Place is renovated. Nice size room. Location is a bit secluted but the staff was great. I believe it was the owner. He went above and behind. Great experience.

The owner of this place is on point we been staying here for work. Look 5 guys we hung out outside in this one area of the hotel he made a dope chill out area. This place is nice.

Very nice rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Worth the 15 minute drive if you are visiting legoland.

Absolutely a great hotel for our family of 4. From the outside the building looks outdated however the room was beautiful, CLEAN, and updated! Definatley a hidden jem! It was only about 10 minutes to drive to Lego Land. If you need something simple yet classy this is your hotel! The staff was wonderful! Do not let the outside fool you. The staff showed us a room before we paid and we were sold! We paid $70 for the night! The location was secluded and quiet.

The proprietors of this hotel have really turned the place around. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the location is convenient to anything you'd be doing in the heat of Lake Wales. Would stay here again.

Everything was good. But in wall ac wqs not that good. We were sweating most of the night.

Obviously recently remodeled. Very clean room. Bathroom a little too small with no counter space but good shower and water pressure. Convenient parking right in front of room. Decent value.

I was hesitant staying here due to the reviews. My origional reservation was for "prince of wales" The guy let me choose the room I wanted. I have two dogs and he mentioned he had bigger rooms. He let me see prince of wales room and budget inn rooms. They both looked the exact same other then budget inn rooms were little bigger. Their all newly upgraded rooms and super clean. Wooden floors. Everything you need in bathroom is their. They brought me more towels and asked if I needed any extra blankets for the dogs. I have stayed at hotels in the past costing $200 or more a night and this place was was great! One evening someone knocked at door and asked if I needed anything. Their super nice here. I would defiently stay here again!

It's a place. Comfortable clean and quiet price per week is acceptable I would recommend it.

We had to find a hotel near the Lake Kissimmee State Park so we chose this hotel and booked straight via internet. They had recently remodeled the rooms and they were pretty much exquisite. Usually, when looking in a corner such as in the bathroom, you find one of those "nasty" spots. None was to be found. It was spotless. The fridge. We had freeze our water bottles for the hike so we stuck them in the true freezer of the fridge and it worked! Yes. Our bottles were completely frozen. You would have hard time finding a hotel with a fridge that works so well. Nice. Instead of those silly bottles of shampoo and lotion, they had them in well-stocked dispensers in appropriate locations. Nice. The beds were very comfortable. I come from a mattress in my house that is not doing so well so it was nice to relax in this bed. It helped. The manager in front was more than kind and was very willing to help us in whatever we needed. He quickly noticed we were a family of four and brought us extra towels. It was a very good stay. Everything worked. The parking is right out the door. It hits all the marks. I recommend it as a nice place to stay and a good value.

Great little place, odd location but it works, newly remodeled & well kept, lacking in amenities but a clean place to lay your head, close restaurants for delivery or eat out.

Arrived to empty check in desk and was told via sign, to go across the street to another hotel. So I drive there and then was told to go back over to the budget inn because "his wife went to the store" I'm guessing she managed the budget inn as well. After a round about getting checked in, we finally get to our room which was cleanish and newly done for that hotel. There are no amenities execpt an ice machine which u have to pay to get ice out of. Not worth 78 a night to stay. Would not recommend.

People are friendly, room was nice except for one bed having some hair on the sheets. Shower was clean and water was hot. Location is good close to everything.
