Absolutely loved how much thought they put into accessibility. From elevators, to escalators, ramps for the pools, and even transfer steps for the hot tub. Absolutely amazing. Staff was helpful. Great experience.

I can not recommend the hotel (I did not stay there) because they were sold out. However, the conference center is Awesome. The staff is helpful and so far it has gone off without a hitch.

The pools and lazy river are extremely fun and relaxing. The staff at Zen and David’s Club was very professional and friendly. The sushi at Zen was delish. The resort was clean and beautifully decorated. The following employees were a huge help ; Amanda, Amairai, Brian, Juan & Santiago. The crocs drinks were amazing.

We have had the most wonderful experience with our entire family here at the Omni! Everyone made us feel so welcome! We dined at David’s Club every single night and cannot say enough positive things about Teresa who went above and beyond on taking such great care of my children and family! These qualities are very hard to find nowadays, and this is what will keep us coming back!

Outstanding Staycation! We cruised over from Tampa to escape reality for a few days and the Omni was just perfect! Our room was gorgeous and had an incredible view of the pools and golf course. The bed was so comfortable and we slept so good. We opted out of housekeeping but our room was just perfect when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff was always helpful and professional. The valet/VIP parking staff was fabulous and always had our car ready for us to start our day. Upon return they always greeted us with big smiles. The restaurants were simply amazing as was the bar staff. The pools, the lazy river, the golf — all just incredible. Can't say enough about the staff… from the Resort Manager to the newest hire… we were really impressed and can't wait to escape to the Omni again. Tom & Chrissy Kinman.

Terrible terrible experience. They flat out lie to you. We booked here to be able to spend Christmas at Disney World. Was told personally as well as on their website that they have a shuttle to the parks. Well they don’t… and don’t really care. We are now left on our own to find a way back and forth. Only one restaurant open… again another lie. And they just don’t care. And there idea of a deluxe room is far from deluxe. Another lie. Absolutely do not stay here.

Difficult to check in. Rooms not ready and no suggestions or compensation about waiting for 3 hours (lunch on us, have a drink, etc. ). Staff was friendly but far from a WORLD Quality property! Not impressed.

One of my favorite get away spots not far from home. We had the pleasure of meeting Shannon (pool waitress at adult pool) during this last stay and she was amazing! She made sure everyone was taken care of and was so attentive and friendly. In no time, everyone around the pool took to her and was happy to see her. Never had better wait staff anywhere. She is definitely an asset to the Omni. Even got to try one of her hometown (Irish) drinks she recommended and it’s one of my new favorites!

They did everything and more to make our girls get away so enjoyable! Such a friendly and giving staff! I will be back! For sure!

First time my wife and I had been to Omni Resort — everything from the initial entrance to the rooms, to the pools and amenities, to the staff was amazing! Everyone was helpful and nice. Everything was easy to find. The rooms were beautiful, especially the Mardi Gras sweet on the 2nd floor — spectacular view from the balcony! Food was great as well. I definitely recommend getting out there and spending a weekend getaway or longer at the Omni! You will enjoy it and feel relaxed when it’s time to come home.

Amazing all around! Staff is friendly, helpful, kind, accommodating and professional. They go above and beyond! Michael and Kathy we thank you so much for making our trip so special. I love the luxurious ambiance and yet relaxing tropical ease of the pool areas. The lazy river and wave pool are family favorites. The food portions are huge and well worth the price. You may want to share meals so you have room for delicious ice cream! The rooms are spacious and so clean! Covid19 concerns? As of May 22nd, The staff were all wearing masks and some in gloves. Areas are marked and signs are displayed to help make it easier for guests to keep distance and follow social distancing. They are doing an phenomenal job of protecting us as best they can to help not spread illness. The best thing is that so much fun is to be had outside! We are having an amazing fun and relaxing vacation here. I can’t encourage you enough to book a room! It’s well worth it!

The amazing kid pools and wave pool, plenty of space to roam around with kids. We loved this hotel.

We stayed at the Sunset Lodge. It was so quiet and restful. From check-in to check-out Avis was always ready to assist any way possible! She was always so gracious. Loved the walking trails and cappuccino ice cream! Best night's sleep in a while! See you in a couple months!

