Its ok this building is old school with no elivators, breakfast was just milk bread and muffins. Not much to do around and on the property.

I booked a room, and confirmed a day prior that the hotel would shuttle me from a car rental facility. They agreed. Then the day of the booking, I confirmed the agreement. Once I was at the rental lot, they refused to pick me up, then hung up on me. At first I thought it was a mistake. Then I tried calling back several times with no answer. Finally they started answering and hanging up. How can you treat a customer like this? She lied to me on the phone, then acted like a child by hanging up repeatedly on me.

Check in was great. The people in the front desk was nice. NO Elevators at this lo ation, so pack lightly. The rooms are small and have a unique smell to it. The mattress needs to be replaced. To many miles on those mattress. The showers looks like the one on a cruise ships. The continental breakfast is a joke. Toast, cereal and juices. Limited seating in the area. Overall the hotel needs an overhaul. Not intended for family stay.

The smell at the room wasn't clean or good. The room was small. But breakfast was good.

Location was great. Staff was pleasant. Only problem I had was low water pressure in shower.

When I opened the door to my room I noticed that the beds were not made and still had dirty sheets on them and there was towels on the floor and trash from the previous guests, that's not that big of a deal and of course we all make mistakes but when I went to the front desk they gave me an attitude and accuse me of making the mess. They finally gave me another room after I assisted that I haven't had enough time to make that kind of mess but the woman said that I was there long enough he kept asking me if I have made the mess LOL. Also had two other friends who had their own rooms who also had their own set of problems with staying here, wouldn't recommend staying here. No hot breakfast as well, only bread products.

This place is horrible! The two women at the front desk, (Jill and Maria) were so rude to us, and need to be re-trained. Also, on the website, it states of a free shuttle, which is totally untrue. It is $15 one-way and $20 round trip. The room is dirty. The floors need to be vacuumed, the beds have hairs in them, the rooms smells of oysters, the air conditioner does not work, and the shower is disgusting. Definitely do not stay here, absolutely horrible.

It started at the front desk where the innkeeper was more interested in watching the television then helping us. We bought two rooms, both these rooms were damp and had a slight mildew smell. The beds are lumpy yet hard and you are provided three pillows. If by chance you wanted another pillow to sleep in a more elevated position, don't bother asking as you will be interrupting the innkeepers night and your request will be laughed at. During the night one of our rooms was invaded by mosquitos which came through a crack in the window, my son had no less then 15 stings all over his arms and face. If I could leave zero stars I would, I will not return.

This hotel has made several improvements since my last visit, but they throw it all away and then some by refusing to offer any cable news channel other than FOX News. They don't have CNN, let alone MSNBC. Just to make sure it wasn't an oversight or accidental, I asked three different employees behind the counter. They were all immediately aware that FOX News was available in the rooms but CNN was not. That is pure fear. I took the channel placard and showed it to a manager at another hotel just yards away. He couldn't stop laughing. He said a channel lineup like that is absolutely intentional, and you have to go out of your way to create it. There are 8 specialized sports channels and several movie channels including Showtime, but only one news channel. I have noted this trend elsewhere recently. Right wing hotel management seems to think it is clever to present their bias only, and pretend any other perspective doesn't exist. That is comically weak. If you are confident in your viewpoint then you want all sides available with certainty your side will win the presentation. I have yet to see one hotel that offers CNN and/or MSNBC but not FOX News. Otherwise this hotel is not bad, and certainly well above average for this chain. The hallways are clean and look recently painted and remodeled. Internet is quick connect and fast enough. All rooms have a small refrigerator and a microwave. That is always appreciated.

Older motel with popcorn ceilings. No elevator to second floor. No pool or exercise room. Dated decor but fairly well maintained and clean. Some power outlets worn with intermittent connections. Some lobby ceiling water stains from hurricane Irma. Smaller rooms than avg motel, but beds/pillows comfortable and a safe provided for valuables. Quiet location. Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast very basic — coffee, juice, cereal, pastry, fruit. Staff very helpful and friendly. For the price a decent value for just a quiet night's sleep and shower. Not for a vacation stay or luxury experience. Note policy allows a higher limit on credit vs debit cards because the person can readily withdraw all funds from the checking account backing up that debit card. Auto rental companies have a similar policy.

Good place to rest. Reasonable$ light breakfast daily.

