maker at plenty of places but never the pancake. Lobby and room was very clean and comfortable.

Renovated three years ago and still looks great. Customer service has always been 100% satisfactory and professional. Even though the building is next to 295, road noise is not a problem here (for me).

I have never stayed in a bad HIE, this one is no exception, it is older but is kept clean. It is one of the cheaper HIE options in the area and is in a good spot away from Jacksonville traffic.

It's a great hotel. The rooms are clean and very spacious. Bathrooms are also clean with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion included. They are also pet friendly which was really nice cause we got to bring our buddy with us.

Hurricane, everyone on edge. Might be better under normal circumstances. To be fair, you should only read places under normal circumstances & from people who stay here 2 or more visits.

Great hotel. Friendly, efficient, staff. Rooms immaculate. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices. Every thing was fresh, and presented in a very efficient manner. Will always stay in this location when visiting Jacksonville.

While the staff was really friendly and tried to be helpful unfortunately the air conditioner didn't work and the bed and bed sheets were never changed or made.

Do not stay in this hotel! They charge your credit card for wrong amounts then tell you it is your problem. This is the worst esablishment ever. They do nothing to help and then tell you it is your problem. I have had to file complaints then come back to my room and a bill and I'm checked out. NICE! Worst customer service ever!