The hotel was very clean with the expected luxury hotel amenities. They even have an adult pool and one for families. All staff were very responsive to our requests, from the representative who contacted us our few days prior to arrival to the groundskeepers. The request I made was responded to and taken care of. With the many top quality restaurants on site, we had no reason to leave resort grounds. Nor did we want to leave. We had a totally relaxing retreat experience.

Beautiful grounds, good food, outstanding service. Need a place to have breakfast other than the expensive buffet. But otherwise was very pleased.

I attended the resort as the venue for a family reunion. The employees were extremely professional and yet very personable. My grandsons had an excellent time swimming with other family members. All staff that I came in contact with were accommodating with kindness.

We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and it was very nice to find out that they actually brought a cake to our room as a courtesy. It was very thoughtful and the staff was great. Loved every minute of our stay.

Love the decor and cozy relaxed seating area in the lobby. Private areas with tables and lots of places to charge cell phones. Elevators run pretty quick.

Enjoyed our Labor Day weekend mini-vacation at the Omni Championsgate. Stayed in the Sunset Suites. Room was roomy and well appointed. Enjoyed the fresh fruit infused water in the lobby. Nearby pool was a nice retreat from the main pool, which was more crowded. Basketball and tennis courts were just a few steps away from our suite. Played a few casual rounds at the Par 3 course, which was just enough golf for our family. Plenty of off-site restaurant choices.

Wow! Just wow! 1st off for the price you can’t beat this place! My 3 kids loved it and didn’t want to leave! The property, the rooms, the food. All great! Mostly top notch customer service. Such over the top service in every single category. There were 3 times where it could have gone either way. They blew it out of the water! Thank you for a super Labor Day weekend!

I was only here for 1 night for a work event and it was beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the beds were amazing. The resort has many conference rooms if you’re looking at this place for a business event. Parking is not cheap, $30 for valet and I believe about $26 for self and that’s daily. The resort has a lazy river, wave pool, outside theater, adult swimming pool & jacuzzi and probably more since I was only there for a night. They give you an itinerary of what’s going on throughout the week; like a cruise ship does. Right across the street from the resort there are places to eat (walkable). Very beautiful at night. I believe the pool closes at 10pm/11pm so you have time to enjoy it for sure.

Beautiful Resort close to Disney and Disney Springs and restaurants, make sure you go out to eat the prices are over the top and the food choices and some dishes are definitely not 5 star But all the pools were fun but the wave pool and lazy river were my favorite. I was smart and brought my own lounger for the river because I knew those tubes provided were uncomfortable. The room was clean, the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. A pleasant get away.

The hotel is amazing, the people who work at the front desk are great and so was the room service and cleaning crew. We really enjoyed the pool area with our kids We had a lot of fun. The only problem we encountered was the arrival the place outside the lobby was full of car and valets running up and down as soon as we said we didn't want valet parking they told us to park very far and no one help with our bags, so after the smooth checking we had to carry our kid and toddler to the room and all our stuff on our own. A bellman I asked for help with it said he couldn't go help us with our stuff that it had to be the valet people so we got no help. But after that we had a great time everyone else at the hotel was very friendly and helpful and we had a great time.

This is our second stay at the Omni. It is much more crowded than I expected it to be this weekend, but we enjoy it because there is an adult only pool and bar area. Our bartender last night was amazing, he didn’t allow kids around at all. I am currently sitting at the adult pool now and have called the front desk once and spoken to a waiter, but they didn’t make the kids leave. It’s an adults only pool and that should be enforced. There have been too many in this area today and that is disappointing considering that’s why I like coming here.

Staying at the hotel now. All has been decent thus far… staff is friendly!
Boys were upset the didn’t get their milk and cookies. But no biggie.
Tried to get to sleep at 11:30 but people were having a get-together on the balcony and outside my room next door…
when I finally get to bed, I’m woken up by the toilet… I’ve been up since 1:30. The toilet won’t stop making self flushing noises. My son woke up to it and went to sleep in the other room to get away from the sound. I also tried, but 4 people in a king wasn’t working for anyone.
I wanted this to be our staycation GO TO. Right now, I just want to go home.

Loved the Fire works — the pool area and nice staff! The steak restaurant needs a new vibe and more knowledgeable staff but the Asian restaurant is amazing with fabulous staff.