Reserved room via priceline. Showed up at hotel and lady at front desk would not let me use my debit card with visa logo. She said they only take major credit cards as they have a higher limit then debit cards. I said that all depends on how much money is in your checking account. If I have 10k in my checking and a 2k credit card, my debit card has the higher limit. She still wanted to argue so I left.

This place is very clean we working this hurricane do wish there was a better weekly rate kiijs like we will be here sumtimes.

I'm staying here at the Travelodge after hurricane Irma in Fort Myers, Fl, just off I-75. Though it took longer for them to get back open because of the storm, the staff has been working hard to get everything back to normal. I have been very pleased, considering what everyone has gone through. Keep up the good work.

You will need Jesus Christ life to stay at this place one step up from homeless shelter. Great mold smell meets you in the lobby! Pray for this place a rehab is Ready!

Cockroaches everywhere. This is disgusting! I have pictures and video of them.

Arrived at 1am this morning. The receptionist was so rude my 5 year old Grand daughter thought she was the wicked witch! I wish I would have read the reviews before booked this place. Weird bugs on the walls! The "witch" told us breakfast was from 9 to 11am. It's from 6 to 9 so we missed breakfast!

Good location, room was decent, loved having a fridge and microwave. Bed was a little hard and you could hear everything going on in the hallway.

Great service, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, fear price! Highly recomended!

#DUMP… The fat lady at the front desk acts like she's the customer. We booked our room in my husbands name, when we got there she's telling me I can't pay as his name is on the booking. Understood. A simple name change would have sufficed. Her attitude stinks. We just went across to the Quality Suites. Thank God. Rooms are sooo much nicer… No smoke whatsoever. It was our honeymoon and we were on our way out to London.

The location is close to the airport and easy to get to. I was nervous about previous poor reviews, bUT the woman behind the desk was quick and competent, the room was clean, but small. I would definitely stay again, good for the price!

ROACHES! If that isn't enough the room smelled like funk heavily covered with perfume. When I asked for assistance the night clerk said "a little bug isn't going to hurt you. You can move to a smoking room and sleep with your head out the window. " "Talk to the manager in the morning if you want anything else. " Just stay somewhere else.

Not really by airport, no elevator makes it hard to get luggage up the stairs. Room is small but clean.

Location was great, near many restaurants among other things. The room was small, but very much acceptable. It was clean, and the bed comfortable. The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi, which upon connecting will display a list of nearby places which will deliver food; not necessarily a big deal, but little things like this go a long way. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Horrible hotel. Dont go in at night. The front desk clerk eides a broom to work.

Not bad at all. Room was clean and desk staff was nice. It's not supposed to be a great hotel, and is definitely good hotel for the price I paid.

Horrible experience. Tuesday night we stayed the night and payed their $50.00 cash deposit and room fee. Cool, everything was awesome. Second night we came back and the other person who was there, Debbie, said it was a 100 dollar deposit and it HAD to be on a major credit card. She was rude to us and treated us as if we were going to rob the place or something. If you want good customer service just go across to the motel next door. People there are WAY nicer.

Terrible quality. Bathroom door broken. Room had a very bad smell. They wanted to charge extra to change rooms. The front desk lady was very nasty to us. Very rude. Will never return.

Look, for the price you're paying this hotel is good. I've stayed in this hotel probably 4 times now when my parents come up to visit me. We are barely in the room, its just somewhere to crash. The rooms never smell, the air could be on longer (it turns on and off too quick) but when it is on it does cool a lot. The beds seem clean and they are actually pretty comfy. Don't pay 55 dollars and expect a 5 star hotel. They allow small dogs for an additional $10 dollars. I've been lucky with my neighbors, I've only had one who had a loud dog that barked trough the night and made my dog nervous. If you're looking for a quick place to stay, to have somewhere to rest, than this is your spot.

We stayed here on two occasions in January of 2013. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were up to par for Travelodge The beds were comfortable The Bear Bites weren't anything to get excited about but they were enough to get the day started. In short, it was a better than average stay for a Travelodge and better than average value for the money spent.

Location was great. That was about all. Our refrigerator did not work. The lights came on when they wanted to. We seen three bugs one being a roach. A weird man walked around with his shirt off all day. The rooms are extremely small, the mattress is comfy. The TV only has about 12 channels that work.
