I love this room we are in with a jetted Tub and a king sized bed! Very nice room!

Sizeable room, no restaurant in hotel, no bar in hotel.

I attended the class today. It was the best. The instructor was on point and they threw the subject at hand. So please signed up for the class.

Everyone is very nice and accommodating, for sure we will be coming back in the future. Thanks for all and keep up the great work.

Nice room, $140$$$ no breakfast because the virus going around, I’m still very much alive and hungry.

We stayed Easter weekend with 5 special needs clients while we had work done on our home. It was wonderful! All the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The guys enjoyed the pool the most. Thank you to everyone who made our stay awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were only there for one night while we were traveling through Florida and it exceeded my expectations. The room itself was newly updated and very comfortable (the bed was super nice! ) The only issue we had in the room was our Keurig (coffe maker) was broken so we had to call the front desk to try to fix it and they couldn't. (But they continued to try until they couldn't anymore) Which this isn't really a problem but it was the only issue we had so I figured I'd talk about it. Everything else was great though. They also had a concession stand for late night snacking and it had tons of options, not just candy but options to make in the microwave. And I also would like to point out how wonderful their breakfast was. It was free and I was able to have cinnamon rolls, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and the list goes on and on. They give you lots of options and I think you are able to enjoy it from 8-11am maybe 10. It definitely changed my view on holiday inns. I haven't been to one in years and the last time I went they were dingy and only worth it because of the price but now I can say that's not the truth. Not only are they very priced but the hotel itself is renovated and enjoyable.

I'm very needy/spoiled and they kept up with me perfectly. Great staff and great facilities. That bed was cozy but the pillows OMG WHERE CAN I GET THOSE PILLOWS?

What a great place! Great salt water pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. Crystal was exceptional with everything from recommending places to eat to bringing up extra pillows. I would recommend this Inn to anyone who would like some peace and quiet. They also have a nice breakfast spread and good coffee.

Pretty standard hotel. Friendly staff, nice room, comfy beds, small pool and fitness room, allows pets. It didn't wow and amaze me, but I have no complaints about my stay, either. It was good.

Stayed here during a weekend visit to Rainbow Springs. The hotel is located near to a few restaurants and general shopping. The staff was very friendly and offered advice for activities at the springs. The rooms have recently been updated and overall the property was clean. My only complaint would be the musky/humidity of the room. To compensate there was a dehumidifier unit, which we ran continuously during our stay.

Started out well and just got worse! At about 9pm we started to watch a movie when we heard dripping and realized that there was a leak in the ceiling. After 4 attempts at calling the front desk they finally answered and we explained the situation. They said ok we will call someone. About 10 minuets later they called back and said they would move us to another room. Great I thought… went to the next room, opened the door and instead of a king sized bed there were two doubles. I then went to the front desk and explained the issue and was told sorry that’s all we have, but don’t worry we will comp your room for all the trouble. In the morning at check out the girl tells me I’m good to check out because I paid when I checked in. I then had to have them comp the room. They were just going to let me leave and charge me. Not impressed.

Very nice new updated hotel. The breakfast was good, nice clean beds and bedroom. Has a nice pool and fitness room. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Darrin and all the door staff are awesome and nice! Coming to the holiday inn at lecanto is like being welcome home by family. Michelle and agenda are awesome and helpful. Everything is so clean fun and happy what a great place.

Great stay. My family of 7 stayed here, room clean, staff friendly, pool refreshing, and the continental breakfast was wonderful. Darren at the front desk was very helpful in getting another family member a room at the last minute.

The hotel was renevated not too long ago and you can tell! The rooms were very clean and tidy! Darren at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Clay the maintenance man, made a point to ask if we were satisfied with our accommodations and if he could do anything to make our stay better. Reasonably priced and great hot breakfast! They had a nice sized pool as well. If you have children accompanying you, it is an excellent hotel. Free Wi-Fi!

Nope. That's all I have to say about this place. After 13 hours of traveling, we checked in expecting a room in good, working condition. Well let me tell you, this is not the place for you if you dare to set your expectations so high. The toilet came pre-clogged and the ONLY resolution offered was a plunger, which I could use myself. No apologies, no other room, no manager to speak with, no one of any help at all to speak with. Roberto at the front desk was utterly useless in all aspects of the word. Customer service is non-existent here, as is a working bathroom. One star is too generous for this place.