My husband, nine month old, and I booked this hotel as a special family getaway. My husband is recovering from bone cancer and major surgery and this was our first trip out of the house since. I called up the Omni to ask if I could request a crib and told the wonderful lady on the phone my husband's situation. Her name was Kelly. Kelly double upgraded us and surprised my husband with the most delicious cake. We had originally booked a Sunday-Thursday stay but my husband was feeling great on property so we extended our stay until Sunday. It may have been a little gesture from Kelly but it meant the world to our family. We are very impressed with Omni and their staff. We became reward members and are already dreaming about our next trip to Omni. Thank you for allowing us to make special memories on your property.

My family has a tradition of staying here and celebrating our son’s birthday which is July 3rd. Getting to watch fireworks at the resort is such a special treat. We finished watching this years show and it was the best by far out of all years. Great job! And a great place to stay! Thank you for the memories.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this resort. My daughters (ages 3 and 8) could not get enough pool time and enjoyed the property. The food and drinks were good. I would hope to see more food options at Crocs because we spent 90% of our time by the pool. My only real complaint would be the quality of the king mattress my hubby and I slept on. The mattress was way to soft and springy, definitely needs to be replaced. Overall, this is probably my favorite resort in the Orlando area and we've vacationed at 5 different resorts. Family friendly, clean, tons of amenities and wonderful atmosphere.

This place was excellent. I was booked in for a spa day and then had an evening meal in one of the restaurant. The spa day was excellent. The spa showers are wonderful and the staff are fantastic here too. The restaurant food was also beautiful and was thoroughly enjoyed. The waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable about the food. A fantastic day out overall.

We stayed 3 nights. This resort hotel has fantastic amenities. It is very family friendly with numerous pools, a kids' club, and other activities. The service was fantastic. The location is ideal — a 23 minute car ride away from the Disney parks. There are conference rooms that can apparently hold numerous events at once. I think the hotel layout does a pretty good job of organically separating the businesspeople from the vacationers. We did not try the restaurants but they do serve Peet's coffee. The hotel room itself was a (small) step down from a Hilton Garden Inn. In one of our rooms, the sink backed up when the adjacent room used water. The carpet had holes in it and the furniture was clearly used. We've stayed at other Omni hotels and never wanted to leave the amazingly comfortable bed: this was not one of those cases. One thing not advertised is that they will charge you a $50 per room and per day incidental in addition to the resort fee, parking, and hotel room. It is refundable if not used but the sticker shock is strong if you're renting more than 1 room for multiple nights. Otherwise, we will definitely return to this resort. It was a blast!

We rented a 8 bedroom house for a week. The house was beautiful and spacious. Beware if you rent a smaller 5 or 6 bedroom house the back yard pools are tiny! Also found it annoying to have to sign in at clubhouse daily to use facilities considering the older lady at desk is not friendly at all. Houses are to close together for my taste. Overall it's a nice resort just very very busy.

This time the experience wasn't as exciting as the last two visit. The staff were not as friendly this time around. No one wanted to take the time to accommodate us near the pool side until we got up and left. We were stared at a lot like we stole something. So we decided to spend our money else where while we complete our vacation. The hotel it self is very clean and the housekeeping was up to par. This place have all walks of life from all over the world. However their is a sense of favoritism if you know what I mean. Hopefully if we decide to return next year it will be better. Or we will find another hotel to accommodate us on our vacation…

We had an amazing stay at the Omni ChampionsGate. The amenities were amazing and my children really enjoyed the pools. We also really loved the touches for the little children like the activity bag upon check-in and cookies and milk before bed delivered to the room. The kids really enjoyed their stay and want to go back. They ask us everyday. The rooms were impeccable and the staff was fairly friendly. But the best part about the resort is the lazy River and several other pools that families can enjoy as well as children and adult only pools. We had dinner at David's Club one night and the steak was really good. They also had a very nice Mother's Day brunch. Will definitely go back.

The Omni is a gorgeous hotel situated on beautiful property. There are plenty of dining options and the amenities are endless. We had a great time at the new wave pool and kiddie area! The lazy river and main pool were never crowded and plenty warm with the rainy weather! We loved being able to walk our toddler around the property and were able to get some exercise in at the same time! We had a wonderful two night experience and cannot wait to return!

