Review of Baymont by Wyndham Celebration 2*

I travel every month for work and pleasure. This trip, my mother, sister and I were going to Disney world. We come down once a year for 7 days or more at a time. We are here for 10days and decided to try this hotel because we found a great value on the room and it will save us money so we can spend it on other activities. The location is great and when pulling up to the hotel, I was surprised on how professional and clean the lobby and staff are. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast bar is fantastic! They have bagels, muffins, cereal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, fruit… anything you could ask for. So far off to a great start! When getting to the room, the first thing we noticed was how outdated the room was. Not that big of a problem until we started fully trying to funtion everything in the room. Cleanliness is also a huge problem. The bathroom is rusted and so dirty that I couldn't even scrap the grit off of the tub. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, spider webs on the lamps and the housekeeping doesn't try to hard. This isn't even the worse part! The first couple days we were seeing little bugs around the room and thought, it's Florida. Throughout our stay we have experienced multiple ROACHES! Ugh, it just disgusts me! They did offer to switch our room but I'm sure if they are in one room, they're in all! I feel very uncomfortable sleeping here and the feeling won't go away because every morning when I use the bathroom I see a new roach. If this hotel would keep up with the cleanliness, it would be a much better hotel.
