Wonderful 6 Bd Home w/ Game Room and Pool 8991 Hotel

Long post. This is a beautiful property. The reins are a good size. The beds sleep well. There is enough space for a party of 12. Two of the rooms have only twin size beds (not the most comfortable. Make sure you bring other entertainment items for the pool as this location provides zero. There is no grill on site. The dishwasher does not lock all the way so you will need to slam it shut. The big issues with this rental is the management company. The management company states that they have pest control come in after each visit. This is not the case as ants and roaches (though small) many are in the kitchen so keep your food closed up tight and leave nothing on the floor. You will see ants easily if you leave anything out. After you notify management of the issue it will take about 24 — 48 hours before pest control comes to spray. Management only responds through a portal and does not want to speak to you on the phone. Mgmt claims they want to use the portal to keep track of interactions, but any one that comes to the location to fix a problem is not required to input their statements in the portal allowing mgmt to state they don’t have a record of the interaction. Pest control only comes every 2-3 weeks so hope that you come in a week they actually sprayed. Be sure to check uber the kitchen cabinet and remove the trash can next to the kitchen sink as roaches seem to mutate there. This location has the bare basics in toilet paper, towels, etc.