Check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed at the Villas and they are perfect for large groups or families (full kitchen, dining room, washer & dryer). The cleaning crew was great… However, a lot of the other staff wasn't to so helpful (very difficult to get a shuttle, too busy chit chatting to answer questions, etc). Nice hotel and golf courses… Wave pool was a lot of fun… Adult pool was a bit dirty… And be careful in the lazy river — — very easy to stub your toes on the filters on the floor bottom…

The hotel was exceptional from the moment I pulled my car up to get out I was pleasantly greeted and welcomed. The front desk ladies were very courteous, professional and concerned about my needs. You could not pass a staff person with out a warm greeting or an offer for assistance. The grounds are beautiful and the restaurants are very tasty. I will definitely return for a leisure visit in the near future.

We had a rough start to our stay when we could not check in on time, however, our stay just got better from there. Wendy, our front desk staff, made us feel like special guests. She remembered my name whenever she saw me and greeted me that way. She provided above and beyond treatment while we stayed. I would recommend this hotel/resort to anyone looking for luxury accommodations. We liked it so much that we came back later in the week. Mid-week we stayed at a couple other high end hotels, however, none compared to our stay here at the Omni. The lazy river is the best one we have been to at a hotel of this type. One major complaint was that the main pool (which has a cool slide for our kids), was closed for a corporate event from 12:00 noon to 10:00pm on one of the days we stayed, which was disappointing. Had we known ahead of time, we might have decided not to stay this day, or choose to be at the parks instead of lounging by the pool.

Been here for work a bunch. Terrible service. The hotel tried to let someone else into my room in the middle of the night. They never asked the drunkard his name to verify his room. They didn't even apologize. Awful service. $8 bucks for a cup of crappy coffee. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have never been so infuriated as I was at this place. Something about Orlando hotels. Maybe it's the turnover, they handle so many people that the good service gets water down and ends up being really crappy service.

Very large resort with several units. I happened to stay in new unit which was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Depending on where you are staying, parking lots and walking may have a factor if they have a convention in progress. Overall a pleasant stay.

Amazing place. Absolutely beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room, a junior suite, accommodated my family of five very comfortably. The beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet. I slept good all four nights we were there. The wave pool and lazy river were fun. The hot tubs pretty enjoyable.

My wife and I went for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary and we were very impressed! We had the pleasure of being checked-in by Lawrence who went ABOVE and BEYOND to make us feel welcome and to help us celebrate the occasion! Lawrence took customer service up to a whole new level! Our room was clean and very comfortable, the pools are beautiful, we enjoyed the lazy river, and relaxed on the comfy lounge chairs. We ate dinner at the Asian inspired restaurant, Zen and were taken care of by Greg — the sushi here was DELICIOUS! He surprised us with a sparkling sake to celebrate our anniversary. The atmosphere outside at night around the fire pits was cozy. We also had the breakfast buffet in Trevi's and we ate so much food we were stuffed for the day — it was all so delicious! We've never seen such an elaborate breakfast buffet… they really pay attention to detail… and our server, Donelle, was also wonderful and very attentive! This place is also perfect for families as there is so much to do in all of the pools and outdoors, we plan on coming back as a family next time.

Don't stay in this place just atendi an event. The place is very nice. I would stay there.

Spectacular Hotel, place the first service and all very welcome.

I had the pleasure of spending my birthday here this past weekend 2-23/2-25. And the pleasure of working with Jim the towel booth manager of the wave pool. And Joseph our shuttle driver along with Markeeta the driver. Of which all of them exceeded my expectations. And made my birthday a little more special. These employees should be rewarded for go above and beyond. After being stuck in traffic all day and almost missing our cabana time Jim even surprise me with champagne toast to my birthday. What an awesome group of employees. I'll be back soon.

First class resort with top-of-the-line amenities and facilities. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It's in a convenient location. The entire staff was excellent. I did not give it 5 stars only because there were a couple of disappointments with a family member's wedding I attended there.

Hertz's store has no good attention in the hotel Lobby.

This hotel is in a great location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance, a little bit away from the craziness of the parks but a very easy drive to get anywhere. They also offer shuttle service. The hotel grounds were beautiful, our room was large and bedding extremely comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We've also stayed at the Omni in San Francisco which was equally nice. We would definitely recommend an Omni hotel to anyone looking for a really nice hotel.

As with other Omni properties, the staff was superb. The grounds are beautiful. Valet is worth the money since you have to pay to self-park. Will definitely return when visiting the area.