I was just there for a day and checked out the same day. The sheets on the bed had boo boo on them in the head of the bed. The lady that was working went and got more sheets to put on the bed. After the 3rd sheet she attempted to put on, and her noticing that they were dirty, I asked her to wash a set for me and my child. Almost 3 hours later, I packed and decided to check out. She came running to me (sheets were in the middle of the floor in this rolling basket, around 11:03pm and she took them to be washed around 8:20) and told me she was on her way up but she had to take care of other guests that made me feel like I nor my situation was important enough for her to take care of. I went off and left. I arrived at another location to spend the night but guess who's kid is now sad and maybe missing school tomorrow… This place has the potential to be great. It has a mini gym and places to chat your phone wireless. I recommend that you definitely bring a spray bottle with bleach if you plan on taking a bath over shower and your own sheets and pillows. Once you do all of that though, the price is definitely not worth it. Good luck!

This place was great. I was there because my grandma passed away. All my family stayed here and the staff was amazing. They let us use the conference room for all my family to spend time. They let us bring in food for all of us and watch football games together. Great staff and well cleaned location.

Rooms are recently remodeled and very nice But the staff is what makes this place better. I have never felt more welcome.

It was Christmas eve/ day. Staff was super nice and friendly. Breakfast was excellent as well. My only issue was our room was next to the elevator and it was loud enough to wake me up multiple times at night.

I had a great experience at this hotel. All new interior down to the blinds. Roxy rocked! She made sure I was totally satisfied. The breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here again.

Just an all around get stay! The bed was sooooo comfy and just as eye appealing! Hot Breakfast was my 2nd favorite! The men from the neighboring church being constructed next door were an added bonus and blessing! Very welcoming! Love Love Love Holiday Inn Express! although a bit on the highest side of my price range and can't usually stay often! Definitely a much needed rest and an awesome gift from my hospital angel!

Very clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet had good variety. Air conditioner was a little noisy but tolerable. Good value for the price we paid per night.

Clean beautiful Holiday Inn the rooms look like they were brand new and I'm told they're being renovated anyway the breakfast was wonderful the beds were clean and comfortable the carpet was magnificently cleaned. The front desk staff was welcoming warm and efficient. Darren was a plus to This Hiiliday Inn It was a wonderful stay I could not have asked for more.

Decent clean room, good breakfast bar, straightened up a room double-booking without any fuss.

Front desk had great customer service, this used to be our hotel we would book bi weekly when we travel there. They did a few up grades and the rooms went from 99 a night to 180-199 Its ridiculous, its a terrible thing to do, raise the prices for the same room and same service.

Pool was dirty but hotel staff is SUPER helpful. Room had a dirty duvet cover that was replaced. Everything else is clean and tidy!

Still here… the staff is Great! Front Desk, Housekeeping staff, Food Service, and Maintenance are the Best! The cleaniness, freshness, attention to the smallest detail are the fine points. Most importantly, the staff makes you feel like royalty.

The customer service at this location is phenomenal and the rooms are great. They have gone above and beyond to make our stay fantastic after we had a not so good experience at another local hotel chain. Mike and Darin had the perfect personality to make us feel at home and to get our vacation back on track!

The hotel I stayed in had a jet bathtub felt like Pretty Woman except for the prostitute part great place to go to.

The people are very friendly and very accomodating. Very cleanly maintained. Rooms feel very fresh and clean. Definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed in the first floor and it had high ceilings making it feel much more open and roomier.

The room was spacious, and very clean. I really enjoyed the jet tub, you have to specifically book for that. Very comfortable bed, with soft sheets. It was a nice area, we left our kayake on the Subaru and it was fine. About 20 minutes to Crystal Springs… I'd stay here again.

My husband dog and I had to get a room for a couple of weeks and everyone here has been so kind to us, we are both in wheelchairs and not just the maid named Tammy was awesome but so was Connie in the dining hall and also Cory at the front desk was awesome, I was crying for about a week due to some personal things going on but the people here made our stay UNREAL WONDERFUL, WE LOVE IT WE RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE EVEN WITH A DOG, THEY ARE SO AWESOME! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR THE LOVE YOU GAVE US DURING OUR STAY WITH YOU. Will be back when ever we can.

I recently stayed @ the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Inverness in Citrus County FL over the Thanksgiving Weekend and the facility was great. The hotel was clean, the staff were warm and on top of their game. The breakfast they offered had so much variety, and hot food & their rooms were spacious and modern. Loved it overall, I can't say that about too many things. I will most certainly come back there to stay while I hike the trails.

Everything was very clean and breakfast was amazing. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Located just down the road from several restaurants and stores.

THE BEST! All the comforts of home including Directv, VERY CLEAN, very comfortable beds and the best continental breakfast I've ever seen! I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

Staff was very accommodating and very friendly. Our room was very spacious and clean, unfortunately the beds were hard as rocks. We couldn't stay as long as we had planned because of the beds being so uncomfortable. The breakfast was typical fare for free but the milk each morning seemed to go sour quickly due to not staying cold.