This was a great place to stay, however I would not want to pay the full report price. We got a great rate from Expedia at the last minute and it was well worth that price. We did not use any of the resort amenities, although there are plenty. The golf course and pools looked awesome and the view from the room was very nice. The room was nice but showing some age, and had a stale smell to it. This was easy to overcome with some air freshener and was by no means a deal breaker. I would happily stay here again as long as I got a discounted rate.

Great golf and relax resort. Golf courses were friendly and reasonably priced. Pools were fun. Conference room is large and welcoming. David's club bar and restaurant can improve on speed of service but overall is great.

Attended for work event. Premises were very nice, as expected. Staff was very accommodating. I asked if they had any sprite zero and they didn't, but next day, the guy I asked found me at conference and told me they had gotten me some sprite zero. Pool area was very nice but it was hard to find employees around the area at night. Overall, it's hard to find things to complain about, when you pay as much as you do, that money has to be going somewhere.

This will be our new home away from home when we visit Orlando. The staff were all so wonderful. The resort was beautiful and packed with fun things to do. It was like getting a water park for free with your stay. We couldn't get the kids out of the water. I highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting to stay close to Disney.

Amazing service! Friendly staff Great amenities! We brought our 4yr old. She absolutely loved it there! Only complaint is they closed the kiddie pool during our stay. However, they did give us a discount to compensate for that. Highly recommend this place!

Slow check in process, a number of people in our group did not get access to their room until well after check in time. The water coming out of the tap/shower is absolutely terrible in smell and taste. They should have water dispensers on every floor instead of just at the pool and conference area. A hotel this nice should have some sort of water filtration system. Paying $16 a day to park somewhere not near anything is a little ridiculous. Conference food was just okay. The pool area is excellent and for that, I would stay here again.

Omni is such an impressive hotel. This is the second time we have stayed in an Omni and sooo pleased with the customer Service. My husband treated me to nights stay here because it's my birthday. And Tiffany from front desk gave me a card to say Happy Birthday… What Hotel does that! Also everyone from the moment you come in is full of smiles and warm welcome as if you are welcomed home. Gabe and Fred gave us information and was so Kind, Chris and the others at Valet is also great. I can't believe how impressed I am with the kindness especially Tiffany!

Wow, awesome experience! My flight ran a bit late, so I wasn't going to get to the hotel until about 1AM. I made arrangements with the concierge to have room service delivered to my room so I could have something for "dinner" since I hadn't eaten in half a day. I got to the hotel, got my room key (so easy! ) walk into my room and I see my meal waiting for me. Let me tell you, that was some of the best shrimp I've tasted in my life! I finished my meal, took a shower, and noticed the breakfast menu, so decided to ask for breakfast brought to my room. It must have been 2:30AM when I hung out the room service request, and sure enough, at 6:45AM, breakfast was waiting for me at my door. Started off the day with an excellent view of the golf course, pool, and a hot delicious breakfast. Thanks for another memorable business trip, Omni!

This is the place to be! I'm here on business and this place is perfect! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The room was immaculate and the bed is comfy. The grounds are kept with perfection. I can say with confidence you stay here and you will be spoiled and pampered and you won't want to leave!

Visiting for a wedding. Everything looked wonderful and everyone we interacted with was nice and helpful. The only thing I marked off for was when the escalator to the meeting rooms suddenly stopped as we were going down, nearly causing multiple people to fall forward and down the steps. Things break, I understand. I'd still be interested in staying at this property even though I live in the area, or at least having my own event here.

My husband and I spent a 4 day vacation at this wonderful resort. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The grounds and the hotel are impeccable! The staff at the Omni were courteous and professional and always provided the little extra and beyond service that seems to be missing in so many other service type businesses. We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Omni resort at Champions Gate and can't wait to go back!

The staff here went so far out of the way to be helpful, it was amazing. Great property with a well kept pool, lazy river and wave pool. Semi-Private pool for adults. Good dining options, but cheap good meals are nearby. Convenient to Disney but not Universal.

I travel a lot & stay in Hotels around the world. But I gotta say I LOVE this Hotel. I'm defiantly coming back. The staff is Great and Friendly. Rooms are Excellent. Trust me you have NO REASON to leave the hotel grounds. Kid Friendly, Restaurants, Entertainment and a Gorgeous view from the rooms & atmosphere. Not to mention the Beautiful women walking around. But over all the Omni once again showed why there BETTER than Marriott & Hilton Hotels. By the way I love Marriott. But THIS Omni Hotel is so much more Superior.

The pool area kept our toddler entertained for days! It was fun to float as a family in The last river. The staff was helpful. The rooms were large and clean. The only thing that keeps it from being a 5 is the food at Crocs. The breakfast at Trevor was outstanding. Allie at the omelet bar is so kind. She has lots of homemade fresh salsas… Even a hot sauce. They have fresh breads, honey, delicious sausage gravy and biscuits, fresh fruit and a variety of honey and spreads. Our server Sara was also kind. The other improvement I can comment on is that a shuttle to the shopping/dining area would be a great addition. We are used to walking a mile but it was HOT.

Very elegant Hotel with good facilities, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando parks, but it's a nice place to relax. It has very good golf course.

They should not charge the parking lot to the guests of events … One takes the surprise when it arrives. $14 the selfparking. And $21 if that's what they park your car.

I live just north of Orlando but average coming here twice a year on "staycations". The rooms are nice, facilities are expansive and well maintained, and the staff is hard working and often go out of their way to help you out. We recently came back to celebrate my mom's win over cancer and they stepped their normal service up a notch and gave us a real magical experience. Definitely consider the buffet breakfast, it's pricey but worth it in my opinion.

Friendly staff. Great outdoor fun. Nice bar w a large food selection. Very kid friendly; my daughter is loving her mini vacation.

Stayed overnight for a work function. Room was nice, nothing overly nice, just your standard "nice" hotel room. Pool is very nice, lots of on site restaurants to choose from. Check in line was long and seemed to always be when I walked past the front desk. $18 a day to park a car stinks, don't understand why that can't be included in the price of the room.

Beautiful hotel with a lazy river and a few fire pits outside as well. Be sure to join their rewards programs before arriving on site to enjoy special amenities while you are there. The hotel is not close to many things, if you take a town car from the hotel somewhere be sure that you understand the rates that you will be charged, I took a town car to the grocery store and was charged almost $70 after I believed I had heard the driver say that it would be $35 but when we arrived back he said that was for each way. I shared this with the staff at the hotel and they credited me the $35 difference for the misunderstanding. When I traveled Uber was not an option, so hopefully that may be something you could use instead of the Town Cars they have available.

Beautiful resort with a great pool and golf course. Great meeting space and staff. Rooms are reasonably price for a resort.

Very beautiful. The event by the Assamblias de Dios was great. Rooms large and comfortable and very nice.

The lazy river is amazing and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Nice and roomy with comfortable beds.

My visit was brief, but happy. The staff is agreeable and offers help. The grounds were stunning and the structures are beautifully polished and bright. Parking was very well marked, so it was easy to find a space quickly. Room service is prompt and the lead female is professional and polite. The only thing I did not like was the price point of the gift shop. Everything was quite expensive. If you forget to pack sandals, don't bother going there! Also, the entirety of the interior was around 65deg F. Nice in a hot day, but it was wet and stormy. We were freezing! Anything you. May want to. Do is 20+minutes away, but the area is pretty.

Last summer we went to Orlando to go to Disney World and Universal Studios. We chose this hotel and it was just amazing. The pools are very nice and relaxing. I would recommend going here for sure. It was such a great expierance.

Location is a little out of the way from the usual Orlando attractions (which we like). Rooms are nice and staff is attentive. Very nice pools. Overall a great family place.

Great hotel. Room was spacious and accommodating. Service was very nice and attentive. Location was good. Close to everything like Disney, Sea World, and International Drive. Lots of things for kids to do. Great for the entire family.

Stayed at the omni for two nights as we were going to Disney for our trip. Upon arrival our room was ready immediately. The staff answered all the questions we had regarding transportation options as well as dining options available. Our favorite aspect of the trip has to be the spa area. They have two spas located near one another. The first spa located directly next to the golf course which provided a nice view. The second located near the lazy river. This will be our third stay at the Omni Orland, and we plan on coming back very soon as the price/ availability is hard to match with the quality of service/ general hotel quality is hard to beat.

Location is a little remote, which is good for a resort. Staff is great, and rooms can offer sweet views of the resort. Pools are a huge highlight (one resort style, one lazy river, one large family-oriented pool). Many restaurants and lots of activities for everyone.

Great pools, great service, absolutely the best breakfast I've ever had in my life. Didn't like that they made us pay for parking after an already pretty pricy room for one night, but the lazy river makes up for it!

It was a good hotel with ample activities and beautiful grounds. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the jogging trail around the golf course was great. The pool area and lazy river were also very relaxing and fun. However, for an Omni, the hotel rooms needed maintenance. For example, the drain on my sink was broken, and it had to be set on the side of the sink. The piece around the shower handle was hanging off, and I could see where it was attempted to be reattached with caulking. In another room of a family member, there was a hole torn in the wallpaper to the underlying wall. The lights on the Croc's restaurant sign were out except for two letters, and the food was not at luxury hotel level. I am not picky and don't like to complain, but if you are someone that is spending the money for an Omni, this is not what I would typically expect. However, it may have just been because of the off season. All in all, it was a very comfortable hotel.

Although the resort is a little far from the airport and the attractions, they do a very good job of keeping you happy. There is a shuttle that takes you to and from the various Disney parks and plenty to do on site. There is a golf course, a lazy river, pool and hot tub, lots of different restaurants and bars and even meeting rooms to do business in. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. The whole resort was very well kept and always looked spotless.

Beautiful resort has some stunning views of the golf course once you're inside. Came here for 4th of July a few months ago and the event they were hosting was spectacular! Fireworks and everything!

Nice place but way too kid friendly. They were running around the lobby, allowed in the adult pool, and were even found in the bar at night. You just couldn't get rid of them. The on site restaurants and bars had excellent food and service. The overall grounds were beautiful.

A decent pan-Asian restaurant inside the hotel which looks amazing! The sushi was delicious but the fried appetizers were not so much. Staffs were nice and the ambiance was very comforting.

Beautiful hotel. The grounds are so well kept and beautiful. I felt like I was at a 5-star destination resort in Mexico or something. Great resort for adults or families. I was there for business and the whole time I was just bummed that my 2-year old daughter wasn't there with me because she would have loved all the pools, kiddy pools, lazy river, etc. Great place, great service, good eating options… Not one complaint.

Nice resort. Staff was efficient and friendly. Grounds are very well maintained. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel was changing out the locks on their room doors. Sadly I was given the wrong type of key and couldn't get into my room. A call to the front desk and a bellman came up with a new pair — 5 minute inconvenience.

Beatiful resort. Rooms are standard : clean, two queen beds, OK size room. It does have a little refrigerate which is nice. Service was good too. Friendly staff at all levels. The best part of the resort is the grounds. Two large pools and an amazing lazy river. Highly recommend this resort for those visiting the Orlando area. Oh yeah, they offer a complimentary shuttle to the Disney theme parks!

Beautiful hotel and the grounds are expansive and luxurious. It was nice waking up to complimentary orange juice every morning (although I had to sign up for a loyalty program to get it). I have trouble giving 5 stars to any hotel that charges for Wi-Fi and parking… especially when this is such an expansive property and land is abundant.

Great, accommodating, and very welcoming staff! There were several people that went above and beyond. Teresa (supervisor) from the room service was amazing. There were several options (deli, restaurants, etc. ) to eat and of course 24 hour fitness was like icing on the cake :-)!

This is my 3rd stay at ChampionsGate. I am from MN and have come down for conventions and brought my wife and 2 kids. I love this hotel. Nice pool and lazy river. So convenient to Disney World. No Traffic. Great workout room. Tons of kids activities. Golf, Movies, Swim. Crocs is a very nice poolside bar. Very laid back and just what you want in a vacation. Multiple restaurants. Very good by the way. Booked last minute this time and they were very accommodating.

(english text below) Was there for a conference. Catering and supply in General was very good. The Pool landscape is interesting, if not overly large. However, it could be something neat. Commendable: there is a very relaxing, deferred the Pool without the children's playgrounds. For children, however, there is a nice water slide. Negative: At arrival you will be pushy trying to get the car for Valet Parking to decrease (Self-Parking is directly in front of the door). You may not drive the car once during the Check-In briefly. Also Luggage you may as a guest not even use. Was there for a conference. Catering and supply in general was very good. The pool area is interesting, but not overly large. However, could be a bit of attention. Praiseworthy: a very relaxing, fenced pool exists without playgrounds. For children, however there is a nice water slide. Negative: On arrival intrusive attempts to remove the car for valet parking (Self-Parking is right outside the door). One can not even leave the car briefly during check-in. Even baggage carts are not allowed to use as a guest.
